One night, in the desolate waiting room at Crewe, a stranded train passenger hears the strange story of how the former servant to a country vicar ended up sleeping rough at the station. In 1993, Jelaila Starr began communicating with a humanoid Lion-being called Devon who belongs to a Feline race that first established a presence in the Lyra constellation. She was told that the Felines were responsible for seeding the first humans in the Lyra and Vega systems, and later established a presence in the Syrian star system after a catastrophic war. The Felines have ever since acted as guides and mentors for human civilizations as they have colonized the Milky War galaxy with both great success and failures due to ongoing conflicts with Reptilian races who were also seeded in our galaxy. According to Starr, the Reptilians were seeded by a bird-like race of beings called the Carians. She asserts that the Reptilians are important mirrors for Earth humanity as we are collectively involved in historical conflicts that stretch back millennia. Both the Felines and Carians are members of a Nibiruan Council that acts as proxies for a mysterious group of Ancient Elders. In her first Exopolitics Today interview, Starr describes the extraordinary circumstances that led to her first communications with Devon in 1993 and the discovery that she was a Walk-In. She also discusses important elements from the work of Zecharia Sitchin regarding the Anunnaki and Nibiru. Today we talk about the movie where they go back in time to the first Thanksgiving to get turkeys off the menu as we celebrate Thanksgiving and do the first ever sequel to an episode about bird people's free guy.

Sunbow Truebrother began having experiences with Sasquatch (aka Big Foot) and UFOs in 1981 at age 17. He says that his great great grandfather was a Sasquatch hybrid and that this predisposed him to find out more about these mysterious beings. He traveled around the world meeting indigenous peoples who all had stories to share about Sasquatch encounters and contact with extraterrestrial life. Sunbow describes his physical contact experience in 2003 with a Sasquatch Elder, Kamooh, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. He says that Kamooh subsequently began sharing with him information about the true history of Earth and the different genetic experiments conducted by extraterrestrial visitors with indigenous life forms all over the Earth. The sequence of genetic experiments have led to different forms of intelligent life over millions of years starting with the Fish People, Ant People, Reptilian People, Bird People, Sasquatch and finally humans. Sunbow explains how Sasquatch have highly developed psychic abilities which helps them evade being captured, but they have nevertheless been hunted to near extinction by humans for centuries. He describes how the genocide against Sasquatch continues today with modern surveillance and capture technologies, and how wildfires have been used to decimate their traditional habitat in North American forests. Despite this dark history of being hunted by humans, the Sasquatch nevertheless regards themselves as humanity's elder brothers and protectors, and are eager to help us awaken to our true spiritual potential and place in a densely populated universe. Sunbow Truebrother has written a three volume series called The Sasquatch Message to Humanity which is available on Amazon at: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08KWFDWR6?.... What does this film tell us as it contrasts the busy stressful lives of its two main characters in modern Japan and the idyllic life of the remote Chinese village they visit? How does it the film portray the diluting impact of modern technology and culture on unique indigenous cultures? How do the villagers instantiate conflicting interests that remote villages might have in trading with and interacting modern societies? How does the film construct the contrast between modern and primitive lifestyles during the trek to the remote Chinese village? The crash landing of a British airmen contributed to the beliefs of these villagers in regard to flying like birds. He lived out the balance of his life with the isolated group. His grand-daughter inherited the ‘flight school,' that had formed and the semi-religious beliefs that grew up around this cross-cultural contact. How is this fictional story similar to so-called “cargo cults” of the mid-to-late 20th Century in Melanesia, (some of which survive to this day)? How does the film illustrate the conceptual challenges that primitive societies have when trying to make sense of their interactions with technologically advanced civilizations? How does the film illustrate the formation of deep empathy or value that anthropologists or missionaries often form with remote indigenous groups or cultures they study or visit?
The DOtD pod retreads some familiar ground as they review George P Cosmatos’ “Leviathan”. The crew discusses the film’s very obvious inspirations, nice set design, and how the plot can’t stand up to the water pressure. Spoilers in the bubbles.

With all of the Ptera-People incidents we’ve had at the store in the past year, it’s a remarkably timely surprise that the subject of the latest Krypto-Cast happens to be --SPOILER-- Bird People. Who knew a cartoon from the 1940s would still be relevant all these years later? I’m your host, David Snider, and joining me as I advocate for Bird-People rights is ruler of the wasteland and lover of cartoons, Immortan Hoof. Listen as we discuss the secret origin of the Bird-People; we debate whether or not Superman is responsible for Bird-People genocide; and finally, Perry White reveals his true nature as he leads one of the biggest cover-ups in Metropolis’ history. One of the few times when you can actually declare a film as one of the biggest events of the year is here! Martin Scorsese's long-awaited THE IRISHMAN has been thrust onto the universe, and we dive head first. Riding that steam, we go right into a discussion on the directorial debut of Melina Matsoukas, QUEEN & SLIM. This artist certainly has a distinct visual eye. The PICK SIX this week finds us ranking our favorite BLACK & WHITE FILMS OF THIS CENTURY. There are a surprising amount of worthy contenders here. For the latest THROWBACK CHALLENGE, Noah gave Andy Thomas Vinterberg's 2012 film, THE HUNT, while Andy countered with Pascale Ferran's BIRD PEOPLE, from 2014. Noah is enjoying regular staple Clausthaler Dry Hopped, while Andy sips on Cat Spit Stout from 2nd Shift Brewing. Cheers! --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/the-film-harmonic/support

“We the Bird People of Avion, do Believe the first thing we Hear, particularly when the Speaker is Loud and addressing us as a Mob from a Platform in a Very Confident Manner …” Justice is swift in Avion, the city of bird-people. Get ready to dust your broom and sing the blues. See Hear podcast episode 53 is ready for your aural pleasure, and the focus is one of four films Takashi Miike directed in 1998 (!!!), Blues Harp. The film tells the story of two young men, each with very different goals in life. One is a member of a Yakuza clan who has dreams of heading becoming boss, the other just wants to cruise by life and take pleasure at playing his harmonica. After Chuji helps Kenji out one night, Kenji feels honour bound to protect his new friend from dangers that lie ahead as he gets drawn into a plot of deceipt and backstabbing. When people think Miike, they typically think of his confronting films like Audition, Visitor Q, or Ichi The Killer. Films like The Happiness of the Katakuris, The Bird People in China, Zebraman and Blues Harp show there's a diversity not always discussed. Blues Harp may not be well known, but it is a film of incredible maturity. Miike uses every technique in his storytelling arsenal to build on what is essentially a character study and make his audience care about his chaacters' fates. Tim, Bernie, and Maurice discuss Miike's career, as well as oral hygiene, the lengths some people will go to get to the top, confidence (there's a connection) and Little Walter.
