In this segment, the host sharply criticizes President Joe Biden's energy policies, arguing they have devastated the coal industry and contributed to the loss of American manufacturing jobs. While Biden promised to replace coal with affordable wind and solar power, the host claims those promises were never fulfilled — except for the part about shutting down coal plants. The result, they argue, is higher energy prices, a weakened power grid, and a continued shift of manufacturing jobs overseas, especially to countries like China and India that rely heavily on coal. The segment also praises Donald Trump's executive actions aimed at reviving the coal industry and calls for urgent congressional support to fast-track energy reform, reopen shuttered coal facilities, and unlock natural gas exploration — all framed as essential to preventing an economic “death spiral.”

This Day in Legal History: Cicero is BornOn January 3, 106 BC, Marcus Tullius Cicero, one of ancient Rome's most influential lawyers, orators, and statesmen, was born in Arpinum, a small town southeast of Rome. Cicero's life and work laid the foundations for modern legal and political thought, intertwining law, philosophy, and rhetoric. As a novus homo (the first in his family to achieve senatorial rank), Cicero rose through the Roman cursus honorum, eventually serving as consul in 63 BC. His tenure is most remembered for his decisive action in quelling the Catiline Conspiracy, a plot to overthrow the Republic.Cicero's legal career was marked by his exceptional eloquence and emphasis on justice. His speeches, such as those in defense of Sextus Roscius and against Verres, revealed his dedication to exposing corruption and advocating for fairness. Beyond his courtroom success, Cicero's philosophical treatises, including De Legibus (On the Laws), explored the nature of justice and the rule of law. His writings profoundly influenced thinkers of the Enlightenment and modern legal systems. In one of his letters, Cicero wrote to his friend – one of his most famous quotes:“What is morally wrong can never be advantageous, even if it enables you to rule the world.”This succinct insight captures his belief in the universality of law as a moral and societal cornerstone.Cicero's life was not without turmoil. His opposition to Julius Caesar's dictatorship and later to Mark Antony cost him dearly. He was executed in 43 BC during the proscriptions. Cicero endures not only as a towering figure in law and politics but also as one of those ancient philosophers whose works people skim through, extract a handful of pithy quotes, and then relentlessly share at dinner parties or on social media. His knack for universal truths ensures his words still resonate, even as they occasionally overstay their welcome in the mouths of exhausting folks.President Biden plans to issue an executive order permanently banning new offshore oil and gas development in specific U.S. coastal waters. This move, based on the 1953 Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, is intended to be difficult for future administrations to reverse and comes as Biden seeks to solidify his environmental legacy in the final weeks of his presidency. The protections aim to safeguard marine ecosystems, protect vulnerable coastal communities, and combat climate change, aligning with calls from environmental groups and congressional Democrats. While Biden's actions will not affect existing leases, the scope of the new protections is expected to include key areas like parts of the Pacific near California and the eastern Gulf of Mexico near Florida. Conservationists have praised the move as a necessary step to protect U.S. waters, while oil industry advocates argue it jeopardizes energy independence. Former President Donald Trump is likely to attempt reversing the order, though previous court rulings suggest such efforts may face significant legal hurdles. Offshore drilling remains a contentious issue, with opposition particularly strong in coastal regions reliant on tourism.Biden to Ban More Offshore Oil Drilling Before Trump Arrives (1)A group of Tesla shareholders is appealing a Delaware Chancery Court decision that voided Elon Musk's $56 billion pay package, which would have been the largest CEO compensation in U.S. history. Filed on December 31, the appeal also challenges Chancellor Kathaleen St. J. McCormick's $345 million award in attorneys' fees. McCormick had ruled that Tesla's board and Musk breached fiduciary duties to investors when approving the massive compensation plan. Despite shareholder approval votes in 2018 and 2024, the court found the deal unfairly tilted in Musk's favor. The plaintiffs, including ARK Investment Management LLC and individual investors, argue the appeal is necessary to restore shareholder voting rights and accountability.Attorneys for the shareholders assert that over 70% of investors supported the pay package in two separate votes, emphasizing the high level of approval. Legal representation for Musk, the board, and opposing shareholders have yet to respond to requests for comment. The appeal seeks to overturn a ruling that has intensified debates about executive compensation and corporate governance.Elon Musk Pay Deal Decision Appealed to Delaware High Court (1)The U.S. Supreme Court's 2025 docket includes pivotal labor and employment cases addressing workplace discrimination, wage law exemptions, and employee benefits. Among the key issues is whether workers from "majority backgrounds," like white or heterosexual individuals, face higher hurdles in proving discrimination claims under Title VII. The Court's decision could reshape lawsuits challenging diversity policies. Another case will decide if retirees can sue former employers for disability bias, as exemplified by a Florida firefighter denied benefits. This issue has divided lower courts on whether retirees meet the Americans with Disabilities Act's requirements. Wage law exemptions are also under review, with the Court considering the evidentiary standard employers must meet to prove workers are exempt from overtime protections.Additionally, justices will address the standards for lawsuits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), involving allegations of excessive fees in retirement plans. These cases could have broad implications for labor law, corporate practices, and workplace equity, shaping the rights of employees and obligations of employers across the nation.Reverse bias, wage law exemptions top US Supreme Court's 2025 labor docket | ReutersThe U.S. Judicial Conference declined to refer Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to the Department of Justice over allegations of ethics violations related to unreported gifts and luxury travel from a wealthy benefactor. The Conference cited amendments Thomas made to his financial disclosure reports, addressing issues raised by Democratic lawmakers. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson faced similar scrutiny over omissions in her reports but had also filed corrections, leading to the rejection of a referral request against her.Democratic lawmakers argued that Thomas's failure to disclose violated the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, but Thomas stated he was advised such disclosures were unnecessary for "personal hospitality." He committed to following updated guidelines in future filings. The Judicial Conference pointed to its recent efforts to clarify financial disclosure rules and noted Thomas's compliance with the new standards. The body also raised constitutional concerns about its authority to refer the matter to the DOJ, further noting the issue was moot since lawmakers had already requested an investigation directly from Attorney General Merrick Garland. Critics accused the judiciary of failing to hold Thomas accountable, while the judiciary emphasized the ongoing improvements to ethical oversight.US Supreme Court's Thomas will not be referred to Justice Department | ReutersThis week's closing theme is by Johann Strauss Jr. This week's closing theme celebrates Johann Strauss Jr., affectionately known as the "Waltz King," whose music epitomizes the charm and elegance of 19th-century Vienna. Among a president's most profound responsibilities is the power to grant clemency. Now, as President Joe Biden's first term winds down, he faces mounting calls to use that authority to commute the sentences of the 40 men on federal death row.Donald Trump's final months in office marked a stark shift in federal execution policy. After a 17-year hiatus, his administration executed 13 people — the most under any president in over a century. While Biden halted this practice, advocates warn that a second Trump term could restart executions. It's why they're urging Biden to take decisive action now to reduce death penalty sentences to life without parole. On this week's episode of The Intercept Briefing, reporter Liliana Segura examines the gap between candidate Biden's promises and his actions as president. “By far the most significant thing that Biden could do and should do in my opinion is to make good on his stated opposition to the death penalty, which is something he ran on in 2020. Joe Biden said that he wanted to try to bring legislation to end the federal death penalty and, in fact, incentivize states to do the same. He had language in his campaign platform talking about how life without parole sentences were appropriate alternatives,” she says. According to Segura, the federal death penalty reaches far beyond the most notorious cases and its deterrent effect is questionable — challenging many Americans' assumptions. “This idea that the death penalty is a deterrent is like the myth that will not die. You know, I was in Indiana recently covering this midnight execution, and I'm looking at some of the rhetoric that is out there from the state attorney general, and he is banging that drum about, 'Oh, you know, this is a deterrent to crime.' There's absolutely no evidence that that is true and there really never has been.”To learn more about what Biden could do, listen to this week's episode of The Intercept Briefing. Hosted on Acast. Not Anymore, Thanks to Trump's Tariff Tornado"- "From Basement Deals to Boardroom Brawls: Trump Cleans Biden's Mess with China"- "Party's Over, China: The Trump Administration is Back and Checking IDs"- "Biden's Chinese Fire Drill vs. Trump's America-First Playbook"Article: Party's Over, China: Trump is Back Let's face it: the last four years with Biden were the geopolitical equivalent of teenagers throwing a kegger while the parents were out of town. China helped itself to the liquor cabinet (read: our trade balance), wrecked the furniture (global stability), and left behind a suspicious stain we'll be scrubbing out for decades (fentanyl crisis, anyone?). Now Trump is back, broom in one hand and a tariff schedule in the other. And if you think Beijing is nervous, you'd be right.China's Four-Year Field Day The Biden administration gave “compromised” a new definition. With The Big Guy allegedly benefitting from overseas kickbacks, China enjoyed the kind of unchecked influence in U.S. policy that lobbyists only dream about. Trade surplus? Check. Ballooning fentanyl exports? Double check. Pardons for shady Chinese nationals? Why not, right? This wasn't leadership—it was a Groupon for corruption. Biden's presidency left Americans wondering: Was Xi Jinping running the White House via Zoom? (content: Include Biden's pardons for Chinese nationals, alleged ties through Hunter Biden's dealings, and how these actions emboldened China's aggressive stance globally.)Trump's Tariff Tornado: Turning the Tables Enter Donald Trump, the human storm warning for countries trying to outsmart America. Remember his first term? Trump slapped tariffs like Oprah giving out cars: “You get a tariff! You get a tariff!” Suddenly, Beijing had to play nice or face a 60% import tax that would make Walmart executives cry. He's already vowed a 10% tariff on Chinese goods and plans to strip China of its “Most Favored Nation” status. This isn't just tough talk—it's the equivalent of flipping the Monopoly board and saying, “We're playing my rules now.”    [X] SB – Trump on the Golden Age                   Exciting and successful period of reform and renewal. Intervening problems. China vThe Fentanyl Fight: Biden's Blind Spot, Trump's Target Under Biden, the fentanyl crisis ballooned. China's role in flooding American streets with deadly drugs? Barely a slap on the wrist. Trump, however, treats this as an act of war. His proposed tariffs are aimed directly at fentanyl precursors, and you can bet there's more coming. Because for Trump, “friendship” with Xi doesn't mean letting it slide. It means, “Fix this, or I'll fix it for you.”Trump and Xi: A Complex Dance Trump's relationship with Xi Jinping is like a WWE match—respectful handshakes one moment, body slams the next. While Biden treated Xi like an infallible overlord, Trump knows the value of calculated diplomacy. “Let 1,000 flowers bloom,” Trump joked, echoing an old Chinese saying. But make no mistake—if Trump is letting flowers bloom, he's already figured out how to sell them back to China at a premium.Cleaning Up Biden's Mess If Biden's foreign policy was a reality show, it'd be Keeping Up with the Corruptions. Trump's return is the reboot America desperately needed. Where Biden let China call the shots, Trump is the guy who picks up the phone and says, “New phone, who dis?” Trump's tough stance on trade, fentanyl, and global competition signals a new era—one where America isn't just playing defense; it's running the game. The Bottom Line Under Biden, China played the role of an uninvited houseguest who overstayed their welcome and stole the silverware on the way out. Trump's back, and he's not just kicking them out—he's billing them for damages. Because in Trump's America, the party's over for freeloaders, and the grown-ups are firmly back in charge.Closing CTA: “If you want more of this kind of leadership, buckle up. Trump's America-First policies are ready to remind Beijing—and the world—that the U.S. is open for business, but only on our terms.”What do you think of the tone? Would you like it even punchier?       The grown-ups are back running things, and just in time. I feel like the last 4 years with Biden is one of those teen movie scenes where the kids throw a party when the parents are gone from the home. Look at all that President Trump will have to clean up.   https://www.reuters.com/world/china-trump-talk-up-prospects-us-china-collaboration-2024-12-17/ BEIJING, Dec 17 (Reuters) - China's top diplomat said on Tuesday he hoped the incoming Trump administration would "make the right choice" and work with Beijing, hours after Donald Trump told reporters the COVID-19 pandemic had strained his relationship with "friend" Xi Jinping. "We hope the new U.S. administration will make the right choice and work with China in a mutually-beneficial manner to remove disruptions and overcome obstacles," Foreign Minister Wang Yi told a forum in Beijing, according to a statement from his ministry. "We had a very good relationship until COVID," Trump told reporters gathered at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida on Monday when asked whether Xi would attend his inauguration. "COVID didn't end the relationship, but it was a bridge too far for me." (…) Trump has indicated he plans to pick up where he left off with Beijing, and has vowed to impose an additional 10% tariff on Chinese goods to push China to do more to stop fentanyl flows into the U.S. He also previously pledged to end China's most-favoured-nation trading status and slap tariffs on Chinese imports in excess of 60% - much higher than those imposed during his first term. Title: Post-Election Struggles and Pre-Emptive Pardons: Politics Intensify in AmericaIn the heart of political drama in the United States, two notable figures come into play - the controversial former president Donald Trump and renowned political expert Jack Smith. As we navigate through significant events, both past and present, these two personalities offer insight and perspective to the American narrative. The political climate has significantly heated up as President Joe Biden currently considers applying pre-emptive pardons for his staff members. While Biden has not specified the reason behind this drastic decision, political pundits speculate that this move might be in anticipation of any potential legal complications that might arise for his team, serving as an inherent form of protection.Donald Trump, a key figure in US politics, has substantial knowledge and experience with presidential pardons. During his tenure, he had sparked controversy with his use of the executive power to pardon or commute sentences. His pardons often favoured associates and allies, such as his former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn and his long-time advisor Roger Stone. It remains to be seen if Biden's consideration to pardon his staff, perhaps pre-emptively, will stir similar controversy.Meanwhile, political analyst Jack Smith opines on the current scenario, echoing the sentiments of the public. Smith, known for his insightful views, suggests that while the president's power to pardon is undeniable, its use must be meticulously calculated to prevent misuse and ensure that it serves as a tool for justice rather than an escape tactic. In the aftermath of the recent elections, Georgia's trans activists are also facing challenges. The post-election period has presented roadblocks they hadn't anticipated. Advocates for the trans community in Georgia are battling for acceptance and equality. However, the pathway to achieving such goals seems significantly more complicated in the current political landscape.Furthermore, public institutions like South Dakota's libraries are dealing with stricter policies. While the specifics of these policies remain unclarified, this tighter approach may impact the way these institutions serve the public, putting a spotlight on how regulations can potentially hinder public services. As America navigates these stormy political waters, heavyweights such as Donald Trump and Jack Smith continue to influence the discussion. The narrative evolves with each decision and statement, shaping the political landscape's future with their undeniable imprint. There's no doubt that these are pivotal times for American politics, as we keenly watch the unfoldment of each chapter.

What's her benchmark—pronouns on a Starbucks cup? And the ACLU arguing this case? Their strategy is basically, “Well, Your Honor, we think biology is mean.” Pro tip: when you're trying to overturn centuries of reality, you might want to come with something stronger than feelings. Daniel Penny: Subway Defender ExtraordinaireLet's talk Daniel Penny. The man subdued a crazed subway lunatic threatening passengers, and now he's the one facing charges. Meanwhile, New York is releasing criminals like it's a Black Friday sale at Rikers. I say let the guy get back to his life. The only crime here is that we don't have a Daniel Penny on every subway train. The Great Pardon PanicOh, the pardons! Leftists are scrambling like chickens in a fox den. Remember when they lost their collective minds thinking Trump might preemptively pardon his kids? They were frothing at the mouth like rabid dogs, screaming, “Only the guilty need pardons!” Fast forward, and Joe Biden actually pardons Hunter, and suddenly it's a heartwarming story of fatherly love. You've gotta admire the consistency—oh wait, they don't have any.  [SEGMENT 1-2] Silly Leftists 2 And now Biden's gearing up for mass pardons. Rumor has it Adam Schiff's already practicing his “thank you” speech. Fauci's probably prepping too—he'll need one for every agency under his control: the NIH, FDA, CDC. By the time Biden's done, he'll need a bulk discount on “Pardon Me” cards. Trump's Appointments and the Lawsuit ShowdownSpeaking of accountability, let's talk about Trump's appointees. Despite the Left's best smear campaigns, they're holding strong. And Kash Patel threatening to sue Pence's advisor? I LOVE it. Finally, conservatives are playing offense. I don't know about you, but I'm tired of watching Republicans act like it's a three-legged sack race while the Left is in a tank. Let's start suing these clowns into oblivion. Why Be a Democrat Today?Which brings me to this question: why would anyone want to be a Democrat today? What's the appeal? The policies don't work, their scandals are more predictable than Hallmark movies, and their leaders are walking punchlines. Your flagship legislation is “Men Can Have Babies,” your economic policy is “Spend Until Collapse,” and your presidential frontrunner is... Joe Biden? Imagine being on a sinking ship, grabbing a bucket, and saying, “This is fine.” That's the Democratic Party right now. SCOTUS SmackdownBack to the SCOTUS hearing—seriously, the level of delusion on the Left is staggering. They want “special rights” for a mental disorder. And yes, that's what gender dysphoria is. They're trying to legalize feelings. What's next? Mandating that everyone applaud when a grown man in a tutu demands to use the women's restroom?  [SEGMENT 1-3] Silly Leftists 3   [X] SB – Charlamagne on The View Pt 1 The week's insanity has been one big reminder: the Left's hypocrisy knows no bounds. Whether it's defending pardons for their criminals, championing “rights” that defy logic, or spinning corporate corruption into a soap opera, they've mastered the art of ridiculousness. But don't worry, folks—common sense isn't dead. It's just taking a coffee break. [X] SB - Charlamagne on The View Pt 2 Sick of watching everybody else get over?     Pardons, Power, and Protecting the Crooked: Biden's Legacy of Legal Abuse Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution grants the president the authority to pardon offenses against the United States, a power intended to provide fairness and avoid prosecutorial abuses. Alexander Hamilton envisioned this clemency as a tool to “restore the tranquility of the commonwealth.” But in the hands of Joe Biden, the pardon power looks less like a tool for justice and more like a sledgehammer wielded to shield a crumbling empire of corruption. Biden's recent pardon of his son Hunter has spotlighted the blatant hypocrisy of the Left's use of clemency. After years of moral grandstanding, claiming the high road on justice and accountability, Democrats are now orchestrating mass pardons to shield themselves from the fallout of their own malfeasance. Pardons as Preemptive Damage Control During Trump's presidency, Democrats practically dared him to issue preemptive pardons for his family, projecting their own propensity for guilt on the former president. When Trump pardoned Jared Kushner's father, the media spun it as though he had pardoned Kushner himself. That narrative stuck, fueling the perception of Trump as corrupt, even as his actual record on pardons tells a different story. Trump, notably, did not pardon his children or any close associates preemptively. Why? Because they weren't guilty of anything. Contrast that with Biden, whose pardons aren't just reactive—they're preemptive damage control for an administration rife with misconduct. Leaks suggest Biden is preparing pardons for a laundry list of allies, including Adam Schiff, Liz Cheney, Anthony Fauci, and members of the January 6th Committee. These aren't minor players; they are key figures in the systemic abuse of power targeting Donald Trump and his supporters. The January 6th Committee alone violated so many laws it could be a semester-long case study at any law school. Then there's Fauci. A pardon for Fauci essentially extends to the entire health bureaucracy—NIH, FDA, CDC—that oversaw the disastrous COVID-19 policies. Lockdowns, vaccine mandates, suppression of dissent, and the mishandling of public trust—it's no wonder Biden would want to sweep this under the rug. A Record-Breaking Abuse of Power[SEGMENT 1-4] Silly Leftists 4   Historically, presidents have used pardons sparingly, often to right specific wrongs. Franklin D. Roosevelt holds the record with 2,819 pardons and 3,796 total acts of clemency, largely for people convicted under Prohibition laws. Barack Obama granted 1,927 acts of clemency, including a controversial commutation for Chelsea Manning. But Biden's pardon spree could make FDR's record look modest. Biden's administration isn't dealing with isolated cases of injustice—it's mopping up the collateral damage from years of systemic corruption. Consider the scope:The FBI: With over 37,000 employees, including 10,000 special agents, the agency's involvement in targeting Trump and MAGA supporters is well-documented.The CIA and NSA: These agencies, with a combined workforce exceeding 50,000, played their parts in surveillance and misinformation campaigns.IRS and FISA Courts: From targeting conservative groups to enabling dubious investigations, their roles can't be ignored.Biden's pardons could easily extend to thousands of individuals across these institutions, creating a tsunami of public outrage. This isn't about restoring tranquility; it's about cementing a legacy of corruption while protecting a broken system. Democrats: Masters of Projection The hypocrisy is staggering. Democrats who lambasted Trump for imagined abuses of power are now actively orchestrating the largest clemency cover-up in history. When Joy Reid and Adam Schiff criticized the idea of preemptive pardons, they framed it as an admission of guilt. Yet here we are, watching Biden prepare to issue blanket pardons to his political allies without a shred of irony.   [X] SB – Joy Reid and Adam Schiff on preemptive pardon   Dishonest man… Heard of an innocent person getting a blanket pardon       Hunter Biden's pardon set the tone: a sweeping, decade-long absolution for crimes ranging from tax evasion to illegal firearm possession. The message? Rules are for the little people. Trump: A Study in Contrast Trump's approach to pardons highlights the glaring differences between the two administrations. While Biden's pardons shield the guilty, Trump's were measured and purposeful. Trump used his clemency power to address specific injustices, such as Alice Johnson's over-sentencing or the persecution of Michael Flynn. More importantly, Trump didn't shield himself or his family. His restraint underscores the integrity of his administration compared to the flagrant abuses we're witnessing now. Rebuilding Trust in Justice Biden's pardon spree will leave a lasting stain on America's institutions. But it also presents an opportunity for renewal. When Trump returns to office, he will face the monumental Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-kevin-jackson-show--2896352/support.

[SEGMENT 1-1] Trump's official acts 1 Donald Trump has already impacted things dramatically, and for the better. The world is taking notice. While Biden continues playing president, President-elect Trump is the de facto president. It warms my heart that he announced that he will pardon all J6 prisoners on Day One. These people have suffered, many for 4 years for ABSOLUTELY NO CRIME.  [SEGMENT 1-2] Trump's official acts 2 My producer said I was too tough on you guys last segment. I played him this clip [X] SB – James Carvill   What should Trump do Day One? Frankly, I want a Leftist to replace each of them for 4 years to serve as justice. And let's begin with the J6 committee. I hope Trump makes finding out what happened with this committee a Day One act. Do you think the president will publish his Day One acts, or will we have to wait on them as we have so far. There are other people he will pardon, and I will get you that list soon. Like the woman thrown in jail for praying in front of an abortion center! Trump is still building his transition team, and we got him to remove the FL Sheriff who is pro-DEI and arrested a pastor for holding church during Covid. That removal is a result of DIRECT pressure from us.   Look at all the Leftists who were so tough when Trump was out of office. They never thought they would have to face him or his policies again, so they issued tough talk. Sissies trying to be real men.  [SEGMENT 1-3] Trump's official acts 3   Black people are waking up… [X] SB – Black woman goes off on Chicago mayor   I mentioned the Denver mayor recently on the show. Mike Johnston talked tough about illegals. Then Trump won, and appointed Tom Homan as border czar, and Johnston has subsequently changed his tune. The same is true of New York Governor Kathy Hochul. All the sanctuary state and city leaders who have protected illegals will change their tunes soon. All it takes to make bullies of the Left back down is do what you say. The minute President Trump holds anybody accountable for anything, the warning shot will be heard in all institutions of government, and include Federal, state, and local governments. I happily await the arrest of a sanctuary governor or mayor. And I would buy a ticket to see the first arrests of election cheats. What else could we hope to see? Perhaps prosecutions of government agency leaders who lied about Covid, vaccinations, climate change, the 2020 election, J6. Sure Biden will offer pardons to many of them, but whoever is left should pay the price. And for those pardoned, we need massive restrictions on jobs they can have, and of course they should never be able to work in government again. Interestingly, many of these people are quitting their jobs and some of them are lawyering up. They've operated with impunity for decades, and now fear for their political lives.  [SEGMENT 1-4] Trump's official acts 4 [X] SB – Chuck Todd blasts Joe and Jill Biden Mixed emotions. Halle Biden transcript. Turned her into a crack addict.   Democrats wake up every morning haunted by the same two thoughts: Joe Biden couldn't beat Trump, and neither can Kamala Harris. That's not just a bad dream—it's their grim reality. As America hurtles toward 2024, the Left is realizing that their worst nightmare has materialized. A Leftist Death Spiral Look around, and you'll see the crumbling remnants of Leftist ideology scattered across the battlefield. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs are being dismantled nationwide, corporate America is backtracking on woke policies, and Trump has signaled his intention to restore sanity. Case in point: his declaration to kick unfit transgender individuals out of the military. Cue outrage from the LGBTQ+ Gestapo, but Trump is unapologetic. He's here to prioritize strength, readiness, and common sense. This isn't just Trump returning to form; this is Trump 2.0, a transcendent version of his already remarkable first term. Trump was a STUD during his first term but he has transcended “studness” to a new level. What's bigger than a stud? I honestly don't know. But I know that Trump is already surpassing his first term and he hasn't even started.   Trump on the World Stage Remember the G7 summit during Trump's first term? When another world leader tried to step in front of him, Trump moved him aside with casual dominance. It wasn't just a gesture; it was a declaration: Trump was the leader of the free world, and everyone knew it. Contrast that with the Biden administration, which brought us endless apologies, hand-wringing, and foreign policy blunders. Justin Trudeau, Canada's poster child for woke incompetence, once tried to play tough with Trump during their first handshake encounter. How'd that work out for him? Trudeau eventually came crawling back, begging Trump not to tank Canada's economy. Now Canada's economy teeters on the edge of ruin. Trudeau's failed leadership, combined with a staggering trade deficit with the U.S., has left him with zero leverage. And what of Mexico's new president, Claudia Sheinbaum? She's already proving to be a menace to Mexico's economy, but when she tried to go toe-to-toe with Trump, it was a quick and humiliating defeat. If Trump chooses to disclose the details of their negotiations, she could rival Stormy Daniels in public humiliation—except Daniels would look like a high-class call girl in comparison to Sheinbaum. The Deep State Exodus The Biden administration's so-called "tough guys" are abandoning ship faster than rats fleeing a sinking vessel. Mass resignations are sweeping through the DOJ, FBI, and other agencies that targeted Trump and his supporters. Why? Because they know the jig is up. These officials aren't resigning to “spend more time with their families.” They're lawyering up, preparing for the legal reckoning they so richly deserve. This isn't just an exodus; it's a purge. Like the Nazis after World War II, they're running scared, knowing they've lost the moral high ground. The collapse of the police state isn't just a win for Trump; it's a win for America. The denazification of our government is underway, and it's long overdue. Corporate America Retreats from Woke Even corporate America is feeling the heat. Once the champions of woke policies, major companies are now quietly backing away from DEI programs. Why? Because these initiatives have proven to be divisive, ineffective, and financially disastrous. Disney, Bud Light, and Target learned the hard way that pandering to the woke mob comes at a cost. Trump's secret weapon in dismantling this madness? The truth. It's remarkable how far a little honesty can go in an era dominated by lies. Trump's Blueprint for Success Here's what sets Trump apart in his second act: he's already proven he can deliver results.Economy: During his first term, Trump's policies led to record-low unemployment, energy independence, and historic gains for minority communities. Under Biden, we've seen skyrocketing inflation, record debt, and economic uncertainty.Foreign Policy: Trump's peace-through-strength doctrine kept adversaries like Russia and North Korea in check. Biden's weak leadership, meanwhile, has emboldened aggressors, from Putin's invasion of Ukraine to China's increasing belligerence.Border Security: Trump built the wall. Biden opened the gates. The result? A border crisis of epic proportions, with cartels, traffickers, and terrorists exploiting Biden's weakness.Cultural Sanity: Trump's willingness to challenge the woke agenda resonates with everyday Americans. Whether it's restoring the military's focus on readiness or standing up to the Left's gender ideology, Trump offers a return to common sense. The Democrats' Dilemma The Democrats' bench is laughably thin. Biden is too old, too corrupt, and too incompetent to run again. Harris? She's a walking punchline whose approval ratings rival the Hindenburg disaster. That leaves the Left scrambling for alternatives, none of whom can hold a candle to Trump's charisma, accomplishments, or vision. Meanwhile, Trump's momentum is unstoppable. He's not just campaigning; he's leading a movement. The MAGA agenda is back, stronger than ever, and the Left has no answer. The Nightmare Continues For Democrats, the realization is dawning: they can't stop Trump. Their institutions are collapsing, their ideology is unraveling, and their leaders are panicking. Leftism isn't just on life support; it's in the final stages of its demise. Trump's second term will be the ultimate vindication for his supporters and the final nail in the coffin for the woke agenda. The question isn't whether Trump will win—it's how big the margin will be. And for the Democrats, the nightmare is only just beginning.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-kevin-jackson-show--2896352/support.

On today's show, I open with a short recap of my time at the Road to the Majority Conference that was put on in Washington, D.C., put on by the Faith and Freedom Coalition. Each day for the next 13 weekdays, I will drop a special bonus episode of my interviews with many of the guests who spoke at the conference. So, depending on how you get my daily show, make sure to watch for the BONUS episodes each weekday. Then, because I did not have a show on Thursday or Friday, I open with Tara Bull's Top 10 News items the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn't talk about last week. It's always interesting to see what my audience already knows compared to those who only watch those outlets of propaganda. We already know Joe Biden is deep in debate prep for this coming Thursday on CNN. Well, it seems CNN may also be in deep prep as well. By way of example, we turn to Kasie Hunt who was interviewing Trump spokesperson Karoline Leavitt. Rather than have to listen to truth, Kasie talked over the guest and then shut off the mic and shut down the interview. So much for truth. But, looking at what Karoline Leavitt was trying to say, it's no wonder Kasie wanted to shut it down. The lack of objectivity from Jake Tapper and Dana Bash as “moderators” is atrocious. Even Kasie herself is a horrible Leftist who took joy when Senator Rand Paul was beaten and sent to the hospital by a rabid Democrat. It took seven years, but the breaking news from over the weekend from the fact-checking site Snopes, that Donald Trump never said white supremacists were “very fine people.” This audience has already known that for that seven years, but it's nice to see the rest of the world finally catching up to the truth. Maybe that's why the Left is losing their minds. Victor Davis Hanson put a piece describing the anatomy of a full leftwing meltdown and we are seeing it in full display. Mitch Landrieu, co-chair of the national Biden-Harris campaign was on Meet the Press and had no idea why so many Latino voters are running from Joe Biden. He also believes Joe Biden is still mentally sharp as a tack, is on the ball and the smartest guy in the room, so long as that room is behind closed doors. In the meantime, in the heart of deep blue Philadelphia, Donald Trump held another massive rally and his supporters are from every demographic and it's growing. A legal immigrant was in fire when interviewed about the rally as was an seasoned citizen. While Biden is out there with messages of anger and division, stuttering and wandering off to shake hands with invisible people, Trump is positive, uplifting and uniting. On that note, we close with one of the moment from this weekend's conference. Tulsi Gabbard reminded us of a different speech given in Philadelphia, by Joe Biden. In his best impression of V for Vendetta, Gabbard reminded us that Biden called all Trump supporters domestic terrorists. She then went on to describe the traits of those so-called enemies of democracy. Turns out, she's describing what we used to call patriotic Americans who love our country as founded and the Constitution of the United States of America. The vast majority of international trade is conducted using the U.S. dollar, bolstering the strength of the American currency and leaving nations open to potential sanctions damage. Given the growing number of sanctions imposed on Russia and China is response to a litany of human rights abuses committed by their dictatorships, both countries have spearheaded efforts both in BRICS and beyond to “de-dollarize” their economies, ideally rendering them immune from sanctions. “De-Dollarization” was a major topic of discussion at the 2023 BRICS summit, in the short term by replacing the dollar with the Chinese yuan or the Russian ruble. In the long term, however, BRICS representatives have suggested that the member nations of that coalition could create their own currency to protect its members from sanctions or any human rights requirements Western nations may demand. 'Israel's government has a distorted view of victory. This war is more like a crusade for them'

There is "an abyss" between how the U.S. and Israeli governments treat the families of Israeli hostages held in Gaza, says Prof. Jonathan Dekel-Chen, whose son Sagui, 35, was kidnapped by Hamas on October 7 while trying to protect his family and other residents of Kibbutz Nir Oz. Sagui Dekel-Chen's wife, Avital, gave birth to the couple's third daughter in January. Speaking with Haaretz Podcast host Allison Kaplan Sommer, the dual Israeli-U.S. citizen – who hasn't received new information about his son in eight months – compared the "inexplicably infuriating" behavior of members of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government with their American counterparts. Dekel-Chen said he has felt "privileged" to receive the attention and sympathy offered by U.S. President Joe Biden and his administration – along with the other dual citizens caught in the hostage nightmare. He also noted that he felt similar "wall to wall" support from members of Congress, "regardless of what their views are on the conduct of Israel's war." In Israel, by contrast, "we've had no direct communication from senior ministers, nothing – it's unthinkable in a small intimate country like ours." He suggested that perhaps more sympathy and support would be forthcoming if those whose communities and lives were "destroyed" by the events of October 7 had come from the right-wing religious constituencies that make up Netanyahu's governing coalition. While Biden has put another cease-fire and hostage deal on the table, urging Netanyahu and Hamas to agree to its terms, "Israel's government has a distorted view of what victory is," according to Dekel-Chen. "This war is more like a crusade ... its goals are dictated by the fringe, radical, far right." On the podcast, Dekel-Chen also explains why, as a Hebrew University history professor, he feels that comparisons between October 7 and the Holocaust are inaccurate and dangerous. "Other than the death on that day, there are no real similarities," he says, "and it simply serves as a much too-easy-explanation for a horrific day and lets people off the hook who should be held accountable. It invokes some greater force that's so far beyond our control that it was almost inevitable. That's absolute nonsense."See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Brent Futures have been volatile and rangebound this week, dropping to around $81/bbl and supported again over $84/bbl. With the OPEC meeting next week (and being held online), there's been conversation that Russia has overproduced oil output, but will be correcting lower after not adhering to the April quota due to over production. This audit will be used to update production baselines.  Biden announced he was releasing a million barrels of gasoline from the northeast gasoline supply reserve ahead of July 4th. In reality, this has been planned for a long time and isn't reflective of the optics he has been given. Both sides are claiming that he's falsely pushing down the price. While Biden claims it will help with inflation, it was actually a bipartisan bill that was passed years ago, and it was actually Trump who wanted to sell this stockpile originally. In today's live edition of The Trish Regan Show, I'm all over the testimony from Michael Cohen. Shockingly, prosecutors bet their case on an unreliable witness and the reality of that decision is pushing their case against Donald Trump  to the brink of collapse.    At this point, the politics of the situation have grown so obvious and so bad, that even CNN hosts are calling out the case as being purely political.    All this as a brand new poll shows Donald Trump ahead in five out of six swing states — and with an increasingly path to 270 electoral votes. Poor MSNBC is grasping at straws - sounding desperate and ridiculous and, even boring!   The question now becomes: how else can the Democrats stop Trump? Rep. Eli Crane says the Republican Party should be America First and it makes decisions really simple. When it comes to Ukraine, we shouldn't be sending tens of millions of dollars to one of the most corrupt countries in the world, escalating a war with Putin who has more nuclear weapons than any other country in the world. If you put America First, it simplifies decisions that may seem complicated. While Biden, McConnell and others may appear to favor escalation into WW3, Crane says we don't have the leadership necessary to win a war of this magnitude against this adversary. And we don't have the resources to fund a war when we're $34 trillion in debt but so many on Capitol Hill have an obsession with Ukraine. Crane says there's been a patriot purge in the military for some time and it's why recruitment is down. This isn't the same military of the past that prepared for readiness. They're not focused on lethality. They're now focused on social experiments, DEI and wokeness. While that permeated our culture, it had not reached the military until now. Crane believes the U.S. will be humbled and lose on the battlefield unless we get back to being the baddest military on the planet. GUEST: REP. [SEGMENT 2-1] Laken Riley #BREAKING Multiple DHS sources confirm the suspect in UGA student, Laken Riley's murder—José Antonio Ibarra is here illegally from Venezuela. CBP documents show he crossed in September of 2022 into El Paso, Texas and was released due to lack of detention space. The 26 year old from Venezuela was arrested today by ICE-ERO Atlanta. He is being charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, kidnapping, hindering a 911 call and concealing the death of another— According to UGA Police Chief Jeffrey L. Clark. Officials say Riley went for a run on the University of Georgia's Athens campus yesterday and was later found dead. DHS sources confirm that Jose Antonio Ibarra was arrested 5 months ago in New York. Records show he was arrested on 9/14/23 in Queens, NY for injury to child less than 17 and no license. This is what was happening back when Ibarra crossed into El Paso in September of 2022, “U.S. Border Patrol has been so overwhelmed in the region and the shelters are at capacity — One processing center is three times above its normal capacity, nonprofit shelters are starving for beds and volunteers, and a sudden surge of arrivals from Venezuela is ineligible for expulsion, the @BorderReportcom reported…” [SEGMENT 2-2] MSNBC's post-mortem of SC Biden has provided states with good glide paths. Apparently Joe Biden is no Boy Scout when it comes to impromptu speeches. Unless Biden has his cheat sheets, he's ineffective at pressers. And people are finally commenting on Biden's need to carry flash cards with prepared questions and answers. He's been doing this for a while now, but the pictures of the notes have been more of an tongue-in-cheek joke. Things have changed for Biden, as the cards are no longer gentle nudges by way of bullet points. Today, Joe Biden is told who to call on, and how to respond. In the example above, Biden knows the exact question he will be asked. And you can bet his answer is already on that not-so-trusty teleprompter. We've gone from journalism to propaganda, no different than in the former Soviet Union. What about with donors? While Biden can be forgiven for having cheat notes at his press conferences, as he can claim to want to get the facts straight. But at donor gatherings, Biden should have no need for cheat notes. https://twitter.com/HansNichols/status/1761037552704753855 According to sources, Biden can't carry on a simple conversation. Axios writes: President Biden has been using notecards in closed-door fundraisers, calling on prescreened donors and then consulting his notes to provide detailed answers, according to people familiar with the routine. Why it matters: Biden's reliance on notecards to help explain his own policy positions — on questions he knows are coming — is raising concerns among some donors about Biden's age.The president is 81 but claims he feels younger. The staged Q&A sessions have left some donors wondering whether Biden can withstand the rigors of a presidential campaign, let alone potential debates with former President Trump, 77.Biden advisers say the president is given notecards only for very detailed and technical questions, and say he frequently does spontaneous Q&As.Most recent presidents — including Trump, George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush and Barack Obama — have carried crib notes, or used teleprompters, to help guide them through various public events and meetings. In Biden's case, donors have noticed he's also using notecards in private events.Biden's campaign dismissed such concerns. Do you really believe that Biden's campaign dismisses what's happening to him? How sick are Democrats if they see a clearly diminished Biden, and they donate money to him anyway? The way you know Biden is dying on the vine is the Left will tout his fundraising. They will try to convince the public that Biden remains a fundraising machine. After all, who would donate to a political dead man? But the real indicator will be what Donald Trump raises. Will the news report on Trump's fundraising? Not the GOP's fundraising, but Trump's fundraising? And after Trump demolishes the Deep State Republican RINOs, they will be forced to look down-ticket; to actually support Trump. Biden is toast. Soggy toast. And the longer Democrats prop him up offers a glimpse into their real problems. They can't find a replacement who can cover for the rampant cheating that will necessary to prevent Trump from his rightful second term.

[SEGMENT 1-1] Biden almost trips again Joe Biden is showcasing that newfound youth the Left keeps touting. So he's a man about town. And we've become use to what happens when Biden is seen publicly. Biden didn't disappoint. Watch as he trips twice going up the stairs. https://twitter.com/RNCResearch/status/1760026442698522740 We've all tripped up a time or two. But our trips are few and far between. And there is almost always a valid reason. We don't pay attention, or something like what happened to me recently when a man on a motorized skateboard tripped as his dog dragged him towards my well-behaved dog. The man took a solid fall, and turnabout being fair play, he barked at his dog. Those trip ups and others like them are expected, and thus easily overlooked. A trip up the stairs once a year, forgivable. One in five tries? Why the big deal over much ado about nothing...supposedly? Before you dismiss this event, understand the bigger picture. Biden mini-tripped. Not once, but twice. An he did this knowing that he is being watched. At a time when Biden has been coached to be more aware and at his most vigilant for obvious reasons. All eyes on him, so his mind tells him, "Don't trip!". However, tripping is in his head, but not like a heckler. Biden now trips, because, well...he just trips. Imagine being in a negotiation with a world leader, and he mentally trips. What trouble could he get us into? Perhaps a proxy war with Russia? Guess what, America. That's what Biden actually did with Russia. And what about when Biden told China that he believes in the One China policy. Tripping is in his nature. Biden can't help but make rookie mistakes. Walking, talking, thinking, even pooping creates a tripping danger. No matter what he is doing, Biden's brain is muddled. And it has been for years. If the Left's strategy is to show Biden publicly, they should get used to his trip ups. Old Man Strategy I reported Biden's campaign wants to limit his on-feet activities and show him seated. Sort of like how Democrats treated Franklin Delanor Roosevelt. They showed him standing, though he could barely stand and rode around in a wheelchair. While Biden could use a wheelchair, Democrats would never let that happen. But their deception is no less scandalous than FDR's. The New York Times https://www.nytimes.com/2024/02/10/us/politics/biden-white-house-aides.html on the cocoon set up by Team Biden. The campaign wants to insulate Biden from public embarrassment. This includes the move to take Biden up the short stairs while boarding the presidential aircraft. But they went further after Biden did the "louie" on stage at the Air Force Academy. According to the Times, "Now, there is a Secret Service agent positioned at the bottom of the stairs when he disembarks." So Dr. Jill takes Biden up 2-3 steps on to stages. Then when Biden completes his activity, either Dr. Jill or another Biden handler retrieves the old demented clown. And they think they are hiding this? [SEGMENT 1-2] Plan B Fresh off https://theblacksphere.net/2024/02/biden-trips-on-stairs-again/ again, the new and unimproved Joe Biden was met by a gaggle of reporters as he prepared to face more stairs. As Biden said not long ago about his abilities, "Watch me." And America obliged. We are watching. Moreover, finally the press corps is watching. In a recent Biden sighting, one reporter asked the geriatric, "You're going to California. Is this about coming up with a Plan B for 2024 — does Gavin need to standby?" https://twitter.com/RNCResearch/status/1760009471101735249 Clearly at this press gaggle, Biden should have let his teleprompter sunglasses do the talking. He wears those sunglasses often, because he's told they make him look cool. But this time, Biden didn't trust the message being displayed in his Google glasses, and decided to go it alone with his response. His answer to the pesky reporter? Biden answered the question with a question: "Are you ready?" Mind blown! How profound was that? Are you ready? I put that response up there with "eloquent and clean", Biden's historic comments about Barack Obama. But Biden wasn't done. He eloquently as ever continued his response: "Well I'm looking for— I'm looking at you. We're looking at you." Since there was no Bidenspeak interpreter on hand, we must leave you to interpret this as you wish. Continuing, the reporters waited for Biden to deliver on his question. The anticipation of what would the man described as essentially too old and stupid to prosecute for crimes gave reporters their answer. Biden channeled his inner Shakespeare and added: "Wai whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa..." Maybe Biden should not use a teleprompter from now on, given that inspiring message. One social media commenter noted the sunglasses. Such confidence and clarity! Also he's so cool with those glasses! NOT In addressing the "Well I'm at you" statement by Biden, one person who commented on the video suspected, Biden was told to go to one specific reporter in the front row who would asked the softball question Biden prepped for. Instead, Biden got derailed by the question from a reporter at the back, then Biden went off the rails. Another video commenter explained, It's like he had practiced a "we're looking at you, Republicans" line, and then completely forgot what/how/where/why he was supposed to say it. When the Media attacks Biden has been under fire from his previously trustworthy and fawning press. Up until recently, the press has given Biden a pass. However, in his latest appearances, Biden has been called to task over his age and polling. Dozens of videos now exist of reporters confronting Biden on his age and cognitive ability. Reporters have every right to ask these questions of any head of state, but particularly Biden. Check out the video below, and judge Biden's mental state for yourself: Here are five straight minutes that show exactly why the special counsel noted Biden's diminished mental fitness https://t.co/u1ToosAKyz — RNC Research (@RNCResearch) https://twitter.com/RNCResearch/status/1756551610308702692?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw I've stated openly and often that Democrats have https://theblacksphere.net/2024/02/joe-biden-gone-by-the-end-of-feb/. They selected him for the coup of Trump in 2020, in spite of Biden being a horrible choice. However, look at who was left. Well over a dozen candidates, and the elites who run America chose the defective and corrupt Joe Biden to serve as their flunky. Sadly for them, Joe Biden is too demented to represent them. The elites want candidates they can control, but the candidate must be able to play the part. Biden's acting days are over. Send in the clowns I believe Democrats have already selected Gavin Newsom as heir-apparent to the throne. But like Biden, Newsom https://theblacksphere.net/2023/11/gavin-newsom-admits-clean-up-his-act/. And he faces headwinds, because Sista Girl Harris won't give it up easily. I know, consider the irony of Harris not giving anything up for political gain. Psst. Since Biden won't last much longer, the Democrats should prepare America and the world for their sh*t show. On the other side of the aisle however, things are looking good for Trump. Goldman Sachs CEO as well as a Silicon Valley billionaire have essentially warned Democrats to reconsider Trump. And stop underestimating the MAGA movement. In a sign of the shift in the black vote, Snoop Dogg https://r.search.yahoo.com/_ylt=AwrjfQcx6dVl7rAC.K9XNyoA;_ylu=Y29sbwNncTEEcG9zAzIEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny/RV=2/RE=1709727282/RO=10/RU=https%3a%2f%2fwww.huffpost.com%2fentry%2fsnoop-dogg-donald-trump-love-and-respect_n_65b62718e4b077c17ab57ae8/RK=2/RS=6.yvpkqgVS7ITf_GTBQ4u1qNJL0-, and recently kissed the ring. Snoop said he has no problem with Trump; pretty much a ringing endorsement. Red flags wave everywhere, for Democrats as do white flags. Former anti-Trumpers recognize the Democrats for who they are. Abusers. And in the case of Biden, elder abusers. [SEGMENT 1-3] The Age Old Question Joe Biden is old and senile and Democrats hate that American know it. They hate that American citizens are discussing Biden's old age. How dare we question if the person in charge of the country is too old. But what of his senility? Apparently Democrats can't multitask. So for now, they are just concerned about his age. So for now, let's focus on Democrats not wanting to discuss obvious albatross. Biden is really f'g old, and not chronologically. Biden big problem is how he handles his age. Answer: like an old fogey. And if you're thinking, "Marlarkey!", then you're on the right track. Biden is at least 20 years older than his chronological age; and that's being generous. Biden looks like death eating a cracker. I've been critical of Biden's age, and for all the right reasons. I would have been critical of anybody in charge of the nation who acts like Biden. The most amazing part of all of this is that Democrats don't seem to mind that a complete idiot is in charge of the country. Worse, a few of them want 4 more years of this clown. Well, 4 more years of the people who control Biden. Aiding the Elderly Democrats to the rescue of the geriatric. Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-Mich.) said Monday she is “sick and tired” of the discussion about Biden's age. And in the spirit of Trump Derangement Syndrome, Dingell declared that she has no problem with Biden running the country from the cuckoo's nest, as long as Trump is not reelected for his rightful second term. So what polling shows that Biden's age registers as a top concern among 2024 v

[SEGMENT 1-1] Joe Biden put the “dem” Dementia 1 I love how many articles seem to imply that Biden's age sneaked up on Democrats. They knew Biden had an "age" problem in 2020, when they cheated him into office. So the notion that they expected that to get better 4 years later is laughable. Worse, Biden doesn't age well. As I tell my listeners to my radio show, Biden ages in dog years. And that's why I predicted (with certainty) that Biden will not be the Democrats' nominee this year. Plus I went further and predicted when Biden would be torpedoed. The end of Black History Month is the end of Biden. You can find out why here. While Biden's age makes one take pause, that's not his major problem. For example, an athlete can continue to compete past his or her so-called prime, causing people to question their age. George Foreman regained the heavyweight boxing championship of the world well into his 40s. An outlier for sure, but still possible. Many athletes can compete well, while being beyond the prime years. In both these examples, Trump makes a great poster child. Trump is a vibrant 77 years old, and more a reminder of Foreman than the older athletes who remain competitive. Trump can win in his old age, as he has done and against all odds. On the other hand, Biden was cheated into office and the results prove it. If you don't earn it, you don't deserve it. More from the Department of Redundancy Department, Biden is a complete failure. And the fact that he's old only reinforces the point of many people that some old folks should not work past their expiration date. [SEGMENT 1-2] Joe Biden put the Dem in Dementia 2 What's most surprising when address the age issue with Biden is the insistence by the Left that (1) Biden is not old, he's experienced, and (2) that Biden is NOT old. They literally try to redefine "old", as they have tried to redefine "dementia". I love the meme I saw recently: Biden is not just old, he's visibly old. We all know people who age well, and those who miss the genetic lottery and age poorly. Biden is from the latter. They pump this guy full of drugs for appearances, then try to get him to hop and skip as a show of strength. If Biden were in the animal kingdom he wouldn't last a day. Because the predators would recognize his obvious weakness and cull him from the herd. However, as I've opined in various media, Democrats are the only animals who allow their weakest to lead. That's why they have but one future: extinction. [SEGMENT 1-3] One political wish [X] SB – Carville on Trump Stop treating him like he's a normal candidate. Polling was accurate in IA. People substituted their judgement. If you had one political wish, what would it be? Trump as president Schiff in prison Wray fired Clinton in prison Obama exposed J6 truth to be come out Media report the REAL news Politicians can't lie [SEGMENT 1-4] How has America changed you How do you see the country? I mean, much has changed, and we do feel the impact. But how different do you feel the country is? Did anything make you really understand what's happening to us? I mean think about it, war in Ukraine means nothing to us. Sure, politicians steal our money to pay for their coverups, but our lives are not impacted. No millions of displaced Ukrainians coming to the country. They are causing problems or disrupting systems, like say Central Americans They aren't known to be terrorists, like Middle Easterners. So what's the impact. Outside of us knowing that we are paying off Biden's bribes this is likely low on the list of things you will vote on. For me, the covid lockdowns will never leave my psyche. Remember how the airlines were Gestapo in wearing masks? And the lockdowns were a real eye-opener. What about forced vaccinations. And how they did it. That slow mind-screw to get people to capitulate.

President Joe Biden has been reported to express candid views of former President Donald Trump in private gatherings, as observed by Politico's 'West Wing Playbook'. The incumbent President previously had a close call in public during a Pennsylvania rally where he was about to use strong words against Trump, referencing an incident related to Paul Pelosi. While Biden refrained from using any inappropriate phrases, behind closed doors his thoughts about his potential political opponent are known to be quite frank and devoid of any political sugar-coating. According to Politico's reports, three confidantes of the President attest to the quite vivid language he uses to describe Trump. In Biden's eyes, there is a sense of bewilderment and disgust towards the former President's delight in others' misfortunes. One of the persons recounting these conversations even disclosed that Biden expressed how he perceives Trump: a person of questionable character. Such revelations come at a time where, throughout Trump's tenure, he faced significant scorn, particularly from the liberal media and Democrats, for his at-times abrasive rhetoric and persona. In contrast, Biden's behind-the-scenes conversation exhibits a more uncensored and quick-tempered narrative, away from the public eye. Now, the political arena is not disjoint from the ramifications of these narratives. Biden's image, in the electoral context, is reportedly wavering in key battleground states for the 2024 elections. The topic of immigration looms large on the political landscape, and it appears to be impacting the President's prospects. Taking a look at the numbers, in swing states such as Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, Biden lags behind Trump. The figures derived from a Bloomberg/Morning Consult poll show a margin of three to ten points favoring Trump. The overall average shows a lead of 6 points for Trump over Biden in all states, as cited by Newsweek.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

To hear more, visit public.substack.comDonald Trump cannot become president of the United States because he led an insurrection against the government on January 6, 2021, most experts and journalists agree. Republican primary voters and caucus-goers should choose a different candidate over Trump, they say. And if they don't, then the courts should either keep Trump off the ballot, they argue, or put him in prison so that he cannot become president.  Voters disagree. The latest polls show they have a more favorable view of Trump than Biden, and more would vote for Trump than Biden in six swing states. In Iowa, where Republicans will caucus to decide who to nominate as president, Trump remains over 30 points ahead of his rivals. Anti-Trump pollster Frank Luntz yesterday predicted that voters would elect Trump president in November, and top Democrats are leaking stories to the media of their growing alarm.A lot could happen between now and the November 7 presidential election that could prevent Trump from becoming president. Biden could still drop out and be replaced by a more popular Democrat. There could be a “black swan” event, such as a financial crisis, terrorist attack, or war, that changes the calculus of voters. Or a court may order the incarceration of Trump and prevent him from being elected. But the chances of Trump becoming America's next president are higher than not. If Biden had intended to drop out, he would have done so already. The concerns raised publicly by former President Barack Obama and his top political advisor, David Axelrod, appear to be the result of genuine panic. There's no guarantee that a black swan event would help rather than hurt Biden. And if a court ordered the incarceration of Trump, voters may respond by voting for Trump to reassert their authority.Even if voters don't elect Trump president, the establishment has undermined its legitimacy in its reaction to him. Instead of acknowledging that voters legitimately elected Trump in 2016, they insisted that he stole the election with the help of the Russians. Instead of admitting that America really does have an immigration crisis, the media, Democrats, and Republican elites labeled his advocacy for a border wall as racist. And instead of acknowledging that America needed to reassess its role as a policeman to the world, they accused Trump of leaving Europe vulnerable to Russian President Vladamir Putin and to fascism. The problem is that the truth comes out eventually, and reality bats last. Anyone who bothered to investigate learned that Russian interference in the 2016 election was too trivial to measure. Even progressive Democrats, like the mayor of Chicago, are today raising the alarm about uncontrolled immigration. Not only did Russia invade Ukraine under Biden, not Trump, but US support for Ukraine failed spectacularly, first to result in a peace treaty and now to a potential Russian victory. “Ukraine's military prospects are looking bleak,” The New York Times admitted this morning, “Ukraine's summer counteroffensive… is over, having failed to meet any of its objectives” [my emphasis].Much else that Trump did while in office looks better in retrospect. During the summer of 2018, the peak of US accusations that Trump was abandoning Europe to Putin, Trump went to Germany and said, in a public meeting, “Germany is totally controlled by Russia because they will be getting from 60 to 70 percent of their energy from Russia and a new [Nordstream] pipeline. And you tell me if that's appropriate, because I think it's not, and I think it's a very bad thing for NATO and I don't think it should have happened.”The response from the German government, the international news media, and the anti-Trump establishment in the US was of contempt and ridicule. The news media claimed that Trump had spread disinformation. The New York Times declared Trump's “claim that Germany is ‘captive' to Russia because of energy dependence… misleading." Politifact called Trump's statement “mostly false.” Viral video marketer Now This News tweeted the video saying, “President Trump began the NATO summit by insulting Germany, one of our closest allies, with lies.”But they weren't lies. Rather, Trump's statements had been more truthful than anything any Western politician or major media outlet had yet said about the Nordstream pipeline. If anything, Trump had understated Germany's dependence on Russia since he was warning against Nordstream II, whereas Nordstream I had already created the dependency. But the main reason Trump was raising his concern with the Germans is because he wanted Germany to import more American liquified natural gas (LNG), which is what Germany did after Russia invaded Ukraine and somebody, perhaps the U.S. with Poland and other allies, blew up Nordstream II.Biden, the media, and the anti-Trump establishment were all on the wrong side of the issue. Where Trump had imposed sanctions on Nordstream II in December 2019, President Biden lifted them in May 2021. While Biden and the establishment had been criticizing Trump as Putin's lap dog, it was Biden's presidential campaign, not Trump's, that had accepted funding from the Russian lobbyist for Nordstream II. The psychological projection involved in the case was perfect.

Trump's Potential Edge: 2024 Polls Indicate a Comeback

As the United States approaches the 2024 election, the political landscape is already shaping up, and one prominent figure stands out: Donald Trump. According to the RealClearPolitics polling average, Trump currently holds a 2.2% lead, a noteworthy margin considering his 7.2% deficit against Joe Biden on the same average during the 2020 election day, where he ultimately lost by only 4.5%. Similarly, Hillary Clinton led by 3.2% on Election Day 2016 but secured the popular vote by a narrow 2.1%. This consistency in outperforming polling numbers sets the stage for a compelling political narrative. Beyond the polling data, Trump's advantage is underscored by the perceived stagnation in President Biden's popularity. Renowned political scientist Ruy Teixeira points out that Biden is trailing behind Trump nationally and in most swing states. Trump's lead is particularly pronounced on critical issues such as the economy, inflation, immigration, border security, and crime – issues that hold significant sway with voters. Compounding Biden's challenges, his current approval rating stands as the lowest at this stage of a presidency since the 1940s when modern polling began. In an attempt to reverse the tide, Biden is planning a tour that incorporates Trump-bashing rhetoric, labeling him as both a racist and a fascist. However, this strategic move raises questions about its potential effectiveness. One key challenge for Biden is the public's familiarity with Trump. Attempting to paint Trump negatively is hindered by the fact that Trump is a well-known figure, and the narrative that Trump is more racist than Biden is contradicted by Biden's own track record. Biden, often hailed as the DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) president, has advocated for racial carve-outs and staffed his administration based on intersectional characteristics. The label of Trump as a fascist also faces skepticism, with even Trump opponents acknowledging Biden's authoritarian tendencies, particularly evident in actions such as the eviction moratorium and vaccine mandate. Biden's reliance on anti-Trump sentiment as a driving force for high Democratic turnout may face challenges. The assumption that heavy turnout against Trump is guaranteed may not hold true, especially when comparing 2016 turnout figures with 2020, which saw a significant increase due to pandemic-era policies facilitating early voting from home. The question emerges: What if the actual norm is that Trump doesn't drive Democratic turnout in the way Biden hopes? To secure victory, Biden must pivot towards showcasing actual achievements. Merely banking on a negative sentiment towards Trump may not be sufficient, especially considering that Trump's post-election activities in 2020 did not change the outcome – Biden is, after all, the sitting president. The hope that hatred for Trump will save Biden is predicated on the idea that heavy turnout against Trump is a foregone conclusion. However, this assumption is challenged by the historical context of voter turnout. In 2016, turnout was within historical norms, with 59.2% of eligible voters participating, compared to 58% in 2012 and 60.1% in 2004. However, in 2020, a significant outlier occurred with a whopping 66.9% of eligible voters participating. This exceptional increase of 23 million voters, totaling 160 million, as opposed to 137 million in 2016 and 129 million in 2012, was not solely attributable to Trump. Pandemic-era policies allowing widespread early voting from home played a significant role. The question arises: Can this exceptional 2020 turnout number be replicated in the absence of those policies, and if not, who stands to gain or lose from the turnout changes? While Biden may hope for the best, he faces the challenge of delivering tangible results to secure victory. The assumption that Trump-bashing will be a panacea overlooks the need for substantive accomplishments that resonate with a diverse electorate. In the broader political discourse, influential figures like Ben Shapiro have weighed in on the evolving situation, offering insights and analysis that contribute to the complex tapestry of opinions surrounding the 2024 election. As the election unfolds, the dynamic interplay of these factors will undoubtedly shape the narrative and determine the trajectory of the 2024 political landscape. Joe Biden is already the most cognitively and physically impaired President we've seen in our lifetime. If re-elected in 2024, Biden would begin his second term at the age of 82. Only one-third of Americans think he has the physical stamina to be POTUS today; even fewer believe he has the mental capacity for the job. While Biden's obvious physical and mental decline at age 80 is not unusual or something to be criticized, it's absurd to ignore it and pretend it doesn't impact his ability to competently execute the duties of POTUS. For this reason, it's a matter of public concern and worthy of close examination. Biden refuses formal cognitive testing and has followed a prudent strategy: it is better to not take a cognitive exam and be suspected of having dementia than to fail the test and remove all doubt. In lieu of cognitive testing, Biden has instructed Americans to observe his performance and draw their own conclusions as to his mental and physical fitness to serve a second term as POTUS. In today's episode, I abide by the President's request. I gather abundant evidence from Biden's public performance, opinions from expert's and “knowledgeable informants”, and present the evidence which reflects upon his mental and physical fitness for duty as POTUS. People can draw their own conclusions what that evidence means.
