We sail back in time to Sydney 2000! Alison explores the origins of the official Olympic mascots, Syd, Millie, and Olly, and the Paralympic mascot Lizzie. But Sydney doesn't stop with the mascot fun--the hosts of the Sydney 2000 recap show The Dream brought us Fatso, who stole the athletes' and fans' hearts....and caused some controversy along the way.  See one of Fatso's best moments here: https://youtu.be/dJZS6DdS9xI?si=BjalIj50J6EA4-WB   Then Jill heads across Sydney Harbor to the sailing competition to revisit the men's sailing competition, specifically the Two Person Keelboat (Star) and One Person Dinghy (Laser). Death looms in the background of both of these competitions, the fat lady eventually sings, and karma says g'day. Welcome to Day 2539 of Wisdom-Trek. Thank you for joining me. This is Guthrie Chamberlain, Your Guide to Wisdom Day 2539 – Pressing Forward - A Christ-Centered Perspective on the New Year Putnam Church Message – 12/29/2024 A Christ-Centered Perspective on the New Year For our Christmas Eve service, we learned what it means to ‘Live in Christ, Daily' and were encouraged to bring light into every corner of the world. This week is the final Sunday of 2024, and to extend our previous message, we must be Pressing Forward with a message titled “A Christ-Centered Perspective on the New Year.” Opening Prayer: Heavenly Father, as we gather on this final Sunday of 2024, we pause to reflect on Your faithfulness throughout the year. Thank You for walking with us through every joy and challenge. As we look to Your Word today, open our hearts to hear Your call to press on toward the purpose You have for us. Teach us what it means to live as citizens of heaven, with our eyes fixed on Christ. Inspire us to move forward with renewed faith and hope in the year to come. In Jesus's name, we pray. Amen. Introduction: A Year's End and a New Beginning As we gather on this final Sunday of 2024, we find ourselves at the crossroads of time—looking back at the year that was /and looking forward to the coming year. It's a time of reflection, thanksgiving, and anticipation. Around the world, year-end traditions help people mark this transition: from fireworks in Sydney Harbor/ to the dropping of the ball in Times Square,/ from sharing resolutions/ to symbolic rituals like cleaning houses or eating special foods. These traditions, though varied, share a common theme: leaving the old behind and embracing the new. As Christians, this is also a fitting time to reflect on our spiritual journey. Today, we'll turn to Philippians 3:12-21 (NLT), where the Apostle Paul uses the image of a race to describe the Christian life—a race that calls us to press forward, forgetting the past and striving toward the future God has for us. Reading: Philippians 3:12-21 (NLT) “I don't mean to say that I have already achieved these things or that I have already reached perfection. But I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ Jesus first possessed me. No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us. Let all who are spiritually mature agree on these things. If you disagree on some point, I believe God will make it plain to you. But we must hold on to the progress we have already made. Dear brothers and sisters, pattern your lives after mine, and learn from those who follow our example. For I have told you often before, and I say it again with tears in my eyes, that there are many whose conduct shows they are really enemies of the cross of Christ. They are headed for destruction. Their God is their appetite, they brag about shameful things, and they think only about this life here on earth. But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior. He will take our weak mortal bodies and...

Indira's world was shattered.Turning to her urban landscape for solace, she found herself drawn to a fig tree overlooking Sydney Harbor. A connection began to build between the two - one with a fractured heart, the other a centurion, offering quiet companionship while asking nothing in return. The Space Between the Stars  is the heart-rending book she wrote about her experience and is well described by actor David Wenham as, “A tender, touching and at times bloody funny meditation on life. A Hybrid Coral Reef In Mexico Is Using Energy From Waves to Turn Sea Salt to Rock

Singularity Hub Daily

Play Episode Listen Later Sep 30, 2021 4:27

Climate change is wreaking havoc on land via extreme weather events like wildfires, hurricanes, floods, and record-high temperatures. Glaciers are melting and sea levels are rising. And of course, the ocean isn't immune to all this upheaval; our seas are suffering rising water temperatures, pollution from plastics and chemicals, overfishing, and more. A British startup is tackling one vitally important component of ocean damage: restoring coral reefs, and in the process, protecting the coastlines they sit on and fostering marine ecosystems within and around them. Ccell was founded in 2015 by Will Bateman, a civil and environmental engineer whose doctorate at Imperial College London involved studying the directional effects of extreme ocean waves. Bateman applied that research in founding the company, which uses an “ultra-light curved paddle” to harness energy from waves, combining this energy with an electrolytic technique to grow artificial reefs. Here's how it works. A structure made of steel is immersed in the sea—a modular design with units 2.5 meters (8.2 feet) long and up to 2 meters (6.5 feet) high means the reefs can be customized for different areas—then low-voltage electrical currents produced by wave energy pass between the steel and a metal anode. This produces oxygen at the anode and causes the pH to rise at the cathode (the steel), causing the dissolved salts that naturally exist in seawater to calcify onto the steel and turn to rock. It's a slow process—the rock grows at a rate of about 2.5 centimeters (1 inch) per year—but Ccell claims the method accelerates coral growth, enabling fragments of broken or farmed corals to grow faster than they would on natural reefs. The reefs are considered “hybrid” because they're not fully natural, but once they've been in the water for a while, they essentially act as a substrate on which many components of a natural reef can thrive. Besides housing thriving ecosystems of marine life that include everything from coral to fish, lobsters, clams, and sea turtles, reefs also help protect the shorelines they're near by breaking down waves. While large waves tend to be destructive, small waves can actually re-deposit sand on the beach and help preserve it. Because Ccell's reefs are porous, they induce turbulence in waves and further reduce their force before they reach the shore. Beaches in areas that draw tourists are particularly interested in keeping their sand. Ccell installed its first reef substrate over the summer at Telchac Puerto, a resort near the city of Mérida on Mexico's Yucatan peninsula. If the reef succeeds at protecting the shoreline and fostering a healthy marine ecosystem, Ccell will likely be installing many more like it in the near future. Artificial reefs aren't a new idea. One similar to Ccell's was installed in Sydney Harbor in 2019, and around the world are reefs made from decommissioned oil rigs, aircraft carriers, or ships. What sets Ccell apart is the electrolysis that helps rock form (which is based on a technology called Biorock that the Global Coral Reef Alliance has been using since 1996), and the fact that it's now going commercial. It's not just beach resorts that are taking note of hybrid reef technology. DARPA's Reefense project is looking to hybrid reefs to “mitigate the coastal flooding, erosion, and storm damage that increasingly threaten civilian and Department of Defense infrastructure and personnel.” Crowdcube, a British investment crowdfunding platform that led Ccell's seed funding, estimated a global market of £50 billion ($67 billion) for hybrid reefs, noting that Quintana Roo—the Mexican state adjacent to Yucatan, where Cancun and other popular resorts are located—spent around £7.7 million ($10.3 million) per mile to add sand to its beaches, and 6 to 8 percent of that washed away within a year. A more cost-effective, long-term solution is in order. Ccell appears to be on the right track, but at a rate of one inch of rock growth per y...

She has been doing drag professionally for 10 years and worked in all of Sydney's iconic bars including Stonewall Hotel, Midnight Shift, and the Imperial Hotel (of Priscilla fame), and worked alongside some of Down Under's most iconic queens! Including Carlotta, Maxi Shield, Tora Hymen. Not to mention playing hostess to a number of the Ru girls while they toured Down Under. Lately, she hosts regular trivia “The Big Fact Hunt” and bingo nights in the Wollongong and greater Sydney region. When she's not entertaining, she can be found styling wigs for local theatre and queens from all over or behind the sewing machine whipping up a frock for her next gig!FOLLOW KRYSTALInstagram: @krystalkleerofficialFacebook: Krystal KleerTikTok: @krystalkleerofficialFOLLOW BREEInstagram: @thatssobreevinFacebook: Bree TaylorTikTok: @thatssobreevinFOLLOW NICK Instagram: neprobst and grow_withnickTwitter: neprobst  FOLLOW MIJON Instagram:majorzu FOLLOW THE HUNTYS Instagram: whisperinghuntysFacebook: whisperinghuntysTiktok: whisperinghuntysTwitter: huntywhisperingWhispering Huntys Website  Whispering Huntys is an Apocalypse Podcast Network Podcast. Sign up to our Listserv: http://eepurl.com/hfnySr

The doctors put Gail and her twin brother in separate incubators for six weeks. The 100% pure oxygen for 24/7 left Gail with partial vision enabling her to watch TV inches from the screen, read headline-size newsprint, and distinguish bright colors. She points out that she loved to draw, play with her shadow, and look at picture books. Her twin, (who was not affected) played happily together with her older brother, getting in and out of trouble, riding bikes, and chasing butterflies. Dad and Mom didn't know how to handle my blindness. They punished when they should have nurtured, and coddled when they should have let me learn. They had a difficult time showing any feelings except those of anger, pain, hate, and fear. Though later in life my Dad's mantra was “Have fun kid,” as a child, happiness and joy were not a part of my vocabulary or experience. Gail has had the pleasure of building and owning her former Habitat for Humanity home, written and published her memoire, Soaring into Greatness, a Blind Woman's Vision to Live her Dreams and Fly, became Ms. Colorado Senior America Queen 2013, fourth runner up in the National Ms. Senior America Pageant, traveled to Australia and climbed the Sydney Harbor bridge and attended “Carmen” at the Sydney Opera House, and now have my sixth Seeing Eye dog. Gail has spoken to audiences in Florida, New Jersey, Indiana, South Dakota, Colorado, and California. She has also been on radio and TV, and more than 25 podcast shows (three outside the USA: Canada, England, and Australia) and have written more than 50 blogs covering topics as “Playing in the Dark,” “Follow Your Dog,” and “How to Say Goodbye.” Please reach out to Gail if you feel connected to her journey Below: Website: http://www.soaringintogreatness.com Facebook: https://facebook.com/gail.hamilton.9231 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/soaring.into.greatness Linked In: https://www.linkedin.com/in/gaillhamilton YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2ETmkavYKd75Gz9NKBgPhw --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/toxicshadows/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/toxicshadows/support

It’s always wonderful to catch up with friends and fellow plantstrong powerhouses! Today, we're thrilled to welcome Paul de Gelder back to the podcast. You can catch his first interview here in season one. In 2009, Paul was a Royal Australian Navy Clearance Diver on a training exercise in Sydney Harbor when he was viciously attacked by a nine-foot bull shark. He came precariously close to death, as you’ll hear him recount today. As a man who faced death face-on, he knows a thing or two about fear. How do you handle fear and uncertainty? How do you navigate dark times and turbulent waters? You double-down on structure, routine, and strength, as Paul emphasizes today. From the start, instead of anger or depression, Paul committed his recovery and new life to one of conservation, compassion, and commitment - not just to our planet, but to the animals that nearly killed him. He's a regular host of Sharkweek on the Discovery Channel where he takes celebrities like Will Smith and Mike Tyson on shark dives to raise awareness of the beauty and importance of these creatures that humans fear most. It’s so easy to be inspired by Paul and, as he says, “Once you get past the fear of dying, life becomes more refreshing and free." Ever wondered what makes Barrels & Business host Jade Green tick? It's all here in today's bonus episode. Guest host Joey Wehbe puts Jade in the hot seat. Listen as Jade takes you a journey from trailer and trauma to triumph, to lessons learned on the soul-sucking search for significance. Jade serves like she surfs: no holds barred. Authenticity is her thing, and she gets real with us about her life experiences. Her story is one the backwoods of Penrith, to a Sydney Harbor apartment, to finding her authentic self all over again.Along the way, Jade shares the lessons she's learned about building businesses, creating a meaningful life, and, yes, surfing her way to joy. Hear the practices she uses to make sure everything in her life comes from an authentic place. You'll also get some pointers about building human connections when you travel a lot and making time for yourself.Key points 15:00: Jade's had many raw life experiences, but she wouldn't change her journey.21:10: It's the struggles and the choices made that help you evolve into the person you are today.25:25: Some of Jade's daily practices for building awareness.30:35: Hold space in your life for you. Get an accountability buddy who will help you make that space.36:30: Talking about Jade's new book and how they created the title39:25: About the soul-sucking search for significance42:40: Unpacking society's bullshit rules and falling back into her passion for surfing47:00: Sharing some early surfing experiences52:00: How to sustain connections with people when you're traveling a lot58:30: Don't get caught being busy. Your self-worth isn't tied to your ability to grind away.Key takeaways & quotes If you're not happy, don't stay just because of the bullshit rules of society.Hurt people, hurt people.Life is all about choices. We choose who we want to be. Our past informs us, but it doesn't define who we are today. Too often we just react to things or go through the motions without really asking, "does this really serve me?"You are the only person that can make yourself feel significant.Recognize when you are doing things from an authentic place or if you're doing it for an ego boost."What I knew for sure was that I was a surfer, and the thing that brought me the most joy and made me feel the most me was surfing, and I hadn't been doing it for 17 years."If you're always on the road and looking for connections to people, video conference. It's way better for holding a human connection. We are not alive to grind away until we die. He who has the most toys doesn't win. Stop living life on vanity metrics."It's our responsibility to provide workplaces where people wake up in the morning wanting to go in and feel happy; not wanting to come home and slit their wrists."Connect with Me and the Barrels and Business Community Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/barrelsandbusiness/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jadegreenau/LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/jadegreenauYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/JadeGreenWebsite: https://www.jadegreen.com.au/Connect with Joey WehbeFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/joey.e.wehbeInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/joeywehbe88 Our GDPR privacy policy was updated on August 8, 2022. Surprise! You asked to learn more about me, and I'm delivering. Tune in for my interview with Alexandra Joy at the second Superhuman Summit. My story is the epitome of rags to riches. I had it all: power suits, a sports car, and a million-dollar view of Sydney Harbor. But for all the $$ in the bank, my soul felt like it was being sucked into a meaningless black hole. When you understand that the wheel of working, grinding, and achieving is just a soul-sucking search for significance in all the wrong places, you know it's time to change.I walked away from the junk I thought I had to have to design the life I really wanted. I was honored to speak about manifestation, mindset, and the Mindvalley six-phase meditation practice at The Superhuman Summit: Science & Spirituality Series. This series is about how blending science and spirituality enables us to overcome the challenges we face in the world. Not only did I share my personal story, but we chatted about why happiness is the biggest hack to productivity. We are souls here having a human experience; we deserve more than grinding under fluorescent lights day in and day out.Hear about the resources that transformed my life, from the inspiring books to discovering the Mindvalley six-phase meditation practice.Your life is your choice. You, too, can manifest a life that brings you happiness and joy.So listen. Share what you got out of the episode. Let us know what you'd like to learn more about.Key points 18:30: How to start peeling back the onion of your life to live more authentically.20:00: Shine a light on the positives in your life. Start a gratitude practice.22:20: The universe is giving you signs. Are you listening?26:30: How do you even know if you're stuck on a hamster wheel? 31:10: Learning about Mindvalley's six-phase meditation practice38:10: How the meditation practice supports you to find and bring some good juju into your life47:15: Walking the talk: hear my 10-year vision and if I'm living my ideal day right now Key takeaways & quotes "My favorite quote, and one that I live by, comes out of the book Conversations with God. Life is a choice. It is what you choose, and you are in control."Put the soul back in control and you, and you're going to be far more successful. So many of us have forgotten what brings us joy. We've been shat all over, in life, in the corporate world, in the messages the world gives us. Grinding it isn't a badge of honor. Stop. Get to know yourself at the soul-level.Start tuning into your intuition. Give yourself permission, space, and time to feel inspired. Find ways to be quiet and reconnect with your body and what it's telling you. Write down the things you notice at the end of the day. Recognize the feelings you are having and the signs the universe is sending you.Reflect over the last year. Is there any time that the universe has kind of like tapped you on the shoulder and said, "you are not on the right course; I'm going to try and reconnect you?" When you don't get it, maybe it taps a little bit harder and harder.Do you think meditation isn't for you because your mind is so wired? That you can't sit there and think about nothing? Or maybe you don't want to be alone with your thoughts. I was the same way. Why would I want to be stuck with my crazy thoughts? That's why finding Mindvalley's meditation practice transformed my life."Negative self-talk and shit holds us back from being able to progress."Get off the hope-and-pray bandwagon. Manifest in action. Put it out to the universe, and you'll start to get ideas on how something could come about for you. It motivates you into action, and those actions are what make opportunities come. Realize that everybody else has their own soul's journey as well. We have to give them permission to do it; we can't take responsibility for everyone else's journey.Connect with Me and the Barrels and Business Community Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/barrelsandbusiness/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jadegreenau/Linkedin - https://www.linkedin.com/in/jadegreenauYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/JadeGreenWebsite: https://www.jadegreen.com.au/Mentioned resourcesWhat I know for sure by Oprah Winfrey: https://amzn.to/2XF4oZpConversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch: https://amzn.to/3igT8ft Mindvalley: https://www.mindvalley.comCode of the Extraordinary Mind: https://amzn.to/3oNBulRhttps://ilabforentrepreneurs.comMindvalley 6 Phase Meditation: https://www.jadegreen.com.au/6phaseSuperhuman Summit: https://beingmorehuman.com.au/human-power/ Our GDPR privacy policy was updated on August 8, 2022. The ball drops in New York’s Times Square. The crowd counts down to Big Ben chiming. Sydney Harbor erupts in fireworks. However your city marks it, there’s something exciting about welcoming in a new year and the fresh start it brings. On New Year’s Day we push out into new waters. What friendships and opportunities might we find? For all its excitement, though, a new year can be unsettling. None of us knows the future or what storms it may hold. Many New Year’s traditions reflect this. Fireworks were invented in China to supposedly ward off evil spirits and make a new season prosperous. New Year’s resolutions date back to the Babylonians who made vows to appease their gods. Such acts were an attempt to make an unknown future secure. When they weren’t making vows, the Babylonians were busy conquering people—including Israel. In time, God sent the enslaved Jews this message: “Do not fear . . . .When you pass through the waters, I will be with you” (Isaiah 43:1–2). Later, Jesus said something similar when He and the disciples were caught sailing in a violent storm. “Why are you afraid?” He said as they panicked, before He commanded the waters to be still (Matthew 8:23–27). Today we push out from the shore into new, uncharted waters. Whatever we face, He’s with us—and He has the power to calm the waves.

(0:00) Show Open: Is College Football Canceled? Two of the "Big Five" Conferences Have Postponed Their Seasons Yesterday, two of the "Big Five" college football conferences announced that they were postponing their seasons . . . and that's a HUGE blow to the NCAA. The Big Ten voted to postpone all fall sports seasons, including football, with the hopes of playing in the spring.  The Big Ten includes schools like Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Purdue. Later, the Pac-12 followed suit . . . also nixing sports through the end of the year.  The Pac-12 schools include:  UCLA, USC, Oregon, Washington, Washington State, Arizona, Arizona State, and Stanford. As for the other conferences, the ACC and SEC say their fall football plans remain unchanged . . . and the Big 12 is leaning toward playing this fall. Outside of the Big Five, the Mid-American Conference and the Mountain West conference are also abandoning fall sports. So, does this mean college football in 2020 is doomed?  Not quite. It's possible for the remaining Big Five conferences to continue . . . the SEC previously switched to an all-conference schedule, and the ACC and Big 12 plan on playing a conference-only-plus-one schedule. But with the Big Ten and Pac-12 out . . . it's becoming increasingly difficult for the other conferences to justify playing. Obviously, shutting down college sports isn't ideal on a lot of fronts . . . but we're STILL in the middle of a once-in-a-century pandemic, and the health ramifications of the virus are still being studied. On the flip-side, others believe that America "needs" college sports right now, and they want to see it happen, regardless of the fallout. Legendary college coach Lou Holtz is one of them.  He compared the coronavirus to D-Day . . . quote, "When they stormed Normandy, they knew there were going to be casualties . . . there were going to be risks."  (Here's video.) But even if the NCAA shuts everything down this fall . . . then there are the complications of asking student-athletes to play TWO seasons in 2021, or to have them accept a lost season altogether.  (14:30) Entertainment News   Dwayne Johnson Has Been Named The Highest Paid Actor In The World For The Second Year In A Row Howie Mandel's OCD Means He Can Spend Over an Hour Making Sure He Locked His Door Pornhub searches for Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion jump after ‘WAP' video DJ Behind Cardi B's Coronavirus Rant Remix Takes on Ben Shapiro's ‘WAP' Rap (27:00) Dating For Dummies Are you looking for Mr. Radical Right? In the 1970s, Suff’s first official murder occurred in Texas. He was convicted by a jury, together with his then-wife, Teryl for beating their two-month old daughter to death. His wife’s conviction was later reversed because of insufficient evidence, William however was sentenced to 70 years in prison but served only 10 before being released in 1984. #2 Yowie Although not as popular as crop circles or alien sightings, Australia has one distinctive tribe that seems to never go away – the Yowie. Described as a group of large, ape-like creatures, the Yowie is the Bigfoot counterpart from down under. These large hairy creatures were part of Australian aboriginal legends but many people today believe the Yowie are actually still around. One of the first accounts of the Yowie was in 1804, inside a book titled, Modern Geography – a Description of the Empires, Kingdoms, States and Colonies: with the Oceans, Seas and Isles: In all Parts of the World by John Pinkerton. Although it was a small comment, it said that one Aborigine population was sharing the Sydney Harbor with another tribe.

Laughter and calls of children. Cicadas. Lapping waves. Birds chirping. The simple sounds that herald the coming of summer in a quiet corner of a beautiful city. “Your greatest fears can actually become your greatest strengths.”Paul de Gelder Imagine being attacked by a 9-foot bull shark. One moment you’re swimming peacefully in Sydney Harbor. The next minute you’re being rammed and pulled underwater, your leg and arm hopelessly trapped in the shark’s jaw.The pain is unimaginable.Death is certain. But somehow, against all odds, you wriggle free.Ultimately you lose that arm and that leg. But that shark? It doesn’t claim your life.Instead, it gives you an entirely new one. This is the extraordinary and inspiring ‘never say die' story of Paul de Gelder.Truant and wayward throughout his teens, Paul left his Australian home town at an early age to start a new life. Despite some early success in the Australian music scene (he once opened for Snopp Dogg), he failed to find the purpose he so desperately sought. So he joined the Royal Australian Army as a paratrooper in November 2000 at the age of 23 — a defining moment that brought his life structure, discipline and ultimately more meaning than he could have ever imagined.Over the next several years, Paul was deployed as a United Nations peacekeeper, honing the art of jungle and urban warfare, unarmed combat, specialist communications, combat first aid, parachuting, and snipping. Rising through the ranks, Paul ultimately achieved his dream of becoming Royal Australian Navy Clearance Diver — Oz's version of a Navy SEAL. But trouble hunted him down in the form of a brutal shark in February 2009. Paul lost two limbs, and his career as a daredevil Navy Bomb Clearance Diver was flung into jeopardy.Determined to transform the horrific experience into a net positive, he fought through excruciating pain — smashing challenge after challenge — amazing the medical staff with his unparalleled will to succeed. In the 7 years since the shark attack, Paul's life has changed in every aspect. Today he travels the world as a top motivational speaker, passionate environmentalist, adventurer and mentor to school kids. He has spoken at venues all around the world, including the United Nations, promoting ecological conservation and (quite ironically and heroically) shark conservation. Along the way, he continues to dive with sharks all over the world — including Great Whites without a cage. One of Australia's most in demand speakers, Paul has been featured on every major U.S. and Australian media outlet. Since 2014, he has served up co-hosting duties on Discovery Channel's Shark Week, hosts the Nat Geo special Fearless (in which he embedded with an anti-poaching team in Zimbabwe), and worked on behind the scenes footage for the 2016 Hollywood blockbuster The Shallows with Blake Lively.Today I am proud to share Paul's story — a death-defying tale of survival, perseverance, positivity, grit, hope, rebirth and the extraordinary breadth of human possibility. One of the most inspirational people I have ever met, this is a conversation that will leave you breathless — and inspired beyond measure. For the visually inclined, you can watch the podcast on YouTube here.Peace + Plants,Listen, Watch & SubscribeApple Podcasts | YouTube | See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
