Researchers at Yamagata University found that men who reported low levels of sexual interest were more likely to die from cancer, cardiovascular disease, and other health issues, even after controlling for factors such as age, BMI, and smoking. So this holiday season, it's best to stick to traditional, body-safe methods of self-pleasure and leave the ornaments on the tree.
