Bucket List moment! The '79 Ramones teen comedy "Rock n Roll High School" is an old fave of ours. We have it on DVD, various streaming platforms and have it practically memorized. But we never got to see it in the theatre...until now. Our local arthouse theater aired it is as part of their Cult Movie Night. So with the experience still fresh in our minds we decided to deep dive into the film. 2024 is also "RnRHS" 45 anniversary. Izrāde kā spēle, kurā nav uzvarētāju vai zaudētāju, tāda ir laikmetīgās dejas izrāde „Aizsācēji un iesācēji”. Izrādes idejas autore un horeogrāfe Ramona Galkina iesaistījusi divu paaudžu dejotājus – studentus un dejas māksliniekus, kas laikmetīgās dejas vidi Latvijā sāka veidot 20.gadsimta izskaņā. „Aizsācēji un iesācēji” martā tika rādīta dejas izrādēm neparastā vietā – koka ēku renovācijas centrā „Koka Rīga”, un arī skatītāju pozīcija bija neparasta, viņi vēroja izrādi no augšas, zālē atradās tikai dejotāji.  Divas ar papīra sienu savstarpēji atdalītas telpas, katrā darbojas sava dejotāju grupa. Vienā četri pazīstami dejas mākslinieki, kuri 90.gados aizsāka laikmetīgās dejas kustību Latvijā – Olga Žitluhina, Ilze Zīriņa, Inga Raudinga un Vilnis Bīriņš. Otrā pusē seši topošie laikmetīgās dejas mākslinieki, Kultūras akadēmijas 2.kursa studenti. Horeogrāfes Ramonas Galkinas darbs laikmetīgajā dejā saistīts gan ar studentiem Kultūras akadēmijā, gan ar kolēģiem – dejas māksliniekiem. Ramona pati savulaik dejoja Olgas Žitluhinas dejas kompānijā, kā dejotāja piedalījusies arī citos iestudējumos. Situācija, vienlaikus atrodoties saskarsmē ar dažādām paaudzēm, arī deva impulsu veidot izrādi „Aizsācēji un iesācēji”. Studenti, kas piedalās izrādē, vispirms min lielo atbildības sajūtu, uzklausu Poļinu Filippovu, Ditu Andersoni, un Rūdi Vilsonu. Izrādē ir sešas epizodes, katrs metamā kauliņa cipars apzīmē konkrētu daļas nosaukumu. Izrādes laikā epizožu kombinācija ir neprognozējama, līdz ar to izrādes atšķirsies. Lai arī izrāde veidota kā spēle, tajā nav uzvarētāju vai zaudētāju, tā ir spēle, kur visi iesaistītie savā daudzveidībā vai līdzībā ir viens otra turpinājums, atbalsts vai iedvesmas avots. Izrādes mūzika, skaņa un izpildījums Laimas Jansones ziņā, savukārt scenogrāfija un tērpi Annas Heinrihsones veidoti, dramaturģijas konsultante Laura Stašāne. Horeogrāfi Ramona Levane un Marģers Vanags  izrādi veidojuši kopā ar 12 dejotājiem, saviem kursabiedriem. Laikmetīgās dejas izrāde  „Glitch” (latviski „kļūme”) ir jauno horeogrāfu Ramonas Levanes un Marģera Vanaga kopdarbs, viņi tāpat kā izrādes 12 dalībnieki vasarā absolvēja bakalaura studiju programmu „Laikmetīgās dejas māksla” Kultūras akadēmijā. Ar studiju procesu cieši saistīta arī izrādes „Glitch” ideja, skaidro Ramona. Iedvesma laikmetīgās dejas izrādei radusies no abu autoru personīgās pieredzes un sajūtām, kas saistās ar perfekcionismu un vēlmi nekad nekļūdīties, turpina otrs horeogrāfs  Marģers. Visi izrādes dejotāji gan puiši, gan meitenes ir nevainojami baltos tērpos un  pie polo krekliem nelielas zīmītes, uz kurām, kā noskaidroju, nekas nav rakstīts. Izrādē skatītājs piedzīvo attīstību, kas notiek gan plānotai, gan neparedzētai nobīdei no šķietami loģiskā ceļa. Izrādē dejotāju ir daudz, brīžiem visi saplūst sinhronā vienotā rakstā, tad kādam atdaloties raksts mainās un mainās notikumu gaita. Laikmetīgās dejas izrādes „Glitch” producente Patrīcija Kolāte īpaši uzsver to, kas  atvieglojis izrādes tapšanas procesu. Dejotāji izrādes mēģinājumus sākuši septembrī, šoreiz iztikuši bez pieredzējušu kolēģu vai pedagogu konsultācijas, vien uzklausīti arī to kursabiedru viedokļi, kuri nepiedalās izrādē, kā skats no malas. Nobeigumā par perfekcionismu Ramonas,  Katrīnas un Marģera  piebilde: Laikmetīgās dejas izrāde „Glitch” pirmizrādi piedzīvoja 14.un 15.janvārī, šonedēļ izrāde tiks rādīta vēl divas reizes - 19. un 20.janvārī Nacionālajā filmu skolā, Elijas ielā.

Welcome back to the Reality Wine Down! We have added a new mascot to your Wine Down fur baby crew... CHIPS! Then we jump head first in to our hot takes on Porshas shocking engagement, RHOBH taglines, Dina Manzos ex drama, and Bravos upcoming line up of new shows! On RHONY we head out to the Hamptons for a Burning Man themed party at Ramonas. We have 5 more days in the Hamptons and we are excited! Then we say goodbye to our RHONJ ladies on the season finale. Yes that means no more Big Ham linky moments of the week.. sigh.. We finally get to meet Teresas new man Luis, spoiler alert he wasn't worth the wait. More importantly Jens daughter is a breakout star and so is Jens new 9 carat ring! It is also Joe Bs birthday and Halloween so Marge throws a Halloween Party for him in their renovated house... yes you read that right... the renovation is finally finished! I love a good halloween party but I could have done without the season ending on *cough, the Gorgas fake storyline, cough* See y'all during the 3 reunions! Cheers

Hasta anoche este editorial era otro, pero como amanecimos con la fatalidad consumada de la muerte de Ramona, la referenta de La Poderosa que no se cansó nunca de gritar denunciando la situación de las villas, es importante pensar y reafirmar que los hechos no son puntitos aislados en una línea histórica sino que tienen un escenario previo que los genera y un ahora que los califica. Entonces, cuando empezamos a recorrer este tiempo, este ahora, encontramos cosas como la información insólita que se conoció esta semana. Podría ser una más de un contexto que viene desacelerando desde hace rato su expectativa transformadora, pero no lo es por sus protagonistas. ¿De qué estamos hablando? Hace unos días se supo que el Gobierno está brindándole ayuda económica a Techint y a Clarín para que pague sueldos. Los fondos corresponden “Programa de asistencia de emergencia al trabajo y la producción”, el ATP. La medida implica el subsidio directo del 50% del salario neto de todos los trabajadores de las empresas del sector privado que se hayan visto significativamente afectadas por el parate económico. Pensemos que el 19 de marzo les dijeron "che, miren que mañana no abren", y no volvieron a percibir ingresos. El Gobierno tomó la medida para atender a ese sector, el tema es que hay muchísimas pymes que no han podido acceder por quedar entrampadas en la letra chica de los requisitos; algo similar a lo que le pasa a los docentes reemplazantes que no pueden cobrar el IFE porque figuran como laburantes del Estado pero no cobran un mango porque no están realizando reemplazos. En ese tipo de pozos cayeron las pequeñas empresas también y quienes trabajan en ellas. Problemas totalmente atendibles con solamente tener decisión política de solucionarlos. Quienes parecen tener siempre el puente justo para evitar caer en el entramado burocrático de los papeles son los tipos como Paolo Rocca y Héctor Magnetto, quienes figuran en el puesto 1 y 25, respectivamente, de las fortunas más grandes del país. Y vos te preguntarás, como me pregunto yo: cómo es la cosa? dónde quedó eso de "muchachos, les tocó la hora de ganar menos?". Esa frase fue el 29 de marzo, cuando Techint, que ahora recibe el subsidio estatal, echó a 1.500 trabajadores en medio de una pandemia. Después se decretó la prohibición de los despidos y los rajaron igual. Más tarde se sentaron con lo más entreguista del sindicalismo y avalaron desde el Estado la reducción de salarios para los trabajadores. La ratificación estatal de que la crisis la van a pagar quienes menos espalda tienen, no es algo tolerable, no es transigible, sienta un precedente y es la política del descarte. Esa que hoy la tiene a Ramona asesinada. Vecinos y vecinas que no están nunca en la mesa en la que tipos con saco y corbata con bolsillos gordos, reunidos con tipos de campera de cuero bolsillos gordos, resuelven en una oficina palaciega que tipos y tipas que están en su casa van a cobrar menos. Las villas eran grupos de riesgo desde antes que inicie la pandemia, pero en vez de garantizarles el acceso al agua (al agua!) se subsidia a Magnetto, que recibió entre 2016 y 2019, 6.824 millones de pesos entre lo que le dieron Nación, CABA, Córdoba y Santa Fe en concepto de Pauta Oficial. ¿Tenés idea de todo lo que se podría urbanizar con esa guita?¿Todos los derechos que se podrían garantizar?¿Todas las Ramonas que podrían vivir bien?. "Murió de coronavirus", escribieron un par de medios que dicen ser piolas. La asesinaron. Todos los nombres propios que se te vengan a la cabeza que están gobernando y gobernaron en algún momento y también aquellos que entienden que el periodismo es preguntarles a los funcionarios si están preocupados en vez de indagar cómo se están ocupando. Los hechos no son puntitos aislados en una línea histórica sino que tienen un escenario previo que los genera y un ahora que los califica. Hay que construir un presente que los condene.
