Balancing work and parenting requires communication, trial and error, and adaptation.Women claiming themselves and stepping into their power can have a profound impact on the world.Balancing motherhood and running a business requires prioritization and being present in the moment.Eye movements in yoga practice can stimulate the brain and improve brain health.Incorporating eye exercises into yoga classes can enhance the students' experience and promote brain-body connection.Yoga teachers can experiment with different eye movements and positions to engage different parts of the brain and enhance proprioception.Connect with Missy on InstagramChapters00:00 Introduction and the Importance of Authenticity on Social Media08:08 Childhood Dreams and Embracing New Opportunities27:57 Navigating Expansion and Growth36:00 The Unexpected Process of Expansion44:34 The Power of Women Claiming Themselves52:39 Balancing Motherhood and Business01:03:31 Productivity in Limited Time01:13:14 Balancing Work and Parenting01:31:00 The Connection Between Eye Movements and Brain Health in Yoga01:46:27 Experimenting with Eye Movements to Improve ProprioceptionWeekly stories by email from Bonnie's HERE Connect with Bonnie: Instagram, Email (hello@bonnieweeks.com), WebsiteListen to Bonnie's other podcast Sexy Sunday HERE The music for this episode is Threads by The Light Meeting. How We Get Through the Realness and Rawness of Fatherhood with Troy Mangum

Troy Mangum is a husband, father, and author of the book Fatherhood Faceplants. Troy uses his life experiences to write applicable tactics for men to pick themselves back up again after failing. Something that Troy really emphasizes is that men don't always have to get everything right. They may be crushing it in their early years, but as time goes on, it's perfectly normal to be wrong at times. Fatherhood Faceplants emphasizes this idea of imperfection and teaches us how to recover versus always striving for perfection. Fatherhood Faceplants is a story of redemption and restoration. The book shows us that nothing is impossible with God. Fatherhood Faceplants highlights several topics such as overcoming dad guilt, how to live free, and how to love your kids by loving your wife first. Furthermore, it is important to equip your children for spiritual warfare, especially in today's times. In order to become a better father, you should prioritize your family's success over your personal success and pass on personal victories as your children's inheritance. You can lead your family into their greatest days; you just need to know how. Fathers pass down who they are more than what they know. Today's podcast touches on the subject of: Fearful dads raise anxious kids; bold dads raise bold kids. You may not be a superdad yet but don't be discouraged. There's always hope. Whatever you're going through, it'll end pretty quickly if you put in the work. Welcome to another episode of the Mommy Daddy Time Podcast! In this episode of the show, Eric & Kristy talk about how to survive without a job for 6 months. There is all kinds of real emotions and raw stuff in this one team as Eric shares what it's been like for him to be without a job for the past 6 months. Leaving my job was one of the scariest things I've ever done. I knew what God was calling us to and I had a lot of peace about it. But what I didn't know was anything about what would happen next. God has been incredibly gracious to us and provided for us in amazing ways. But, it's also been a lot of hard work, long nights, and rough days. In episode 39 of the Mommy Daddy Time Podcast, I (Eric) talk a lot about what it's been like since leaving my secure job as a pastor at one of the top 5 largest churches in North America. From how my personality influences my perspective to things I would say to someone in my situation and even how it's impacting our marriage I'm sharing a very real and raw look into life right now! This episode, more than many others, will make you feel like you're sitting down in the kitchen with us for a deep dive into the realities of going without a job, hustling for work, providing for a family, and facing some real fears in identity. If you or someone you know has gone through the loss of a job or is in one now, share this episode with them. They will be encouraged, filled with hope, and love that they aren't the only ones going through the range of emotions. Want to get exclusive content no one else gets?
