Der Vertrieb ist überwiegend Chefsache. Das ist historisch gewachsen, weil ich über Jahre einen sehr guten Account aufgebaut habe bis in die höchste Führung, ins höchste Management. Dadurch war ich wie ein bunter Hund bis ganz oben bekannt. Inzwischen habe ich das breiter aufgestellt und mehrere Kollegen eingebunden. Wir sind gewachsen und es ist nicht gut, wenn alles nur an einer Person hängt. In der Entwicklung haben wir ungefähr ein Drittel des Teams, das unterstützt vor allem in Business-Analyse, fachlicher Bewertung und Umsetzung gesetzlicher Anforderungen. Eigene Entwickler beschäftigen wir nicht. Durch KI verändert sich die Rolle der Entwickler stark. Klassisches Coding wird weniger wichtig. Modelle können heute in wenigen Monaten Arbeit leisten, für die früher ganze Teams Jahre gebraucht haben. Trotzdem werden Menschen nicht überflüssig. Ihre Aufgaben verändern sich: Beratung, Steuerung, Projektleitung und Qualität werden wichtiger. Auch im Testbereich sind wir stark aufgestellt. Test ist entscheidend für Qualität. Jeder kennt Apps oder Navis, die nicht richtig funktionieren. Oft liegt das daran, dass nicht ausreichend getestet wurde. Wir haben inzwischen autonomes Testen eingeführt, basierend auf Agenten. Trotzdem braucht es weiterhin Menschen, die prüfen, ob alles richtig läuft. Die zentrale Botschaft ist: Die Rollen verändern sich. Stillstand ist gefährlich. Man muss mit der Zeit gehen, sich anpassen und nach vorne schauen. Ab nach vorne, keine Angst. Auch Krisenzeiten haben Chancen. Es profitieren meistens die Aktiven, die Initiative ergreifen. Es gilt: Love it, leave it, change it. Für mich betrifft Veränderung nicht nur Softwareentwickler, sondern uns alle. Jeder Beruf verändert sich. Deshalb braucht es Flexibilität, Offenheit und die Bereitschaft, alte Muster zu hinterfragen. Der schlimmste Satz in Unternehmen ist: „Das haben wir immer schon so gemacht." Nur weil etwas immer so war, heißt es nicht, dass es gut war. Wir sollten uns immer wieder fragen: Macht das noch Sinn? Ist das noch zeitgemäß? Gibt es einen einfacheren Weg? Genau darum geht es: Dinge einfacher machen. Wir machen aus vielem eine Raketenwissenschaft. Dabei ist oft der einfache Weg der beste Weg. Kinder fragen ständig: Warum? Warum? Warum? Das sollten wir Erwachsene wieder lernen. Wenn ein Problem da ist, packen viele noch weitere Probleme obendrauf. Besser ist: Lösungsorientiert denken. Erst ein Problem lösen, dann das nächste. Unsere Zeit und Energie sind begrenzt. Deshalb gilt: Less is more, weniger ist mehr. Nicht zu kompliziert, nicht zu wissenschaftlich. Einfach, klar und effizient. Unser Leben ist nicht unendlich. Wenn wir 80 Jahre rechnen, sind das rund 29.700 Tage. Darum: Seid geizig mit eurer Lebenszeit. Investiert sie in Dinge, die euch Freude machen und euch weiterbringen. Nicht im Problem bleiben. Geht in die Lösung. Es gibt für alles Lösungen. Herausforderungen gibt es immer. Aber auf den Knien bleiben genügt nicht. Aufstehen, aufrichten, Brust raus und mit Power nach vorne. Es gibt ein Leben vor dem Tod. Leben wir es. Am Ende bereuen wir nicht das, was wir getan haben, sondern das, was wir nicht getan haben. Gorans Abschlusswort: Achtet auf euch selbst. The tale of Jason and the Argonauts is one of the biggest and boldest stories in Greek mythology. And it involves some of the greatest heroes, many of whom are depicted in the stars – from the twins of Gemini to mighty Hercules. The boat itself was placed in the stars as well. But even it was too big. Astronomers eventually split it apart. The original constellation was Argo Navis. It was first drawn almost 3,000 years ago. It was far larger than any of the other ancient western constellations. And for a long time, that was just fine. But as astronomers began studying the stars with telescopes, the Argo was just too big – there were too many stars and other objects within its borders to catalog. In 1756, French astronomer Nicolas Louis de Lacaille decided to do something about it. He split the Argo apart. He kept the references to the boat, though. So his new constellations were Carina, the keel; Vela, the sail; and Puppis, the poop deck – the deck at the back of the boat. And those constellations are still in use today. Carina is best known for its brightest star, Canopus. It’s the second-brightest star in the night sky. And from the southern latitudes of the United States, it crawls low across the south in early evening at this time of year. As night falls, it’s just above the horizon, almost directly below Sirius, the brightest nighttime star. We’ll have more about Canopus tomorrow. Script by Damond Benningfield

Doch mit der richtigen Vorbereitung und Ausrüstung lässt sich auch die kalte Jahreszeit sicher zu Fuss meistern. Pascal Regli von Fussverkehr Schweiz gibt fünf praktische Tipps. · Sichtbarkeit ist Sicherheit Tragen Sie helle Kleidung oder reflektierende Elemente – besonders im Berufsalltag, wo dunkle Mäntel dominieren. Reflektoren an Rucksack, Mappe oder Tasche erhöhen die Sichtbarkeit zusätzlich. Wer ausserorts unterwegs ist, sollte eine Stirnlampe dabeihaben. · Rutschfest unterwegs Bei Schnee und Glätte helfen spezielle Aufsätze für die Schuhe – sogenannte Spikes oder Anti-Rutsch-Sohlen. Sie geben Halt und verhindern Stürze. Wichtig: In Innenräumen können Spikes rutschig sein. · Gut vorbereitet ist halb gewonnen Planen Sie Ihre Route im Voraus – auch mit Hilfe eines Navis im Fussgängermodus. So vermeiden Sie Stresssituationen. Wer genug Zeit einplant, bleibt gelassener – auch beim Überqueren von Strassen. · Gemeinsam unterwegs – doppelt sicher Gehen Sie, wenn möglich, nicht allein. In kleinen Gruppen werden Fussgänger besser wahrgenommen. Das gilt besonders für ältere Menschen – gegenseitige Unterstützung erhöht die Sicherheit. · Kleidung und Ausrüstung clever wählen Tragen Sie dem Wetter angepasste Kleidung – keine High Heels bei Schnee, sondern rutschfeste Schuhe. Ein Rucksack statt einer Handtasche sorgt für freie Hände und besseres Gleichgewicht. Gehhilfen sind kein Zeichen von Schwäche, sondern praktische Helfer.

The bill now heads to the governor's desk. If it is signed into law, the Rhode Island cannabis act would allow adult Rhode Islanders, age 21, and up to.Home cultivate and purchase limited amounts of cannabis. News is out of normal. Dozens, more applications were approved in Ohio to operate medical cannabis. Dispensary is currently under 100 state licensed dispensary's at the moment. This is great news, especially for those who are able to expand and enter that market.I think this creates some room for some interesting younger companies and single state operators to join the fray. They surpassed $1 billion in transactions and they currently represent 15% market share of the state's total cannabis sales. And if California cannabis, that is an absolutely massive. Massive number.I really look forward to seeing when Navis becomes investible by the general public, because I imagine a lot of people will be jumping in there. Merrimack MRMD on the OTC receives multiple media awards for its world's largest cannabis brownie PR campaign. And we also have a few. You thought we were done?Not so fast. Juicy J U S H F reports. The revenue is at 48 and a half percent year over year to 61.9 million and down 6% sequentially. They revised their guidance for 2022 revenue and adjusted. And they currently have $76 million cash on hand and positive news here they are awarded in Ohio medical dispensary license recently creating the company's fifth vertically integrated state.Verrano also reports V R N O F on the OTC, their first quarter revenue declines, 4% sequentially to 202.2 million. It is up 67% year over year. Forefronts FFN T F D reported yesterday as well. Their first quarter revenue declined 8% sequentially to 26 million. They did offer a positive outlook and ahead of schedule update for their Illinois facility.So good news there. Air wellness received approval to begin. New Jersey adult use sales Ayr WF on the OTC. Finally last but not least item nine labs, I and lb enters into an agreement to acquire a sessions, cannabis, a Canadian cannabis retail franchising company. This would create one of, if not the largest global cannabis franchise company, since the sessions generate 70 million Canadian dollars in annual sales.And they currently have 43 open stores in Ontario. Whew, we got through it. You all, if I'm giving a winner, you got to give it to Rhode Island today. I know you can't invest in them, but that's super exciting. I'm anxious to see if high tides subscribe and say platform in the UK will be as successful as their one in Canada.I'm also going to keep an eye on Verano and air wellness stocks today, not necessarily winners, but I think you could see some movement for sure. And subsequently on M S O S a winner for me for the day has gotta be I N L B and M R M D.
