The Perfect Neighbor debuted this month as the #1 film on Netflix, bringing attention to Stand Your Ground laws through the story of Ajike “AJ” Owens. AJ was killed in 2023 by her neighbor Susan Lorincz, a woman known throughout the neighborhood as “The Karen." This documentary, told through police bodycam footage of the confrontations leading up to the horrific murder, is part of a movement for social change. The television series The Crown has been widely criticized for effectively ignoring or downplaying Prince Andrew's ties to Jeffrey Epstein, despite the centrality of that scandal to his public legacy. Although the final seasons of the show cover the period when allegations involving Epstein and Virginia Giuffre emerged, the creators elected not to dramatize Andrew's relationship with Epstein or the ensuing lawsuits. Ist es eine gute Idee, eine Comedy zu machen, in der die Hauptfigur zu Beginn unsympathischer als Serienmörder und Co. gezeigt werden? Definitiv nicht. Ist es trotzdem lustig? This Netflix series centers around one of the historic franchises in the National Football League and the origins of their current owner. The franchise is the Dallas Cowboys and their owner is Jerry Jones. Jones was oil tycoon who purchased the team in 1989 and quickly shaped into a football dynasty. With a Hall of Fame coach in Jimmy Johnson and a band of Hall of Fame players in certain positions that included Troy Aikman at quarterback, Emmitt Smith at running back, Michael Irvin at wide receiver and Deion Sanders at defensive back, the Cowboys went to win 3 Super Bowl titles in 1992, 1993 & 1995. But as quickly as the team rose to dominance, by the end of the decade, they were in disarray while their owner stood during the bad seasons that followed.

Mindhunter is an absolutely riveting, addicting, and intellectually gripping series that redefines the crime drama genre. From the very first episode, it plunges you into a hauntingly realistic portrayal of the early days of criminal profiling at the FBI. The attention to detail, the slow-burn narrative, and the disturbingly accurate depictions of real-life serial killers make it one of the most intense and thought-provoking shows I've ever watched.What a phenomenal interview! Getting to know the details about his role as Jerry Brudos and the show, that kind of insight is priceless! As season one of the show progressed, so did the characters while discussing their crimes. Happy Anderson portraying Jerry Brudos is still one of my favorite sequences not only because of the nature of the sequence but the scenes are kind of light-hearted and comical. If you have not watched this show, please do… I highly recommend this series for nay true crime buff out there. With a 97% score on Rotten Tomatoes, that kind of tells you something. It's still streaming on Netflix!

Die Folge der Meilensteine über "Hounds Of Love" von Kate Bush war längst überfälltig. Das Album ist ein zeitloses Meisterwerk und machte die Ausnahmekünstlerin Kate Bush zu einer feministischen Ikone, die viele Musikerinnen und Musiker nach ihr inspirieren konnte. "Hounds Of Love" wurde für Langspielplatte konzipiert und behandelt komplexe und existentielle Themen. Es geht um die Liebe, den Tod, um Glaube, menschlichen Wille und um die Kraft der Natur. Um es uns Hörern zu erleichtern, hat sie das Album geschickt in eine A- und eine B-Seite aufgeteilt. Es una muñeca articulada de marfil datada entre el siglo III y IV d.C.. La muñeca fue enterrada con la niña, sugiriendo que servía como un "useptis" o compañera para el viaje al más allá, ya que los romanos eran muy supersticiosos y creían en la vida después de la muerte.
