Dr. Nanda is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He has given numerous named lectures at national and international societies including Mershon Lecture at American Association of Orthodontics and Sheldon Friel Lecture at 2011 EOS Congress. Dr. Nanda has authored six orthodontic books and more than 200 scientific articles in major journals. His most recent books are Biomechanics in Clinical Orthodontics and Biomechanic and Esthetic Strategies In Clinical Orthodontics, Temporary Anchorage Devices in Orthodontics and Current Therapy in Orthodontics.   QUOTES:  “You need a 3D printer, we recommend Unix because the settings have been made accordingly. Today I share my experience with one of dentistry's newest (and coolest) technologies, known as Dental Monitoring (DM). We all know that consumer buying behaviour and expectations are changing. Patients want more convenient appointments and care that is customized. For over a year now, DM has allowed me to do just that! Dental Monitoring is a smartphone app that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technology, allowing doctors to monitor their patients' orthodontic progress remotely, with more detail and accuracy than even possible with the naked eye during an in-office visit. As a bonus, patients get shorter treatment times, weekly monitoring, and will not miss a beat, no matter how far they live or how busy they get. Dr. Rayan Skafi received his DMD degree from the University of Saint-Joseph, where he also earned a certificate of advanced graduate studies in prosthodontics. He worked in private dental practice for four years before pursuing a master's degree in biotechnologies management from ESCP Europe in Paris.
