DJ, event promoter, international publicist and label manager- AOIFE has confirmed her own place in Europe's dance music community. The Belfast born, Berlin based talent has firmly integrated herself amongst a variety of parties, starting a residency with Germany's Ravescape and having regular appearances with UK party starters Ape-X. AOIFE has formed an unapologetic approach to DJ sets, focusing on the sounds of untamed techno, driving electro, ebm and dance floor euphoria. The self-taught DJ has already appeared on notable platforms like Rinse FM, RTE Pulse & Kanal 6. Debuting at Munichs infamous "Rote Sonne" club in 2019, Rephate finally got the change he deserved to share his strict vision of an intoxicating DJ set. Establishing his fast forward re interpretation of classic techno brought him to clubs like Berlins "Griessmühle" and many more later on. Right now he is valued by many producers and fans as one of the most promising talents of a reshaping scene. Christoph Heinze, better known as Inhalt der Nacht joins us for our next exclusive Home of Sound podcast. Berlin-born, his sound has been shaped by influences from cold wave and new wave, blended seamlessly with elements of the rock music that he was exposed to in his younger days. Having already established his name as one of the most progressive DJ’s in his genre, Christoph has pioneered his own label: Lebendig from which he pushes fellow Dj’s and artists’ productions alongside his own. 2019 saw Christoph’s track “Dosis'' spread through the underground scene of Berlin like wildfire after it appeared on the compilation album “The World of Monom Black” put out by the illustrious Dax J and his eponymous label . Christoph’s eminence nowadays has granted him residency to some of the biggest clubs across Germany including Griessmühle Berlin, Khidi Tbilisi and Rote Sonne Munich In this chat Christoph talks us through his experiences playing and producing techno and also his experimental explorations with theatre scoring in Cuba and eventually in Germany. We delve into Christoph’s past, recounting his first experiences with the underground scene as well the music that influenced him and provided the foundations to his raw and unbound resonate that we know today. Nach einer fast 1 Jährigen inspirativen Schaffenspause, bis auf die Pflichttermine wie "Gute Laune München", meldet er sich nun seit diesem Jahr aktiv mittels Podcasts und zuletzt auch via Livestream zurück. Oliver Albach’s love for electronic music was initiated by his brother, who would bring back DJ Compilations from the UK in 2007. His passion for electronic soundscapes soon translated into a fascination for tweaking sound. Living in Munich, close to clubs like MMA and Rote Sonne, provided Oliver with the opportunity to further discover electronic music and more specifically focus on Techno. In 2016 he moved to Barcelona for 4 Months. Being able to visit the infamous INSERT events at Razzmatazz enhanced his appreciation for rough yet rhythmic Techno. In 2019 he co-founded a group of music enthusiasts called “ọmọ”, with a concept to organise state of the art music experiences in Munich. Currently “ọmọ” is pursuing a concept for simulcasting DJ Sets on a weekly basis, to provide young artist with exposure. MXST is a Munich based DJ with a passion for combining classic techno and raw industrial sounds. He grew up in Munich as musician playing drums and percussion instruments for almost two decades. During his early youth he explored electronic music through all facets and started DJing Trance, Techno, EBM and House. Meanwhile he describes himself as being mainly inspired by that EU/UK/US Techno that meets his expectations for a proper rave: fast and hard hitting percussions/kicks supported by soothing acid basslines and raw atmospheres. Fresh meat! We're excited to announce the first of two new arrivals to the FACETS gäng. In our 45th episode of our podcast series we want to introduce you to Arousal - a young & aspiring DJ from Munich. Being with us for a while now and sharing the mindset towards the music, the scene and beyond we've found a perfect match in him and are happy to have him on board. Arousals' interest in the electronic styles first took hold when he began listening DnB and its various sub-genres. With time and his first visit to Berlin his taste shifted towards Techno and with having world-class clubs like the former MMA or the infamous Rote Sonne in his home town of Munich, the path was set. Joining the creative side of the spectrum and still exploring his own style, he eventually got to perform at his first B2B gig. Gaining more experience while playing numerous times at the Ravescape Collective parties in Munich, he also co-launched his own event imprint called Accelerate. Émelie Gendron ist Kanadierin aus Montreal und kam vor drei Jahren als Fan der Münchner Subkultur zu Besuch in die Stadt. Heute lebt sie hier und organisiert Festivals und Veranstaltungsreihen - unter anderem im Import Export und in der Roten Sonne. Im Gespräch mit Esther Diestelmann und Julia Viechtl hat sie erzählt, warum sie sich für den radikalen Feminismus entschieden hat, wie sie sich vom Fan-Girl zur Macherin entwickelt hat und warum die Szene in München sie immer wieder verzweifeln lässt.

Hard hitting, rave and industrial oriented techno music Marco was fascinated by electronic music from an early age on. Growing up in the middle of nowhere in Germany, a single radio station was the only way to have access to this music in his early years. While studying in Cologne he was introduced to playing vinyl for the first time and after that it took only 2 weeks for him to buy his first setup. Since then he has discovered several genres and has finally found his style in hard hitting Techno music. After a few years of travelling around the world, he moved to Munich, where he met some like-minded people - which was the starting point of what is, still today, a constant journey for him. After organising parties in several small venues and off locations in Munich with a bunch of friends, together with his brother from another mother Gonzo MDF, he started the party series Counterweight at Rote Sonne in 2016. Feeling the need to promote the harder side of Techno music in their city of residence they focused primarily on booking artists that had never played in Munich before. It only took a couple of parties until it was clear for both that their enormous motivation wouldn't fade quickly, and starting a record label was just the next logical thing to do. For that reason one of our residents prepared an amazing mix with new music for you! It is ALEX CRISTEA in the mix for one hour. For everyone who is listening to our Podcast Alex should be a known face. He is a resident of Sleepwalkers, Charley Horse and numerous events in and around Munich, for example Bullitt Club, Electric Delicate and of course his own organization TechChaos. Just a few weeks ago Alex won a DJ contest at the Just Music store in Munich where 200 other DJs took part at and won a DJ gig at Munich's world famous club "Rote Sonne". His style is reaching from funky Tech House beats up to banging Techno and this time he gave us this great mix which could be described as psychedelic Tech House and Techno. But not only can Alex mix tracks of different people together, he is also getting up the hard paths of producing his own tracks and releasing them on various labels.
