Overwhelm shows up everywhere, but especially when excuses become your answers. Change the question, change your life. You want a different lifestyle than what you have, but it's not about the money or a partner. It's all about your health. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. http://bit.ly/WomenofIMPACT You are living in the land of excuses. So long as you are in agreement with those excuses, your answers will always be your excuses no matter the questions. But you don't have to stay stuck in overwhelm. You can escape what seems impossible simply by changing the question. The K.I.S.S. ~ Change the question! What can you ask yourself to see what you need versus what is easy? Instead of always trying to fit in what works for your comfort zone, stretch yourself. 1. STRETCH YOURSELF.  When you make room for what is possible, you make room for change to take root. Stretch yourself. 2. DO WHAT YOU THINK YOU CAN'T. The comfort zone that you live in feels good. But when you attack something that you thought was not possible, you are beginning to change the landscape. And that's what you need. Change requires drastic changes at times. Do what you think you can't. 3. ASK QUESTIONS TO KEEP YOU ON TRACK. One of the hardest things to do is being honest with yourself. We can do it with others, but when you can do it with yourself, that opens up the floodgates of motivation. Now that you're feeling invincible, ask the hard questions. This will require you to be honest and get real opening up the possibilities, not probabilities for change. So let me ask a question. What are you worth? You have to get real with yourself and walk with courage. Yes, healthy living is going to require you to make different decisions. But it doesn't have to be a death sentence. You can live healthily and still have fun, not feeling deprived. Don't get stuck in overwhelm with your excuses becoming your answers. All you need to focus on are the questions. Change the questions, change your life. "Train for life. Listen to this podcast where Ron Broussard of STRETCHYOURSELF is talking about activating your own unique superpowers when you stay consistent and disciplined in your relationship with yourself.  Honoring the relationship you keep with yourself first will allow you to honor every relationship you have in life because it is a reflection of the relationship you have with yourself.   Discipline and consistency go hand in hand. Without discipline, it's hard to be consistent in your actions. Without consistency, the mental muscle of discipline will weaken over time. Discipline leads to consistency. Discipline helps you make the right choice for your goals today, then tomorrow, then the next day, and so you become consistent in your behavior. Discipline keeps you consistent, also, because you do not let your emotions or obstacles prevent you from pursuing your goal and making the right decision. Why is consistency so important for your relationship with yourself? Nothing will help you achieve your goals more than repeatedly doing the actions that I talk about in this podcast that lead to you having a healthy relationship with yourself and discipline to achieve whatever goals you set. This podcast is packed with knowledge to help you bring awareness around your potential and by being you, you can create more healthy, sustaining relationships.

Timothy Sykes is a stock trader who turned his $10,000 Bar Mitzvah money into $4,000,000 through exposing the losing game of penny stocks. He then went on to found Profit.ly a community of 84,000 traders, and run a leading trading coaching program called Millionaire Trader Favorite Success Quote “Be patient be dedicated and realize that it’s a marathon not a sprint.” Key Points 1. Challenges Make Life Worth Living You will often hear personal growth gurus and “enlightened” philosophers espousing the belief that “Life is a journey not a destination.” As cliche as it sounds, anyone who has ever achieved “real” success in life knows it to be true. Achievement is incredible. Reaching your goals is exhilarating. Finally feeling like you are “Making It” gives you a buzz that no substance can compete with. But it doesn’t last… Because as human beings, we have evolved to constantly seek new challenges and accelerate the old status quo. Challenges are what make us come alive, they are what give us meaning, and they are, when it’s all said and done, what life is truly about. You were not meant to earn a million dollars and then retire on an island in the sun. You were meant to innovate, to find new ways to stretch yourself and progress your life. And when you understand this… Everything changes. You will no longer see challenges as a “Bad” thing. You will no longer view hardship as a problem. You will realize that overcoming challenges is ultimately what will give your life meaning and purpose. 2. Money Might Make You Happy but it Won’t Keep You Happy When you take the previous point a step further and apply is specifically to money, you will realize that the age old adage “Money can’t buy happiness”, while technically untrue, has its merits. Money can buy happiness and pleasure. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either lying or has never actually had any money. Knowing that you never have to work again, knowing that you have absolute freedom, knowing that you can do what you want, when you want, with who you want will make you happy. But it isn’t enough to keep you happy. Eventually, you will get bored. Regardless of how much money you have, if you are not growing and challenging yourself on a daily basis, you will eventually feel stagnant and depressed. This is why most successful entrepreneurs who take a few years off after a big I.P.O. (thinking that they’re done for good) return to the game almost as quickly as they left it. Money might make you happy, but it won’t keep you happy. You need to use it to help others, explore new challenges, and push yourself to grow and evolve. 3. Stretch Yourself and Shoot for Big Goals  When I was surfing through Quora the other day, I saw a very generic question asking “How can I make a million dollars by the time I’m 30?” Personally, I felt that this was a ridiculous and arbitrary question. However, when I started looking through the answers, I saw a response that caught my eye. The most popular answer in the entire thread started out by posing a counter question, “Why are you playing so small? Why not shoot for something bigger?” During my conversation with Timothy, he shared a very similar belief. Over the past few years, Tim has been building schools with a charity called Pencil’s of Promise and he’s already donated in excess of $1,000,000 helping fund 30+ school builds. However, for Tim, this is just the tip of the iceberg. His goal is to build over 1,000 schools in the coming years… A $35,000,000 undertaking. While we were talking about this project, he admits that this is a huge goal and that it’s entirely possible that he will never reach it. However, it’s the thrill of having something so big to shoot for that keeps him going. In your own life, how can you 10X your goals to push yourself and get excited? How can you set a vision and a dream so big that you are thrilled to jump out of bed every morning and pursue it? Remember, if you aim for the moon you may hit a stump. But if you aim for a stump… You might miss. 4. If You Don’t Know what You Want to Do, Do Something  We live in an age of such unprecedented opportunity and possibility that our society has succumbed to something called “Analysis by paralysis”. Basically, people have so many freaking options to choose from that they can never choose one thing. If you recently graduated high school or college and had only a few thousand dollars to your name, you could realistically dive into about a dozen different businesses in hundreds of different niches. For the first time in human history, just about anyone who lives in the Western world has the ability to be and do whatever they want (if they put their minds to it). The only problem is, most of us don’t know what we want. So we wander aimlessly, afraid to take action and step into the unknown. But I’m here to tell you… Just take action. Just do something even if it’s the wrong thing. As long as you are making moves, you can pivot and change later down the line to ensure you are making the right moves. But if you are standing still… You’ll never get anything done and you will never achieve the success you are looking for. 5. The Game Isn’t Over Until It’s Over  One of the most common questions and concerns that I see on the Knowledge for Men Facebook page, in my Quora feed, and even in the inquiries that are sent to my inbox is this… “Andrew, I’m [insert age]… Am I too old to start a business, meet the woman of my dreams, achieve my ideal body etc. etc.?” The answer? Of course not! If you still have breath in your lungs, then you still have time to pursue your dreams. Some of the most successful and prolific entrepreneurs didn’t get started in business until their 50’s, 60’s, and even 70’s. Many more didn’t achieve the success that they truly wanted until a few years before their death… But they did achieve it. The game isn’t over until it’s over. It’s never too late to go after your dreams and do the things that you truly want to do. And it’s never too early. So step up and embrace this. Go for the things that you want in life regardless of your age or experience. If you are on this planet and you are still alive, then you’ve got time to make it count and achieve your dreams. The only question is, will you take action or not?

5. He's helping men around the country help improve their commitment to fatherhood, family, faith, and work challenges.  See the Stretched Men Group for more info. How Jon first got to Guatemala. The big confirmation that allowed him to go there. Jon and his blog audience brought the finances available to build houses. His book, Rooftop Reflections. How the book, Wrecked, for something good, as Jeff Goins described. The socio-economic status of families in the Guatemalan culture.  How widows struggle amidst the situation. They have built multiple homes in Guatemala to help families of widows in Guatemala.  Jon's vision to build 100 houses in Guatemala before he passes away.  The next step in his journey to impact families and involve the community in the process. What Jon and his family would like from you. How much it costs just to build one house for a family in Guatemala. The life change his family experienced through this. Jon & his wife chose to sell their home to have more margin in their lives to live, give, and save. How they have chosen to live differently to make a greater contribution. "Do for one what you wish you could do for everyone,"  Andy Stanley. "You can be extraordinary right where you live with the people you rub shoulders with every day." Do a little better.  Stretch yourself.  Make an impact. How difficult it is to translate what that experience was like. The Hobbit's parallel and how hard it is to come back to regular life. You are not ordinary.  You have an amazing opportunity right in front of your eyes.  You can change the world for someone else and yourself. Do something today. Cause yourself to stretch.  Become your best.

Energy is directed for healing through the immune system, the body's defense mechanism, which provides protection for both the body and mind and energy blockages in the body actually impede the work of the immune system, and one of the functions of healing energy is to dissolve them, thus restoring the natural flow of energy throughout the body Johnna has mastered her gift and has the ability to move energy in peoples' bodies, combined with intuitiveness. She works with the body's energy on an emotional, physical, and spiritual level and works with the FBI to help find missing children, high performing athletes, soldiers dealing with PTSD, and people to overcome their energy blockages and relieve pain through a non-conventional invasive way. This podcast is a must listen to where Johnna shares her experience and gives you sound holistic advice about her healing practice. Legal Disclaimer:  Please note that Johnna is not a doctor and does not treat, diagnose, or prescribe, however, She will always tell you what it feels like or offer ideas to the things I look at. Try to improve by 1% every day. Within a year you will have improved more than 365%.- Ron Broussard, StretchYourself.org What a simple thought. Ron Broussard, my friend from Atlanta, Georgia is the founder of Etheos Consulting and runs StretchYourself.org. Ron is a great motivator and an inspiration to many. This thought from Ron is so simple yet so effective. Try to improve by 1% every day.  That is a goal that most people can achieve. What does it take to improve by 1%? That obviously depends on where you are at, but just improving your current state by 1% is relatively easy. If you improve yourself by 1% every day and do it every day of the year, you will have improved by 365% percent. Wouldn't you like to be 365% better at something by the end of the year? What could you be if you improved 365% this year. What will you do to improve by 1% each day? Go Out Today and Improve Yourself by 365% a Year   I get a lot of my quotes from great books that I read. Stop worrying about how it's going to happen and start believing that it will.Ron Broussard - Stretchyourself.org   Click Below to Listen to Today's Show Insert Podcast Link Here My good friend from Atlanta, Ron Broussard, is a great motivator and says to start believing what you want to happen will happen. The founder of Stretchyourself.org , Ron leads a lot of people to achieve their goals. Ron is positive and exciting to be around. He shares a lot of great quotes and this is one that really resonates with me. I like this quote because we often worry too much about whether our goals will happen. We spend our valuable time struggling to try to figure out if what we want to happen will. We need to stop worrying and just start believing that it will. If we are doing the action steps we set up in our action plan and we follow our maintenance worksheet to ensure we will get them, then we just need to start believing that what we are doing will result in them being achieved. Worrying wastes energy. Working the action plan takes the energy and directs it towards the successful achievement of our goals. When we focus that energy into the goals, we can do nothing but start believing that we are going to get the goals we set. Go Out Today and Start Believing In You    I get a lot of my quotes from great books that I read. "When you look in the mirror, what do you see? Do you see the real you, or what you have been conditione to believe is you? The two are so, so different. One is an infinite consciousness capable of being and creating whatever it chooses, the other is an illusion imprisoned by its own perceived and programmed limitations." ~ David Icke What are your limitations? You know, your physical strength; how much you can eat; how much sleep you need or not need. How much can you multi-task, or like Chalene Johnson says "toggle" back and forth. Regardless of the teeter toter, what are your limitations? Limitations are restraining, restrictive. They can hold you back. Limitations can be our excuses. They can also keep us within our comfort zone. The question is, how do you use your limitations? "The God we serve does not seek out the perfect, but insteaqd uses our imperfections and our shortcomings for His greater good. I am humbled by my own limitations. But where I am weak, He is strong." ~ Rick Perry, Former Governor of Texas The K.I.S.S. ~ Stretch Yourself in Mind, Body and Spirit! Acknowledge your limitations.
