It is a daily practice of turning attention back to the one who is watching, asking the question that collapses all others: Who is it that is seeking? Frank describes three distinct paths people take toward liberation. The left-hand path moves through darkness and shadow. The right-hand path is the way of love, sainthood, and service. And then there is the direct path: self-inquiry. Not processing trauma layer by layer. Not accumulating spiritual practices. Simply finding out who you are from the source of where all of this arose. Three Practices to Carry With You Today Frank closes the conversation with three grounded, accessible practices drawn directly from his teaching: 1. The A Course in Miracles Affirmation. Anytime you feel wronged, dismissed, or hurt today, try this: It is not this I would look upon. I trust my brothers who are one with me. This is forgiveness at its deepest level. Not grace. Not tolerance. Complete detachment from the idea that anything real was ever done to you. 2. The Self-Love Body Practice. Place your left hand palm-up in your lap. Move your right hand to your heart and say: My heart, I love you. Then your eyes. Then your head. Repeat the cycle. Frank shares that people in his community regularly begin to cry during this practice. Consciousness, he says, is self-love. This is how you worship that. 3. The Pre-Sleep Self-Inquiry. Before you fall asleep tonight, ask yourself: Who was I before birth? Who will I be a hundred years from now? Meditate on death as though sleep itself were dying. Little by little, the grip of fear and false identity begins to loosen. As we go through our lives, all the stressors, anxieties, bumps in the road, past traumas all add up and begin to sort of paint us into a corner and sometimes it feels like avoiding them will make them easier to deal with. Out of sight, out of mind...but over time we begin to see that there is no avoiding truth because what tends to happen is instead of avoiding that thing we are pretending doesn't exist, we end of fixating on it. Instead of avoiding the thing, it begins to run our lives in so many unproductive ways. Have you ever hit a big milestone and still felt… off? You closed the deal. You reached the revenue goal. You hit the number you've been chasing. On paper, everything looks solid. But internally? Something feels slightly empty. When even one of these is out of whack, you can feel it. When all three are aligned, life hits different. Let's start with loving relationships. You can build an incredible business, but if your marriage is strained, your kids feel distant, or your friendships are surface-level, it will eventually catch up with you. Relationships are not a bonus category. They are foundational. I share the L.O.V.E.R. framework to help navigate adversity in relationships: Listen. Observe. Voice. Empathize. Repair. Most people skip listening and jump straight to defending. But communication isn't just about words. It's tone. Body language. Energy. Presence. If you want a ten in your relationship, you've got to be a ten. Then we move into mindful spirituality. This isn't about religion or rigid rules. It's about connection to something bigger than your to-do list, your ego, or your quarterly targets. When you feel spiritually disconnected, everything feels heavier. You operate from stress, urgency, and control. But when you intentionally create stillness, you regain perspective. I use the reminder C.I.T.S. — Chill In The Still. Sit down. Get quiet. Reflect. Pray. Meditate. Breathe. Even a few intentional minutes of stillness per day can shift your nervous system and your clarity. Stillness builds inner strength. Gratitude. Confidence. When you are spiritually grounded, you don't chase, you align. Now let's talk about abundance financially. Abundance isn't just about making more money. It's about how you make it and who you become in the process. Over the years, I've used a simple framework called R.O.A.D.M.A.P. to generate millions in revenue, often in 45-minute Zoom calls. Not because I'm special, but because the system is aligned. R.O.A.D.M.A.P. stands for: Rapport Obstacle Aspiration Demonstration Match Ask Pull First, build rapport. Real connection. Trust.Then understand the obstacle. What problem are they trying to solve? Next, aspiration. What outcome do they truly want? Then demonstrate. Show proof. Testimonials. Real results.
