My Journey from Osteopath to Medical Intuitive

The Art Of Listening To Your Body

I'm a medical intuitive, once upon a time osteopath, western medical acupuncturist and herbalist that stepped out of that world to speak about the real issues, root cause and most importantly process emotions. My name is Jin Ong and today I want to share with you how I got into this line of work- and it was through my own pain experience. I founded the Release Process ® a verbal dialogue process that I facilitate in a 1:1 setting with clients (mainly those on a cancer journey or complex health issues) or teach you with guidance and support in my 6 week release course that only runs twice a year.  To join the waitlist for Feb & August openings https://theartoflisteningtoyourbody.com/release-course It's not something you can learn on your own because your human will do the sneaky bypasses when it gets hard, which means you won't truly process your emotions or receive the message. This level of emotional work is definitely not for everyone. I work with people with complex health conditions that have tried it all conventional, alternative, surgery and other emotional modalities. You've got to be someone who is ready to step into your power and take radical responsibility for where you're at and where you're going.

This is the audio of the Navigating Emotions Behind Cancer Masterclass if you would like to watch instead you can get the replay here especially if you want to see the short visual at 1hr 40 mins. I hope you enjoy this rarely spoke about perspective when it comes to emotions and cancer. I'm joined by two guest speakers, clients of mine sharing their stories that go beyond cancer. If you know anyone on a cancer journey open to a holistic approach I would love if you could send this podcast episode to them to listen to. Thank you. I often get asked what cancer means on an  emotional level. It's not unusual for me to work with people who say  ‘I feel like I've manifested this'. You'll only relate to this if you relate. And why I don't dismiss the comment of ‘I feel like I manifested this' is because I can see the shame and guilt that you feel. You're looking for answers that so far the conventional and alternative world hasn't been able to give you. You're looking for support on a deeper level on your journey. For me it's not about the cancer. It's the location of your dis-ease that tells me so much more about why the cancer chose to manifest where it does in your body. For you, it's about finding out the message that cancer has for you. It's about the life that you lead before your diagnosis. It's about the experience you've had throughout  your treatment. The highs, the lows, the fears, the what ifs. The life you are yet to live. Yes, cancer can come, it can go… and sometimes it stays with. That is why people come to me for support on their cancer journey, and it's rarely about the cancer itself. Yes we work on it, around it and go into it in so many ways. The depth of the work if you are experiencing/ed cancer goes so much deeper than most know. It's not a one size fits all explanation for cancer. It's about your unique story and experiences + the location, coupled with unprocessed emotions that reveal the message it's here to share with you. Not everyone choose this route and that's ok. It's the path less travelled. It's not for everyone, just the ones who choose it. What you'll learn What healing really meansHow emotional work impacts your diagnosis and treatment journeyWhat the Release Process ® looks like and how you can use itHow to find out the message your experience has for you and what to do about itWhat is possible for you to tap into after the Release Process ®

All our lives, we find ourselves on a journey for purpose. But with that journey comes the need for the willingness to change. Renowned keynote speaker and bestselling author Ken Foster guides us on harnessing the power of courage to elevate and improve ourselves.  It's time we start using courage as an internal force. By channeling the strength that it brings, one can rise above challenges, and refocus on a positive trajectory. Tune in to this episode: The Courage To Step Into Your Greatness with Ken Foster Key points covered in this episode: ✔️ Every choice made out of fear has a cost. It can create challenges and problems in our lives. Embrace the courage to make better choices that lead to joy, wealth, happiness, and a positive impact on the world. ✔️ To change, one needs to acknowledge and appreciate their present state. Don't forget to celebrate where you are while also being open to growth and improvement. ✔️ Quality questions can determine the quality of our life. By asking powerful questions, we can open our minds to new possibilities and tap into a deeper understanding of ourselves. ✔️ Childhood traumas act as rust over our innate genius. The journey is about removing this rust. We have to dive into the subconscious to release the buried traumas and negative patterns. ✔️ Everything is connected. The principle of entanglement shows that our energy affects the world around us. By working on our personal energy and emotions, we enact change in our surroundings. Ken D. Foster is a keynote speaker, best-selling author, business strategist, and news personality, who owns a broadcast & media production company. This is the audio from a LIVE session. The video replay is available by CLICKING THIS LINK HERE and will be available until 4th May 2023. It doesn't matter if you're a bodyworker, physical therapist, talk therapist, in person or online. It doesn't matter if you're a specialist in a certain area. It doesn't matter how qualified or how many letters you have after your name. You work with humans, who have a mind and body that work together within an external environment. They are multi-faceted beings with so much potential. And they deserve to be looked at as a whole. Whether it be physical pain on a musculoskeletal level that doesn't heal, or food and gut sensitivities, maybe complications from surgery. Mental imbalances like depression, anxiety, fears and phobias. Behavioural issues such as eating disorders, addictions, excessive discipline around exercises or OCD... Energetic issues such as life simply not working out the way they or you thought it would. As a someone leading clients you need to be able to go deeper, into the hard stuff. Their emotions, history, traumas and beliefs. It's more than just one thing. As a practitioner, open your mind. It's the real work that not many are willing to delve into. Because it requires you to look at yourself as much as your clients. If you're still keen... Most exciting of all THE DOORS ARE OPEN for Emotional Body Training for practitioners and it's EARLYBIRD TIME.. ONLINE 10 WEEK TRAINING FOR HEALTH & WELLNESS PRACTITIONERS WHO WANT TO DELIVER A MORE HOLISTIC APPROACH. For a long time I've waited until the “right time” to teach people about the mind-body connection in a simplified and practical way. This work is also known as psychosomatic therapy or emotional anatomy. It's about digging deeper and learning how to read the body and the emotions behind the undesirable manifestations - physical, mental, behavioural + spiritual, emotional & energetic. But that's the easy part. I want you to be able to know what to do with these emotions and help shift them. Help RELEASE them. Your body is a manifestation of your emotional state. The events in your life, life experiences and traumas are all associated with an emotion that wants to be expressed at the time. If you're too busy to express or you don't know how to express your emotions they get suppressed. Suppressed emotions get stored and become a source of stress. When we can't cope anymore this is where the undesirable manifestations start to present. On Emotional Body Training I teach practitioners and healers how to facilitate a powerful Release Process ® with their clients to help them process the emotions they never had a chance to express. This is the missing link. * There are limited spaces so you'll need to get in early to grab your spot and make the most of the bonuses. READY TO JOIN? Food plot content has been taken to a crazy level in the media. More people have dabbled in food plots than not, and there are more "professionals" now than ever before. Like deer hunting, food plots can have an ego associated with the time, money, and blends growers put out. Regardless of differing food plot blend preferences, we can all agree that good food plots start with good soil. Dr. Woods shares with us how he has developed his food plot system to promote quality soil and highly efficient nutrient exchange. We navigate the journey to the current day, and practices such as no-till and the learning curves associated with this management. Dr. Woods addresses much of the confusion about the seed blends he uses and how each blend has a very specific purpose. You'll learn how this system is allowing him to feed more wildlife with fewer input costs than ever before! When we can't cope anymore this is where the undesirable manifestations start to present on a physical, mental, behavioural and energetic level. After the awareness piece you can do something about this (action) and let your experience unfold. On Release 6 week LIVE course you get to learn how you can process your emotions using the Release Process ® for yourself as well as a glimpse into the world of eastern philosophy (chakras and doshas) + receive live coaching with Jin. This is the missing link. Here are the BENEFITS to jumping on earlier: * You'll get access to earlybird pricing $1888 USD instead of $2222 USD - save $334 USD. * Bonus LIVE Q&A with Jin Thursday 29th December 9am NZT for 60 minutes On Release LIVE 6 week course, I will teach you HOW TO… Process the emotions that keep you stuck physically, mentally and energetically in lifeWork out and identify the EMOTIONS that need processing Understand why you respond the way you do to life and people around youBONUS Weekly live group coaching calls with Jin to dive deeper BONUS Private Facebook group support for the duration of the LIVE courseLifetime access to the course and updates **This will be the last time lifetime access is offered Please know that although I shared a lot in the masterclass there is soooo much more to this. I give my all to my clients and help you put the pieces together and make sense of something that can seem a bit of a mess!  Everything has an explanation... And I love to read between the lines and go into the layers deeper within you. If it all resonates with you. Go with your heart. Be prepared to do the work. You'll be supported along your journey. I've wrapped up the live masterclass on the Two Phases (of discomfort). Here it is on the podcast for you to tune into. (If you want to watch it please head to the YouTube version HERE). Plus I share my new and special offer (more details if you scroll down here too!) If you're serious about making changes in your life and shifting the undesirable manifestations of stored emotions (the pain that shows up on a physical, mental, behavioural, emotional, energetic and spiritual level ie the same shit different story). Then I share all here. It all comes down to one big thing! You can either make time for your distractions and procrastinations or you can make moves. Beyond your pain, this is soul purpose work. What was covered: *What the two phases of discomfort are and how you will move through these cycles each time you step on a new path *The importance of being able to sit with discomfort in the first phase and learn to process your emotions *Why most people don't do the work *Fear of failure + fear of success *How to do something about your stored emotions and move closer to the life you desire to live *Acceptance & Surrender Many of you have been messaging me lately in response to some of my social posts on @theartoflisteningtoyourbody Instagram relating to the physical manifestations of pain and the underlying emotions it relates to. You're asking me if I have any other tips to learn more. Asking me what to do with the anger that relates to liver issues. How to work with financial lower back pain. Or you're letting me know that… You can relate to the gallbladder problems and how it links to resentment towards males in your life. That you're having difficulty embracing change and the front of your hips are annoying you. Or yes your right knee is giving you problems and oh, you're thinking of taking a change of direction in your career. My answer is yes. I can teach you so much more. I can take you so many layers deeper instead of adding more layers to your already full cup. Everything comes back to learning to process your emotions. After awareness your next step is to do something about it. I have the answer as to what you can do about it. I've finally put together the Release Flow Teachings! https://theartoflisteningtoyourbody.com/release-flow-teaching Earlybird for the Release Flow Teachings is now on! $999 USD value  for only $555 USD until 30th November. The body of my work encompassed in three core pillars, here's what you'll learn on the Release Flow Teachings. 1. Process your emotions using the Release Process® 2. Identify stored emotions using the Chakra system 3. Understand yourself and how you respond in the world using the Doshas It feels so good to have refined my work over the years and condense the best of it in the flow teachings. Each pillar is a 90 minute flow with all the essentials. This is an instant access course created for those of you who ask me for more! With anything new I always put out a super special offer! https://theartoflisteningtoyourbody.com/release-flow-teaching The benefits of jumping on early: Save $444 USD! Normally $999 USD, earlybird investment is $555 USD2 BONUS Live Q&A in DecemberThurs 1st & 15th December 11am NZT These are a high level overview of the 3 pillars I believe are essential for you to move through the first phase of discomfort and deepen your personal journey and connect with your soul purpose. Special offer for a limited time. When you're ready, lead yourself into this space. Let it feel right, let your heart guide you and say yes because there is a deeper knowing within you. Jin

There are many stages in a music release from when a song idea is born to release day. I'm so excited to welcome Daniel Nesci back to the show to chat about “From DAW to Dawn.” We cover the songwriting process and how this varies for writers, creating demos and going to the studio, the collaboration of music production, cover art and other graphics for the release and promotion, choosing release dates and releasing singles before a full project, ordering CDs and other merchandise, the PR side with interviews, reviews, and other coverage, the importance of doing research, release day and beyond, and much more. Daniel and I had such an informative conversation that paints a clear picture of the journey of a music release and all that's involved. I truly hope you enjoy it. Are you enjoying Write on Track? This is from an instagram live I did earlier this year @theartoflisteningtoyourbody The way I teach chakras and use this eastern philosophy is a little different to how you may hear it from other practitioners. The basis of my work is about processing your emotions, but what if you don't know what emotions are stored in your body to process? That's where the chakra system comes in to play. I use the example of the sacral chakra- one of the most common areas people store emotions. I mention a masterclass. If you're curious about this you can find it here: https://theartoflisteningtoyourbody.com/untriggered I don't talk about chakras here, but go through the basic version of the Release Process ® to start processing your emotions. Because it's a video you can head to my youtube channel to see what areas of the body I'm pointing out and find the mind-body riff channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTpnN0BqACf-K15rCsgruuA If you're keen to learn all the ins and out about chakras the Release course is where I unpack alllll of this.
