How do you measure wealth? If you ask most people, they'll tell you that they measure it by what's available in your bank account. However, I actually believe that you measure your wealth in time. Then, when you do that, you start to look at the dollars differently. Here's what I know, no matter how much money you have in your accounts, if you aren't in control of your time, it is a poor existence because you're beholden to someone or something else out of your control. My guest today, Megan Sumrell, is going to be a must-listen as you're trying to create your affluent life because there's more in common than you think between time and money management: they're both limited and a result of our behaviors and choices. Megan, like most of us, reached a point in her life where she realized that trying to juggle multiple roles was not sustainable if she wanted to build a truly rich and fulfilling life. That's when she decided to do things differently and found that a thriving life came from harmony, not from trying to find balance. Get ready to be equipped to take control of your time so you can continue taking control of your future. When you start controlling these two resources of time and money and use them in the present to create movements and missions that align with your purpose, you will find that you're living the richest life possible.IN TODAY'S EPISODE WE DISCUSS…The correlation between time and money and how they're key as you build your affluent lifeMegan's TOP Framework for time management, organization, and productivityWhy you need to have a big-picture vision before determining your daily actionsStrategies you can start implementing today to take control of your time and maximize how you use itHow to navigate feelings of guilt as you start allocating time to new prioritiesHow to plan for uncertainty and volatilityCONNECT WITH MEGAN:Megan's app: ThePinkBeeWebsite: www.megansumrell.comMegan's podcast: www.megansumrell.com/podcast SUBMIT YOUR QUESTIONS FOR FUTURE EPISODES: www.askMelnow.comTAKE THE FINANCIAL FREEDOM QUIZTake this free assessment to see where you are on the path to financial freedom and what your next steps are to move you to a new financial destiny at http://www.YourFinancialFreedomQuiz.com  OTHER RESOURCES:7-Day Money Plan Workshop: https://www.TheMoneyPlanWorkshop.comAffluent Entrepreneurs Private Facebook Group https://www.melabraham.com/group/CONNECT WITH ME:Website: MelAbraham.comYouTube: MelAbraham.com/tube/Instagram (@melabraham9): MelAbraham.com/ig/Facebook Group: MelAbraham.com/group/TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@melhabrahamGET MY BOOK:“The Entrepreneur's Solution The Modern Millionaire's Path to More Profit, Fans, & Freedom” - melabraham.com/book/

If the most important aspect of human life is the quality of our relationships, then why is cultivating a mutually liberated relationship with open communication few and far between? Understanding how our masculine and feminine energies balance and coincide with each other is key to creating a bond that is strong enough to unpack the trauma and reflection that is required for growth in romantic, intimate, relationships. One aspect of growing in intimate partnerships is exploring sexuality. We aren't taught what it means to embody our sexuality and be empowered in what it means to seek and feel pleasure. As a society, the perspective on sexuality is quite skewed, so we wanted to get to the bottom of why this is and what we can do about it.On today's episode we welcome Tyran Mowbray, a masculinity coach, who is helping men to advance in life. More self-control is not always the answer to creating calm and order in your life, despite what you may have heard from other personal development folks. Many of my clients come to me seeking calm and order because they're feeling overwhelmed, unclear, disorganized or scattered. We're trained to believe that what we need to overcome this sense of being out of control is to become more disciplined. That if you want to get off the emotional roller-coaster and be more consistent you must learn better self-control. The problem is this doesn't work, at least not sustainably, and usually leads to increased frustration and self-doubt.In this episode of Unlimited, the podcast, I'm diving into how to create more calm and order without fighting yourself for control. Some of what I'll cover in this episode include:Why words like control, discipline, and even consistent can be problematicKnowing what's mine and what's not mineCare vs controlA guide for clarifying and honoring prioritiesHow to be intentionalThank you for listening!  If you enjoyed this episode, please share it!
