Franco Savastano, CEO von Globus, ist zuversichtlich, dass alle Standorte erhalten bleiben. Mit unterschiedlichen Ausrichtungen. In Zürich sollen Luxusmarken dominieren, an anderen Standorten wie beispielsweise Bern jedoch auch erschwinglichere Produkte erhältlich sein. Warenhäuser haben für Savastano noch lange nicht ausgedient: sie müssten zurück zu den Wurzeln finden und wie vor 100 Jahren die Städte beleben – möglichst während der ganzen Woche. Er fordert deshalb auch mehr Sonntagsverkäufe, auch, um international mithalten zu können. Abstract: Vagus nerve stimulation (VNS), which involves a surgical procedure to place electrodes directly on the vagus nerve (VN), is approved clinically for the treatment of epilepsy, depression, and to facilitate rehabilitation in stroke. VNS at surgically implanted electrodes is often limited by activation of motor nerve fibers near and within the VN that cause neck muscle contraction. In this study we investigated endovascular VNS that may allow activation of the VN at locations where the motor nerve fibers are not localized. We used endovascular electrodes within the nearby internal jugular vein (IJV) to electrically stimulate the VN while recording VN compound action potentials and neck muscle motor evoked potentials in an acute intraoperative swine experiment. We show that the stimulation electrode position within the IJV is critical for efficient activation of the VN. We also demonstrate use of fluoroscopy (cone beam CT mode) and ultrasound to determine the position of the endovascular stimulation electrode with respect to the VN and IJV. At the most effective endovascular stimulation locations tested, thresholds for VN activation were several times higher than direct stimulation of the nerve using a cuff electrode; however, this work demonstrates the feasibility of VNS with endovascular electrodes and provides tools to optimize endovascular electrode positions for VNS. The ability to stimulate the VN with endovascular electrodes creates the possibility to stimulate at VN locations that would be otherwise too invasive and at VN locations where structures such as motor nerve fibers do not exist. Celebre per il suo magnifico ruolo in Gomorra, è venuto a trovarci un grande talento italiano: abbiamo il piacere di presentarvi Salvatore Esposito! Nato il 2 febbraio 1986 a Napoli, Salvatore Esposito è cresciuto a Mugnano e sin da piccolo ha coltivato la passione per la recitazione. Dopo gli studi superiori partecipa a due cortometraggi per poi iscriversi prima all'Accademia di Teatro Beatrice Bracco, poi alla Scuola di Cinema di Napoli. In seguito si trasferisce a Roma, dove nel 2013 viene scritturato per il suo primo ruolo nella serie TV Il clan dei camorristi (2013). Il successo, però, per l'attore partenopeo arriva nel 2014 con Gomorra (la serie), nel quale interpreta Genny Savastano, figlio del boss don Pietro. È questo ruolo da protagonista che permette a Esposito di raggiungere la fama, grazie anche al grande successo della serie. Nel 2016 è sul grande schermo con un cameo in "Lo chiamavano Jeeg Robot", girato però quando ancora non era noto come Genny, e anche questa piccola parte, così come le precedenti, lo vede impegnato nei panni di un giovane malavitoso. Si distacca da questa immagine di mafioso con i successivi impegni al cinema, come "Zeta", film drammatico in cui l'attore si è calato nel mondo del rap, genere peraltro tra i suoi preferiti, e come "Puoi baciare lo sposo", film dove, insieme a Cristiano Caccamo, interpretano una coppia di fidanzati. Gomorrah (Italian: Gomorra - La serie) is an Italian crime drama television series created by Roberto Saviano for Sky Atlantic. Based on Saviano's book of the same name,[1] the show premiered on Sky Atlantic in Italy on 6 May 2014, and has run for four seasons. The title of the show is a play on the name of the Neapolitan crime syndicate, Camorra. The 2008 film of the same name is loosely based on the same book, but unrelated to the TV series.[2]. Over several years the Savastano's have poured nearly a million dollars into their close friend Monique Brady's real estate endeavor and are shocked to learn the business is a scam. Monique is not flipping foreclosed houses as she claims to be, she's actually running a Ponzi scheme. Concerned for their friend of two decades as well as getting their money back the Savastano's reach out to Monique, but she stops taking their calls. As more details come forward about her scheme the Savastanos learn that Monique has stollen more than ten million dollars from her close friends and family.

It will be difficult to want to take airplane trips in such a situation and be hard on people who have to use buses and public transportation. The internet companies are getting ready to deploy this app and no one seems to know about this.
