Today, I'm sharing something deeply personal and serious—my stalker story. For over a year, Timothy C. (we can share his full name soon if need be) has been physically stalking me, and his digital harassment goes back even further. Law enforcement is now involved, but I wanted to update you all in case anything happens to me—so there's no question about who did it. This episode isn't just about my experience; it's also about the reality of stalking, the dangers of obsession, and the importance of taking threats seriously. Stay aware, stay safe, and let's talk about it all, shall we?—https://noblegoldinvestments.com

In this episode of The Sonny Brown Breakdown, guest Scott Sievewright discusses his ecological approach to coaching martial arts. Sievewright emphasises the importance of live, unscripted sparring from day one to build relationships and develop skills, arguing that traditional techniques taught in isolation do not effectively transfer to real-life fighting situations. Sievewright believes his method can produce better, more skilled fighters compared to traditional approaches by developing movement repertoire and qualities through live, games-based play sparring. He highlights the role of sparring in correcting errors and the importance of adaptability and self-organisation in training. The conversation covers various themes, including footwork, external focus of attention, situational sparring, the relationship between distance and space in fighting, brain health in combat sports, and the challenges of transitioning from the gym to amateur fighting. Sievewright also discusses the importance of prioritising the health and safety of athletes, challenging the use of headgear in training and emphasising the need for fighters to routinely deal with pressure and compete in various events before amateur fights. He stresses the importance of individuality in training and the need for continuous experimentation and adaptation in the context of an ecological approach to coaching martial arts.

This episode is about how to choose safety and protective gear for dual sport riding. It's tricky because the gear designed for dirt is very different from gear designed for the road due to the varying requirements in protection. We discuss what to look for in helmets, chest and back protectors, elbow and knee guards, adventure suits, boots, and gloves.

What beekeepers choose to wear for protection is determined by many factors. Kim and Jim explore several of the most influential choices today when talking about Protective Gear. Choices are mostly determined by what you have and what you will be doing during any particular visit. Or is it? Do you need to wear the same gear for a quick inspection as you do for moving hives? What about gloves? What kind of veil? There are so many different types to choose from. The catalogs are full of things to look at, dream about and order! Of course, as you learn more, you'll want more. That's what Christmas and birthdays are all about. New records obtained by KQED show local Bay Area hospitals have reported supply chain problems and the need for support and equipment from public agencies to deal with the coronavirus pandemic since January. Today, local hospitals can't sufficiently rely on federal or state help for obtaining adequate supplies of personal protective equipment or PPE. So they're largely left to figure it out on their own. Leading sportswear brand Nike has repurposed its shoe and apparel materials to produce full-face shields and other protective medical equipment for healthcare workers in the United States. As part of Nike's pandemic response, the company has worked with medical experts from the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) to manufacture Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Nike patterned its output from the face shields currently used at OHSU. OHSU health professionals tested the prototypes and approved the final product for mass production. Nike made use of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), collar padding, and cords to create the face shields. These materials were previously used for making Nike Air soles, shoes, and apparel, respectively. In a press release, Nike said it wanted to not only produce high-quality face shields but also develop an efficient production process. People from Nike's Innovation Teams and Air Manufacturing Innovation (Air MI) facilities collaborated to streamline the process. Air MI's decades of experience in creating different kinds of TPU products made it easier to seamlessly adapt to manufacturing PPE while also complying with government guidelines. Miko Enomoto, an associate professor from the OHSU School of Medicine, explained the importance of Nike's initiative. She said the lack of protective gear compromises the health of frontline medical workers, which could potentially put the healthcare workforce under strain in the coming months. She added that full-face shields can prolong the usability of surgical or N95 masks. Nike shipped its first batch of full-face shields and other protective medical equipment to OHSU in April, and it will continue sending PPE to health facilities across the United States.

It will be a couple of weeks before people get back to work in France. But for now, the country's dentists are feeling especially vulnerable. Many of them say they won't have enough personal protective equipment, or PPE, to protect them from the coronavirus as they treat their patients. So they're protesting in a unique way: They're stripping down.Dozens of dentists have taken pictures of themselves naked in their offices and posted the photos online with the hashtag #dentisteapoil — or, dentists in the buff. The photos are composed with carefully positioned props like books and flowers to conceal their private parts.Dental surgeon Dr. Maud Braun-Reys posted a photo of herself naked in her office in Obernai, near Strasbourg, France. She also posted a naked photo of her 72-year-old father, Dr. Daniel Reys, who is also a dentist. "If tomorrow the health ministry doesn't free up this talk of PPE that is currently blocked or give us the possibility to order, it will be like going naked to work," Braun-Reys said. "The fact is that because of the shortage of masks in the hospital, all dentists make a donation of their stock of PPE. So without protection for us and for our patients, it's really impossible to face COVID." In Germany, nude photos appear on a website urging politicians to ensure doctors and clinics have enough protective gear."I learned how to stitch wounds, why do I now have to learn how to stitch masks?" reads a placard held by a female doctor with a stethoscope and a red mask in one photo. The naked doctors said that outpatient and general practice care for COVID-19 patients was as important as hospital care, putting them on the front line in the fight to contain the coronavirus pandemic. In response to the French dentists' protest, the country's government said it will provide the dentists extra masks when the country's lockdown begins to lift on May 11."Last week we announced an extra 150,000 FFP2 masks to be provided to them by the 11th of May to allow some cabinets [offices] to reopen and handle relative emergencies," a spokesperson for the French ministry of health told The World. "After the 11th of May, we will progressively reopen all dentists and provide the necessary PPE for this activity to be possible.""It's not enough for 42,000 dentists. It will just only last for one day of work."Maud Braun-Reys, dentistAccording to Braun-Reys, much more gear is needed: "It's not enough for 42,000 dentists. It will just only last for one day of work." Braun-Reys noted that the images have shocked people around the world, particularly in the US. But the intention was not to draw attention to French dentists' naked bodies, she said."It's just to explain that we are totally defenseless," she said. "So it was really to shock maybe a little bit the opinion, but also to alert the authorities. And we are all united in this movement. All the dental profession is united. We have made 260 photos for the moment and it's going to grow and grow all over the world." Reuters contributed to this report. IN this pandimic time people feel scared, boared, and unsureabout many thing. Our news media, leadership, and people who do not care makes it feel worse than it is and refuse to stop. We must protect out our own minds and hearts. No matter what is going on you stay safe by staying inside. People who don't care without knowing it still traveling, going for walks, not wearing protective gear. Many of these people can't stay home inside where it is safe for them. Many are bored so they are still sleeping with people they are not married too, I mean strangers and people they have been laying and wallowing around with, and refuse to stop. The leadership is allowing to much false information and when Leader is on National Television joking about what to inject into a human being is a sad thing because so many are afraid and uncertain about how all of this will end. But the best thing leadership has done was warn everyone to stay inside, and if you go out what protective gear to wear. Sticking with this lone can save many lives if the people follow instructions.

The National Education Health and Allied Workers Union - NEHAWU - will be approaching the Labour Court today in an attempt to force the health department to provide Personal Protective Equipment for all its front-line workers amid the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. The union says there are not enough masks, gloves and sanitisers to go around during the ongoing lock-down period, but healthcare workers at clinics and hospitals were still expected to tend to patients.

Nurses in California, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada and Texas are protesting one of the nation's largest hospital chains for a “lack of preparedness” amid the coronavirus pandemic. They're calling on HCA Healthcare to provide optimal personal protective equipment, or PPE, for nurses and other staff. In New York, the epicenter of the pandemic in the United States, nurses and doctors at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx protested Thursday over the lack of PPE. Today another protest is underway in front of Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan calling for more PPE, better staffing and COVID-19 testing for frontline staff. Live from the protest, we speak with Tre Kwon, an ICU nurse at Mount Sinai West and a member of the COVID-19 Frontline Workers Task Force at Mount Sinai Hospital. Kwon ended her maternity leave early to help her colleagues address the COVID-19 pandemic, which is overwhelming New York City hospitals. Kwon is also a member of Left Voice. Hospitals and first responders everywhere are sounding the alarm: they need more protective gear to fight COVID-19, and they need it now. How did our equipment supply get so scarce, so quickly? Today on KYW in Depth we're joined by Joe Tibbs, President at HAPevolve, a subsidiary of The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania. He helps us understand why hospitals don't have enough gear on hand to fight a pandemic, why they're having trouble ordering more, and the status of the hospital supply chain.
As the number of cases of COVID-19 surge in the United States, healthcare workers on the frontlines of the battle are pleading for personal protective equipment. The outbreak surged in the United States to at least 235 thousand confirmed cases, the most worldwide. In New York, hospitals and morgues are becoming overwhelmed. Doctors and Nurses are fearful they will be the next victims if they don't have the gear they need to stay safe. Many say they feel abandoned.
