There's an ongoing commentary that it's impossible to train certain dogs, especially those with high prey drive, to come when called using only reinforcement-based methods. Now, those of us who are reinforcement-based trainers know that it's absolutely possible. The secret lies in understanding the Canine Predatory Motor Sequence. A measure that would have imposed strict new rules on homeschooling in Connecticut will not be advancing in the state legislature.  Leaders have confirmed that the section regulating homeschooling will not be part of a larger education bill. We spoke with Senator Jason Perillo, who is praising this decision. Today on The Literary Life podcast, Angelina Stanford and Thomas Banks have a much-awaited conversation all about Angelina's own literary life and education.
