When her son was diagnosed with cancer, she felt a strong urge to play an active role in raising awareness of childhood cancer and the importance of well-being. She is an advocate for kids fighting cancer and believes that they are true superheroes - resilient, determined and brave. When her son completed the first year of treatment, she started writing the first words of her 'Super Kids' book, a children's book on childhood cancer.
