Check the website here: http://enlites.com/   Dr. Jonathan Matheson is a Professor of Philosophy at the University of North Florida specializing in epistemology. His primary research interests concern the epistemic significance of disagreement.  He also has research interests in ethics, metaphysics, and philosophy of religion. His latest book is Why It's OK Not to Think for Yourself.   In this episode, we focus on Why It's OK Not to Think for Yourself. We start by discussing where the idea that people should think for themselves comes from, and social epistemology and the wisdom of crowds. We talk about who we should rely on, how to identify the experts, why we cannot properly evaluate all kinds of information by ourselves, and how we need to rely on other people and on accumulated knowledge. We go through the main objections to Dr. Matheson's thesis, namely the autonomy objection, the free-rider objection, the Socratic objection, the objection of epistemic vulnerability, the understanding objection, and the intellectual virtue objection. Finally, we discuss epistemic responsibility, and cases where it is not OK to not think for yourself. -- A HUGE THANK YOU TO MY PATRONS/SUPPORTERS: PER HELGE LARSEN, JERRY MULLER, HANS FREDRIK SUNDE, BERNARDO SEIXAS, ADAM KESSEL, MATTHEW WHITINGBIRD, ARNAUD WOLFF, TIM HOLLOSY, HENRIK AHLENIUS, FILIP FORS CONNOLLY, DAN DEMETRIOU, ROBERT WINDHAGER, RUI INACIO, ZOOP, MARCO NEVES, COLIN HOLBROOK, PHIL KAVANAGH, SAMUEL ANDREEFF, FRANCIS FORDE, TIAGO NUNES, FERGAL CUSSEN, HAL HERZOG, NUNO MACHADO, JONATHAN LEIBRANT, JOÃO LINHARES, STANTON T, SAMUEL CORREA, ERIK HAINES, MARK SMITH, JOÃO EIRA, TOM HUMMEL, SARDUS FRANCE, DAVID SLOAN WILSON, YACILA DEZA-ARAUJO, ROMAIN ROCH, DIEGO LONDOÑO CORREA, YANICK PUNTER, CHARLOTTE BLEASE, NICOLE BARBARO, ADAM HUNT, PAWEL OSTASZEWSKI, NELLEKE BAK, GUY MADISON, GARY G HELLMANN, SAIMA AFZAL, ADRIAN JAEGGI, PAULO TOLENTINO, JOÃO BARBOSA, JULIAN PRICE, EDWARD HALL, HEDIN BRØNNER, DOUGLAS FRY, FRANCA BORTOLOTTI, GABRIEL PONS CORTÈS, URSULA LITZCKE, SCOTT, ZACHARY FISH, TIM DUFFY, SUNNY SMITH, JON WISMAN, WILLIAM BUCKNER, PAUL-GEORGE ARNAUD, LUKE GLOWACKI, GEORGIOS THEOPHANOUS, CHRIS WILLIAMSON, PETER WOLOSZYN, DAVID WILLIAMS, DIOGO COSTA, ANTON ERIKSSON, ALEX CHAU, AMAURI MARTÍNEZ, CORALIE CHEVALLIER, BANGALORE ATHEISTS, LARRY D. Patrick explores how the gospel isn't just a simple catchphrase; it's a vast, unfolding narrative. From the divinity and humanity of Jesus to His teachings of faith and repentance, and the establishment of His church with its sacraments, every element tells a story. Patrick also connects the dots back to the Old Testament heroes, highlighting the continuity of faith and grace throughout scripture.   Jerod - When are we supposed to proclaim the Gospel? CTL Script/ Top Stories of April 6th             Publish Date: April 5th               From the Ingles Studio Welcome to the Award-Winning Cherokee Tribune Ledger Podcast    Today is Saturday, April 6th, and Happy 54th Birthday to actor Paul Rudd. ***03.06.24 – BIRTHDAY – PAUL RUDD*** I'm Keith Ippolito and here are the stories Cherokee is talking about, presented by Credit Union of Georgia.  Former Cherokee County Daycare Worker Accused of Abusing 2-Year-Old Caretaker Charged with Stealing from Elderly Cherokee County Resident Trump, Co-Defendants Lose Bid to Dismiss Georgia Election Interference Case   We'll have all this and more coming up on the Cherokee Tribune-Ledger Podcast, and if you're looking for Community news, we encourage you to listen and subscribe!    Commercial: CU of GA STORY 1: Former Cherokee County Daycare Worker Accused of Abusing 2-Year-Old Ashley Marie O'Connor, a former daycare worker at The Sunshine House in Cherokee County, was arrested on child abuse charges. The charges include one felony count of cruelty to children and one felony count of aggravated assault strangulation. The alleged abuse against a 2-year-old in her care includes holding a blanket over the child's nose and mouth, dropping him on his head, dragging him by his neck, shaking his head forcefully, and slapping him. The incidents, which occurred on March 13, were captured on security cameras. The daycare immediately terminated O'Connor's employment and notified authorities and the child's parents. O'Connor was released on a $15,000 bond after being booked into the Cherokee County jail. STORY 2: Caretaker Charged with Stealing from Elderly Cherokee County Resident Sharon Aline Young, a caretaker from Jasper, has been arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including theft of prescription drugs and personal items from an elderly disabled woman she was caring for. The charges include theft of jewelry, prescription medications (Oxycodone and Xanax), cash, bed sheets, and unauthorized use of the woman's credit or debit card for grocery purchases. The alleged incidents occurred between April 13 and May 8, 2023, while Young was employed as a caretaker for Comfort Keepers. She was released on bond after being booked into the Cherokee County jail. Comfort Keepers, the employer, emphasized its commitment to client safety and stated it is cooperating with authorities in the investigation. STORY 3: Trump, Co-Defendants Lose Bid to Dismiss Georgia Election Interference Case A Fulton County Superior Court judge rejected a bid to dismiss election interference charges against former President Donald Trump and 14 co-defendants, ruling that the indictments brought by Fulton District Attorney Fani Willis last summer do not violate First Amendment protections of political speech. Judge Scott McAfee stated that the defendants' expressions and speech were allegedly made in furtherance of criminal activity, including false statements and attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia. McAfee dismissed six of the indictment's 41 counts but upheld the majority of the charges. Trump maintains his innocence and contends that the case is politically motivated. The individuals with whom you choose to surround yourself hold significant importance throughout your entire life, and this influence becomes even more pronounced during times of grief. I count myself exceptionally fortunate to have received incredible support from my family and a diverse group of friends who have offered unwavering assistance in numerous ways. Among these friends are those who simply provide feedback on the episodes of this podcast. As a podcast listener, you may not be aware that responses and feedback on our work are surprisingly limited. When my friend Amanda, the creator and host of the travel podcast "Me & the Magic," shared her thoughts on Episode 116 - "It's OK Not to Be OK," she not only affirmed the episode but also introduced a second viewpoint, which became the foundation for this episode, "The Guilt of Grief." Amanda reflected on how the episode made her ponder the flip side of grief, suggesting that moments of being okay during grief could be accompanied by feelings of guilt. There is no doubt that her insight deserves further discussion and clarification, especially for those of us who struggle to grant ourselves grace when experiencing the guilt of grief.

Sharing is caring, right? We were all raised to believe that sharing is an important part of polite social interactions. But as adults, we would be taken aback if abruptly asked to share something we were using, like our phone. So why do we insist that our kids share toys with complete strangers at a moment's notice? Here's when– and why– it's ok NOT to share. Molly and Blaire discuss: The difference between making kids share and encouraging them to share What forced sharing teaches kids What to say to turn-giving kids and to waiting kids when encouraging sharing Role-playing with your child to practice polite yet assertive behavior is a great way to start the conversation about when and why it's appropriate to share. In this week's episode I have the pleasure of chatting with Heather Shumaker, who is the author of 2 books I have recommended in my book reviews; It's OK NOT to Share and It's OK to GO UP the Slide.  Heather speaks at early childhood conferences in North America and is an advocate for supporting children at school and during early childhood. In this episode we discuss:- why children don't need to share and why forced sharing delays moral development- how to assist children through conflicts with each other- becoming more curious when we witness unenjoyable behaviour in children- genuine apologies over a forced "sorry"- supporting our children in school- how homework can be harmful, especially when it is not enjoyable for children- plus so much moreWhere to Find Heather:Website: Heather ShumakerRenegade Rules PodcastBookSmitten PodcastResources Mentioned:It's OK NOT to Share by Heather ShumakerIt's OK to GO UP the Slide by Heather ShumakerThe Griffins of Castle Cary by Heather ShuamkerAmericanah by Chimamanda Ndozi AdichieHalf a Yellow Sun by Chimamanda Ndozi AdichieRenegade Rules episode on how a parent extended recess at her child's schoolABOUT HEATHER:Heather Shumaker is the author of books for children and adults. Professor P’s Podcast - Entrepreneurship - Empowerment - Energetics

Welcome everyone to the 18th episode of Professor P's Podcast. I am bringing you another dose of Elixir, the energic power. The topic for this show is It's OK NOT to be OK.  #truthbetold I believe the topic for this podcast is so important to speak on. Did you know that there is such a thing as positive toxicity? Well, there is. It is not normal to always be positive and happy. Trying to keep positive vibes all the time will cause you to suppress real feelings that need to be felt. Toxic positivity not only invalidates your emotional state, but also increases secondary emotions. We especially feel down during the winter months and suffer from Holiday Depression and Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). SAD is a form of major depressive disorder (MDD) that occurs in seasonal patterns during certain months of the year. Holiday depression and SAD can be difficult to distinguish from one another, but the duration and severity of your symptoms are usually your best clues. Holiday Depression Starts around November or December and lifts shortly after the new year ends Symptoms are fairly mild SAD Typically lasts about 40% of the year—starting in the late fall and early winter until the spring and summer. Often more severe and can be debilitating Another thing that plagues us is our families. Or even the thought of not having family. Families can be very triggering. First off, I want you all to know that only about 25% live in what is considered a traditional family. That means the other 75% of us live in non-traditional families. And here is a fun fact 100% of them can be dysfunctional and especially triggering at the holiday time. You get to have boundaries. You get to say NO. That is a complete sentence. It really is OKAY to not be okay. Yes, it is! Not only is it ok, it is essential. An abnormal emotional response to an abnormal situation is normal. We cannot simply pick the emotions we want to have. It just does not work that way,” Remember that no emotion is permanent. Anger and sadness, just like happiness and joy, come and go. We need to let ourselves experience painful feelings if we ever want to truly let them pass through us. We must feel our feelings to free them. Don't hid your discomfort, you will only add fuel to the fire. When we act like emotional pain doesn't exist, we send a message to our brain that whatever the emotion is, it is in some way bad or dangerous. If our brain believes we are in danger, our body will respond We may experience rapid heartbeat, shallow breathing, a natural need to unnecessarily avoid misperceived dangerous situation. When we avoid any kind of emotional discomfort, even physical pain, we end up unintentionally making those feelings larger, louder, and more overwhelming. If you don't confront or process emotions in an effective and timely manner, the science shows that it can lead to a myriad of psychological difficulties including disrupted sleep, increased substance abuse, risk of an acute stress response, anxiety, depression, and even post-traumatic stress disorder.” I am so excited for you to dive into today's podcast so you can once again receive healing and freedom. Both of which, come in pieces. Remember to connect with me on social media. My handles are below. And I would love for you to subscribe, leave me a review, and share this podcast out to everyone you know. When the other person doesn't do what we want then to do we can either get upset, let it ruin our whole day or we do these 2 things: - remember that life is 50% great and 50%shitty and that's OK- NOT fight what IS in front of us if he does not want to go on a walk - then it means he does not want to go on a walk. It does not mean you have nothing in common, you will never be able to do anything, or that yo suck at this.  it simply means that this is the negative part of life AND he does not want to go on a walk - and it's ALL OK.life should be 50% negative emotion and we can LET other people do or not do whatever it is they want.  because the alternative is feeling upset over it. listen to my example of how this played out for me last saturdayif you are stuck being upset  then come sign up for a session and get unstuck https://coachingnatalia.com/schedule-an-appointment/

Heather Shumaker began writing books in elementary school, but then went on to work in land conservation for two decades and was a coastal program director for protecting Arcadia's dunes. She went from working in the area of science to becoming a national speaker on parenting and early childhood topics with her two renegade parenting books: Listen to these titles -  “It's OK Not to Share" and “It's OK to Go Up the Slide” and Other Renegade Rules for Raising Competent and Compassionate Kids and she is an advocate for free, unstructured play in homes and schools.  On this episode you will learn about: True PLAY is the child's own ideas bursting out of them. Kids process their thoughts and ideas in a recess time.  Play recharges a child's brain and gives them energy back. When kids aren't provided time to play and have those breaks, their memory, focus and problem solving skills and cognitive functions decrease plus their impulse control gets shaky so behavior issues come up. The more recesses they have, the more benefit for them especially kids with ADHD. The skills that kids need for future jobs are getting along with other people, social interaction, conflict mediation, creativity thinking, flexible thinking and problem solving. When a child plays they develop those skills by playing by themselves and with others.  Reading for pleasure! That does wonders for kids! If a child is struggling to read, allow the adult to read to the child, they learn so much language by being read aloud to.  Sleep improves memory, problem-solving and behavior. We need to be teaching kids 5-6 years old, skills of play to get along with others and follow their own ideas and develop connections in their brain, so their brains are ready at age 7 for academic learning. In this episode of the IJGC podcast, Editor-in-Chief Dr. Pedro Ramirez, is joined by Dr. Peter McCulloch to discuss the IDEAL Framework. Dr. McCulloch is Professor of Surgical Science & Practice at Oxford University. He attended medical school in Aberdeen and underwent his surgical training in Glasgow before moving to academic posts in Liverpool and then Oxford. An Upper GI cancer surgeon by background, he is the Chair of the IDEAL Collaboration, an international network of surgeons, scientists, industrial partners and patients whose goal is to improve the methodology for evaluating surgery, therapeutic devices and other complex treatments. He is also the Co-Editor-in-Chief of BMJ Surgery, Interventions, & Health Technologies (sit.bmj.com). His other major research interest is Human Factors in healthcare. He will ski anywhere, anytime, and is passionate about countering climate change. Highlights: • The IDEAL Framework & Recommendations provide an explanation of the natural history or life cycle of new procedures and devices, and a road map for how they should be evaluated at each stage in the journey. • It explains why Randomised Trials have been so difficult to do in surgery and shows that there are at least 2 preliminary steps in research (Development and Exploration) which are necessary to ensure that an RCT has a good chance of success. • IDEAL is potentially useful in surgical research at all stages, but also in device regulatory science, decisions on approving new procedures at institutions and coverage decisions • IDEAL is increasingly recognised and endorsed by major journals (Annals of Surgery, BMJ & Lancet) and professional groups (Royal College of Surgeons) and is being used by government agencies in several countries. • The IDEAL group continues to study and produce recommendations on difficult research issues such as: When is it OK NOT to do a randomised trial? How do we interpret studies using Real World Data? How should surgical robots be evaluated? And others.

Being a first-time parent is awesome. I was both excited and nervous. I wasn't around kids very much before I had my first child. But you learn quick. Here are some first time parent tips that helped us: 1) Agree on Responsibilities - actually, write it down. Make a daily chart of what you are responsible for. I do the laundry on Tuesday, you get dinner. On Thursday I do the bath, you feed him and put him to bed. My wife and I sat down and had this discussion and understanding what is expected of each other can reduce a lot of arguments. 2) Communicate What You Want - This was one of the best pieces of first-time parent advice that was given to me. Nobody knows what you want or need unless you tell them. If you are wanting a break, tell your spouse. If you are wanting to connect, talk about it. It's ok to communicate what you want. Be prepared that your spouse may not feel the same way you do at the moment. As an example, you may want more intimacy....but your spouse isn't concerned about that. You might have to be a little more patient. As first time parents, romance may slow down a bit. Find other ways to connect and help each other. 3) Give Your Spouse Positive Re-enforcement - Whatever you do, do not be critical of how your spouse is doing something. "You changed the baby wrong". Well, you can't seem to load the dishwasher correctly. Complaining doesn't change behavior. Positive re-enforcement does. Thank you so much for changing the baby's diaper. I saw you did the dishwasher. That was helpful. As a first-time parent, there are going to be a lot of opportunities to be trying new things. Encourage each other instead of tearing each other down. 4) Take Time For Yourself - While you certainly will have less time than you did before, carve out time to do things that you enjoy. Discuss this with your spouse. When my wife and I were first-time parents, we made sure that each of us still got to exercise. It was really important to both of us. We couldn't do it at the same time, so I went to the gym early in the morning and then went I got back, my wife did her workout. It's important that you don't lose yourself. Your life does change, but you want to still be able to have some time for yourself. Also, the one on one time with the baby is really good for bonding. 5) It's OK Not to be Perfect Parents - Making mistakes is part of parenting. There are so many opportunities to make mistakes and you will. Know that it is ok to make mistakes, just try not to repeat them very much. Being a first-time parent is a learning experience. You and your spouse are embarking on a long journey. Understand there are going to be a lot of ups and downs. Realize that these ups and downs are normal and you will make it through.

Hey friends, hope you’re doing well. The response to episode 30 “Coming out of the theological closet” has been extraordinary. I’ve actually already recorded a follow-up episode to that, specifically about our LGBT brothers and sisters, and clarifying some elements from Episode 30—but I have a meeting coming up next week with our elders about this topic, and I want to honor them and their pace. We’ve spent a lot of time talking about unity, and the primacy of it, which of course doesn’t mean to never speak up, but to do so in a way that brings as many people as possible along for the ride… not jerking the wheel and confusing people. SO > That episode will come out next week, and we’ll continue our conversation on LGBT inclusion in the church.    For today, I want to just share a word of encouragement. I’ve been learning a lot about leaders that have shared unpopular critiques to established cultures, and it’s been really, really inspiring. William Wilberforce speaking out against the European Slave trade, Abraham Lincoln and his leadership during the most divided time in our country’s history… All the way up to Lecrae, a hip-hop artist today that is speaking out against systemic racism, especially within the Evangelical church. And through it all… You could call it the “through-line”—has been this theme of speaking truth to power.    Speaking truth, of course, is what everyone *thinks* they’re doing. Most people believe truth is on their side. Our president, beloved Donny, has just crossed his 10,000th lie in office. All of them documented by the media, which he of course says is lying… So we have to begin the conversation with acknowledging that all of our understandings of “truth” — objective truth — is severely flawed. All of it is influenced by culture, by opinions, by upbringing, by authority figures telling is what truth was growing up, by books or documents, Bibles or Constitutions, prophets and pastors, all claiming to be true, of course.    A large swath of American Evangelicals look to the Bible for truth, which is good, because the Bible is full of a lot of truth, but even within that there are differences of interpretation, divisions amongst denominations… the latest figures put the number of Christian denominations around 33,000 worldwide. That’s 33,000 different ways people have interpreted Jesus’ words, the creeds and beliefs we ascribe to, and the different ways the church should practice in the world. Some scholars believe that number is inflated, but even if it’s inflated by a multiple of 2 or 3, it’s still shocking.    How does one church have so many different ways of doing things?    And guess what? Everyone believes they’re right. Everyone believes they’ve found the truth.    Even within the Catholic church, under the leadership of 1 pope, there are 242 different catholic denominations.    I share all of this because we need a healthy dose of humility with how we approach truth — as if it’s some truly objective thing that we can arrive at. I’m not sure that’s true… And I recognize the irony in even saying that.    Consider Peter, for a moment... one of Jesus’ right-hand men. Raised Jewish, followed his Jewish rabbi Jesus, and was ready to establish his church for Jewish people. Ok? Not you and me. Just them. A very small percentage of the earth’s population. Around 600,000 people at the time. About 1/10 of a percent of the earth’s population as God’s chosen people and everyone else is out. Jesus had said a lot about “ALL” … but apparently that didn’t catch on, and the early church was still just for Jews. Then Acts 10 happens, where Peter goes up to a rooftop to pray while someone is making him lunch. read Acts 10:9-36   Ok, this is not a small deal. For all of history, God’s people believed they were the chosen people. That was their truth. A very small group of Jews entrusted with a very big message. And then, all of a sudden, on a random afternoon, during a single moment of prayer, God changed Peter’s heart. And the rest of history. Peter fought it at first, thinking maybe he was just hungry or not hearing God correctly, but when the Spirit of God persisted, he listened. And immediately he saw the fruit of it. Immediately he’s invited somewhere that he would’ve never previously gone, because of his religious upbringing and following God’s law, of course… And then God changes Peter’s mind. And all of history changed as a result of that one moment of prayer.    Peter was a very normal, very human human. And he was faced with an opportunity to keep something small and exclusive, or to listen to the Spirit and take an unpopular stance amongst his Jewish community, to bring the Gospel to Gentiles. And if you’re not one of the 13 million direct-line Jews on earth today, again, only a fraction of a percentage of the earth’s population, you’re a direct beneficiary of Peter following that unpopular direction.    Here’s what I want to share about all of this… We live in the age of the opinion. Everyone has a social media platform, some with enormous followings and influence, some of us with small followings and influence, but we all have a say. And we all say… don’t we? Everything we interact with gets a Yelp review or Facebook post or Instagram story sharing how good or bad or fun or terrible something is… It’s not the age of information anymore, it’s the age of the opinion.    So how then do we discern what is true? How do we discern what God might be saying to us? And what God might be wanting to do through us? Or a new dream you have for a business that’s never been done before and you’re wondering if you’re crazy or if you’re a genius and when you share it with people they don’t get it, but some of them do… And at worst, it all just leads to inaction. Our insecurity in discerning what is true paralyzes us, and we stay where we are, only sharing the Gospel with Jews… keeping the dream small and exclusive, a mere fraction of what could be.    This morning I saw a quote on Facebook that my aunt shared… Shout out to my wonderful aunt Laurie… she’s an educator in Portland Maine, and she shared this quote from Rumi, 13th century Persian poet, theologian, Sufi mystic, and it was this: “Before you speak, let your words pass through three gates: Is it true? Is it necessary? Is it kind?”    Is it true? Is it necessary? Is it kind?   In Peter’s story, we see him wrestling with whether it was true or not. He saw a vision, heard a voice calling him to do something that God had ALWAYS forbidden, and he says, “No.” Then the vision repeats 3 times. Then he’s left perplexed. Was that true? Was it not true? Then immediately he’s presented with an opportunity to spend time with Gentiles in a Gentile home eating non-kosher Gentile food. All of which God had ALWAYS forbidden. Then read the rest of Acts 10… v. 34 Peter says, “I see very clearly that God shows no favoritism. In every nation he accepts those who fear him and do what is right. This is the message of Good News for the people of Israel (exclusive language) — that there is peace with God through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of ALL… (inclusive, global, universal)…    While Peter was still wrestling with whether or not it was true, he was presented with a situation that proved to him that it was NECESSARY. His experience, his rationality, his educated opinion in his specific culture and context, led him to believe that God wanted him to stray from the established Jewish laws and commandments around eating Kosher and not dining with Gentiles… and it changed history. Other Jews at the time undoubtedly called Peter a heretic.    How could this be true? The Jewish Scriptures were clear. They had no other holy writings to go by…    Peter realized that this word from God during a time of prayer was true by its necessity… The necessity to include and genuinely have the Good News be Good News for all…    So, brothers and sisters, what is truth? How do we know it? And when do we speak up—especially when it’s going directly against the grain of the establishment?    Whether it’s a religious establishment, like it was for Peter, or it’s a political establishment, or a educational establishment, or your workplace and the internal culture that’s become almost like a Law that everyone is living by…    When do you finally say something? When these three things align: Truth, necessity and kindness are in alignment… When that idea you’ve been wrestling with or that Word from God you’ve been perplexed by passes through those 3 gates: truth, necessity and kindness. (And you can replace that last word with whichever virtue you’d like: Compassion, empathy, love, kindness…) It just needs to be anchored in a deep, ethical, morally sound bedrock.    It doesn’t mean you can’t say difficult things… In fact, most of these types of truths are very difficult. Think back to the truths that we’ve been taught by leaders like William Wilberforce, Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King Jr… All of them ethical, but speaking truth to power, because of its necessity.     Psalm 15: 1 Who may worship in your sanctuary, Lord?     Who may enter your presence on your holy hill? 2 Those who lead blameless lives and do what is right,     speaking the truth from sincere hearts. 3 Those who refuse to gossip     or harm their neighbors     or speak evil of their friends. 4 Those who despise flagrant sinners,     and honor the faithful followers of the Lord,     and keep their promises even when it hurts. 5 Those who lend money without charging interest,     and who cannot be bribed to lie about the innocent. Such people will stand firm forever.   If you’re burdened by something, and you’ve been patient, and you’ve shared it with people you love and they affirm that truth, and your experiences affirm that truth, and you recognize the necessity of it, and you’re able to do it surrounded by kindness and compassion and love… I say go for it.    Say something.    I love you guys, make it a good day.
