Today I'm delighted to be joined in conversation by the sensational Holly Mitchell, a Transformative Coach & Equine Guided Educator based in Gloucestershire, UK. My love of horses is certainly no secret so I was delighted that in this week's inspiring episode I got to speak with Holly, who shares her amazing journey & how her calling to be around horses came to her later in life. We delve into the incredible wisdom that “Being” in the presence of horses has brought into both our lives. How sitting in a space with her herd, you slowly unwind & begin to hear the whispers of your own innate wisdom, as well as that of nature & the interconnectedness of the world around you, offering you the chance to learn to trust how you can be guided by your heart in challenging times towards what feels good, even if your logical mind might be trying to convince you that on paper it doesn't make sense. We also discuss the fascinating research from the HeartMath institute, studying the affects of heart coherence & how the resonance of being around horses in particular can be so beneficial to us. Through it all we are reminded of the importance of community, both human & non-human & how having hope is so important in how we show up & experience life & the impacts we can have. If you're looking for a new way of being & finding resilience then Equine Guided work might just be the missing piece of your puzzle.Learn more about HollySince a child, Holly loved being in nature.  Looking back, it was a place she could play and connect to herself.  There was an oak tree in her family's woodland that she spent hours around its' big grand branches, doing lord knows what.  Getting lost!  Holly was raised most of her life on a farm in the Cotswolds, where she now lives with her husband, six horses and Henry, the standard poodle.  As a creative, Holly pursued many artistic professions in her career-life.  It began early in film and theatre, and later as a freelance photographer, but it was curiosity in her own psychology of mind and that desire to ‘fix herself' that led her through various spiritual teachings. In 2015, after years of struggle trying to get it right, she stumbled across a teaching that truly awoke her to something she had not seen before.  That at our core we are never broken and always OK.  The understanding, known as the Three Principles, touches lives all over the world and it's simplicity in words was profound.  It opened up an understanding about herself that has allowed her to let go of many beliefs and be more of her humanness and ride life instead of trying to drive it.  The learning and layers to be pealed are ongoing. This is the discovery of life.Today along with her small herd, in a bubble of nature's English countryside, her desire is to help others point them back to the truth of who they are, providing a space to settle down and connect to their infinite wisdom and beautiful possibilities. Website: www.wildhealinghearts.co.ukThank you for being a part of this journey with me, please Subscribe to make sure you don't miss our future episodes, and share with your friends to help these messages ripple out across the world. Jason Shiers has been on both sides of the psychotherapist's table, and he found himself on a long journey to understanding how the human mind really works and how it can be guided to heal itself from trauma. QUOTE OF THE DAY: All the information is in the feeling. - Gary Stine. I am speaking with Transformative Coach, Gary Stine. We discuss ways of identifying the difference between thoughts and feelings. Gary shows how the remembered past or the imagined future deprives us of living each moment to the fullest. By using discernment, noticing when something is just a thought, we can choose not to assign meaning to it or believe that it represents the truth. Seeing this difference allows us to be present, joyful, and filled with limitless potential.   For more than twenty years, Gary has coached hard-working individuals and organizations to tap into their unlimited potential. The result is an amazing combination of more success with less stress. Helping individuals tap into this limitless potential (which is available to all of us) brings them dramatically improved performance, and a sense of overall ease and well-being that may have been absent from their lives.   For more information on Gary Stine, please reach out to me and I will connect you. :-) --- #theinspiress #solopreneurinspiration #livethelifeyouwant❤️ #liveinthenow #liveinthemoment #bepresentnow #happiness #wisdom #inspirationalquotes #solopreneur #entrepreneurinspiration #solopreneurs #solopreneurlife #solopreneurcoaching #coachjasmynesays #transformativecoachjasmyne #BringYourBusinesstoLife #GetInspiredNow #DreamItDareItDoIt #LiveTheLifeYouWant #MakeitHappen #EpisodeDropped

“The greater the fear, the bigger the call is to our soul's evolution.” - Laurie James This Real Talk touches on relationship truths that span knowing when to let go, self-care that nurtures your soul, and how to overcome loneliness. On this episode, we're joined by the wonderful and wise Laurie James - Author and Transformative Coach. Our heartfelt conversation started with Laurie's story about listening to her intuition. She had finished the first draft of her book, and instinctively knew that it would have another ending. She knew what she needed to do in order to secure the freedom found on the other side of fear; she had to leave her marriage. In the rest of this episode, we cover topics pertaining to inner work and self-care, relationship triggers, and how trauma experiences can attract partners to each other (albeit not in a healthy way). My favorite part from this Real Talk is when Laurie shared about the importance of surrendering. “I had to let go of the life I planned, in order to find the life I belonged to,” she says, highlighting how things in life can change. “Step through the fear of letting go, and amazing things can happen. The joy, happiness and freedom – you open up space for them to flood in.” If you're in a place where you need clarity in your relationships, this Real Talk is for you! Let me know your biggest takeaway on my Facebook or Instagram. With so much love & gratitude, Grace

Every Spiritual Awakening story is unique. No one has the exact experience and there isn't a magic formula for how to go about your own awakening process. It's messy, it's confusing, and it can be painful. However, the rewards are endless. In this episode, Annette tells her awakening story, or at least gives a intimate glimpse into her experience. This story spans decades, yet it is but a small fraction of what she went through to become the Transformative Coach and Akashic Specialist she is today. She hopes her story will help others have an easier awakening experience.Join us on Patreon: www.patreon.com/parisundergroundradioFind Us OnlineWebsite: https://www.parisundergroundradio.com/theheartofyouFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/parisundergroundradioInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/parisundergroundradio/CreditsHost: Annette Dalloo https://www.parisundergroundradio.com/annettedalloo; @infinitesoullove1111; Website: www.infinitesoullove.comProducer: Jennifer Geraghty https://www.parisundergroundradio.com/jenniferfoxgeraghty; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter: @jennyphoria; Website: http://jennyphoria.com

Today on How We Can Heal Podcast, Lisa Danylchuk, and Dui Turner talks about how yoga impacted her life as a woman in the military and her students' life on a bigger picture. As someone in her 40s, who's been in service for 25 years, Dui helps us understand how yoga can be carried through everything, how she champions women's inclusion and leadership, and about her upcoming book that talks about the science, the art, and the you of teaching yoga in the military. Yoga in Context                                                         "Yoga is a spectrum," Dui describes. It's a practice that welcomes and loves everyone that joins despite their background and knowledge of yoga. Whether you're in it for the exercise or for the fullness of the spiritual experience, yoga embraces everything in between in order for everyone to fully benefit from the practice, no matter what they aspire to achieve from doing it.  With that being said, this is why trust is critical between a yogi and a student. A yogi is cautious about how they relate to students, and they strive to create safe spaces for everyone in their class. Whether a student is someone completely new to physical wellness or from the military trying to address trauma and stress, a yogi works best knowing that an approach to teaching yoga is not a one size fits all; it adjusts to each individual.  About Dui Turner: Duilia is an officer in the United States Air Force and a veteran of two major conflicts. She is also the founder of Integrative World, a community focusing on promoting healthy approaches and techniques to support balanced lifestyles. She has studied a variety of healing arts including Tai Chi, Qi Gong, sound therapy, meditation, and Yoga. She has also contributed to various yoga blogs, public talks and Yoga for Veterans trainings. Dui completed the "Yoga Philosophy Intensive Course" offered by the AC Foundation in Hawaii. She has earned 200-hr and 500-hr Yoga certifications specializing in Yoga for veterans coping with Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS). She is a Transformative Coach, Certified Reiki Master and Health Coach. She is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. “The most radical thing any of us can do at this time is to be fully present to what is happening in the world.” ~ Joanna Macy Guest Introduction:  Welcome to another episode of Exploring the Seasons of Life, a podcast for women with a big heart on a spiritual journey. My name is Cindy MacMillan. Do you ever feel like you are waiting on a permission slip to live the life you want? If you answered yes, then you are in the right spot. Each week I interview coaches and spiritual explorers, from all walks of life about beginnings, endings and the messy bits in between; and let's don't forget about those moments that we never saw coming. Self-love well-being and mindset are at the heart of our conversations. Because once you change the inside, the outside will begin to change as well. In this episode of Exploring the Seasons of Life, we are chatting about Energy Work and Self-Care.  And my guest is Cornelia Gilbert. Cornelia Gilbert is a Transformative Coach and is passionate about the balancing of body, mind, and soul, and helps her clients to master their own transformation, so they are able to live in alignment with who they truly are. She runs her own practice and works with national and international clients via video call or telephone. Here's a glimpse of our conversation: Welcome to the show, Cornelia. Thank you for being here.  2:36 From a business perspective, seasons, it really means seasons of life are like cycles. So, we have planetary cycles, we have life cycles, the stages that every living creature or creation has to run through from the moon, the plants, animals, birth, death, female cycles, and all those cycles consist of very specific, different stages. And some stages require sometimes more of a resting period, and others more activity. 5:13 Having worked as an ICU nurse, and then also Hospice RN, it's really made me understand the human psyche on a much deeper level. The hardship you encounter in people in their darkest moments of life, can be sometimes shocking. I'd even want to say sometimes even abhorrent, and sometimes you encounter the extreme opposite, there are moments that are so profoundly beautiful, and hold such a divine nature. And the overall experience for me, nursing has been an incredibly humbling experience. 6:57 Let's start with alignment, what really is alignment. It's really to do, how we relate to something and our relationship to something and it kind of describes a situation in where something is harmonious or balanced in our relationship with something else. And you may have also come across the term or heard the term soul alignment. 7:45 7:45  Are you in a truth, living your integrity. And I think a big part is also being authentic, being really who you are. And that allows you to live a purposeful life while you're here on this planet. So this is really about creating or maintaining a healthy balance between physical, emotional, mental, spiritual bodies. 16:11   So I'm looking at, if I have the same thought continuously, I'm ugly, I'm ugly, every time I look in the mirror, that creates a very specific reaction in my brain. And it's almost like you walk in the snow, and you leave a footstep, and every day, have you ever done it as a kid you try to step into somebody's footstep. So, there's only one trace over years, it is the same. So, it's important to change that and create another set of footsteps that don't continue that same set of footsteps if that makes more sense. 24:36 The biggest obstacle to self-care is self-worth, self-love, self-value. If you don't believe you truly deserve this, you will not make it a priority and create time for it. Yet it really must be a priority because for us to really be there for others, whether that's our family, our partners, our work colleagues, we must make ourselves an absolutely priority. And self-care needs to be a part of the daily routine.  26:36 Very, very quickly and simple. You're in a stressful situation, you really don't know what to do. Take one moment for yourself, whether that is you leave the room, whether you're going to the bathroom, whatever it is you need to do. The first thing is always breathe. Okay, deep breath in and deep breath out, because that always centers yourself. You can find Cornelia Gilbert at:  Website Instagram Twitter If you LOVED this conversation with Cornelia Gilbert you'll also love the conversations I had with: Jill Krzyzanowicz on Living out Loud + Self-Loyalty Debbie Shadid Interviews Cindy on Self-care and Giving Yourself Permission Through the Lens of Yoga and Mindfulness with Elizabeth Savage What is Your Choice Today with Amy Gonzalez-Nelsen Thanks for listening! Hi everyone! Thanks for tuning-in today for a new episode of Entrepreneur Mindset-Reset. In today's episode, I'm really excited to be speaking with the incomparable Onajite Clarke, the MummiBlogger and Badass Transformative Coach.  Ona's story of becoming an entrepreneur out of necessity is one that many can relate to, and how she built her blogging platform for social justice and sharing the stories of every day women is certainly inspirational. In addition to following her passion, she's learned how to monetize her platforms and continue to be of service, which is a nod to her previous career.  Ona reminds us that when we tap into our passion, we will see the fruits of our labor. Her insights and wisdom from experience, and from following her passion, getting very curious, and learning to pitch sales from a place of passion has helped her create and build relationships that are lucrative and lasting.  Her generous spirit shines through our entire conversation, so it's no surprise that she shared 4 success tips with us: Walk in vision and purpose, no matter what it looks like. Don't worry about being an expert. Experience makes expertise.  Your mindset needs to be one of continual process. Get honest and brutal with yourself. Invest in yourself. Go find your tribe; find where you you want to be. Ona's business is new, but she's wise beyond her business years for sure, and I cannot wait to see where she takes her business in the coming year. Go check out her website at the themummiblogger.com and find her on social media where she's regularly dropping wisdom and inspiration. I now invite you to grab a beverage or a snack and settle-in to listen to Ona and her amazing journey. Onajite's Bio: Traumatic and or toxic people, situations, circumstances and environments over sustained periods of time impact our mind, body and soul. Our bodies natural response is to protect us from these experiences that it recognises are harmful to us. Examples include things like Numbing Disassociation Mental blocking Internising traumatic experiences by minimising its impact  Fight of Flight Responses It can also means that sometimes you don't know you have unhealed trauma until you are triggered by something seemingly unrelated or similar to what you have experienced previously. Trauma is not just the standard sexual, physical and psychological abuse, its far more complex and nuanced than this. I prefer to add to this definition by saying that trauma can be anything that you did not get to become who you were meant to be...  So can you have experienced trauma and not suffered the above.. ABSOLUTELY The key here is that the situation and or circumstances affected you negatively. Unhealed Trauma manifests itself in different ways both internally ( stress, higher levels of cortisol, illness) and externally (via our behaviours, either consciously or subconsciously) and so its important to be aware of our internal dialogue and how we speak to ourselves. Why does this matter? Great question.. It matters because when clients work with me they have told themselves things like their negative mindset, beliefs or fear are isolated but here are examples of how these behaviours can present in our lives and in my coaching 1. Feelings of inadequacy 2 Fear of failure 3. Perfectionism 4. Lack of organisation 5. Procrastination 7. Poor motivation 8. Poor money mindset and financial literacy My philosophy is centered around treating all individual as ' Experts By Experience' meaning most individuals know subconsciously what their problems are and where they emanate from and need support and encouragement to accept, understand, forgive and then move forward. These moments usually occur as a break through and allows clients to walk in their vision and purpose for their life. If your interesting in learning through the process of failure as they are good teachers and learn how to dissolve whats getting in the way..nows the time
