Emergence: A Revolutionary Path For Radical Life Change - with Derek Rydall | Spiritual | Productivity | Self-help | Happines

It's such an honor to bring you this very powerful topic, ‘Snap Out of It! The Five Hypnotic Spells Sabotaging Your Success'. What I'm talking about when I say “Snap out of it!” is about waking up from our limited life perceptions; waking up out of these hypnotic spells about life and beholding life as it really is. The truth is that indeed all there really is is love, life, harmony and wholeness, inexhaustible good expressing everywhere, as everyone all the time. It has always been so and always will be, but we only experience our limited perception, or our relative perception, of this infinite perfection. It's often not even really our perception. It's a universal perception that has been passed down for millennia and we just uniquely adopted it, but it's not real. Ultimately all transformational work is about coming back to this truth principle, waking up to oneness. When you get that, you realize the only limit to your capacity to express and experience the full bounty and abundance of life is how much you're willing to give, to generate and to circulate from within your own infinite being. Are you ready to explore what I believe to be the five core hypnotic spells that are sabotaging your success? Listen in now for the full explanation and support your personal development and spiritual growth and start participating in your future NOW. And remember, self-help is shelf help – you have everything you need already! Stay inspired! Like this episode? Please rate it, post a review, and share it! Want more free trainings? This week on Wellbeing we are talking with Natasha Tracy about her journey with bipolar type two disorder. This is our sixth instalment in our series on bipolar disorder meaning we are half way though our 12 part series. Natasha is a mental health thought leader and author on the subject of bipolar. She released her bipolar memoir Lost Marbles: Insights Into My Life with Depression & Bipolar in 2016 and she runs the podcast Snap Out of It! The Mental Illness in the Workplace Podcast. In this episode I discuss with Natasha her journey in living with bipolar type two disorder. In this episode Natasha talks about her book "Lost Marbles", how bipolar impacted her while as a young person, why those with bipolar self-harm, how family members can best support those going though self-harm, the different type of mania those with bipolar type two go through, how well the medical field is doing with bipolar, the difficulty in finding the right medication, and how finding stability has improved her life.  "The cornerstone of anyone starting to recover or in getting to a place of wholeness and balance, that cornerstone is medication for people. However, people with bipolar disorder all need to take different medication and so its very difficult to know what medication to put a person on initially."  - Natasha Tracy on this episode of Wellbeing Tune in next week when we talk with Dave about his bipolar journey. Emergence: A Revolutionary Path For Radical Life Change - with Derek Rydall | Spiritual | Productivity | Self-help | Happines

Today we're talking about the real cause of debt and how to eliminate it. This is, of course, a big issue with a lot of people, and if you've studied my Awakened Wealth work you already know the answer here, and if you haven't, you may be in for a surprise, because the real cause of debt is often not merely spending or spending too much, but as I teach in Awakened Wealth work and really the whole Emergence model, whatever's missing is what you're not giving. Life doesn't happen to you. It happens through you and as you. You're a generative being, and whatever shows up in your life has to first come out of you in some way, mentally, emotionally, energetically. It has to come out of you, or it literally cannot show up in your life. This is principle. Likewise, therefore whatever's not showing up is what you're not generating, and so fundamentally speaking debt is an expression of stagnation. It means the law of circulation is not really in operation. Essentially once you understand that all wealth is spiritual or invisible or energetic, and it's all within you, and therefore the only way to have more of it is to circulate more of it. The seven gifts give you the framework for how to circulate it, and it's giving out, giving up, giving in, giving away, giving thanks, giving to yourself, and forgiving.  We'll talk just about forgiving. The gift forgiving means you're for giving, not for getting, not for taking. There's no withholding in forgiving, but in unforgiveness it's an energetic of withholding. It's right there in the word, of course, but it's right there also in the energetic. When you think someone has done you wrong, or you think you've done someone else wrong, what's the underlying message? You owe me, or I owe you. Right? You owe me an apology. You owe me those years back. You owe me that money. You owe me that job, whatever. Right? So there's you owe me, or I owe you. What do you have when you have a bunch of I owe yous? You have debt. It creates an energetic breakdown. There's no circulation happening in that area of your life. So for people that have debt they often have a story, if not many stories, of unforgiveness. There are one or more areas where there's no circulation. Listen now to episode 122 ‘The Real Cause of Debt and How to Eliminate it' of the Emergence Podcast. And find out these clues of financial debt, support your personal development and spiritual growth and to start participating in your future good NOW. Emergence: A Revolutionary Path For Radical Life Change - with Derek Rydall | Spiritual | Productivity | Self-help | Happines

Today we take a deep dive into the potential activator, and do some real inner work to activate our full potential. Whatever it is, just bring the challenge, the crises, the area of growth, to mind. Allow yourself to feel whatever it makes you feel, and as strongly as it really is. Allow yourself to become aware of all the things it connects to - all the past issues or memories that it brings up for you, the emotions and the thoughts. Now just take a deep breath. As you do that, allow in your mind's eye to see images of love, power, and possibility. Perhaps you visualize your ideal vision, or your ideal vision in this area - feel into that as you let this prayer wash over you and through you. While now, Mike talks to corporations about mental wellness for their employees, only a few years ago, it was showing them, personally, what it was like when that isn't taken care of. This video podcast conversation revolves around that mental breakdown and around Mike's current thoughts about mental illness in the workplace. After a Mental Health Breakdown Mike and I discuss things like: What having a mental health breakdown in your workplace is like How Mike came back from a mental health breakdown How Mike became a successful mental health speaker Mike's thoughts on mental illness in the workplace today Whether you want to understand what mental illness in the workplace really looks like, are a fan of Mike's, or want to protect your employee's wellbeing at work, this podcast episode is for you. Find the transcript and more at http://snapoutofitpodcast.com Mike Veny's Bio Mike Veny‘s path to becoming a speaker became evident at an early age. He convinced the staff at psychiatric hospitals to discharge him three times during his childhood. In addition to being hospitalized as a child, he was expelled from three schools, attempted suicide, and was medicated in an effort to reduce his emotional instability and behavioral outbursts. By the fifth grade, Mike was put in a special education class. Aside from getting more individualized attention from the teacher, he learned that pencil erasers make great sounds when tapped on a desk. He had no idea that drumming would become his career or his path to recovery. As an adult, Mike spent many years facilitating drum workshops for children with special needs, teaching them to channel their energy by banging a drum while also learning how to listen, focus, work together and succeed through teamwork. The project was such a hit that he continued to expand his drumming program, first to adults in recovery and eventually into the corporate setting. As a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist®, Mike's presentations move past simply educating an audience to provide them with actionable steps they can take to change their lives and work environments. His reputation as a dynamic speaker provides confidence and peace of mind for meeting planners everywhere. The mission of his company, Mike Veny, Inc., is to support you in receiving the gift of emotional wellness through unique learning experiences designed to empower your personal and professional growth. The International Association for Continuing Education and Training has awarded his company the prestigious Accredited Provider accreditation for its continuing education programs.

She's schooling us on the rights people with mental illness have at work and how you can use those rights to better navigate working with a mental illness. Learn things like: Are all mental illnesses really considered disabilities? Can an employer not promote you because of your mental illness? What do you do if you think your employer is discriminating against you because of your mental illness? Do employers have to accommodate your needs because of a mental illness? What is a “reasonable accommodation” at work for a person with a mental illness? Do you have a right to paid medical leave? All these questions and more are addressed by Julia. Plus, we're answering your questions. See snapoutofitpodcast.com for the transcript. About Julia Stephanides A graduate of Berkeley Law School, Julia Stephanides practiced corporate law for Silicon Valley startups before becoming an employment lawyer. She has represented workers facing discrimination, harassment, and other wrongful employment practices, with a focus on women's rights cases. As part of this work, she represented many people with health issues. She counseled and advocated for clients who were denied medical leave or retaliated against for taking it, and clients who needed accommodations in the workplace. Now, she works for a labor union in Los Angeles. For most of her career, Julia has had health issues of her own. Her experiences in the conventional medical system were challenging and left her without sufficient support, so she dug into the research and various healing modalities and created her own roadmap for folks with health challenges. The first step on this roadmap is advocacy–knowing your rights and becoming empowered to stand up for yourself at work, at home, and with your doctors. The roadmap also includes things like eating in a way that supports your body and mind, connecting with the right doctors, nervous system support, and community. This is how Julia's consulting practice was born. Legally Holistic serves as a home base and navigation system for people facing health challenges. This is an interview you can't miss. See here for transcripts and more about the podcast: http://snapoutofitpodcast.com Note: There is a small amount of profanity in this interview. Snap Out of It! spoke with Saskia Lightburn-Ritchie, a person who lives with bipolar disorder and is the Chief Operating Officer (CEO) at My CWA (Cheshire Without Abuse), a charity in the United Kingdom. Thanks to Saskia's experience with bipolar disorder, she designed her own role such that she can be a successful CEO. And she passed those supports and ideas down to her staff. Now, more than 60% of her employees have a mental illness and they have very low turnover because of how she treats her people -- with respect, dignity, and what they need medically. Saskia and I talk about what it's like to work with bipolar disorder -- in her other positions vs. today -- and what it is she does to ensure that people with medical issues like mental illness can be successful at work. We also talk about the costs involved in these changes and the benefits this has brought her entire company. Get the transcript at http://snapoutofitpodcast.com About Saskia Lightburn-Ritchie Saskia Lightburn-Ritchie is the CEO of My Cheshire Without Abuse (My CWA), a domestic abuse organization in Cheshire, UK. Her company works to build a community where adults and children can live free from the fear of domestic abuse and runs a 24-hour helpline, among other things. But don't get it confused, Saskia's charity is no small potatoes. She works with more than 100 employees but does so in a way that allows each of them to succeed -- even those with mental illness. As a person with a long history of mental illness, Saskia has used her personal experience of bipolar disorder to shape an organization that really supports staff with mental ill health, including herself.

Welcome. If you've been listening to the podcast for a while, I want to give you a shout-out and thank you for sticking with me this year. This was the year of transition, and because of that, there weren't very many episodes published, but you kept coming back. I appreciate you so much! If you've just found me, I want to thank you for listening, and I hope you get value out of it. At the very least, know that you are not alone. Since this is the last episode of 2021, I thought it would be fun to look back at the top five episodes of the year. These are fan favorites, and I totally get why. So if you're looking for something to keep you busy while I'm away for the next two weeks, get ready to mark these down so you can listen to them later. In no particular order, the first episode is my interview with Dr. Jill Krapf, titled “How are reproductive age women and steroids similar, with Dr. Jill Krapf.” This episode discusses research into younger women with Lichen Sclerosus and the proper way to use ultra-potent steroids as a treatment. You can access the episode at lssupport.net/drjill. The next episode is all about appointment anxiety. It's titled “How to Snap Out of Appointment Anxiety.” I share a recent experience of appointment anxiety and the techniques I used to snap out of it. Go to lssupport.net/appointmentanxiety to listen to this episode and for complete show notes. The next episode is “The Lost Labia Journey: Finding Community.” If you're looking for inspiration and hope to get you through the tough times, this is the episode for you. Jaclyn is an LS Warrior, as well as an LS advocate. This is the second episode of a two-part series detailing her more than decade-long battle with LS. We find out how she not only learned to manage her disease but used it to better the lives of others living with LS. She is now the author of The Lost Labia Chronicles blog, which you can find at Lostlabia.com, and has recently released her first eBook, titled “Three Key Things To Have In Place When You Have Vulvar Lichen Sclerosus,” which you can get for free at lostlabia.com/ebook. Listen to her episode at lssupport.net/findingcommunity. Have you listened to Ashley Stump PFPT's episode “Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Can Help You Feel Better”? It's the next top five episode of 2021. If you've ever wondered or thought about PFPT, this is the episode for you! Ashley shared so much amazing information on how PFPT can help those of us with LS. Check it out at lssupport.net/pfpt. “Lichen Sclerosus And Diet? Does The Research Look Good?” rounds out the top five. Dietitian Erica Eberl did a deep dive into LS research, looking for any connection between diet and LS. You can listen to what she found and more at lssupport.net/diet. I couldn't leave you without mentioning an honorable mention: “How to keep your quality of life with Lichen Sclerosus.” Have you stopped doing things you loved, using your favorite products, or eating your favorite foods because you heard it wasn't good for your LS? I'm here to ask you, “How do you know?” Before you go letting LS dictate how and what you do in your life, listen to this episode, lssupport.net/lscontrol. I hope you have a happy new year, and I look forward to talking to you in 2022.

We’re looking to each other a lot these days, for hope, encouragement, and even advice, and we're all experiencing life with some level of anxiety and mounting pressure. These days can challenge our faith or strengthen it, often a bit of both. Looking for inspiration, Darlene and Julie interview Jen Ledger, solo artist and drummer with the multi-platinum, world-touring rock band, Skillet. Jen shares honestly about how bouts of panic and anxiety almost kept her from pursuing her dreams and how she found the strength, grit, and grace to endure these setbacks and still accomplish her dreams. She even talks about how she has used that strength to reach for new goals. In this episode, she reminds us all that this life will always have challenges, but they don’t have to defeat or define us. Instead, they can be the catalyst to propel us forward. This is a replay of a previous popular episode (044) with a few new thoughts added in from your co-hosts that relate to today.

Listen to the audio to get the full quantum prayer AND to find out the clues to support your personal development and spiritual growth and to start participating in your future good NOW. Today we’re about goals and goal setting. We’re talking to the creator of the 90x Goal Planner.   You know I’m all about goals. I wouldn’t be doing anything I’m doing - lawyering, podcasting, coaching, without having goals.   But how can we move through our fear surrounding goals, and just do it?   I first mentioned 90x back in episode #11 - How to Snap Out of Procrastination So You Can Reach Your Goals.   The reason I talked about it is because it helps you become more engaged in your goal planning rather than passively calendaring your to do list. And if you’ve heard me in my Facebook Lives in Soul Roadmap’s Facebook Group, then you know I’m fond of saying, “The more engaged you are, the more committed you become."  Alon David is the Southern California based creator and founder of 90x. The 90x Goal Planner is a self-coaching system planner that combines the best of all planners to propel you towards reaching your goals.    He was very generous and is offering a 25% discount on all 90x products on his website. Use the code Dina25 at checkout. I’ll link to his website in the show notes too.   Today we’re talking about  How we can create goals that make us grow. How he got into goal planning in the first place. Breaking down goals to reduce fear surrounding big goals. How he started a 6 figure business from nothing in one year using the goal setting system he created.  Other areas in your life where you can use goal setting.  You can read more here: https://www.dinacataldo.com/episode16

At the foundation of Christianity is salvation by grace through faith. Christianity in any other form is a fraud. Yet people are always trying to take grace and faith out of Christianity. In Galatians 3:1-9, Paul essentially tells the young Christians of Galatia to "Snap Out of It," because they had been lured into believing in something that looked like the gospel, but was not the real deal. Join us this Sunday at 8:30 or 11:00am as we continue our walk through Galatians: Finding Freedom in Christ.
