ODNI Director Tulsi Gabbard has just declassified the Biden administration's Strategic Implementation Plan for the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism and what it reveals should alarm every American. In this episode of The P.A.S. Report Podcast, Professor Nick Giordano breaks down the newly released SIP and exposes how the federal government built an infrastructure to monitor, censor, and investigate ordinary Americans under the guise of countering domestic extremism. From vague definitions like “anti-government sentiment” to partnerships with Big Tech and mental health professionals, the SIP confirms what he argued: this framework was designed to be weaponized against political dissent. Professor Giordano explains how this system threatens civil liberties, how it could easily be turned against the Left under a future administration, and why immediate reforms are needed to dismantle the administrative state. Episode Highlights: How the declassified SIP proves the government's framework for targeting political opponents Why vague terms like “anti-authority sentiment” open the door to mass surveillance and censorship The danger of inverting this strategy under a future administration and why both parties should be alarmed

Today, I'm sharing something deeply personal and serious—my stalker story. For over a year, Timothy C. (we can share his full name soon if need be) has been physically stalking me, and his digital harassment goes back even further. This episode isn't just about my experience; it's also about the reality of stalking, the dangers of obsession, and the importance of taking threats seriously. n the four years since nationwide protests against police misconduct rocked the nation, momentum for police reform has stalled. At the same time, state and local law enforcement entities are constantly seeking to upgrade their abilities to conduct various forms of surveillance—whether using traditional human informants or emerging digital or forensic technologies. These developments arguably represent major day-to-day threats to individual rights. What changes, if any, have we seen in policing practices at the federal, state, and local levels since the George Floyd murder protests in the summer of 2020, particularly as they pertain to monitoring protests and civil society groups? To what extent are law enforcement organizations using human informants to infiltrate groups engaged in First Amendment–protected activities? How have federal courts been dealing with cases involving surveillance, human or technical, since the summer of 2020? Our panel will discuss these and related issues. Hosted on Acast. Bob Collins  Bob Collins became a member of the Bedford Hills Lions Club in the winter of 2004. He currently serves as President of his Club & Chair of the District 20R1 Diabetes Awareness & Action Service Committee named "LionsFit4Life." Throughout the years Bob has been interested in health and weight management. Like many of us though he has gone through peaks and valleys of both issues. He has been diagnosed with chronic Lyme Disease and is a cancer survivor from a 911 related illness. Over the winter of 2017 he saw his weight peak to 240lbs, his doctor had him on medications.  Then during that same 2016/2017 winter, Bob was reading a book. He saw the same recurring theme utilized by many captains of industry and world leaders in that book, a ketogenic lifestyle, that has enabled these world leaders to lead healthier lives. Curious about the ketogenic lifestyle he began to research it. As a result of his research, he began to understand that he was likely “insulin resistant.” He implemented not only a ketogenic lifestyle but also intermittent fasting.  Full bio at the bottom of this page Link to Show Notes on Website https://fabulouslyketo.com/podcast/168 Bob's Top Tips Don't ever - not believe in yourself - be an advocate for yourself. Full Bio Bob Collins became a member of the Bedford Hills Lions Club in the winter of 2004. He became President of his Club in 2015, previously serving as Vice-President, Zone Chairman and part of the District Public Relations Team. He has been a presenter on various topics at conventions and training sessions. Over the winter of 2017 he saw his weight peak to 240lbs, his doctor had him on blood pressure and acid reflux prescription medication. He had symptoms of prediabetes and metabolic syndrome while his doctor also suggested to “lose weight” and even go on a statin medication to help control his cholesterol and triglyceride levels. As a result of his research, he began to understand that he was likely “insulin resistant.” He implemented not only a ketogenic lifestyle but also the practice of eating on a “time schedule” otherwise known as “intermittent fasting.” Eight months later Bob had lost 65 pounds, was feeling the healthiest he had ever been, was off his blood pressure & acid reflux medication. His symptoms of prediabetes and metabolic syndrome had all but disappeared while his blood markers vastly improved. To date Bob has lost almost 75 pounds, maintaining at approximately 170 lbs – more importantly, he achieved his goal of regaining his health from the inside first. He's attended several LowCarb Conferences and has completed Nutrition Network Advisor Training. Aside from Lions, Bob spent 25 years both in Federal & Local Law Enforcement ultimately retiring with a distinguished career receiving many commendations. He has both a Masters of Science & Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Iona University. Bob now works in the private security field for a Fortune 50 company. He has three children with his partner in service Sylvia and two grandchildren.
