Think about it, Athletes constantly track their performance and have to develop strategies to achieve their goals, whether it's beating an opponent, finishing a marathon, winning more games, or performing better than they did in the race or game before. Many of us track our health and diet using some type of app or smartwatch. Investors keep count of their debits and credits as well as potential earnings, but business professionals do not have a means of keeping track of their career growth. To accomplish your goals, you have to be personally motivated and self-disciplined. The app is a great way for you to stay on track. Part 3, of our five-part interview with Ari Galper of Unlock The Sales Game. Topics covered in this episode Art of Creating Authenticity: Feedback Not Follow-UpHow to Avoid the Guessing Game & Get Down to The Truth With People Full Convo ➡️ https://brianjpombo.com/bjpchats/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fM80rh-YEi8 Transcription Brian: It's really amazing how the simple, subtle ideas that they're based on big principles, though, you're talking about being more authentic about putting more emphasis on finding out the truth from them, versus trying to get your way with them. But you do that through such subtle methods of slowing down, asking a question at a very key time that you don't want to know the answer to most salespeople want to know the answer to that. But it's important to know that, it's important to know where they're coming from. So that's, that's just fabulous. Ari: So the other one is this idea is what I call getting to the truth of people. Now, what does that mean? What that means is having them feel comfortable telling you where they stand, so you know exactly where they're at. You're not playing the guessing game anymore. So I'll take a quick story. I recently had somebody call my office, they got through my team got to me and the phone rang and I pick it up and I hear this, I hear, Mr. Galper? I said, Yes. And I hear, my name is John Johnson, change the name, I'm with XYZ company. They're big global company, like billion dollar company. And he says to me, look, we're looking to bring someone in to change our sales culture and our performance, the world has changed, but our team has not changed and from a skill set. And we'd like to know, first of all, why should we go with you? Why are you the best and give me your best sales pitch. He says to me of all people in the world, so I took a deep breath. I'm a human being too, their big ass company, right? I lowered my voice, I got centered my approach. And I said to him this, I said, well, isn't that interesting? Then I paused, and I said to him, over here at our company, we have a similar process to you, where we ask some questions, gather information to see if we're a good fit. And if we're a good fit, we decide where to go from there. I said to him, would you be open to that? It's all said to him. Then I heard nothing on the phone like dead silence like, oh my God, he's still there. But I feel this breath across the phone, he's breathing, he's like, this air came across, I could feel his shoulders is dropping, you know? He became a human being again, he got out of his cave and I was armouries he was carrying. He lowers his voice and says to me, okay, sure, what kind of questions you have for me. Next thing I know within five minutes we're having a nice conversation human to human and a dialogue to discover, one he's not a decision maker, two he has no budget and three he just curious as to what I do. So if you want for some videos at my website, I hung up the phone. Now what did my process just saved me months of? Brian: Chasing a ghost. Ari: Stress, time and it's actually this drug in our bodies is latent, but it's tricky with inbound calls like that, you know, what the drug is called? Brian: Whats that? Ari: It's called, opium, you know, the opiate drug? It's an inbound call like yes, I got the call you go to your team, guess what, I got it on the board, big deal pending. You tell your partner, your wife, guess what husband, we're going to feed you this year, this is the deal of a waiting for my old career. And you get the opium drug, you're so excited. And then you call the guy back and you get their voicemail like what he's not, he's not there. Then you go to your computer and you write an email you say, hi, I'm writing you to what to to follow up. Brian: Yep. Ari: And you get no response back. I'm going to ask your listeners,

Ari Galper is the world's number one authority on trust-based selling and has been featured in CEO Magazine, Forbes, INC Magazine, SkyNews and the Australian Financial Review. As trust becomes the most important currency in the new economy, the act of selling as a de-humanizing process with endless “chasing”, has been completely re-invented and anchored in the timeless values of integrity and trust – through Trust-Based Selling. In his best-selling book, "Unlock The Sales Game", Ari describes his revolutionary sales approach based on getting to the truth and why having a mindset of focusing on deep trust, instead of “the sale” – is ironically 10 times more profitable. So many business owners, consultants, coaches and sales professionals have been led to believe that it's acceptable to use manipulative techniques and to keep giving away value (free consulting) upfront in the sales process – a toxic cocktail that creates an unhealthy and dysfunctional relationship. You lose the sale, not because you haven't demonstrated enough value, but because you haven't created enough trust -- a mindset shift that has changed thousands of people's lives. If you have potential clients you've had a friendly conversation with, and the next step is for you to “follow-up”, something is seriously broken in your sales process. If you do it the trust-based selling way, and if they are qualified, you should be able to onboard them on one consultation, avoiding follow-up, chasing and proposals altogether. Ari has lead the trust-based selling movement for over two decades and has created the world's largest online community - The Mindset Club – for professionals whose highest value is trust, as well as the Mindset Academy, for coaches who would like to be certified in Ari's trust-based communication approach, as a Trust-Based Coach. Join the waiting list here www.UnlockTheGame.com/Academy. Ari's work includes private consulting with a broad spectrum of clients, including CEOs, entrepreneurs, business owners, advisors and sales teams -- as well as young adults who have Autism and Down Syndrome, helping them communicate more effectively using his unique trust-based languaging. It seems that a vaccine to prevent COVID-19 will be available as soon as next month. Yet many people are nervous about the vaccine, and suggested that they might not be interested in having it administered to them - at least not right away. There are concerns about the speed at which it was developed, the possibility of short and long term side effects that might not yet have been discovered, and more. And these questions persist within the Orthodox community, as much as anywhere else. To discuss the vaccine, both from a public health standpoint and from the perspective of Halacha, Scott Kahn interviewed Dr. Sharon Galper Grossman. Dr. Grossman is a radiation oncologist and former faculty member of Harvard Medical School, where she also obtained a Masters in Public Health. She is a graduate of the Morot L’Halakha program for women’s advanced halakha learning at Matan Hasharon. She writes and lectures on women’s health and halakha and teaches for Matan, Machon Puah and the Eden Center where she is the director of community health programming.

Ari Galper is the world's #1 trust-based sales expert with over 45,000 clients, members and subscribers Ari's deep understanding of human communication and how it can be maximized in the sales process has lead him to discover the solution to the most dreaded selling experience of all: personal rejection.”How to ELIMINATE Personal Sales Rejection Forever… And Make More Sales!” The sales techniques that we were taught by the “sales gurus” contradict everything we know about what it takes to build real relationships. But isn't selling just another human relationship – a business relationship? No one likes to be pushed and no one wants to talk to someone who is only out to get what they want. If you flick through most of the sales books and training manuals today, you'll find a constant flow of messages like, ‘Focus only on closing the sale'; ‘Be relentless'; ‘Accept rejection as a normal part of selling'; ‘Chase the sale'. In short, get the sale at the expense of the human relationship. Chasing the sale makes selling a gut-wrenching and painful process both for you the seller, and your buyer. Ari Galper, the founder of the best-selling sales program Unlock The Game®, has “cracked the code” on how tomake the shift from chasing the sale to building authentic relationships based on trust, authenticity and integrity — creating more sales than you could ever have imagined! Unlock The Game® has helped thousands of business owners break free from sales rejection along with substantially increasing sales results. 1.Eliminate pressure and tension from the sales process 2.Rip up your sales scripts and easily get your message across 3.Stop chasing prospects and gain the respect you deserve 4.Get rid of your “fear of phone” once and for all 5.Stop “pitching” and start problem solving During the call Ari mentions that you can get a free test drive of 10 email lessons of audio seminars over at his website which you can get at unlockthegame.com
