Ein ernstes Problem ist und bleibt der Schutz der Urheberrechte. Das kennt Dr. Tobias Holzmüller nur zu gut als Leiter der Rechtsabteilung bei der GEMA: “Normalerweise schafft eine KI immer etwas Neues. Wenn aber ganze Harmonie-Sequenzen übernommen werden, handelt es sich um ein Plagiat.” Die Stimme hingegen sei vom Persönlichkeitsrecht geschützt.
