In this episode of The Dr. Ginny Show Podcast, “What Makes AI Transformations Fail Even with Great Technology with Sridhar Ravilla,” Dr. Ginny sits down with transformation leader Sridhar (Sid) Ravilla to unpack a quieter but more consequential truth behind AI-era change: technology accelerates progress, but leadership judgment determines whether progress holds.Rather than focusing on tools, platforms, or implementation frameworks, the conversation turns toward the human side of transformation: how decisions are made, how clarity is maintained under pressure, and why organizations often underestimate the leadership capacity required to match the speed of modern systems. What emerges is a grounded, timely perspective for leaders navigating complexity at scale.Listen to this episode to:Understand why even well-funded, well-designed AI transformations lose momentum at the leadership levelRecognize the subtle ways decision-making slows as organizational complexity increasesReframe how leadership judgment, not technology adoption, becomes the true driver of transformation successThis episode is especially relevant for executives, transformation leaders, and decision-makers navigating AI adoption, digital modernization, and enterprise-scale change. It offers a sharper lens on what actually drives sustainable execution in high-speed environments where clarity is often the first casualty.Rather than more noise about AI capability, this conversation brings attention back to something more foundational: how leaders think, decide, and stay accountable when systems scale faster than human judgment.About Our Distinguished Guest: Sridhar (Sid) Ravilla is the author of Transformation That Lands and brings over 25 years of experience leading large-scale technology and transformation initiatives across global organizations. His work focuses on decision ownership, governance at scale, and why transformation efforts often break down when leadership judgment becomes diffused across systems, teams, and processes. He is currently engaged in fractional executive roles supporting organizations through complex change and AI-driven transformation.

There's a particular kind of exhaustion many leaders and high performers quietly normalize over time. Not because they lack resilience or work ethic, but because constant urgency, nonstop communication, increasing expectations, and blurred boundaries slowly become part of the work culture itself. In this episode of The Dr. Ginny Show, Dr. Ginny Baro sits down with Amy Pierre-Russo, Certified Life & Leadership Coach and former HR leader, for an honest conversation about the leadership habits quietly shaping employee experience, workplace culture, and the way teams experience work today. As organizations continue navigating AI disruption, leaner structures, caregiving responsibilities, economic uncertainty, and rising demands, many employees and leaders are carrying far more than most workplaces fully recognize. From this conversation, you will gain insight into:What happens when constant availability becomes normalizedWhy support systems matter more than we give it credit How intentional leadership can positively influence workplace culture over timeIf you are leading teams, navigating organizational change, supporting employees through demanding seasons, or trying to create healthier and more sustainable leadership rhythms, this conversation will likely feel very familiar.About Our Distinguised Guest: Amy Pierre-Russo is a Certified Life & Leadership Coach who helps women move from hustle to harmony by creating work-life rhythms that feel aligned, sustainable, and fulfilling. Her passion for this work grew from years in Human Resources, where she saw how often professionals, especially moms, were stretched thin trying to “do it all.”

Shortly after retiring, he suffered a massive stroke that dramatically altered the future their family thought they would have together. The trips they talked about never happened the way they imagined. In this episode of The Dr. Ginny Show, Dr. Ginny Baro and Ev Foster discuss the power of choice. As responsibilities continue increasing and constant change and AI reshape the workplace, we normalize this level of intensity, and we stop noticing how disconnected we have become from ourselves in the process. From this conversation, you'll gain insights into:the small choices that quietly shape the quality of our liveswhat happens when we become externally driven and disconnected from ourselvesthe difference between performing leadership and fully living itAbout Ev FosterEv Foster is the author of Change Starts With Choice and an Intuitive Psychology Coach in training. She didn't start by building a business. And she became the top income earner in a billion-dollar company. In this episode of The Dr. Ginny Show, How to Build a Powerful Business Through Trust, Purpose, and Love with Jen Smith, Jen shares how she did it using her own blueprint. You are being asked to deliver faster results, lead through transformation, integrate AI into your workforce, and develop your team at the same time. You are also doing what you were taught to do, driving outcomes, pushing for performance, and holding a high bar.
Sometimes your burnout does not look like burnout. It looks like success. You are leading, delivering, solving problems, managing expectations, and caring for your team. You are carrying responsibilities at work and at home. People trust you, rely on you, and often assume you have everything under control. From the outside, it looks like success. Inside, it can feel very different. In this episode of The Dr. Ginny Show, Dr. Ginny Baro sits down with Elisha Meek to talk about something too many high-performing leaders normalize: emotional exhaustion disguised as leadership strength. We are not calling it burnout. We are calling it responsibility, commitment, and being driven. If you keep telling yourself this is only a demanding season, this conversation is for you.Dr. Ginny and Elisha explore how burnout hides inside high performance and quietly affects trust, executive presence, team engagement, and organizational results long before leaders call it burnout. One of the most powerful reminders from this conversation is simple: the opposite of burnout is peace of mind.

“Hiring is broken because the best people are not applying.” That may be an executive recruiter's perspective. Hear me out.In this episode of The Dr. Ginny Show, What Smart Leaders Get Wrong About Talent and Growth, Dr. Ginny Baro sits down with Ken Eslick, CEO of The Leaders Lab, who brings decades of experience helping organizations understand what it really takes to build strong leadership teams.Together, they talk about why the strongest talent is often already working somewhere else, why organizations can bring in strong talent and still hit a ceiling, and why leaders can step into bigger roles while still operating from the identity of the earlier one. They also discuss why AI cannot replace the human connection leadership requires, and why emotional intelligence, development, and clarity still matter.

Four stories today that all connect back to NIO and your portfolio.William Li took the stage at the China EV 100 Forum urging the entire Chinese auto industry to standardize batteries and chips — a move he says could unlock over $14 billion in industry-wide savings. NIO's own ES9 has over 4,000 chips from 1,000+ varieties. NIO is cutting internally to ~400 types.A 36Kr analysis reveals China's auto chip self-sufficiency is only 25% — 75% still imported. DRAM prices jumped 180% in 3 months as Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron redirect capacity to AI. One mid-tier smart EV's memory cost went from $100 to $290.The $29K pure EV sedan market is dominated by Tesla and Xiaomi — and 2026 may be the last window for anyone else to crack it.And Trump just announced a US Navy blockade of the Strait of Hormuz after 21 hours of failed peace talks in Islamabad. Experts warn elevated oil prices could persist through end of 2026 — making NIO's battery swap model more valuable every single day.Courtside Financial. Inside, it can feel very different. In How to Break Resilience Myths and Spring Forward with Russell Harvey, I sit down with leadership coach Russell Harvey for a thoughtful conversation about what resilience really means for leaders and executive teams. In this episode of The Dr. Ginny Show, Dr. Ginny Baro sits down with Aleta Maxwell, leadership coach and best selling author of Uplifting Leaders, to explore what quietly slows leaders and teams down, even when performance looks fine on the surface.Their conversation focuses on how blind spots form as roles grow, why leadership development cannot be treated as interchangeable, and how trust, feedback, and decision making shift when leaders build deeper self awareness. Together, they name what many senior leaders sense but struggle to articulate, and why ignoring it comes at a real cost. This episode is for leaders and organizations navigating pressure, complexity, and rising expectations, and asking whether their current leadership development approach is truly fit for the level of work required. What listeners gain from this conversation:

Jim Bianco, president of Bianco Research, returns to The Julia La Roche Show for episode 297 for an in-studio appearance. Bianco argues the Fed is making a policy error by cutting rates when financial markets are at all-time highs across the board—stocks, gold, bonds, M2, and home prices. He explains that job creation has slowed from 158,000 to 29,000 per month not because the economy is weak, but because immigration has essentially stopped, reducing population growth to an 80-year low—meaning 29,000 jobs may actually be appropriate. Bianco warns that cutting rates in this environment risks recreating inflation through two key channels: tariffs (average rates up 6x to 17-18%) and remote work (giving labor more power to demand higher wages). He sees dangerous concentration in AI stocks (41 companies representing 47% of S&P 500 market cap) reminiscent of late-1990s bubble dynamics, with aggressive retail buying and passive flows creating mispricing that could end badly when the "buy the dip" mentality finally breaks. This episode is sponsored by Monetary Metals. Ashley and Nick Rehder, Founders of Ruby Ranch Barn: Join us for a conversation with Ashley and Nick Rehder, founders of Ruby Ranch Barn, a nine-acre property just east of Pemberton, Minnesota, where education and community meet in fresh, hands-on ways.In this episode, Ashley and Nick share about their journey building Ruby Ranch from a dream into a space for connection and experiential learning, hosting workshops, events, and summer camps for all ages. They talk about Little Rubies, their preschool/kindergarten farm and nature program for ages 3-6, that uses nature as the daily classroom, complete with animal interaction, garden and pond time, and walks through their trials. They also open up about integrating their personal home on the farm into the operation, pouring their blood, sweat, and tears into a fast flip that expanded what they could offer to the community. As Ruby Ranch continues to grow (with 29K followers on Instagram!), Ashley and Nick reflect on the values that drive their work, the joy of seeing people connect through nature, and how they're helping redefine what learning looks like in Southern Minnesota.

Shoot us a Text.Episode #1167: GM kills its creative EV tax credit plan while Ford plays coy, the Chevy Bolt returns faster and cheaper than ever, and three Nissan dealers take their high-mileage heroes on a 1,500-mile proving ground through the American West.General Motors has scrapped a short-lived plan that would have allowed dealers to keep offering a $7,500 federal EV lease credit after the subsidy expired on September 30. The move follows political pushback and dealer uncertainty around compliance.GM's plan involved having GM Financial buy EVs from dealer inventory, claim the federal credit, and pass the savings into leases through the end of 2024.GM had already begun funding incentives on about 20,000 EVs, with 5% down payments made on those vehicles prior to September 30.The program was meant to help dealers avoid being stuck with higher-priced EVs post-credit, but Senator Bernie Moreno (R-OH), a former dealer, objected to the move, calling it an overreach beyond the law's expiration. GM ended the plan shortly after.Ford rolled out a similar workaround ahead of the credit's expiration but has declined to confirm whether it plans to continue offering the lease incentives. At a “Bolt Block Party” at Universal Studios Hollywood, GM has officially reintroduced the Chevy Bolt, its beloved affordable EV.The new Bolt gains GM's Ultium 65kWh LFP battery for faster charging, improved range, and bidirectional home power support.Charging now jumps to 150kW (10–80% in 26 minutes) — triple the previous speed — with 255 miles of range and Tesla's NACS port for Supercharger access. The interior gets a bigger screen, refreshed materials and GM's SuperCruise driver assist with lane-changing “route following.”Pricing starts at just under $29K, making it the cheapest announced EV in the U.S., with production starting in early 2026.The only controversy? No more Apple CarPlay or Android Auto — GM is betting on its new in-house infotainment instead.Three Nissan dealers traded in their desks for desert dust, road-tripping 1,500 miles across the American West in three used Nissans — all over 100K miles and under $10K — to prove the brand's reliability and shake up customer perceptions. The “Tour Detour” YouTube series follows the group's off-road trek through salt flats, canyons, dunes, and mountain passes in two Muranos and a Juke.Dealers Tim Pohanka, Chris Lenckosz, and Jason Cole financed and drove the cars themselves, documenting every gritty mile. The goal: to challenge Nissan's reputation around “continuously variable transmissions” durability and show that even high-mileage models can take a beating.“We bought the cars ourselves and pushed them through the toughest roads in the West,” said Pohanka. “We wanted them to earn our trust — and our customeJoin Paul J Daly and Kyle Mountsier every morning for the Automotive State of the Union podcast as they connect the dots across car dealerships, retail trends, emerging tech like AI, and cultural shifts—bringing clarity, speed, and people-first insight to automotive leaders navigating a rapidly changing industry.Get the Daily Push Back email at https://www.asotu.com/ JOIN the conversation on LinkedIn at: https://www.linkedin.com/company/asotu/

Ever see something so fun and fabulous that you just need to know more? That's exactly what happened when I spotted a bright red Moke pulling up at a swanky beach club in Delray Beach, Florida. Part golf cart, part beach cruiser, and 100% head-turner. Naturally, I did what any curious gal would do—I took a picture, went down a rabbit hole of info, and landed right at Moke America. Turns out, the Moke isn't new—it's iconic! Originally a British military vehicle (yes, parachuted out of airplanes), it's now an all-electric, open-air, customizable dream ride. Think Lily Pulitzer editions, James Bond-inspired designs (sold out, of course), and baby blue beauties perfect for cruising vacation spots like Miami, the Hamptons, and beyond. I chatted with Todd Rome, CEO of Moke America, who's been leading this electric lifestyle revolution for over 10 years. Made in Sarasota, Florida, the Moke is street-legal, eco-friendly, and lets you feel like you're always on vacation. Todd says, "What makes the Moke so great is it's loved by everyone. It really speaks beach car. You feel like you're on vacation no matter where you have it." Moke has become more than a ride—it's a lifestyle. Starting at $29K, Mokes let you mix and match everything from the roll bars to the roof. Todd says, you can “change the car like you change your outfit”. The future looks even brighter for Moke, with new designs and features set to debut in 2025. Oh, and if you're wondering—yes, there's room for your coffee and phone. Cheers to stylish joyrides, Moke-style! Enjoy this podcast of a cool conversation with Todd Rome CEO of Moke America live on The Debbie Nigro Show.

Meet Angela Maciocia, an inspiring elite Canadian Masters runner from Montreal. "You're Built From Hard Things" is the title of this episode and it perfectly personifies Angela's fire, drive, and spirit. She was in severe pain running the Chicago Marathon and her husband and coach, Bruce Raymer, pulled her off the course at 29K—where she left on crutches, with a 50% plantar fascia tear and a broken heart. Angela kept the faith through some dark moments—grinding long hours on pool runs and on the elliptical, with a team of therapists to help her rebuild physically, and a mindset coach to build her up mentally. Fast forward 7 months: Angela rocked a 39:19 at the Canadian 10K Champs on a super hot day—good for 1st place in her age group and 6th female Masters—putting into practice everything she's been working on. Angela is inspired by her autistic son, Noah, and the many obstacles and challenges he's overcome. Her Stay In the Fight Moment: "Advocating for Noah every day—that time period, those ten years, shaped me into who I am now." Angela credits her mom for instilling her fierce work ethic, drive, and fire; and her husband/coach, Bruce, who changed her approach to training and passionately believes that her best racing days are ahead. Angela had a 23-year career as an adult educator, working with adults with disabilities. She regularly communicates with autistic parents to help guide them as a way to give back and is super grateful for the magical team of people that support her running journey: Raymer Running, Physiomentum, Kevin Longpre, Dr. Sean Landry, Sports Specialists, and West Island Therapy Centre. I hope you're all inspired by Angela's incredible journey!
