We had the honor of hosting the insanely talented Talbot Mayo on the show—and wow, what a voice.
In tonight's episode, we're heading into the dark corners of the British countryside, where more than a few people have come face to face with something they can't explain. These aren't tall tales from deep in the American wilderness. These are stories from people in Scotland, Derbyshire, Oldham… places where folklore runs deep and the forests seem to hold their breath after dark.We start with an eerie pair of encounters near Cairnpapple Hill in the Bathgate Hills of Scotland. A young driver and his friends stumble upon a dark figure racing towards their car. Years later, he returns—only to find that something still waits for him in the snow, following his every move.Next, we travel to the winding Carrick Hills of Ayrshire, where a family drive turns into something much darker. A father, not known for fear, sees something out on the hills he refuses to talk about for the rest of his life. He never takes his family that way again. From there, we move to British Aerospace at Monkton in 1999. A young woman walking alone at dawn sees something that should not exist. Standing seven feet tall, it watches her from just a few meters away, standing on two legs, growling low. After that day, she's never quite the same—and she never walks alone again. Then we hear the story of a welder in Oldham who decides to work late and sleep overnight at the factory. What follows is a terrifying series of events as he's stalked through the streets by something that looks more beast than man. He makes it to the train station—but only just. And finally, we share an anonymous email submission from “Paul,” a forestry worker who stayed behind one night near Glen Clova. He thought he was alone—until he realized something was following him through the silent woods. What stepped out of the darkness that night changed him forever.Five stories. Five encounters. And one unsettling possibility: that there's something ancient and unknown still out there. And it might be closer than you think. Over the last few weeks I have shared with you the strange cases of the lady who went missing in December 2022 and was found deceased in the fields in the opposite direction of town. She has never been named and the car she was driving was not registered to her. A small public announcement was made about her death and the strange circumstances of her disappearance. The corner ruled that she had been predated on my animals and was found with no shoes on even though it was a cold winters night. That case took place in Monkton on the main road leading into the small town. Whilst working this case I realised there were several missing people in the town who as of yet are still missing, and I wondered if there was a connection between the strange death, the missing people and the reports in the area of a large Dog-like or Canine creature that has been seen running on two legs and also down on all fours like a Wolf.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/deborah-hatswell-bbr-investigations-cryptids-paranormal-unexplained-events--2840337/support.

It's believed her body may have been partially eaten by badgers or foxes, in a field a mile from the spot where her car broke down.Since that day, Deborah has researched and investigated this case with the help of online slueths, some insider information and critical evidence supplied by locals in the area. Federal Tech Podcast: Listen and learn how successful companies get federal contracts
Connect to John Gilroy on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/john-gilroy/ Want to listen to other episodes? www.Federaltechpodcast.com Using a phone to read or communicate has become so standard that church people are expected to read scripture with their phones. Using mobile devices to transmit secure information. Traditionally, secure communication was based on desktop systems; today, we need to pivot and learn how to apply mobile device management to leverage the cloud to provide safe and secure communications through mobile devices. Our guest today, Harold Smith, has spent the last twenty years gaining a deep understanding of secure communications and applying that understanding to developing a trusted mobile development platform. During the interview, you will be bombarded with acronyms like NIAC (National Information Assurance Partnership), MATTER (Mobile Apps to the Tactical Edge Ready), and many more. As a bonus, Harold provides a brilliant sidebar on another acronym: SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research). If you are trying to break into the federal market, this precis is just what you need. The takeaway is that Monkton provides a platform for developers to deliver safe and secure code to people in our mobile world. This can mean a warfighter, a clinician, or even an emergency responder from FEMA.

When two men arrived in the sleepy village of Monkton in the UK, dressed in suits and driving a Cadillac, late at night in April 1991, they could not have been more noticeable. Why, therefore, more than 30 years later, have they never been identified for the brutal murder they committed that night? This is the case of The Cadillac Killers. The sound of music spilled out of the pub. The White Stag in Monkton was rammed for a Monday. It was karaoke night that attracted the crowd of around 100 people who were finishing off the long Easter weekend with a few drinks and a singalong. Mark McGurk was home a few doors down from the pub when he heard what sounded like an engine backfiring on the street. He got up to look out the window. Mark saw an eye-catching American-style car speeding away, so he decided to go outside to see what the commotion was about. The noise from the White Stag wasn't loud enough to drown out the hysterical cries of a woman, which sounded like they were coming from the house next door. Mark could hear her screaming, “It's a gun! It's a gun!”... *** LISTENER CAUTION IS ADVISED *** This episode was researched and written by Eileen Macfarlane.Edited by Joel Porter at Dot Dot Dot Productions.Script editing, additional writing, illustrations and production direction by Rosanna FittonNarration, audio editing assistance, script editing, and production direction by Benjamin Fitton.Become a ‘Patreon Producer' and get exclusive access to Season 1, early ad-free access to episodes, and your name in the podcast credits. Growing up in East Baltimore, Monkton resident Larry Dukes wanted nothing more than to be a professional athlete or sports play-by-play broadcaster. Seeing violent collisions from field level during a stint as an intern for the Baltimore Colts made him reconsider his career aspirations. A brains over brawn mentality prevailed. . Before computer science was even an established concentration, Larry found himself at the forefront of predictive analytics. He soon found himself working for Baltimore Blue Cross Blue Shield and, later, traveling the world for Westinghouse as a systems engineer. What sets Larry apart is his ability to use his expertise and experience to start his own companies. Presented with a great idea and sound business plan, he also has a knack for knowing when to invest in the expertise of others. Great ideas still excite him. No wonder his wife says he's never met a deal he didn't like. Personal success aside, among Larry's most satisfying endeavors for the past 20 years has been his active involvement at John Carroll High School, in Bel Air. With Larry Grant, Larry also co-authored Lifting The Rocks, Finding the Gold: Mastering the Six Imperatives of World Class Receivables Management. No longer pursing professional sports as a career, Larry and his family enjoy their horse farm in Monkton and he's even found time to pursue of play-by-play dreams by broadcasting local sports. In this episode, It's Your Call podcast speaks with Aaron Billard about his call to ministry in The United Church of Canada. Aaron is the minister at St. John's United Church in Monkton, New Brunswick and is also well-known for his online ministry through Unvirtuous Abbey on Facebook and Twitter. Aaron speaks about his attraction to serving the church at an early age, and some of the challenges he has faced in day-to-day ministry. Through it all, he has found both colleagues and church members who have encouraged him along the way when things got rough. The COVID pandemic revealed that it isn't just the "why," but also the "how" leaders do ministry now in today's post-Christendom world. One way how Aaron has pursued ministry even before the pandemic is through Unvirtuous Abbey (@UnvirtuousAbbey), a very popular online ministry offering a humourous and sometimes sarcastic take about the life of faith and the church that can help ministers and all of us view faith from a refreshing new perspective. It's Your Call is a podcast from the Office of Vocation of The United Church of Canada, focusing on call to ministry. It is available on Apple, Google, Spotify, and other podcast distributors.
Theaux Le Gardeur who is executive director of Gunpowder RIVERKEEPER®, they are a grassroots, advocacy-based membership organization charged with protecting, conserving and restoring the Gunpowder, Bird and Bush Rivers and their Watersheds located in Monkton, MD. Because of the economic, biological and recreational importance of the Gunpowder River, there exists a pressing need for independent, comprehensive baseline environmental monitoring and mapping of the river and its watershed. They participate in monitoring projects such as temperature, pH, dissolved solids, Chlorophyll A, Nitrogen, Phosphorous and bacteria are collected throughout the watershed. This data will be visualized with GIS mapping and shared with regulatory agencies. With Theaux we talk about the river itself, what problems the river is facing, projects and sampling they're working on, and NASA satellite training that they're a part of. And to give more information on the NASA satellite training we attended, every day, several NASA satellites circle the globe from the North to the South Pole. As the earth turns, these satellite routes will cross over the entire planet, one swath at a time. Some of these satellites take pictures of the ever-changing waters of the earth. This program is designed to ground truth the satellite data by comparing information from samples obtained in the field to the satellite data to determine how precisely the space images capture water quality data. Have you ever felt competitive with a friend or a sibling? Competition comes up in a lot of different ways in life. Maybe you're running a race with a friend and you want to beat them! Maybe you're trying to play a song without making a mistake and you're competing against yourself. Sometimes competition feels good and fun. It can make you want to do better, and make a game more enjoyable. But not always. Sometimes competition feels bad. Like it's too much pressure, or takes away from the fun of being with your friends. Some people really don't like competition at all. 3-year-old Kai from Tokyo, Japan asks: "Why do we need to compete with other people, especially friends, for example on a sports day or at gym class?" In this episode we discuss competition with anthropologist Niko Besnier. And we'll hear from 12-year-old Harini Logan, a competitive speller from San Antonio, Texas, and 10-year-old Del Guilmette, an athlete from Monkton, Vermont. Download our learning guides: PDF | Google Slide | Transcript We put Kai's question to Niko Besnier, anthropologist at the University of Amsterdam. One of his books is called The Anthropology of Sport, written with Susan Brownell and Thomas F. Carter. He says there are two reasons that people take part in competitions: "One is that sports are fun. It's fun to play with your friends and classmates, to run, jump, play ball. We've all experienced this rush of pleasure and fun doing these things. But the other aspect that's contradictory to the fun part is that it enables us to measure our strength, our speed, our physical ability against those of other people. It's the competition part of sport, and competition can become extremely serious. Frequently, the fun part of sport gets lost." Besnier says when competition gets out of hand it can lead to hurt feelings, and on a larger scale, competition can lead to things like war and inequality. But with the right attitude, competition, especially when we compete against ourselves, can help us get better at sports and academics. That's how it is for Harini Logan. She's a competitive speller who has made it to the Scripps National Spelling Bee twice! "Competition teaches you a lot, whether it's the preparation leading up to that competition or the outcome," Logan says. "It can teach you a lot about not only your abilities, but also new things that can change the way you look at life. When you're preparing for a competition you can learn how to work hard, and how not to give up on something. And during the competition you learn teamwork. That's one thing you learn in spelling bees, because you want to be with your community, your friends. One thing to learn if you win: sportsmanship! You don't gloat about it, you still appreciate yourself but you don't overdo it so others don't feel bad. And if you don't win it doesn't matter. [You just say:] I'm going to try harder next time." Competing also helps us get better. That's how 10-year-old Del Guilmette views it. He likes to play against tough teams when he plays sports, because that's how you get better. "The best players at the game, whatever sport it is, they didn't get better because they played teams that they knew they were going to beat. They played those teams that were better than them. They got better and they practiced!" Listen to the full episode to hear more about how these mature young competitors think about the value of competition.

In the early 1990's, Alan Leppard and Brenda Long had just started their new life together in Monkton in Thanet in Kent. They were both divorced from previous partners and knew that they had finally found the right one for them. On Easter Monday 1991, the couple had been having a quiet night in when a surprise knock on the door broke the silence. Alan went down to answer it and Brenda soon found him staggering back into the house. He had been shot on the doorstep. Police searched for any motive for the murder but found none. Just 8 months later Brenda herself would be dead, were these two deaths linked and if so, why? My guest this week is Gregg Krech, who specializes in Japanese psychology. We focused on the principles of Morita therapy, which emphasizes taking action that brings meaning to one's life. This approach contrasts with our tendency to dwell on how we feel and what we feel like doing, and to get lost in self-focused attention. By asking instead, "What needs to be done?" we can build a life defined by meaning and usefulness. Topics we discussed in this episode include: Valuing action over words, and purpose over feelings The distinctions between Morita therapy and action-oriented Western therapies like CBT The power in realizing we can accomplish things that are important to us even if we’re feeling anxious, down, or other uncomfortable feeling states Overlap between Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Morita therapy Feeling better as a “fringe benefit” of Morita therapy Co-existing with one’s feeling state while doing what one wants to do The suffering that comes from self-focused attention The benefits of shifting our attention from our internal experiences to the world around us How to know which action is the right one to take at a given time The contemplative Japanese practice of Naikan Figuring out what to do by starting with action The problem with trying to figure out life in your mind The crucial role of momentum to combat paralysis The effects of technology on our attention span, and our experience of life The joy and pleasure we can find by being in the present moment of our lives The compatibility of fun with Morita therapy Feelings as one actor or actress, and not the director of the play Acceptance as a common precursor to action The Rule of 3 for setting priorities The power of helping others to put our own problems in perspective The history and mission of the Tōdō Institute in Monkton, Vermont The concept of having, on average, 30,000 days in a lifetime Early in the episode I mentioned the book that introduced me to Morita therapy, Constructive Living by David Reynolds, who offered Gregg his first introduction to Japanese psychology. (A percentage of each purchase made through this affiliate link will be used to support the podcast, at no additional cost to you.) Here's the fascinating book Gregg mentioned called The Un-TV and the 10 mph Car. We focused our discussion around concepts from Gregg's book The Art of Taking Action: Lessons from Japanese Psychology. Some of Gregg's other books include (these are affiliate links): A Natural Approach to Mental Wellness: Japanese Psychology and the Skills We Need for Psychological and Spiritual Health Naikan: Gratitude, Grace, and the Japanese Art of Self-Reflection Question Your Life: Naikan Self-Reflection and the Transformation of our Stories Tunneling for Sunlight: Twenty-One Maxims of Living Wisdom from Buddhism and Japanese Psychology to Cope with Difficult Times Gregg Krech is an author, poet, and one of the leading authorities on Japanese psychology in North America. His work has been featured in The Sun magazine, Tricycle, SELF, Utne Reader, Counseling Today, Cosmopolitan, and Experience Life. Gregg and his wife, Linda Anderson Krech, founded the TōDō Institute, a non-profit center in Vermont that uses Japanese psychology as an alternative to traditional Western approaches to psychology. Over the past 25 years, Gregg has introduced Japanese Psychology—particularly Naikan Therapy, Morita Therapy, and Kaizen—to thousands of people through his books, workshops, retreats, and online courses. His work supports a blend of the psychological, the spiritual and the practical, and helps individuals to clarify purpose, cultivate gratitude, develop compassion and engage in meaningful action. Gregg is a member of the North American Naikan Counsel and Editor-in-Chief for the quarterly journal Thirty Thousand Days: A Journal for Purposeful Living.

He enjoys experimenting by growing unusual plants including heirloom varieties while trying to extend their season without the use of fossil fuel based heating. Nat Shaw has been working in his Dad’s garden since he was a child. As a student of Entrepreneurship at the University of Baltimore, he began researching vertical hydroponic vegetable growth and found Freight Farm’s Leafy Green Machine. After working with a team to develop a feasibility study, Nat convinced his father to consider using an LGM to supply Karma Farm’s restaurant customers with leafy greens through the entire year. The result… Karma Farm Leafy Green Machine, coming April 2017!

Have you ever worried that you’re “tone deaf” or can’t sing? Or do you have a friend or family member who just can’t seem to sing in tune or in key? In today’s podcast episode we’re joined by a true expert who’s had some phenomenal results helping those who “can’t sing” to start singing in tune. George was someone we reached out to when doing research a few years back for our Tone Deaf Test and SingTrue projects at Musical U. A trained singer himself, George found himself repeatedly faced with students who just couldn’t seem to hold a tune and were reluctant to get involved in choir. He started “experimenting” with how to help them, and now with his “Music at Monkton” blog he regularly shares insights, techniques, and triumphs as he goes about his work teaching music and leading choirs at a secondary school in the United Kingdom. In this episode George shares: The most important lessons he learned from entering music contests as a child What can sometimes be missing from choirs – and the power of putting it in place How he helped just a couple – and then a whole horde – of shy teenagers to “calibrate” their voices and go from thinking they’re tone deaf to singing capably and confidently in front of people. The specific three-part approach George uses to create this transformation. If you’ve ever wondered if you’re tone deaf or thought you just “can’t sing” – or if you’re a teacher who has faced people who feel that way and wanted to help them – this episode is one not to be missed! Fred Eaglesmith Deconstructing Dinner has long incorporated music into many of our episodes. From Phil Vernon's tunes about Percy Schmeiser, Biotechnology and Terminator Seeds, to Terry Winchell's Pesticide Song and Todd Butler's Farmer Dan, there is clearly no shortage of tunes out there that help add to our weekly content. In the second half of this episode, we meet with one musician who has long been writing pieces about farming and rural life in Southern Ontario and that is well-known bluegrass performer Fred Eaglesmith. The Juno Award winner has been compared to such icons as Woody Guthrie and Bruce Spingsteen and is the only Canadian musician to have ever held a #1 spot on the Bluegrass charts in the United States. His song John Deere has been played on the show before, and Host Jon Steinman finally had the opportunity to sit down with Fred in person and learn more about his personal history with farming and what inspires some of the heartfelt content making its way into his songs. A few tunes in particular do a great job at capturing the many crises facing Canadian farmers today. And while farmers did once flock to hear Fred perform, the messages in his music are unfortunately confirmed by those who attend his shows today. To use a title of one of Fred's songs, "Things is Changin'", because farmers are no longer in regular attendance at his shows. As Fred puts it, there are hardly any farmers left! Cross-Canada Trike Tour IV On May 7, 2008, Darrick Hahn and Sinisa Grgic departed Victoria from the 0-Mile mark of the Trans-Canada Highway and embarked on a cross-Canada journey to raise awareness of Deconstructing Dinner. The pair are travelling by recumbent tricycles (or trikes). This third installment of the Cross-Canada Trike tour begins at the Quebec border and takes us through to their final destination of Newfoundland. Guests Fred Eaglesmith - Musician, Fred Eaglesmith (Port Dover, ON) - Country-folk singer/songwriter Fred J. Eaglesmith was one of nine children born to a farming family in rural southern Ontario. Often employing his difficult upbringing as raw material for his heartland narratives, he issued his self-titled debut LP in 1980. He recorded infrequently throughout the remainder of the decade, releasing only two more albums, The Boy That Just Went Wrong and Indiana Road. However, Eaglesmith gradually became an underground favorite in his native Canada, thanks largely to a relentless touring schedule in tandem with bassist Ralph Schipper and mandolinist Willie P. Bennett. Darrick Hahn and Sinisa Grgic - Cross-Canada Cyclists, Deconstructing Dinner Cross-Canada Trike Tour (Monkton, ON / London, ON) - Cyclists Sinisa Grgic and Darrick Hahn are old high-school friends based in Southwestern Ontario and are the proprietors of Fresh Entertainment. Darrick grew up on a farm in Monkton, Ontario and Sinisa, who is originally from Croatia, moved to Canada 17 years ago. Other Audio People and the Land - Deep Dish TV (New York, NY) - The ongoing "farm crisis" has had a devastating impact not only on the lives of individual farm families, but also on the towns they live in and the land now taken over by the corporate farms. Shortsighted exploitation has eroded the healthfulness of the land and the food it produces. From pastors in Wisconsin to Native Americans in Utah, people around the country agree that the way out of the crisis lies in changing people's attitudes. The land and people must be seen not as resources to be consumed, but as part of a spiritual whole. Produced by Wade Britzius and Marilyn Klinkner (Whitehall, WI).
Co-operatives: Alternatives to Industrial Food IV (Community Farms Program) It's been a topic of discussion throughout many broadcasts of Deconstructing Dinner: While there is clearly a widespread interest in supporting more localized food systems, the bigger picture of how such systems can be physically, economically and politically sustained is a far more complicated and serious matter. So long as our food and farming continues to be built upon the same market-based systems of economics that govern all else, the preservation and access to farmland in close proximity to urban centres will only become increasingly harder to maintain. In most parts of the country agricultural land has become next to worthless for the production of food and we now watch cities sprawl into the fertile soil. So what's the solution? One solution is a project currently being expanded upon by The Land Conservancy of British Columbia (TLC) and Vancouver-based FarmFolk/CityFolk. The program is called The Community Farms Program; first mentioned on Deconstructing Dinner on April 19, 2007. While specific to British Columbia, this is a model that could be applied anywhere in North America. 'Community farms' represent a more holistic model of food production than the more conventional approaches. They produce additional outputs to food and fibre, such as: ecological services, bioenergy, landscape preservation, employment, cultural heritage, food quality and safety, and animal welfare. A farm that becomes a part of the Community Farms Program is collectively owned in public trust, long-term leases are assigned for local food production, and farmers are housed on the land. Agricultural activities are small-scale and intensive, and are carried out by a group of people working collaboratively or cooperatively. This segment uses recordings compiled by Deconstructing Dinner at the 2008 conference of the Certified Organic Associations of BC (COABC) held in Saanich. Cross-Canada Trike Tour III On May 7, 2008, Darrick Hahn and Sinisa Grgic departed Victoria from the 0-Mile mark of the Trans-Canada Highway and embarked on a cross-Canada journey to raise awareness of Deconstructing Dinner. The pair are travelling by recumbent tricycles (or trikes). This third installment of the Cross-Canada Trike tour begins at the Manitoba border and takes us through their time in Ontario. Guests/Voices Ramona Scott - Manager, Agricultural Programs The Land Conservancy of British Columbia (TLC) (Victoria, BC) - In 2006, Ramona established two farm co-ops. The land was purchased and co-operatively managed by their respective communities. These operations are the first of its kind in Canada and provide models for future projects. Heather Pritchard - Executive Director FarmFolk/CityFolk (Vancouver, BC) - Heather has over 40 years experience assisting non-profits, co-operatives and small businesses with financial planning, organizational development and personnel management. She is a member of Glorious Organics Cooperative, a certified organic farm business operating from Fraser Common Farm Cooperative in the Fraser Valley. On May 7, 2008, Darrick Hahn and Sinisa Grgic departed Victoria from the 0-Mile mark of the Trans-Canada Highway and embarked on a cross-Canada journey to raise awareness of Deconstructing Dinner. The pair are travelling by recumbent tricycles (or trikes). On May 15 we aired a segment featuring their departure from Victoria alongside a phone interview while they stopped over in Grand Forks, BC. This second installment of the Cross-Canada Trike tour begins in the home of Deconstructing Dinner - Nelson, BC. Hahn and Grgic were well taken care of in Nelson, receiving complementary meals from local restaurants and support from the local co-operative grocery store. Host Jon Steinman pulled them into the studios of Kootenay Co-op Radio and probed further into why the two were so motivated to use their cross-Canada trip to raise awareness of an independent radio show. Of greatest interest to this episode is the story of Darrick Hahn himself as he embodies many of the issues that are discussed here on the show each week. Hahn grew up on a a conventional dairy farm in the community of Monkton, Ontario; just north of the city of Stratford. Like many young Canadians growing up on farms, Hahn left his rural community as a teenager and migrated into the city. Having most recently lived in Vancouver for the past two years, he came to recognize that the city life was far too removed from the earth and his trip across the country is symbolic of his eventual decision to move back to the farm. His story is an important window into the lives of Canada's young rural populations. President Bush on Food Security On May 1, 2008, President Bush addressed the latest global food crisis in a press conference from the White House. We'll listen in on this speech and the US foreign policy definition of 'food security'. While global efforts to respond to the food crisis may indeed be providing much-needed aid, it is this very aid and its accompanying policies that is suggested will only further push this food crisis to even more damaging proportions. In the end, the food aid effort is the very same one that has persisted for decades, and let's face it, it hasn't worked. Lending their voice to help critically examine Bush's speech, will be Anuradha Mittal of the Oakland Institute. Cross-Canada Trike Tour I On May 7, 2008, Darrick Hahn and Sinisa Grgic departed Victoria from the 0-Mile mark of the Trans-Canada Highway and embarked on a cross-Canada journey to raise awareness of Deconstructing Dinner. The pair will be travelling by recumbent tricycles (or trikes). In the summer of 2007, Hahn stumbled across Producer/Host Jon Steinman and it didn't take long for Hahn to become a fan of the show. "After listening to Deconstructing Dinner more and more, I felt compelled to spread the word about the show," says Hahn. "So as we cross the country, we will encourage everyone to listen to the show and learn more about the state of our food system." Hahn and Grgic believe that many of our current health problems are directly, or indirectly a result of an unsustainable food system that is built primarily upon profit. The trip will be focused on raising awareness and not money. "You keep your money, and with more awareness, you can choose what to do with it," says Grgic. "We hope you use it to buy healthier food from local farms in your community, or support Deconstructing Dinner, a voice that is not yet well-represented in the mainstream media today. En route, the two cyclists will stop in at farms and markets and explore Canada's food and farming culture. "We hope to eat as locally as possible along the way, and wild plants are not off-limits," says Hahn! Hahn and Grgic will be periodically updating a blog with photos and a journal and weekly updates through phone interviews will be airing on Deconstructing Dinner each week. On this episode, we hear from correspondent Andrea Langlois interviewing the cyclists as they departed Victoria, and we listen in on segments of a phone interview between Host Jon Steinman and cyclist Darrick Hahn. Hahn spoke to Jon from inside the cheese-making facility of Jerseyland Organics in Grand Forks, BC.
