In today's Daily Fix: Helldivers, to your hellpods! A new patch is available for Helldivers 2 which buffs some weapons, nerfs others, and introduces sandstorms and blizzards to some maps. The newly-introduced HMG gets a slower max fire rate, which could actually be to the players' benefit if you feel the HMG is too unwieldy in its highest mode of fire. The mech's rockets also get a slight nerf, requiring you to hit an armored enemy dead-on in order to penetrate. For the full list of buffs, nerfs, and other gameplay changes, check out our website. In other news, April's first wave of Game Pass games have been revealed. Subscribers will see the return of Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Superhot: Mind Control Delete. Indie title Harold Halibut is also coming to Game Pass, along with Lego 2K Drive, EA Sports PGA Tour, and Lil Gator Game. And finally, new studio Yellow Brick Games—founded by industry veterans from big name studios like Ubisoft—have announced Eternal Strands, a third-person action-adventure game inspired by titles like Shadow of the Colossus.

In today's Daily Fix: Even more titles are coming to Microsoft's Game Pass service for the back half of March. Those games include new releases Lightyear Frontier (which we reviewed and liked), Open Roads, and MLB The Show 24. Previously released titles coming to the service include Hot Wheels Unleashed: Turbocharged and Superhot: Mind Control Delete, Diablo 4, among others. Our unnamed protagonist receives a weird program called superhot.exe, and when he launches it he connects to a very strange first person shooter where time only moves when the player moves. As we (and he) play this game, the hooks set in, and a larger conspiracy reveals itself. SUPERHOT is a small game with a big impact, a massive indie success that takes the FPS genre and upends it by breaking it down into component parts and changing the way they move. It's absolutely worth your time. We also talk a bit about the related works SUPERHOT VR and SUPERHOT: Mind Control Delete.
