After President Donald Trump threatened to single out Apple with tariffs, he offered remarks to reporters that undercut his case. First he seemed to say this would apply to many iPhone makers, but then reiterated he'd said this straight to Apple CEO Tim Cook, a potentially serious abuse of power. Then Trump said U.S.-manufactured jobs would not result in higher prices due to automation, but this concedes that the manufacturing work he hopes tariffs will create are low-level jobs that might get replaced. And then he all-but-admitted that his threat to get companies to “eat” the cost of his tariffs really could mean potentially higher prices for consumers. All these oddities taken together wreck the fraudulent arguments he's been making. We talked to Monica Potts, the new class politics reporter at The New Republic, who usefully synthesizes all of it to explain what's wrong with Trump-MAGA manufacturing nostalgia and why the Trump-GOP agenda comprehensively works against his stated goal of creating good American jobs. Josh Sigurdson reports on the continuing Jeffrey Epstein coverup as Pam Bondi continues to hold back documentation which Comer actually thinks has been destroyed. The reason? Epstein's ties to Israel. Jeffrey Epstein was an obvious Mossad blackmail agent gathering videos of the most powerful people with children. After President Donald Trump initially claimed that the so-called "Epstein Files" would be released on day one, 108 days later we've seen nothing but redacted documents. Now FBI Director Kash Patel claims he thinks Jeffrey Epstein killed himself in prison. It's obvious that the administration is walking itself back and exposing themselves as compromised. Meanwhile, James O'Keefe teased major announcement saying he was at risk of being killed for releasing his latest at O'Keefe Media Group (OMG). While the video of royal family insider John Bryan saying that Prince Andrew met with Epstein and was "f*cking underage girls" is certainly important to have on tape, pretty much everything said had already been reported on and exposed by the late Virginia Giuffre. Epstein survivor Juliette Rose Bryant called out O'Keefe saying, "Why are you making people wait 7 days to hear information that Virginia Giuffre shared 8 years ago? You fear for your life? Virginia Giuffre is now dead. I hope Part 2 is better..." Epstein wasn't the only blackmail agent for the government and these operations continue. The coverup is obvious. President Donald Trump wants Michigan automobile manufacturers to move entire supply chains to the U.S. And he’s put steep tariffs on the automotive industry in an attempt to spur that change. But many of these manufacturers are taking a wait-and-see approach because of the administration's constantly changing policies, and the cost associated with moving production. After President Donald Trump’s 25% automotive import tariffs went into effect April 3, a report from Reuter estimated auto sales could decline by two million. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said it was too close to the election and that the new president should choose the new supreme court judge. Despite nationwide outcry against this, the Supreme Court functioned for months with only eight justices. After President Donald Trump took office, he nominated Judge Neil Gorsuch in January 2017,  Judge Brett Kavanaugh in July 2018, and Justice Amy Coney Barrett on September 2020, just months before the 2020 election. (I guess according to Mitch McConnell rules are meant to be broken.)The US is currently suffering the aftermath of these three conservative appointments. Multiple Republican-controlled state legislatures have passed restrictive anti-abortion bills during the past decade. Since the Supreme Court has taken a decided hard turn to the right with the Trump era appointments, states like Texas and Arizona are in the forefront with anti-choice legislation designed to challenge Roe v Wade. Now US Attorney General Merrick Garland is mounting a legal case against the Texas ban on abortions after six weeks. In Arizona, there is a lawsuit to stop SB1457, which criminalizes the woman, her doctor and anyone who helps her get an abort a fetus with a known birth defect, regardless of severity of the diagnosis or life expectancy after birth. My guests Rep. According to The Grayzone, its editor Max Blumenthal has been arrested on false charges after reporting on Venezuelan opposition violence outside the Washington, DC, embassy. What's really behind this action and does it have any stifling effect on independent journalists? He was arrested on the morning of October 25 on what he says is a fabricated charge related to the siege of the Venezuelan embassy in DC that took place between April and May. What happened and what's going on here? "A team of DC police officers appeared at Blumenthal's door at just after 9 a.m., demanding entry and threatening to break his door down. A number of officers had taken positions on the side of his home as though they were prepared for a SWAT-style raid," Ben Norton wrote for The Grayzone. "Blumenthal was hauled into a police van and ultimately taken to DC central jail, where he was held for two days in various cells and cages. He was shackled by his hands and ankles for over five hours in one such cage along with other inmates. His request for a phone call was denied by DC police and corrections officers, effectively denying him access to the outside world. Blumenthal was informed that he was accused of simple assault by a Venezuelan opposition member. He declared the charge completely baseless." First, simple assault required such a show of force? Also, the arrest warrant was five months old. "According to an individual familiar with the case, the warrant for Blumenthal's arrest was initially rejected. Strangely, this false charge was revived months later without the defendant's knowledge," Norton continued. If he had been notified, he could have voluntarily surrendered and appeared at his own arraignment. According to Max, “Instead, the federal government essentially enlisted the DC police to SWAT me, ensuring that I would be subjected to an early morning raid and then languish in prison for two days without even the ability to call an attorney.""Lebanon's Prime Minister Saad Hariri announced he was resigning today, succumbing to the demands of protesters who have staged nationwide demonstrations for nearly two weeks," CNN reported Tuesday. "The three-time prime minister has led a national unity government, which included some of his political adversaries, for less than two years. In recent months, the country saw rapid economic deterioration, ballooning debt and rising prices." What's really going on here, and will Hariri's resignation make any substantive difference? "Scores of protesters in downtown Beirut cheered as Hariri announced his departure. At their peak, hundreds of thousands of people took to the streets to protest government corruption on Sunday," CNN continued. What's happening in Lebanon?"After President Donald Trump said on Monday the US will be 'keeping the oil' in northeastern Syria, his administration is looking into the 'specifics,' according to a senior State Department official — but it's prompted renewed cries that doing so is a war crime," ABC News reported Monday. What does all of this mean? "On Sunday, when detailing the US special forces raid against [Daesh] leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, Trump said US troops would remain in Syria to secure 'massive' oil reserves and even put up 'a hell of a fight' against any force that tried to take them. 'We should be able to take some also, and what I intend to do, perhaps, is make a deal with an ExxonMobil or one of our great companies to go in there and do it properly,' he added. 'We're keeping the oil,' Trump said Monday to a conference of police chiefs in Chicago. 'I've always said that — keep the oil. We want to keep the oil, $45 million a month. Keep the oil. We've secured the oil,'" the report continued. After President Donald Trump annouced that the US would move its embassy in Israel to the "eternal capital of the Jewish people, Jerusalem," Orthodox Rabbi Yaakov Shapiro analyzed Trump's claim: "The Jewish Nation don’t have a capital, a capital is a political concept. We are not a country, we are a people, a nation established on Torah Judaism. Yes, Jerusalem is a Holy place but that doesn’t make it our capital. It is a Zionist concept that Jews are not a religion, but a nationality/race...Zionists say that the Jews became a people when they entered Israel. Not true - it happened at Mount Sinai, before we even entered the Land of Israel. Step 1 for Zionism was to nationalize the Jewish people. Step 2 for Zionism was that they say Israel is their country...The modern state of "Israel" was founded by people who wanted to create a country in the middle east. Somehow they say that this country is the country of Jews worldwide. How? They claim to represent every Jew, a completely unfounded claim. The Jewish people had nothing to do with the creation of this state. The Zionists did. The majority of religious Jews at the time did not want Israel to represent them at the state’s founding. Ben Guirion, Israel's first Prime Minister agreed with his generation's leading Rabbis to never claim that "Israel" represents worldwide Jewry as it would be dangerous to Jews worldwide. It casts them as dually loyal. They can never be fully loyal to their home country if they are also loyal to "Israel". He later went back on his agreement." Rabbi Shapiro's sound logic is presented in this compelling, 7 minute video. Reference: "Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as capital of ‘Jewish people’ is assault on my religion — Queens rabbi."

The Economic Collapse of America is imminent. After President Donald Trumpâ??s Speech on congress, nobody should have any more doubt that the American Economy has been in the process of Collapsing. Donald Trumpâ??s speech to a joint session of Congress is being hailed as his best speech ever. Even CNNâ??s Van Jones praised Trump, which shocked many observers. Jones said that when Trump honored the widow of slain Navy Seal Ryan Owens that it â??was one of the most extraordinary moments you have ever seen in American politicsâ??, and Jones believes that Trump â??became President of the United States in that momentâ??. But Trumpâ??s speech is not just being praised for that one moment. He detailed many of the most important problems that our nation is facing, and he explained his prescription for addressing those problems. Hopefully Trumpâ??s words helped people to understand that our problems did not get fixed just because he got elected. It is going to take extraordinary action to fix those problems, because our problems run very deep. In particular, Trump made an exceedingly strong case that the U.S. economy has been badly deteriorating for a very long period of time. The following are 11 quotes from Trumpâ??s speech to Congress that show that the U.S. economy is in a state of collapseâ?¦ 1 â??Ninety-four million Americans are out of the labor forceâ?? 2 â??Over 43 million people are now living in povertyâ?? 3 â??Over 43 million Americans are on food stampsâ?? 4 â??More than one in five people in their prime working years are not workingâ?? 5 We have the worst financial recovery in 65 yearsâ?? #6 â??In the last eight years, the past administration has put on more new debt than nearly all of the other Presidents combinedâ?? #7 â??Weâ??ve lost more than one-fourth of our manufacturing jobs since NAFTA was approvedâ?? #8 â??Weâ??ve lost 60,000 factories since China joined the World Trade Organization in 2001â?³ #9 â??Our trade deficit in goods with the world last year was nearly 800 billion dollarsâ?? #10 â??Obamacare premiums nationwide have increased by double and triple digits. As an example, Arizona went up 116 percent last year alone.â?? #11 â??Weâ??ve spent trillions and trillions of dollars overseas, while our infrastructure at home has so badly crumbledâ?? The second financial bubble is going to soon burst, and thereâ??s nothing anyone can do about it. Peter Schiff stated, the Federal Reserve has set up the American economy for financial collapse and market crash for printing trillions of dollars back in 2008 and 2009. The Federal Reserveâ??s policies of printing trillions of dollars back in â??08-09 have locked into place a serious financial crisis at some point in our future, Going so far as to intimate the economic collapse will occur at least some time in the next two years Paul wrote, Itâ??s unavoidable, and even Donald Trump canâ??t stop it. Trump will be the patsy for the supposed impending financial ruin. Just like everyone blamed Obama for the financial collapse in 2009, this time, Trump will unfairly get the blame, the former Texas representative wrote.
