This week's guest is Lael Stone. Parenting educator and consultant, TEDx speaker, Co-creator of Woodline Primary, Speaker for The Resilience Project and Author of best-selling book - Raising Resilient and Compassionate Children. Allan Sparkes, inspirational keynote speaker and best selling author of the book 'The cost of bravery', is one of Australia's most highly decorated citizens with an incredible story. Allan Sparkes became one of only five people to be awarded Australia's highest decoration for bravery, the Cross of Valour, for rescuing an 11-year old boy from a flooded storm water drain in 1996. After the birth of her much wanted baby girl Clara, Chelsea began to slowly spiral into Postnatal Depression. Sleep deprivation and difficulty breastfeeding took hold, and the normally high-achieving goals oriented Chelsea began to develop a reliance on prescription drugs in order to sleep. After experiencing a major panic attack, Chelsea was admitted to a psychiatric inpatient with her newborn daughter. This experience however, turned Chelsea's life in a completely new direction. Inspiring the creation of her business EQ minds, her study in psychology, her work as a key-note speaker and her book The Mindful High Performer.
