A Texaco entrou na Justiça contra o Flamengo e pede R$ 1,5 milhão por suposta quebra de contrato após o clube fechar um novo acordo com a Lubrax. A empresa questiona a cláusula de exclusividade e afirma que o vínculo ainda estava em vigor quando o Rubro-Negro acertou o retorno da marca ao uniforme.A Justiça, porém, negou os pedidos liminares apresentados pela Texaco para retirar sua marca das propriedades do Flamengo e suspender pagamentos.
