Tokrat smo govorili o predlogu novega zakona, ki ureja področje osebne asistence. Potreb je veliko, a tudi stroški so vedno višji. Kako urediti plače asistentov in poskrbeti, da ne bo prihajalo do zlorab sistema? Zakaj osebni asistenti niso vključeni že zdaj v kolektivno pogodbo? Ušil rezort zdravotníctva túto reformu na mieru finančných skupín?“Na Slovensku fungujú dve zdravotníctva. Jedno je to, ktoré je napísané do zákonov no a to druhé je to, ktoré tu v skutočnosti máme. No a tie dve zdravotníctva sú úplne odlišné.” Matej PolákJeden z pilierov život zachraňujúcej urgentnej medicíny - Záchranný zdravotný systém, teda ľudovo povedané sanitky, môže prejsť zásadnou zmenou. Po až neuveriteľne zbabranom sanitkovom tendri, ktorý šéf NKÚ označil za festival netransparentnosti ako i “klondajk” prichádza jeho tvorca – minister zdravotníctva, s reformou, ktorá systém vracia priam o celé dekády späť. Voči tomuto novému zámeru ministra zdravotníctva rozhodne dôveru necítim a nemyslím si, že to bude fungovať, tvrdí prezident Asociácie záchrannej zdravotnej služby Matej Polák. Reforma, ktorá sa ešte ani len nezačala, pritom už naráža na silný odpor samotných záchranárov, ktorý voči nej spustili rozsiahlu petíciu. Nič ešte nie je stratené, reforma sa dá zvrátiť, ubezpečuje Polák no varuje, že množstvo záchranárov zvažuje aj odchod do zahraničia.Pripomeňme, že sanitkový tender bol zrušený bez toho, aby zaň minister prebral akúkoľvek politickú zodpovednosť, ako i s veľkými otáznikmi o zákonnosti jeho stopnutia - čo potvrdzuje i vyše 30 správnych žalôb Generálneho prokurátora. Tentoraz si rezort zdravotníctva vybral ľahšiu cestu, centrálny celoslovenský tender by sa už proste opakovať nemal a štát sa rozhodol ísť po ceste posilnenia úlohy samotného štátu. Po novom rozdeľovanie staníc záchrannej služby zabezpečia nemocnice, ktoré disponujú urgentnými príjmami. Sanitky by tak napokon mali prevádzkovať samotné nemocnice alebo výber ich prevádzkovateľa si jednoducho lokálne vysúťažia. Kritici sa ale obávajú, že nové pravidlá záchranný systém zničia a vysoko zadlžené nemocnice si peniazmi na sanitky budú plátať svoje vlastné dlhy. No a napokon, kľúčová otázka znie: Čo z tejto “reformy” budeme mať my, pacienti? Jednou časťou reformy záchranárskeho systému - ktorý iba nedávno schválila samotná vládna koalícia boli aj indikátory kvality a bolo povedané, že konečne by sa v tendri na výber poskytovateľov už mali zohľadňovať objektívne a merateľné dáta. No a keď konečne je tento systém pripravený - a od nového roka sa aj reálne spustil, tak niekto prichádza s návrhom, že to celé nebudeme súťažiť, ale rovno to odovzdáme bez súťaže nemocniciam nech si to robia na večné veky - a to bez ohľadu na kvalitu? Oktober posvečamo zanimivim ljudem, ki se tako ali drugače poklicno ukvarjajo z jezikom. Tokrat spoznamo Mateja Pintarja, ki je že več kot 25 let učitelj na dvojezični osnovni šoli v Špetru. Po večini uči slovenščino. Ker je v Benečiji pogovorni jezik večinoma italijanščina, je zanj to, da kateri izmed učencev šolanje nadaljuje na slovenski srednji šoli in potem še na slovenski univerzi, velik uspeh. Ker imajo učitelji v zamejstvu v Italiji možnost enoletnega izobraževanja v Sloveniji, letos ne poučuje, ampak obiskuje predavanja magistrskega študija govora na ljubljanski Akademiji za gledališče, radio, film in televizijo.

Matej Rusmir was born in Belgrade, Serbia, in 2000, where he finished music school for classical guitar. Soon after, Matej started exploring audio production. Later, in 2016, as he began his career in the underground scene, Matej quickly gained recognition for his distinctive style, blending tribal techno with downtempo old-school trance and ethnic elements. His production, live and DJ sets are filled with hypnotic and tribal rhythms and motifs that draw the audience's focus entirely to the sound. Z opozičných vôd však zaznieva kritika, že slovenské ministerstvo prijíma a rokuje s „hlavným cenzorom“ čínskeho režimu, ktorým má byť minister Zhuang Rongwen. Progresívne Slovensko ho označuje za „priamo zodpovedného za potláčanie slobody slova na čínskom internete“. Ministerstvo investícií reaguje, že je „krátkozraké robiť si nepriateľa tam, kde nie je a hľadať konšpirácie za bežnou diplomatickou praxou“. Ako sa na slovensko-čínske rokovanie pozerá expert na oblasť Matej Šimalčík zo Stredoeurópskeho inštitútu pre ázijské štúdia?„Tá návšteva je pomerne problematická. Jeden rozmer je otázka cenzúry, no to je menší problém stretnutia a celej spolupráce. Za väčší považujem otázku spolupráce v budovaní technologickej infraštruktúry. Otvorila ju minuloročná návšteva premiéra Fica v Číne a vidíme, že postupne naberá na obrátkach,“ hovorí expert Šimalčík. „Je to podľa mňa ešte väčšie ohrozenie, lebo tu hovoríme o tom, že v kritickej digitálnej infraštruktúre by sa mohli objavovať čínske technológie, ktoré z nášho pohľadu predstavujú bezpečnostné riziko,“ dopĺňa. Ilustráciou majú byť prípady úniku dát.„V oblasti technológií a umelej inteligencie Čína nemá záujem prijímať európsku či americkú reguláciu.
