In this episode I talked about our addiction to “identity”. We do it to attain status in society. We do it to feel like we belong to a tribe. But, the truth is, you are not defined by a “Myers Briggs” type or a “Kolbe” score. And, you are not defined by your college degree, job, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identification or any other “box” that we gravitate to in order to feel safe and included.You are a spiritual being living a human experience (just like me). And, when you suppress this reality, you are robbing yourself of living your true calling. In this episode I reflected on the this past weekend where we hosted 8 magnificent, elevated men at our first Extremely Conscious Men's Retreat.
