Tácito fue seguramente el grupo más importante de los que, entre los reformistas del franquismo y la oposición moderada, surgieron a finales de la dictadura y en los primeros años de la Transición. Nombres como Alfonso Osorio, Marcelino Oreja, Landelino Lavilla, Fernando Álvarez de Miranda, Íñigo Cavero, Óscar Alzaga, José Luis Álvarez o Juan Antonio Ortega y Díaz-Ambrona, entre otros, formaron parte de él.Su importancia radicó en el ideario doctrinal, basado sobre todo en un humanismo cristiano, que fue difundiendo a través de sus artículos de opinión, publicados en el diario Ya (Editorial Católica) entre 1973 y 1977. Además, influyó el hecho de que algunos de sus miembros ocuparon importantes posiciones en esos años, sobre todo en el primer gobierno de Adolfo Suárez.Pero Tácito fue evolucionando su ideario y composición conforme a la realidad cambiante del país. Se produjeron entradas y salidas del grupo que terminaron por definirlo como un actor político que pretendía ocupar el espacio definido como el centro; lugar con base democristiana e inclusión de liberales y socialdemócratas, que será el germen de la futura UCD.Para este programa hemos contado con la participación de dos ex miembros de Tácito: Juan Antonio Ortega y Díaz-Ambrona y Óscar Alzaga. He originated "Nasir" for the cult British TV series: "Robin Of Sherwood" and has appeared in dozens of films and television series both in the US and UK. Mark is also an accomplished author and has written for DC Comics and created "The Greenwood Tarot" for Harper Collins. Mark also toured the US with original "Monty Python" member: Eric Idle, performing at Carnegie Hall and the Hollywood Bowl. He was Swordmaster and Fight Director on "King Arthur" for Antoine Fuqua and trained Keira Knightley, Stellan Skarsgard and Clive Owen. He has appeared in such productions as "The Prestige" and "The Thirst" and has continued to work in theater and TV in the US, recently completing "SpecialOps: Delta" playing Col. Anderson Savage. He began working on the 2007 film Transformers during filming as the on-set voice of several different robots. This work continued throughout filming and into editing, prior to the actual casting of voice-over talent. He was then cast as the voice of the character Bumblebee. Ryan also voices Ironhide and Hoist for the Activision video game based on the film. During 2008 he wrote and produced a musical adaptation of "Wuthering Heights" starring Jenn Korbee, directing the video "Women" for the project. In the fall of 2008 the online publisher, ComicMix, began running "The Pilgrim" written by Ryan and drawn by legendary graphic artist Mike Grell. He continued voice-work on "Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen" into 2009, performing several characters and standing in for the robots during principal photography. In May 2010, Ryan returned to work on Transformers: Dark of the Moon, once again as the onset voice of the Autobots. Work on this third Michael Bay Blockbuster continued at locations across the US and also at Kennedy Space Center - Cape Canaveral. The film was shot in 3D with post production voice-work carrying on into the spring of 2011 at Bay Films and Ryan contributed uncredited military lines and voices to the final cut of Transformers: Dark of the Moon. In 2014 he also voiced the alien bounty-hunter "Lockdown" for the 4th Transformers movie: "Age of Extinction". His biography; "Hold Fast" was written with John Matthews and published in 2015. "Hold Fast" includes chapters on "Black Sails" in which he played Quartermaster "Hal Gates" and the 5th movie in the franchise: "Transformers: The Last Knight" in which he voiced "Bulldog", "Hot Rod" and appeared as a British Army SAS Officer. In 2022 Mark began work on co-writing: "The Sherwood Oracle" with John Mathews using imagery from the acclaimed artist; Anne Yvonne Gilbert to be released in the spring of 2024 and published by major New York publishing house: Stirling Ethos. Con la orquesta "Melodías del 40" retomamos el pulso del "cha cha chá" en los atriles de las agrupaciones más destacadas de la segunda mitad de los años 50. A la "Melodías" de 1956 le ponían sabor y sentimiento dos grandes cantantes: René Álvarez y José Herrera. "Me voy pa Morón", un montuno original de este último, fue uno de los grandes exitos discográficos de la orquesta. Grabación donde sobresale por su virtuosismo: Miguel Barbón, conocido en el ambiente musical como "Brindis", en referencia al insigne violinista. La intensa bohemia de los últimos años 50, vinculada a la cultura semi subterránea de los clubes, nos trajo a La Lupe. Su temperamento explosivo le aseguró un sitio importante en la vorágine musical de los primeros años 60. Recordamos los inicios de su carrera escuchando al trío "Tropicuba", una intrascendente formación que completó la juvenil cantante junto a Yoyo y Tina, entre 1958 y principios de 1959. El desengaño amoroso que sufrió La Lupe con Yoyo cerró ese ciclo de su carrera para ponerle por delante otro camino. Como reza el viejo refrán: "no hay mal que por bien no venga" y, contra todo pronóstico, en pocos meses se convirtió en la revelación del club "La Red" del Vedado, acompañada por Homero Balboa al piano y Lacho Rivero en las percusiones. De ahí el salto a los discos gracias a la etiqueta RCA Víctor que al tiro le propició los arreglos y acompañamientos de los combos de Eddy Gaytán y Felipe Dulzaides. Etapa de profundos cambios en lo estético y formal en un país a punto de asumir cambios drásticos en lo social, económico y político. La Lupe entretanto fue parte indisoluble de aquel mundo de humo y neón que, aún teniendo sus días contados, seguía latiendo a lo largo y ancho de la isla a través de cientos de miles de clubes y cabarets. Antros que en su diversidad fueron únicos impulsando figuras determinantes, y diferentes entre sí, como Freddy, Doris de la Torre, o la Lupe. Inevitable en la banda sonora de aquel nuevo proyecto social que prometía cambiarlo todo. Un idilio transitorio al que le puso punto final el férreo control que comenzó a extenderse en todos los ámbitos de la sociedad hasta chocar frontalmente con el espíritu libre de la cantante. El exilio fue la única salida para una artista tan impredecible como la mismísima "Revolución". Recién llegada a los Estados Unidos su vínculo con los percusionistas Mongo Santamaría y Tito Puente fue decisivo para conquistar el aplauso de la colonia latina asentada en Nueva York, la ciudad de sus triunfos definitivos donde no paró hasta convertirse en "The Queen of Latín Soul". La señal de la radio independiente nos devuelve al gran Emilio Ramil. Conocido como "el Gardel Cubano" comenzó a hacerse notar a finales de los años 40. Por esa época la radio sostenía sus programaciones musicales con presentaciones "en vivo y en directo". El tango había conquistado el gusto popular de los años 30, principalmente con los filmes y discos del inmenso Gardel (acompañado por Razzano y otros guitarristas como Barbieri y Aguilar). Figuras como Agustín Magaldi, el dúo Gómez-Vila, o el trío "Irusta, Fugazot y De Mare", entre otros, también marcaron entonces los repertorios de cantantes e instrumentistas cubanos que sobresaldrían en la década siguiente. Recordamos hoy a Emilio Ramil, voz y memoria del Tango en Cuba. En la despedida algo de la vida y obra del prolífico compositor Jesús Guerra Zayas. En plena década del 40 su carpeta autoral cubrió, con especial énfasis, guarachas y montunos que, durante la llamada era de los conjuntos soneros, alcanzaron muchísima aceptación. "A mí qué", "Yo soy tiburón", "Bigote de Gato", "Esa si es cheque", "Dónde va María", "Ahí viene el tren" y "Un meneíto na má" son algunos de los títulos que nos permitirán resaltar su aporte a la difusión de la música popular cubana.

This work continued throughout filming and into editing, before the actual casting of voice-over talent. He was then cast as the voice of the character Bumblebee. When Ryan was in the studio recording his lines for the actors on set, Michael Bay used the lines Ryan recorded for Bumblebee in the film. But Ryan didn't know that it would be used, and if so he said he would have used a different younger voice. He returned to voice Bumblebee as well as Jetfire for the sequel Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and the Activision Game based on the film. In early 2009, Ryan continued voice work on Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen working directly with Michael Bay and Alex Kurtzman almost right up to the release of the film. Mercedes Simone nació el 21 de abril de 1904 en Vi­lla Eli­sa, lo­ca­li­dad cer­ca­na a La Pla­ta, pro­vin­cia de Bue­nos Ai­res. Actriz, compositora y cantora, fue una de las voces de ¡Tango!, la primera película sonora del cine argentino, que se estrenó en 1933 bajo la dirección de Luis Moglia Barth y producida por Ar­gen­ti­na So­no Film. Simone comenzó a cantar antes de cumplir 20 años, casi en simultáneo a su casamiento con el guitarrista Pablo Rodríguez y su debut surgió por azar en 1926. Junto a él, alternó presentaciones en lugares claves para el tango de entonces como El Nacional o Chantecler, hasta que su colega Rosita Quiroga la descubrió y le facilitó la llegada a la casa Víctor, sello donde grabó sus primeras gemas: “Estampa rea”, del tándem Labar-Navarrine; “El morito” (Roma-Cárdenas); y un par más de las suyas (“Oiga agente” y “Mis recuerdos”), además ser una de las voces femeninas de la Orquesta Típica Víctor. No solo conoció a Carlos Gardel, sino que estrechó lazos de amistad con los otros dos grandes cantores de la época: Ignacio Corsini y Agustín Magaldi, además de Azucena Maizani y Nelly Omar. La par­ti­ci­pa­ción más im­por­tan­te de Simone en un es­ce­na­rio tea­tral fue con la com­pa­ñía de re­vis­tas del tea­tro Mai­po en­ca­be­za­da por Glo­ria Guz­mán en 1939. Entre 1932 y 1936 trabajó en Ra­dio Splen­did; tam­bién en Ra­dio El Mun­do y Ra­dio Argen­ti­na mientras que luego pasó a LR3 Ra­dio Bel­gra­no. Su rol estelar en ¡Tango! no hizo más que abrirle posibilidades en el cine como Sombras porteñas, La vuelta de Rocha, también fue parte del elenco de Ambición y, su última película, La otra y yo. Como cantante rea­li­zó va­rias giras por La­ti­noa­mé­ri­ca con lar­gas per­ma­nen­cias en Uru­guay, Chile y presentaciones en Venezuela, Colombia, Pe­rú, Pa­na­má, Cu­ba, Bra­sil y Mé­xi­co donde fue bautizada como “La Da­ma del Tan­go”. Se­bas­tián Pia­na la acom­pa­ñó du­ran­te cin­co años con su trío in­te­gra­do por Ro­ber­to Gar­za en ban­do­neón y Os­car Ko­han en vio­lín. En 1966, Simone abrió su lo­cal de tan­go, que fun­cio­nó du­ran­te dos años, al cual bau­ti­zó “Can­tan­do” en la ca­lle Can­ga­llo 1185, ciudad de Buenos Aires, en don­de se pre­sen­ta­ba junto al maes­tro Lu­cio De­ma­re. So­la­men­te en nues­tro país fi­jó dos­cien­tos cua­ren­ta y seis te­mas, de los es­ti­los más va­ria­dos y murió el 2 de octubre de 1990, cuando tenía 86 años. La recordamos a partir de testimonios y registros sonoros conservados en el Archivo Histórico de Radio Nacional.
