Even the best biohacking techniques and procedures can backfire and do you more harm than good! That is if you don't figure out what is RIGHT FOR YOU. Probably more so in health that in any other aspects in life, there isn't a one-size-fits-all solution! Each of us are unique – different strengths, weaknesses, physical and mental needs and wants, among other factors! Similarly, drugs and medications work wonders for the right disease, but can be harmful to you when used incorrectly. Biohacking regimes are nothing different.
