Let your creative juices flow as we recap and are inspired by previous class topics, especially the Shambhavi Mudra - the ability to keep your attention within as your senses are turned outward and you navigate the external world..
This class revisits the Vijnana Bhairava's progressive training of awareness, particularly focusing on Dharana 2, which introduces the turns and curves of the breath. By following the turns and curves of the breath closely, we naturally arrive at the Shakti filled experience of the pause without doership. The is not only essential on our cushion, as well as in our lives by paying attention to the "turns" of our day and arriving more consciously in each experience. We will use this material as inspiration for a longer free write session on the topic, and then share it with each other, in our pursuit of cultivating our creative consciousness.

Tune in to find out what this card had to say about how sometimes holding onto what has fulfilled its purpose in life can hinder our evolution and growth.Join our Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/pagancreativeIf you enjoyed this podcast then please consider leaving us a review or maybe share it with someone you think would benefit. In this episode, Dr. David Hanscom continues his discussion about consciousness and health with Dr. Bruce Lipton, a stem cell biologist and author of the best-selling book, The Biology of Belief. He explains how as much as 95% of our behavior is governed by unconscious processes. He shares how developing greater awareness of how this affects us and using tools like self-hypnosis can help us put consciousness between stimulus and reaction in our daily lives so we can have better health and really live the life we want. Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D., is a stem cell biologist and the bestselling author of The Biology of Belief, Spontaneous Evolution and The Honeymoon Effect. He served as Associate Professor of Anatomy in the School of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin (Madison, 1973-1982). His pioneering research on cloned human stem cells presaged today's revolutionary new field of epigenetics. Dr. Lipton later served as a Research Fellow in the Department of Pathology in Stanford University's School of Medicine (1987-1992). His groundbreaking research there revealed the nature of the biochemical pathways by which the mind (perceptions/beliefs) controls behavior and genetic activity. Join us for part five of a nine part series on creative life lessons through the stages of plant growth! This time we are looking at what the flowers and bees teach us about the energy of attraction and how it keeps everything in nature in a state of flow, including us! We talk about conscious participation in the web of life, recognising what we both give and receive within it and how these constant exchanges make us co-creators in our lives, the lives of others and the world as a whole. There will be a guided meditation to accompany this episode, but this will be published separately, a few days after this main episode. Since time immemorial the blighted bliss of human enlightenment stretches beyond truth and boundaries of understanding. Human intellect has instructed free will to dissolve logic and reason, in other words, our civilization is built upon service to self and arrogance to understanding others. You can look no further into history. Recent memory can indicate the advanced decay of communication. We have taken for granted the technology to think. It effectively creates an absence of full responsibility in thought. Technology has grown and we understand each other less. Technology and information overload infect consciousness to understand the meaning at deeper levels. Higher Density Living addresses this concerning the decay of sentient consciousness across other podcasts such as TARTLE and ABQ to address the central problem in disenchanting the elusive construct of the material falsehood of greed, dogma, and power. These are the corrupting influences against consciousness. Ancient Greece invokes logos as the supreme reason and authority of the mind. Logos is the maxim of the group. In this episode, Alex and Jason will connect the dots from many previous episodes to tackle science versus religion. The gap between dogma and natural laws is the reason, or as the Greeks refer to as Logos. We can trace meaning as the understanding of consciousness. Showing light in creation is at the pinnacle of enlightenment, a similar distaste towards immaterial values. You have to be aware first to recognize the pattern. A reversion to “Creative Consciousness” as the roadmap for human thinking towards science. Let's join Alex and Jason as they delve into deeper meaning. History, ancient religion, and medieval philosophy. From the crisis of the old into the future of higher wisdom, as seamless as the Creation itself achieving a sense of awareness in existence makes consciousness bind us together. www.higherdensityliving.com

Marc spent his youth searching for enlightenment. Having made his “Outer Million” easily at an early age, he soon realized that he was missing its intangible counterpart, which he calls “The Inner Million”. He duly set off in search of it, initially by studying religions and spending time in an Indian monastery based on ancient Kashmir Shaivism.Although greatly grown, he felt limited by the monastic system, and decided to step away from religions altogether and re-embarked on his quest. This second phase of Marc's self-realization journey led him through many countries and years of in-depth engagement with disciplines including psychotherapy, ontology, Zen meditation, method acting, firewalking as well as transformational coaching and training. He developed a body of work and methodology that he called Creative Consciousness® and since then has been a successful entrepreneur, thought leader, and philosophical teacher around the world. In this episode we discuss:– Embracing your shadow-Releasing judgment-As within so withoutTo register for the latest REAL Success Event: https://www.realsummits.com/For access to exclusive content join our REAL Success Club: https://www.rsesales.com/Instagram: Marc Steinberg: https://www.instagram.com/cci_creativeconsciousness/REAL Success: https://www.instagram.com/realsuccessnet/Candice: https://www.instagram.com/candice_mama/About your host: Candice Mama's is one of Vogue Magazine's top 33 most inspiring women in the world alongside Nicole Kidman, Michelle Obama, Malala. Vania Hardy joins Joanna and Ashley on the show to talk about art! Vania’s work was recently selected by the YWCA of the greater Harrisburg, PA area for their yearly fundraiser (0:52). Vania shares her journey into painting (6:15), and her gradual transition in to abstract painting (10:43). Ash and Jay ask her to describe what Live Painting is, and what sort of feedback she’s received from the community (13:50). The girls discuss art and the community, how community has shaped Vania’s art and how she wants to shape community in return (15:47). Why do artists hide? Vania shares her thoughts on the “starving artist”, the withdrawn, loner image that is often times portrayed as what an artist looks like and how artists grow much more when they collaborate(20:50). Ashley asks Vania how she connects with local businesses and begins to draw people who see themselves as unartistic out of their shells, and how that nurtures the creative consciousness of our society (23:28).
Breaking Into Brilliance: An Awakening of Creative Consciousness is Lynn Singer's gift to mankind-an astonishing, interactive, animated, emotional, online EXPERIENCE masquerading as a book. Yes, it may open like an online book, but watch as the storytelling unfolds, pictures move, maps unfurl, Lynn's honeyed voice lures you into new depths of yourself and illuminating breakthroughs. There's even an interactive iJournal entry on each page to record your own responses, questions and searching. Why? Because so many of us are miserable or stuck or reacting to life from old wounds. And propel you forward and upward. It's a true Tour de Force. Singer--an actress, renowned voiceover professional and voice coach--calls on her gifts to release people from the bondage of their own making. But this is no empty journey for her. You can hear the pain, sorrow and loss that she endured before her own awakening. It is the discovery of her own creative genius and power that inspired her to create Breaking Into Brilliance as a new form of edu-entertainment, a way to show people the path while engaging all of their senses. Her virtuoso effort combats the hopelessness and resignation so many feel today. "We know that everyone is capable of brilliance. However, learning to live in our brilliance is quite another matter, "says Lynn. "Many of us meditate, have sought counseling, and are careful about what we eat and how we how we take care of our bodies. And yet, we are still yearning. We have not anchored our relation to spirit, nor accepted that we are creating the world around us. This requires a release of old beliefs and ideas and a mindful activation of our creative powers." Breaking into Brilliance uses storytelling, key dreams, art and healing exercises to help examine limiting thought patterns and discover how the mind can heal the body (and vice versa).
