June is when the ES9 volumereally arrives.William Li is reportedly preparing to take Mirattery —NIO's battery asset operator — public as his eighth IPO.Mirattery owns the batteries in NIO's 3,846 swap stations.It recently closed a Series C total of nearly 2 billionyuan with state-backed institutional investors. A MiratteryIPO gives the battery swap infrastructure its own publicvaluation — separate from NIO's stock price. En 2025, la compañía entregó 460.000 automóviles, un 11% más que el año anterior, encadenando además ocho ejercicios consecutivos de crecimiento. Los eléctricos tienen un peso decisivo en su negocio, con 150.000 unidades vendidas el pasado año. La marca busca replicar en Europa el éxito alcanzado por BYD, que en 2025 creció más de un 200% y en algunos momentos llegó a superar a Tesla. No obstante, Hongqi pretende diferenciarse con un posicionamiento más orientado al segmento premium y de lujo. En s'alliant avec Leapmotor, Stellantis illustre un basculement majeur : celui d'une industrie automobile où l'innovation vient désormais de Chine. Le secteur automobile est en pleine transformation. Selon plusieurs sources, Stellantis, qui regroupe notamment Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat ou Chrysler, serait en discussions avancées avec le constructeur chinois Leapmotor. Objectif : produire un SUV électrique sous la marque Opel. À première vue, il pourrait s'agir d'un partenariat industriel classique. Mais en réalité, ce projet est le symbole d'un basculement stratégique majeur.
