Hoy, con todos nosotros, Laia Grassi.¿Hablamos? https://tatxe.org/contactar Colaborar: https://buy.stripe.com/bIYbLr83U1Sv2w88wxSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/tatxe/exclusive-content

Dr. Heather LynnHeather is an author, historian, and renegade archaeologist specializing in the investigation of hidden histories, forbidden artifacts, and the symbolic systems that have shaped human civilization. Known for challenging conventional narratives and making complex historical subjects accessible, she brings a rare interdisciplinary lens to her work.Heather's undergraduate training in archaeology and information technology led to a Master's in History, followed by a Doctorate in Education from the University of New England and a Doctorate in Comparative Religion. Her doctoral research at UNE examined how history museums communicate with the public in the digital age, exploring how institutions shape cultural memory, identity, and civic engagement through technology. This work bridged museum studies, sociology, and communication theory, offering insights into how societies curate their own narratives, and what those choices reveal about power, heritage, and truth. Her current research explores the intersection of archaeology, mythology, and power: forgotten temples, anomalous artifacts, elite rituals, and the selective preservation of history. She does not confine herself to the academic mainstream, nor does she chase the fringe for spectacle. Instead, her work asks why certain truths remain buried, and what that reveals about the human condition.Hugh NewmanHugh Newman is an author, documentary maker, world explorer, megalith researcher, and expedition leader.

A silent danger lurks within the descending thoracic aorta. While most Type B aortic dissections are managed medically, up to half of these patients will either require life-saving surgery or die within just five years. So how do we separate those who will quietly recover from those on the edge of catastrophe? How do we protect the spinal cord, bowel, and limbs from the devastating consequences of malperfusion? Join the University of Michigan Department of Vascular Surgery as they tackle the high-stakes decisions behind managing this unpredictable disease—where timing is critical, interventions are evolving, and lives hang in the balance. Hosted by the University of Michigan Department of Vascular Surgery: ·       Robert Beaulieu, Program Director ·       Frank Davis, Assistant Professor of Surgery ·       Luciano Delbono, PGY-5 House Officer ·       Andrew Huang, PGY-4 House Officer ·       Carolyn Judge, PGY-2 House Officer Learning Objectives: 1.         Discuss general approach to diagnosis and management of TBAD. 2.         Identifying high-risk features in uncomplicated TBAD and understanding their role in determining the need for surgical management. 3.         Review endovascular techniques for managing malperfusion of the limbs, viscera, and spinal cord and discuss associated decision making. Beneath the sands of Egypt, a hidden world awaits. In thisexplosive conversation with researcher Trevor Grassi, we uncover never-before-seen evidence of vast tunnel networks beneath the Giza Plateau, potential entrances to the Great Pyramid's mysterious Big Void, and a long-lost temple complex at Hawara. From ground-penetrating radar hits to energyanomalies that shut down equipment, Trevor reveals how his team has identified multiple sealed chambers, possible record vaults of an advanced pre-dynastic civilization, and even connections to extraterrestrial presence in ancient Egypt. Could these sites hold the Hall of Records… or technology beyond our comprehension? Join us as we explore the untold story of what lies under Giza, why many rooms stand empty, and what might still be hidden in the Great Pyramid's most inaccessible chambers. Follow Matt Beall Limitless: https://x.com/MattbLimitlesshttps://x.com/MBeallX https://www.tiktok.com/@mblimitless https://www.instagram.com/mattbealllimitless/ https://www.facebook.com/people/Matt-Beall-Limitless/61556879741320/ Check out our Shorts & ClipsClip Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@MBLimitlessClipsShorts Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@MBLimitlessShorts Listen Everywhere: Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/4PEaXTfAy8NkLjmukUJfXZ?si=b5fa7ee1b1d54736Apple:https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/matt-beall-limitless/id1712917413  Rumble: https://rumble.com/c/c-6727221 Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/c/MattBeallLimitless  Check out Trevor Grassi:https://x.com/GrassiTrevorhttps://www.youtube.com/@trevorgrassihttps://opusmagnum.org/ Timeline:00:00:00 - Introductions00:06:53 - Under the Giza Plateau00:33:41 - Why are the other rooms empty?00:56:03 - Speed of Light01:09:01 - Exploring Hawara01:34:09 - Extraterrestrial in Ancient Egypt01:53:45 - What's in the Great Pyramid Chambers?02:00:54 - Next Research Steps02:07:23 - Closing

The lost labyrinth of Egypt, or the Hawara labyrinth is a buried complex in Egypt. Built beneath the pyramid of Hawara, it is said to have contained mortuary temples, galleries, courtyards, and libraries that hold unseen information about Ancient Egyptian society, as well as other ancient civilizations, including some prior to commonly recorded history. It was described as a labyrinth by the Ancient Greek historian Herodotus, who was one of several Greek historians who saw the inside of the complex. While a labyrinth typically refers to a complicated maze, Herodotus saw the complexity of the structure and saw similarities. It is an apt comparison because the passages in the labyrinth seem to have been constructed to be confusing as a way to deter unwanted visitors and keep the temples safe. It supposedly has over 3,000 rooms, all laden with lost culture.Trevor Grassi is an independent researcher, world traveler, writer and filmmaker who has been studying and searching for the Hall of Records at Giza for nearly two decades. In the past few years he has worked closely with civil engineer and 'Gizatologist', William Brown, at Giza to reveal evidence of underground structures very close to the Sphinx and throughout the plateau. They have shared never-before-seen ground penetrating radar scans, photos, videos, and personal accounts of the subterranean network of tunnels and chambers that are likely connected to the record chambers described by Edgar Cayce. They are planning an excavation project at the most promising locations in the near future, and have released a three part documentary series entitled The Secret Underworld of Giza.https://opusmagnum.org/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/earth-ancients--2790919/support.

After a long unexpected hiatus, SnapSessions! presents Episode 60, featuring an interview with Grammy-nominated guitarist Alex de Grassi and a SnapSessions! tribute to San Francisco Giants star centerfielder, Willie Mays—"the Say Hey Kid”, just maybe the greatest baseball player of all time. Alex de Grassi has been a guitarist since his early teens, growing up in a musical family in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 1950s and 60s. Dropping the trumpet for the guitar after being exposed to the Beatles, the Stones and Mississippi John Hurt, de Grassi attended UC Berkeley in the early/middle 70s and took a lot of music theory along with his Economic Geography major. This led to classical guitar as well as ongoing labors as a street musician from Berkeley and SF to London, and then finally a connection with Windham Hill records and to his first album, Slow Circle, which came out in 1979. Since then, Alex has released a total of 16 albums dabbling in a variety of styles from Southern soul to Bolivian folk music to classical lullabies to the Woody the Woodpecker theme. In 1998 he was nominated for a Grammy for his album Water Garden. In addition, we talk to Alex about working with neuroscientist Daniel Levitin on his “Your Brain on Music” series, musing on the possible existence of a music gene. There's also an appreciative nod to some recent work he's done with the Real Sarahs. And we find out just how many guitars Alex de Grassi actually owns. SnapSessions! also pays tribute to the NY & SF Giants' great center fielder Willie Mays who died at the end of last summer. We cover Mays' great career, his extraordinary feats as an outfielder and hitter, and offer Doug's personal experiences of seeing Willie play both in Seals Stadium and at Candlestick Park. In addition, we've uncovered some outstanding recorded highlights as well as a musical gem saluting Willie Mays from the 1950s. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

The worst thing that's ever happened to the Democrats is democracy. It must be quite an existential crisis that, after all that, the rest of the country rejected their opinion of Donald Trump. That the guy they said was a rapist, a racist, a fascist, a dictator, a Nazi, a bigot, a transphobe, a misogynist, a Russian asset, a criminal, a felon, a fraudster, a fake, a traitor, an election denier and insurrectionist, an extremist, a terrorist, a white supremacist, a phony that they impeached twice and indicted four times, and became the first presidential candidate with a mug shot, and to be convicted of a felony still won the popular vote. That has got to really burn. But it isn't the Trump side that is now in a perpetual state of shock because it existed inside a utopian bubble, cutting itself off from the rest of America. It isn't the Trump side that cosplayed World War II for so long that it lost touch with reality about either our world now or what really happened in World War II. It isn't the Trump side that was the empire.Their war-torn resistance fighters were so disgusted that none of the Democrats had done enough to “stop Hitler Trump and his Nazi leader, Elon Musk,” that their approval numbers were at historic lows. DO SOMETHING, their supporters cried. So Cory Booker took to the Senate floor to remind them of what they still stand for. And to rally the troops. He prepared in advance for the performance of his life. He denied himself food and water to go the distance. It was, for him, a chance to audition for the part of Charismatic Leader, the democrats so desperately need.Booker found a way: It's not Left or Right but right or WRONG.It's a far cry from Obama's “not red states or blue states, but the United States.” The Democrats no longer believe that. They went from “don't normalize Trump and his supporters” to it's more than justified to demonize, dehumanize, even terrorize them. They are “bad people.” They're no longer welcome. Not in our culture, restaurants, movie theaters, family gatherings, and, most of all, our democracy.Their anger stems from their class privilege of having everything they need, yet they can't accept losing something they want. Here is Batya Ungar-Sargon:Either the Democrats really are caught up in a mass delusion about who Trump is and why he won, or else they're the drama club, and none of it was ever real.Splendor in the GrassI wasn't just in the Drama Club in high school. I was the undisputed queen. Just ask anyone who went to high school with me. I was a terrible student. I barely graduated. My nickname was “no-show Stone,” but the one thing I showed up for was the Drama Club. That's me as Elizabeth Proctor in the high school production of The Crucible. In case you've never seen or read The Crucible, Elizabeth Proctor was John Proctor's pregnant wife who was accused of witchcraft but who was spared because of the presumed innocence of her baby. Her husband, John Proctor, would be hanged.I could never have known that all of these decades later, we'd all be living in a Salem of our own making, and I'd be once again an accused and condemned witch.Inside the drama club, I had a magic mirror - a small group of people who thought I hung the moon. My Drama teacher thought that too. I was his favorite, at least for a time. I didn't know the word “grooming” back then, but looking back on it, I see that's probably what he was doing—a pinch here, a grope there. On the last day of my junior year, he French kissed me just before I went away for summer break. That Summer, he drove up to my house and dropped off a copy of the play Splendor in the Grass. I took that to mean I would be cast as the lead, the part Natalie Wood played in the movie. As the queen of the Drama Club, I got all of the leading roles. Of course, I would play Deannie. But when it came time to cast the play, the part went to someone who wasn't even in the drama club. She was the prettiest girl in school: the Head Cheerleader and the Homecoming Queen. Our teacher had broken the silent code of the drama club - nobody from the outside is allowed in. Because if they do, our fantasy world is shattered. That's all we had. We weren't the popular kids, the cheerleaders, the jocks, the science nerds. We were people who didn't belong anywhere else. But we also liked escaping into a fantasy world of being another person other than ourselves.During the Me Too movement, my friends would always bring up our drama teacher, but honestly, I was more angry that he'd given my part away to a prettier girl.In reality, the Homecoming Queen was the right person to play Deannie, even if our teacher probably just had the hots for her. She was good, too—better than I would have been. Because she was popular, everyone in the school came to see the play.We were all big fish in a small pond, which gave us power we weren't willing to relinquish. But having the whole school see our play meant reality was here, whether we liked it or not.I often think about the drama club now when I watch Christopher Guest's hilarious Waiting for Guffman, which is about a self-important director of a small town theater group and their delusions of grandeur. And that's also what I see when I look at the democrats and all of the performative protesters and activists on the Left, from Eric Swalwell to AOC to Jasmine Crocket to Chuck Schumer to Cory Booker, to all of these delusional people who believe Musk did the Nazi salute and Trump is Hitler. They are Waiting for Guffman. They are the drama club. It's a cosplay fantasy, a dystopian Renaissance Faire. None of it is real. The American people have been watching this performative outrage for almost a decade. They wanted to turn the channel so badly they voted for Donald Trump a second time, and now, here they all are, once again, caterwauling about the very democracy that just took them out of power. They still believe that doing exactly the same thing for this long will get them a different result, the very definition of insanity. But there's a darkness too, a rising violence. What they all mean when they say “Hands off” is not just “hands off” our government, but “hands off” everything else too.Along with keying Teslas and violent outbursts against Trump supporters, there is a hashtag making the rounds on TikTok called “when it happens,” where users fantasize about Trump's death.Identity First vs. America First.During the last Civil War, the two conflicting realities were that a country founded on freedom could not own human beings vs. the false reality that slaves could not survive as free human beings and that there would be chaos and collapse if things changed. Now, we find ourselves once again at a crossroads with two factions believing in two completely separate realities. This time, it's not about westward expansion but rather our migration onto the new frontier of the internet, AI, and the upcoming robot revolution. What will this country be going forward? What will be our values? What will define male and female? What will decide power? You can see each of our potential futures laid out before us. Whole generations have come of age in virtual reality, where they can choose their own avatars and have their own audiences for their own show. It's all performative. But to be included, you must follow the rules. If you don't, out you go. This is a public episode. Researchers say they used SAR to find vast city beneath the pyramidsThe researchers claim to have discovered eight vertical cylinder-shaped structures, referred to as shafts, extending approximately 2,100 feet deep beneath the pyramids.Italian and Scottish researchers claim they found a major discovery beneath the Pyramids of Giza, potentially rewriting the history of ancient Egypt. Using radar technology, the team led by Corrado Malanga from Italy's University of Pisa and Filippo Biondi from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland announced the findings of what they describe as a vast underground city stretching more than 6,500 feet directly beneath the pyramids."This groundbreaking study has redefined the boundaries of satellite data analysis and archaeological exploration," said the project's spokesperson, Nicole Ciccolo, according to The Sun.She elaborated that the discovery "could redefine our understanding of the sacred topography of ancient Egypt, providing spatial coordinates for previously unknown and unexplored subterranean structures."The researchers used a new radar technology known as Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), which combines satellite radar data with tiny vibrations from naturally occurring seismic movements. The radar was used to create high-resolution three-dimensional images of underground structures, a method similar to using sonar to map the ocean floor. Their study, still awaiting peer review, suggests that the complex is ten times larger than the pyramids themselves. The team claims to have discovered eight vertical cylinder-shaped structures, referred to as shafts, extending approximately 2,100 feet deep beneath the pyramids. Each shaft is said to be surrounded by spiral pathways that connect to two 80-meter cube-shaped structures. Above these, they reportedly found five multi-level structures connected by passageways."The existence of vast chambers beneath the earth's surface, comparable in size to the pyramids themselves, has a remarkably strong correlation with the legendary Halls of Amenti," Ciccolo stated. She explained that the cylindrical structures were found underneath each of the three pyramids and appear "to serve as access points to this underground system."Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/earth-ancients--2790919/support.
