YOU BE YOU! Genuineness, the importance of being yourself, that is what we talk about this episode. Java tells stories about his life and how he learned at a young age to accept and embrace himself for all that he is and all that he is not. Through this journey, he has learned that surrounding yourself with people that love who you are is vitally important. You should not have to change who you are to "fit" into a group or be accepted. Through this process, you will gain more respect and trust from those around you. To learn more about character building qualities to become your true self, visit our website here!Head to Apple Podcasts to hear more episodes.Connect with Java:FacebookEmailInstagramLinkedIn

We don't live by best practice or a business plan alone, we live by the word of God that we are listening for day by day (see Matthew 4:4). Here's Andy AND Janine sharing HOW we hear, WHAT we are hearing and how we are applying that to all that we do. 1. How do we hear? We have a daily spiritual discipline of engaging with God in the Scriptures. This is one of the primary places and times God speaks (we are fully listening!). I then journal what I am hearing and often we discuss that as we walk the dogs around our neighborhood. This often results in more questions and interaction, such as Janine suggesting I was believing lies about "the crowd." That immediately resulted in a dialogue with the Holy Spirit, as we were walking, in which I repented of believing lies and got a new mandate which you can listen to on podcast episode #166.  We also regularly engage with our local church, listen to podcasts and intentionally go to conferences and events that expose us to what God may be speaking on a regional or national basis. Recently we got to experience our first conference at Life Center in Harrisburg and I was greatly impacted by the messages from Todd White and Bishop Joseph Garlington. This was a wonderful time of listening, receiving and connecting with like-minded believers that encourage and inspire us in faith, love and good deeds! In addition to the above, we are talking with business people around the world on a daily basis and each week have a live call with the Heaven in Business community where there are themes of what God is saying and doing, that become apparent. 2. What are we Hearing?  Get going! God is with us. It's time to move on from here and advance, grow, expand, influence, take risk BECAUSE God is with us. Exodus 33:1 and 14 - Get going and I will go with you It's no longer business as usual. Don't just continue with what you were doing before, even if that was working. Pause and listen to the Holy Spirit and ask for new insight or strategy or focus or favor! The time for favor is now. 2 Corinthians 6 and Ruth 2 - Ask for favor in the time of favor and the time of favor is now. You've got nothing to prove and nothing to lose. Stop comparing. YOU BE YOU and get going with what is inside YOU! 3. How are we Applying what we are Hearing? We are intentionally leaning in, learning, refining strategy and taking risk to expand. We started videoing our weekly podcast and you can subscribe to the youtube channel (See below). We were GIVEN brand new video camera and microphone and took this last weekend to paint the office, setting it up as a working studio. We are asking Holy Spirit regarding all our weekly activities (live Heaven in Business call for example) and our upcoming events to listen for specific strategies and insights. For the Birmingham workshop coming up, we leaned in for speicific strategy how to do our marketing - the result was a significant jump in registrations in one weekend.  We are testing our favor by reaching out to old and new contacts and exploring new possibilities. One of these is the Africa Adventure Missions trip in September. Another is a possible workshop in the UK and Germany in October. We are reviewing favor in connections we have had in the (recent) past and making sure those relationships are strong and valued.  We are catching ourselves where we are making excuses or fear-based statements and remembering 'we have nothing to prove and nothing to lose' and GOING FOR IT. So watch this space!  If you want to join us in the momentum, try out seven days for free on HeaveninBusiness.com/free-trial AND if you have any questions or comments, don't hesitate to email andy@heaveninbusiness.com

SHOW NOTES:  https://jewishbooks.blogspot.com/2022/06/zikh-aleyn-zayn-getray-or-you-be-you.html You Be You, The Kid's Guide to Gender, Sexuality, and Family by Jonathan Branfman  may not seem like an obvious choice for coverage on The Book of Life, but I was fascinated by the fact that it had been translated into Yiddish to make it accessible not only to scholars of modern Yiddish but to Hasidic families. Branfman brings both Jewish and gender expertise as a scholar in both fields. Translator Lili Rosen is not only a translator but also a cultural consultant and actor on the Netflix hit Unorthodox and other Yiddish-related media. They combined their talents to create a book for 7-12 year old readers that is affirming and inspiring. Terra had a fantastic conversation today with podcaster/you-tuber/ best-selling author/mom, Jamie Ivey. Jamie loves creating things that help people believe the truths about who God made them to be. She does this mostly through her popular podcast, “The Happy Hour”, her new YouTube show, The Jamie Ivey Show, and through multiple books geared towards women. Now she's taking this passion to a younger generation with her new children's book, God made you to be you. As a mama to four kids, she knows the value in kids learning at a young age that God made them to be themselves! Her whole family, plus two dogs, live in Austin, Texas, and they all love to visit the West Texas desert as often as possible! In this episode, you will hear more about how Jamie started her career and how she combats the lies of comparison in her own life and with her four teens. She shares about the difference between the cultural message, “You Be You,” and her recent book release that speaks to standing in the design God has for each of us. She shares honestly about current struggles to avoid comparison and she leaves leaders and parents alike with wisdom for the weary soul. Praise them for their efforts There is no better way to get better besides being together! Spend quality time together Work the grind, play the gameWork your butt off at practice, and then enjoy your game Practice is for the coaches and games are for the players Baseball is a game you cannot rush, there is no clock! Spend as much time planning practice as you do actually practicing Practices as competitive as possibleChart every swing, pitch, groundball etc Live pitchers vs live hitters Just win today's practice!! A bad practice bothers me much more than a bad game! Coach needs to be a facilitator for the players development on and off the field At times you need to be a player coach, and another time you need to be honest and put them in their place If we are going to demand all of these things from them we need to display those things and walk the walk!!  It is important you build the relationship through the player to show you care, are prepared, and come with great attitude Do a good job where you are at! It is important that  Player to coach - built on respect and trust Player to player - earning the respect of your teammates Critical to team development an player development Players rate each other based on individual qualities We all have something to work on.   Are you afraid of doing what you want to do because of failure?   This episode is all about why we hold back from taking action and procrastinate in our daily life. When you understand why you are holding yourself back, it becomes possible to move beyond this limited mindset and live in a state of doing! Throughout the episode Drew shares steps you can take today to no longer procrastinate.    One of the main drivers behind procrastination is the fear of failure. Drew shares an honest life experience where he backed out of action due to his fear to fail and what he learned as a result. You don't want to miss this vulnerable insight.   Key Ideas: Fear of shining in your light contributes to procrastination.  Follow the Why dentify process to begin connecting with what you want. Determine your aversion to failure to remove procrastination from your life. Tune in to whether you love or dislike an action you need to complete in your life. If you don't love the action, outsource it or adjust the environment you are in to reduce the negative sensation while taking action. When we plug into our soul's alignment there can be no procrastination because you are a walking conduit of source.   Quotes:   “Are you the creator and the master and the sovereign being of your own life? That's the question? What do you want to create?” (2:02)   “You can bring your field into the present moment when you feel into the goals that you have.” (4:08)   “Build up momentum in regards to the goals that I have. So whatever is fun, whatever puts me in a good high vibrational state. I'll do that before. The thing that I'm dreading, to put me in a good mood before I go into it.” (8:15)   “On a scale of one to 10, how much do you love this? Do you want to do this tomorrow? And if I don't, if the answer is no, then either find somebody to do it that loves it. Or I changed the environment.” (9:10)   “The more you ask, the more you delegate, the more you figure out what lights your soul on fire, the easier your life will become, you'll be walking around as if you're in a dream.” (10:57)   “When there's more fear in your body when there's more trauma in your body when there are biological blocks when there are heavy metals in your brain that are causing more heat for the neuro synopsis of different crossovers and wiring, you become slower.” (13:05)   Further Resources/Links: You Be You by Drew Canole https://www.amazon.com/You-Be-You-Drew-Canole-audiobook/dp/B07FYSFD43/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=You+Be+You+by+Drew+Canole&qid=1624461630&sr=8-1   Compound Effect By Daren Hardy https://www.amazon.com/The-Compound-Effect-Darren-Hardy-audiobook/dp/B07MWCVQ1T/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=Compound+Effect&qid=1624461654&s=audible&sr=1-1   Atomic Habits By James Clear https://www.amazon.com/Atomic-Habits-James-Clear-audiobook/dp/B07RFSSYBH/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=atomic+habits&qid=1624461785&s=audible&sr=1-1   Follow Drew: @Twitter @Instargram @Facebook Organifi Website: organifishop.com Soul CBD: Visit https://pod-mysoulcbd.com/drew and get 15% off your next order!

What's my life's purpose? Why am I here? How do you truly show up for a mission-centered life? If you're looking to expand your vision beyond that self-limiting daily treadmill, then this episode of Drew & You will speak to you at a deep level. The focus is on locating your individual wellspring, that source that sparks you to jump out of bed every day with a commitment to living your best life. For starters, it's about thinking first and foremost of others. Drew invites listeners to consider five building blocks that form the bedrock of a mission-centered life. These are practices that may be new or uncomfortable, completely different from anything built into the daily world you knew growing up. But if you're tuned into this podcast, you're opening up to possibility – and the wonder of living into something bigger than yourself. Drew is here to share his own journey and help point the way as you uncover your own unique path. If you like today's episode make sure and leave us a REVIEW and don't forget to SUBSCRIBE for a chance to win Organifi every week! KEY IDEAS:   If you're listening, there's a reason you're here. Imagine that this podcast is a gift and your job is simply to receive it. Drew shares his key ingredients for living a mission-centered life, starting with rapturous gratitude always at the center.  Daily rituals to help ensure you're realizing your vision: #1 Set intention. Close your eyes, picture what you want to accomplish. #2 Let it go: What are you tolerating that does not serve? Choose to relinquish things that do not support the abundance you seek. #3 Turn your reality into a game: Challenge yourself to be a trickster and come alive by living into the interplay that is our existence. #4 See every single human as a spirit (whatever your god, life force, higher power) in disguise.  #5 Never stop learning! Keep those “wow goggles” on because it's in a perpetual state of inquiry and growth that we are most alive. No matter what you're up against, take the five things we've discussed and adapt them to your personal challenges. Then watch and see how things turn around.   QUOTES: “The more appreciation you have, the more you appreciate.” (3:30)   “Are you casting joy to other human beings, even if they're in a disgruntled place? When we start to look at the world as a game, it starts to change everything.” (6:45)   “What's the one thing that you've been tolerating that you simply need to let go of?” (6:21)   “The fastest way to get to that enlightened place, that ascended being, is the trickster!” (7:21)   “To live a bigger mission with a purpose is to learn every single day.” (9:31)   “The ride gets lonely if you're just a collector – collecting money, collecting assets, houses, cars and things. (9:54)   “The greater the opportunity is to work on the cellular matrix of your body, to empower it with more voltage and self-love, the bigger gain and the bigger you. How big do you want to go?” (13:08) Further Resources/Links:  “Feeling is the Secret,” Neville Goddard https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/53644992-feeling-is-the-secret?from_search=true&from_srp=true&qid=qjRplxmqHs&rank=2   “Life Was Never Meant to be a Struggle.” Stuart Wilde https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/67759.Life_Was_Never_Meant_to_Be_a_Struggle    You Be You, by Drew Canole https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/40499338-you-be-you?from_search=true&from_srp=true&qid=rrm7DepWic&rank=1   “Becoming Supernatural,” Joe Dispenza https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/35852435-becoming-supernatural?ac=1&from_search=true&qid=X6WAsHTpmv&rank=2 Follow Drew: @Twitter @Instagram @Facebook Organifi Website: https://www.organifishop.com Follow Drew: @Twitter @Instagram @Facebook Organifi Website: https://www.organifishop.com Soul CBD: Visit https://pod-mysoulcbd.com/drew and get 15% off your next order!

If you don't know what your mission or purpose, you are doing it right now. This episode of Drew & You is all about visioning your mission and understanding that it all starts with helping as many people as possible today. Drew shares lessons learned through his journey from feeling overwhelmed and disconnected to putting in place the planks that have ultimately built his multidimensional life. Among those critical components?   Attending to health and well-being. Cultivating meaningful relationships. Untangling the relationship between “compete” and “complete.” Looking for meaningful places to plugin. Ensuring that you surround yourself with work and people that support your essential values and vision.   Drew wraps up with a call to put the tenets he has put forth into practice today. If what you're doing doesn't light your soul on fire, make a change. Look to “infect” others with your sense of mission and the payoff will be enormous on every level.   Don't forget to SUBSCRIBE and Leave a review for a chance to win Organifi products each week!      KEY IDEAS: How Drew initially came to his entrepreneurial ventures, and the reorientation required once he realized that good health was a cornerstone. The miraculous story of a man with a terminal disease turned it all around and sparked Drew with his story. (Hint: Juicing takes a starring role.) How taking one step towards feeling good and then another towards sharing it led to Drew's best life. How videos, giveaways, and passionate acts of service ultimately established Drew's entrepreneurial footprint. Fueled by purpose and positivity, Drew's online community grew from 12 views to tens of thousands! The moral is … If you're going to spend a huge chunk of your life working, why not make it something you love in conjunction with people you love? Looking for the right community – one that is “for” something and that empowers you to go for what you want. Vision: The more you can imagine the more you can inspire. Find your lane! Drew explains the importance of understanding the difference between “complete versus compete.” The universe always delivers back 10x. Find your tribe! Look for others who share your passions and vision, those who “get” you and your mission because in some way they share it. Look for a doorway to remove obstacles and heal trauma, then walk through! Action: What can you do today? Are you ready to look at the biggest messes in your life? Can you make yourself vulnerable and share your story with others? All it takes is one idea to start the process of transformation. Mark the date – the day you heard this podcast – to see where you are a year from now!   QUOTES: “Turn your mess into a mission!” (1:24)   “I was being breathed. I wasn't breathing … and I just wanted to do it more and more and impact more and more people.” (5:18)   “I knew 100% beyond the shadow of a doubt that if I just kept ringing the bell every day, doing one thing to impact someone else's life, that it would all come back to me.” (6:01)   “If you're going to work one-third of your life, why not do something you really love and why not do it with people you love?” (7:13)   “You have to be willing to do the uncommon thing, which most humans aren't willing to do because they're so stuck in a program.” (7:38)   “The more you can pour energy (into your vision) the more that reality starts to show itself, but you have to go there in your mind.” (8:36)   “I like to compete versus complete.” (10:11)   “I think we're in a loneliness epidemic, so the more we can be together, show our vulnerability, show our bellies, show ourselves, the more possibility starts to open up for humanity – and that's a beautiful thing.” (13:34)   “Own your awesome and all that you are. And live from a mission that lights your soul on fire!” (14:49)     Further Resources/Links: “Train Your Taste to Trim Your Waist,” by Drew Canole https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/20058103-train-your-taste-to-trim-your-waist   Fitness Legend Jack LaLanne: http://jacklalanne.com   “Juicing Recipes from Fitlife for Vitality and Health,” by Drew Canole https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/17670511-juicing-recipes-from-fitlife-tv-star-drew-canole-for-vitality-and-health   “You Be You,” by Drew Canole https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/38902982-you-be-you   Follow Drew: @Twitter @Instagram @Facebook Organifi Website: https://www.organifishop.com   Soul CBD: Visit https://pod-mysoulcbd.com/drew and get 15% off your next order!

So, today, we’re talking about how to live true to you. Jamie Ivey, my good friend and bestselling author, joins us to talk about her new book, You Be You. Then, we’ll open up our journals and dive into what it really means to be loved and live true to ourselves.   Why You’re Not Who You Think You Are It’s so important for us to get to the root of our identity to know who we truly are. But so often, we look to others to tell us who we are. We look at the world around us and look at our roles and responsibilities and titles to find our sense of identity. But as wonderful as some of those roles and responsibilities and relationships are, they do not define you. The world can never tell you who you are. There’s only one place that you can find the true source of your identity. We can’t live a life true to ourselves if we don't first look to the one who gave us life to begin with. You’re so much more than those roles and responsibilities. Sure, those things are wonderful blessings in your life, but they’re not everything. They don't define you, and they aren’t the single source of your identity. If one of those things changes, you need to know that you’re still enough. You still have value. God says that you’re created, and you’re chosen. He made you, and He doesn’t make mistakes. You’re adored. You’re loved. He delights in you. And He’s with you and wants to spend time with you. You’re loved by the God of the universe. That’s who you are.   Are You Struggling to Be Yourself? With Jamie Ivey I’m so excited because Jamie Ivey is joining us in the studio today to dive deeper into this topic of knowing who you really are. She also shares more about her brand-new book, You Be You. Here are a few topics from our conversation: Balancing contentment and ambition The secret to staying rooted in your identity Combatting comparison Living with purpose in seasons of waiting Redefining success in our lives   What God Wishes You Knew “Yet you, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.” Isaiah 64:8 (NIV) We’re made in the image of God. We’re a product of His creation. It's so easy to look at all of our flaws and failures, mistakes and missteps, and all the ways we've gotten it wrong and messed up. But there's also something really beautiful about the fact that God created us, and He doesn’t make mistakes. I think about how many wonderful things I love about my kids, and how many things I want for them, and how proud I am of them. But for some reason, translating that to the God of the universe—that He could love me more than that—that's so hard to wrap my mind around. Take some time to answer these questions today: If you have children, how do you feel about them? If you don't have children, think about people in your life that you love so much. How do you feel about them? What do you hope they know about themselves? This is more of a challenge: I want you to take what you wrote down as an answer for your first and second questions, and I want you to write down every one of those statements as truth about you from your Heavenly Father. Let that sink into your spirit, then let yourself live from that truth.

Get your copy today: https://bit.ly/2TGoaSC We want to hear your feedback about The Christy Wright Show! Email us at hello@christywright.com to let us know what you think of the show.   I want to be true to me. And I want you to live true to you as well. So, today, we're talking about how to live true to you. Jamie Ivey, my good friend and bestselling author, joins us to talk about her new book, You Be You. Then, we'll open up our journals and dive into what it really means to be loved and live true to ourselves.   Why You're Not Who You Think You Are It's so important for us to get to the root of our identity to know who we truly are. But so often, we look to others to tell us who we are. We look at the world around us and look at our roles and responsibilities and titles to find our sense of identity. But as wonderful as some of those roles and responsibilities and relationships are, they do not define you. The world can never tell you who you are. There's only one place that you can find the true source of your identity. We can't live a life true to ourselves if we don't first look to the one who gave us life to begin with. You're so much more than those roles and responsibilities. Sure, those things are wonderful blessings in your life, but they're not everything. They don't define you, and they aren't the single source of your identity. If one of those things changes, you need to know that you're still enough. You still have value. God says that you're created, and you're chosen. He made you, and He doesn't make mistakes. You're adored. You're loved. He delights in you. And He's with you and wants to spend time with you. You're loved by the God of the universe. That's who you are.   Are You Struggling to Be Yourself? With Jamie Ivey I'm so excited because Jamie Ivey is joining us in the studio today to dive deeper into this topic of knowing who you really are. She also shares more about her brand-new book, You Be You. Here are a few topics from our conversation: Balancing contentment and ambition The secret to staying rooted in your identity Combatting comparison Living with purpose in seasons of waiting Redefining success in our lives   What God Wishes You Knew "Yet you, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand." Isaiah 64:8 (NIV) We're made in the image of God. We're a product of His creation. It's so easy to look at all of our flaws and failures, mistakes and missteps, and all the ways we've gotten it wrong and messed up. But there's also something really beautiful about the fact that God created us, and He doesn't make mistakes. I think about how many wonderful things I love about my kids, and how many things I want for them, and how proud I am of them. But for some reason, translating that to the God of the universe-that He could love me more than that-that's so hard to wrap my mind around. Take some time to answer these questions today: If you have children, how do you feel about them? If you don't have children, think about people in your life that you love so much. How do you feel about them? What do you hope they know about themselves? This is more of a challenge: I want you to take what you wrote down as an answer for your first and second questions, and I want you to write down every one of those statements as truth...

Join Alisa in an interview with Jamie Ivey about daily life, Jesus, family and her new book, You Be You.  In the book, You Be You: Why Satisfaction and Success Are Closer Than You Think, Jamie Ivey, bestselling author and host of the popular “The Happy Hour with Jamie Ivey” podcast, insists that living faithfully in the here and now is the key to an abundant life. She encourages women to turn to God – and away from social media feeds – to discover their purpose and direction. “We’ve all seen motivational posts on social media that say things like, ‘Girl, you got this’ and ‘You control your destiny,’” says Ivey. “These ideas are super motivating, but they’re shallow and unsustainable. They are not capable of bringing lasting hope and peace to someone’s life or powerful enough to help us overcome real-life struggles. I want women to know that the One who made them has the days of their lives already numbered, planned, and written.” In You Be You, Ivey draws from her personal experiences to encourage women in a way that’s charming, relatable, and relevant. She wants women to know that making their mark on the world doesn’t happen by mimicking someone else’s life or calling. An abundant life is closer than they think; they just need to know how to take hold of it. Tuning Out the Chaos, Listening to God: Ally Brooke & Jamie Ivey

Jesus Calling: Stories of Faith

The world is a noisy, chaotic place. At any given moment, there are countless voices shouting at us, trying to command our attention. But we can find peace when we train ourselves to mute those voices and listen to the only One who matters: God. Pop singer Ally Brooke rode a rollercoaster of highs and lows during her stint in the iconic girl group Fifth Harmony, and over time she felt her voice was drowned out by the demands of the music industry on the group. After branching out as a solo artist, Ally began to uncover her authentic self, thanks in part to the strong foundation of faith her tight-knit Mexican American family helped her build, which she talks about in her brand-new book Finding Your Harmony. Podcaster and author Jamie Ivey knows all about comparison culture, and how it always seems the grass is greener on the other side. But she’s learned a new phrase that’s set her free: You Be You. Now she shares how to utilize the gifts God has given you, and that it’s how you use your influence—not how large it is—that really makes a difference.    Links, Products, and Resources Mentioned: Jesus Calling: Stories of Faith television show on Circle TV jesuscalling.com/TV Jesus Calling Podcast Jesus Calling Note-taking edition of Jesus Calling Jesus Always Past guests: Morgan Harper Nichols, Kel Mitchell Upcoming guests: Casey Beathard, CJ Beathard, Tucker Beathard TV show host: Lauren Alaina   Ally Brooke Fifth Harmony Finding Your Harmony The X Factor   Jamie Ivey You Be You   Interview Quotes: “Number one in our house is God and Jesus. And having that type of foundation in my life has completely changed everything for me.” - Ally Brooke “When I took a beating from the music industry, being in Fifth Harmony and the real challenges that came my way afterwards too, God was right there to say, ‘Trust me. I have a plan for you and I'm here with you. You're not alone. We're going to get through this together.’” - Ally Brooke “I'll have my days where maybe I'm going through something or I'm sad or I have a ton of anxiety or I have a ton of worry or doubt. And Jesus Calling, through that devotion, I'm able to silence those thoughts and those worries and to help put them at ease.” - Ally Brooke "It takes a lot of spiritual maturity to say, 'I'm very thankful for the people I'm having lunch with. And I'm going to spend my life doing whatever God wants for me right where I am, and not constantly look at the other table wondering what they're doing.'" - Jamie Ivey “I started recognizing so many moments of people wishing that they had a different life, a “better” life, her life. And I noticed that they were missing the moments that God had created for them.” - Jamie Ivey “There's this idea that you begin to matter and what you have to say begins to matter when a lot of people are listening. And I just want to encourage people that believing that lie keeps people paralyzed and not doing the things God's asked them to do.” - Jamie Ivey “Every one that God's put in front of you matters. And we don't need to put our eyes on what we hope to happen five, ten years down the road, because we will waste a lot of time wishing for something we don't have.” - Jamie Ivey “If the only thing I was looking at and noticing was other people's lives, then I would struggle to think that my life mattered and my voice was enough.” - Jamie Ivey "We can yearn for the day we don't have to wear a mask and we can go back to 'normal.' But we can also be in the moment and go, 'What do You have for me right here where I am?'" - Jamie Ivey ________________________ Enjoy watching these additional videos from Jesus Calling YouTube channel: Audio Playlist: https://bit.ly/2PrbuwH Video Playlist: https://bit.ly/2PsmEkJ What’s Good? Tune in to hear what Drew says the secret is to his success in health, mindset, and creating a company culture that put him at #4 on Fortune’s list of top companies to work for. The biggest take-aways from today’s episode are: “It’s totally powerful and remarkable what the human mind can do when you believe and have faith before you see it. People say ‘I’ve gotta see it to believe it’ but it’s truly believing before you see it.”  This neuro-hack of believing before seeing is one of the practices that launched Organifi to #4 on the list of the Top places to work in the United States . Drew shares several things that makes the Organifi culture stand out from the crowd. One is a powerful Identity Process that each employee goes through when they join the Organifi organization. Listen to hear the other aspects that make Organifi a transformational product line and company. [5:14] “A lot of companies out there will chase gold and do things for money. We chase the Golden Rule.” “We’re in this together” is Drew’s tagline. Switching to a “we” company culture instead of a “me” mindset is transformational and creates an energy that is contagious. The biggest epidemic in the world is loneliness. Creating connection is empowering. [12:31] “I wanted to write a roadmap to removing the limitations, detoxing your life, and owning how awesome you are.” Drew’s new book, “You be YOU,” is that roadmap to help you reframe your mind and life. Drew has achieved an exceptional level of performance and connection in life and business. Hear what he attributes his epic success to. What are the valuable parts of YOUR story? What is the legacy you need to leave for the world? My guest today has a unique perspective on his role as a podcaster, believing he is entrusted with preserving today’s stories for future generations.  Nick Goblirsch has been a podcaster and producer for nearly four years, while having a successful HR leadership career AND running a family household with his wife, Megan, host of the You Be You with Meg and Liv podcast. Despite having graduated with a degree in Fine Arts, design, radio, and video, Nick had long since turned off the passionate part of his life to focus on the NOW of raising children. A close friend of his started his own business, but needed someone with multimedia expertise. In came Nick, who for a small window of time every other week, started drawing on those dormant skills and escaped a bit from the day-to-day grind of his career to do something new and refreshing for a friend. As he started building his friend’s brand, that creative itch started surfacing again, and the passion for creating, sharing, and connecting was alive again. He set a goal of doing 200 full episodes with a few mini-sodes in between, and has set a mission to honestly connect with people around him, discussing timely topics that he can relate to and start a conversational experience that he can learn and grow from.  Fighting imposter syndrome Have you heard the little voice in your head that says you don’t belong? We’ve all heard it at one time or another, and Nick remembers well the voice that said he would never be good enough in the podcasting world. He finally tired of not celebrating his successes, and when he was asked to speak at a podcast conference, he felt like it was the culmination of everything he had done up until that point. The challenge was to learn something new, get good at it, and expand his network---but he DID IT. Nick shares how he learned to love himself, believe in himself, and take care of himself---and stopped fishing for compliments from others. TWEET: Challenge yourself to learn something new, get good at it and use it to expand your network. It’s not as hard as you imagine. @dependent_nick #chasingdreams Finding the spark again Which of society’s “stupid rules” do you follow? For Nick, he thought making the decision with his wife to start having children meant that everything else in life had to be put on hold. In his mind, parenthood meant forgetting who you are and forsaking the dreams you might have. Fortunately, he found the spark again and the love for all things tech, especially in the world of video production. Being raised by his grandmother and an alcoholic father after his mother’s death put him in the position to embrace his independence, and this skill has served him well  as he became The Dependent Independent. TWEET: Which of society’s “stupid rules” do you follow? @dependent_nick #chasingdreams Finding his voice Have you found YOUR voice? What is the legacy you should leave behind, not just for your own children, but for other generations? Nick is thankful that he has found his love for art and media again, and is using his talents to do something meaningful in the world. He shares a personal story about using his podcast to document thoughts and experiences that he hopes his children will appreciate one day in the future. He looks at his podcast as a time capsule in preserving memories that are the gift that keeps on giving for future generations. He says, “Everything you record is a legacy and an imprint on the world.” TWEET: “Everything you record is a legacy and an imprint on the world.” @dependent_nick #chasingdreams Guest Recommendation: ONE action for a dream chaser to take--”Don’t be afraid. Fear is crippling. Life is too short. It’s OK to be scared, but don’t let fear dominate your decision-making.”  OUTLINE OF THE EPISODE: [:26] How intimidating conferences can be for a newbie podcaster [5:43] Tracking down Dave Jackson and other veteran podcasters [8:00] Fighting imposter syndrome [12:23] Why we doubt ourselves [16:29] Finding his spark again [21:08] The rules society makes for us [25:53] Breaking out of the mold [31:45] A pivotal point that led to Nick’s first podcast [38:04] Finding a level of fulfillment [46:04] ONE action for a dream chaser   RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: Nick on Facebook Nick on Twitter Nick on Instagram Meg’s Podcast Facebook The Dependent Independent podcast TWEETS YOU CAN USE: TWEET: Putting your voice on tape or a video recording means you are leaving an imprint behind that moves people. @dependent_nick #chasingdreams TWEET: If you are a victim of imposter syndrome, then you will never stop to celebrate your successes. @dependent_nick #chasingdreams TWEET: Imposter syndrome is the voice in the back of your head that says your success is not warranted and that people will eventually realize you are nothing but a sham. @dependent_nick #chasingdreams TWEET: I didn’t feel like I belonged in the podcasting world until I belonged. @dependent_nick #chasingdreams

Slightly embarrassingly last time I had today's guest on my show, I got his name wrong. It's supposed to be Drew Canol-ee, but I called him Drew Canole (as in Sausage Role). Bearing in mind how well known he is in the States, I probably should have known this. Drew Canol-ee. He's a proper famous juice expert, regular guest on top tv shows, has one of the biggest organic green powder companies in the world…, he is in a nutshell, juicing up the world. Now got his new book out this week - You Be You - available everywhere. In this podcast we talk juicing, obviously, but we also talk meditation, jumping in the sea every day, the best ways to chill out when life get stressful. Then things start to get a bit crazy. We talk lucid dreaming, astral projection, going to different dimensions, it all starts to get a bit trippy. And Drew can get away with it because he really knows his stuff. In a nutshell, he's fantastic, and I hope this podcast helps juice you up and inspire you.

Since that time, not only have we hung out multiple times, but we’ve participated in a week-long retreat in Costa Rica together as well. I never knew it was possible to laugh so much! Drew has definitely helped me see that fun is a requirement of up-leveling our lives! Drew has a unique ability to help others tap into different parts of their lives and uncover who they truly are. And one of the primary ways Drew is doing that today is through his new book, You Be You, where he guides readers to “detox their lives, crush their limitations and own their awesome.” Why achieve your goals or present the world with a counterfeit version of yourself when it will never feel completely true to who you are? Be prepared to have a lot of laughs and hear a lot of wisdom in our candid conversation. And if you’re looking for a way to unlock that next level of being YOU, definitely pick up his book!   Question Highlights: Why did you pick the title of your book? When you’re in your “light body,” what does that feel like? In the past, who did you think you needed to be in order to navigate through life in a successful way? Do you ever go through “seasons” – a winter or a dry spell? Once you achieve a goal, what do you do next? How do you unlock the next level? In your life right now, is there any area where you’re not fully showing up as yourself? What are the conversations coming out of your Organifi book club? Why is this book making such huge shifts? Why should people grab your book?     Quotes "When you choose to do something in the moment, you have to be present.” “When you’re present is the only time you can manifest or materialize your goals, desires and dreams.” “The world doesn’t need a counterfeit you. The planet needs a re-remembering of who you truly are.” “When you start to give more love to yourself, you open up a world of possibilities.”   Drew Canole is an author, transformation coach, and founder of Organifi. Drew has helped thousands of women and men revitalize their health, ignite their vision, and shift the course of their life forever. After reaching a dead end in his own health, Drew discovered the chasm of difference between going through the motions and living with radical intention. He now helps people tap into the "Big You" to create the change they never thought possible.   Follow me on social media @LoriHarder on Instagram and Lori Harder on Facebook

The 3 phases of You Be You and why Drew structured the book to be condensed and full of information compared to being lengthy. How we can use trauma as fuel in our lives and for others as teachers, helpers, and mentors. Why self-care and self-love are the reason why we see positive results in our lives and the people in them. How Drew felt a spiritual push and guidance to be where he's at today in his life. His interest in NLP programming and how to create change with the help of mentors. The identity pyramid which allows you to break down your own identity and change who you are. Our 3D selves versus 4D and 5D selves and how to get to a more spiritual place. Where in our heart we can physically, spiritually, and mentally get in touch with ourselves. Why he doesn't focus on chasing his own success but how we can show up and empower others. How he creates a culture of transformational change within his company and how his team can share that with the world. The difference between how Organifi creates and sells their products compared to other companies who use lower quality ingredients. Why they chose to put reishi mushrooms, cordyceps, and rhodiola in their Organifi Red Juice. What a dry fast is and why he chooses to occasionally do one for a cellular clean up. Why he wants to be so open with other people about himself, what he's gone through, and what he's currently experiencing. Steps we can take to help people who are skeptical of self-responsibility and self-respect. The spiritual law of interference and karma: Why people who need to be healed will find what they need. Soul mapping - what it is and how it can help when you do inner work. The why identity process and how uncovering your 'why' is so important for understanding yourself. Power Quotes From The Show "Once you get everything that you want, you realize that it's such a small piece of the whole entire picture. I want as many as people as possible to wake up and recognize their own greatness." - @drewcanole on @wellnessforce Radio episode 235 wellnessforce.com/235 "When you make the conscious act every day to supply yourself with the highest quality nutritious, organic superfoods that have been clinically tested to legitimately lower your stress, reduce depression, increase your energy, improve your mood, and do all of these absolutely amazing things for the human body, it just changes you." - Drew Canole  "If I am part of divinity and a pencil in the hand of God plus know that God is constantly expanding in the constant universe, rippling out then my natural ability to expand co-exists with what that is. The big bang is inside of me so my ability to be open is really my ability to hook to the infinity that's within me. That's the greatest secret of all because once you have access to that and it's not about you, your dream life is there and divine synchronicity starts to happen. God or the universe is using us consistently but we have to be open to it." - Drew Canole "Put your faith out there and just be you; don't try to change yourself in order to sell more products because that's not going to be fun. You're going to get to the end of your life and you'll have all this money but if you lose yourself in the process of making money, that's not a life worth living. You just want to become more of who you are and you want the world to pay attention and buy that."  - Drew Canole "Soul mapping is really turning inwards, getting deep within yourself, and recognizing the patterns in our lives. When you look back far enough on your life, you'll see this red thread of patterns of your soul's choices. Once you get to that point, you're much more equipped to make choices from your soul in the future. A lot of times, we make choices from our mind but if you can start to make choices from your heart and soul, your purpose and desire for what you want to create on this planet really start to enlarge."  - Drew Canole Links From Today's Show Drew Canole Facebook Twitter Instagram Organifi FitLifeTV YouTube  Facebook Pinterest You Be You WFR 078 Drew Canole: Self Love, Juicing, & Transformation FitLifeTV Alpha Reset Wayne Dyer Jim Fortin The Joel S. Biz Women Rock
4 Lessons After 4 Years of Biz Women Rock

Biz Women Rock

Play Episode Listen Later Feb 25, 2018 32:31

Whaaaaat?!?!  I can’t believe it’s been FOUR YEARS since Biz Women Rock began.  In February 2014, I launched the first episode of the Biz Women Rock podcast...a podcast that would immediately attract the most incredible, ambitious women entrepreneurs I have ever had the privilege of knowing (that would be YOU), whom I get to connect with every day.  A podcast that would give birth to an entire BUSINESS MODEL for me that allows me to work from anywhere, build meaningful relationships with fellow biz women, lean into my gifts as a writer, communicator, leader and supporter of women, be home with my daughter a lot, spend quality time with my entrepreneurial hubs and provides prosperity for me and my family.  All in all...it’s provided me the opportunity to live my life by MY DESIGN.     And no...I had no idea this is where I would be when I put my first episode out into the world 4 years ago!   Have you ever heard the saying amongst parents that goes, “the years are short, but the days are long?”  That’s how I feel about business.  In so many ways, I feel like I’m just getting air under my wings to take off (and that that process is sloooooow in the making!).  And in other ways, I feel so far beyond anything I possibly could have imagined 4 years ago!   In celebration of this milestone, I wanted to share with you just FOUR of the biggest lessons I’ve learned so far on my Biz Women Rock journey, in hopes that it will give you a bit of an insight into just how raw and imperfect it has been and so I can truly honor YOU for being a part of it...heck, for being the reason I’m here 4 years later! LESSON #1: TAKE FAST AND PURPOSEFUL ACTION   In the past four years, I have launched a lot of things, all with a deep desire to find the ideal marriage of GIVING VALUE to you and LIVING IN MY GIFTS (that’s what I call Business Bliss!).  Online courses, live group programs, challenges, Masterminds, Coaching, the Academy...the list goes on.  And as I look back, the lesson I can see staring me in the face is this: I wish I would have taken action FASTER.  I wish I would have not hesitated so much.  I wish I would have not let fear or anxiety or self-doubt keep me in holding patterns for so long before I finally took action.     But let me be clear…”fast action” does not mean “ready, fire, aim” to me.  It doesn’t mean walking aimlessly into a new endeavor.  Because I have also learned that just taking action - without a strategic and purposeful reason behind it - can just cause a lot of anxiety, chaos and ultimately...a hell of a lot of TIME...the one commodity we never get back.     When I launched the Biz Women Rock podcast, I had no idea what I was doing.  I knew I was in love with business.  And I knew that I loved supporting women.  And my podcast was going to be the way that I brought those two loves together.  I never thought about what I wanted to do with it.  I never spent time visioning about what could be because of it.  I never even considered a strategic business model (other than...launch a podcast, get some sponsors).  And while I don’t regret anything I did in those early years, if I were to do it all over again, I would approach that podcast with so much more INTENTION.     Luann Nigara of A Well Designed Business was recently on the podcast (her episode is here: http://bizwomenrock.com/transition-new-phase-business-luann-nigara-window-works/) and she is such a great example of what it looks like to be intentional and purposeful and strategic with any new business endeavor!     I would have done THAT.   Not because I would have followed that plan perfectly (let’s be honest, at the beginning of ANY business endeavor, we’re all clueless about what’s ahead!), but because it would have forced me to be more efficient with my marketing, my actions, my money and ultimately, with my time.     It would have brought me to where I am a LOT faster.  And that, combined with taking FAST ACTION, is a recipe for crazy awesome success! LESSON #2: DEVELOP YOUR SALES SKILLS   Oh girl.  I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard “I hate selling!” or “I suck at selling!” from my community members.  And all the while I would give very wise advice that looked like “give, give, give...then sell,” or “your customers will sell for you if you do a great job for them!”  I call the bullshit flag on this one...I was wrong.  Well...not wrong...just incomplete.     Selling is the ability to tap your ideal customer on the shoulder, offer her / him exactly what they want and need by communicating effectively and giving it to them as they happily give you money for it.     SELLING IS A SKILL that we all need to develop.     Because selling, my dear, is where the rubber meets the road...it’s where the dollars come in and communicate to you that you are doing a great job, that you are providing value to people who need it, that you are solving problems in an effective way.     Selling is how you make a profit.   And if you’re not making a profit in your business, something needs to shift NOW.   One of the stand out books I’ve read over the past few years is called THE GOAL (https://www.amazon.com/Goal-Process-Ongoing-Improvement/dp/0884271951/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1519409111&sr=1-1&keywords=the+goal&dpID=519C2Gz-v2L&preST=_SY291_BO1,204,203,200_QL40_&dpSrc=srch). The foundational concept is that the #1 goal of any business is to make a PROFIT.  Which can seem a little callused, right?  Especially if you are like me and in business to make a difference in the world.  I mean, isn’t the goal of my business to improve the business journeys of women all around the globe?  Isn’t the purpose to be a light to you so I can help you see how AMAZING you are so you can truly live BIG?  Isn’t the purpose to build a team of incredible people who are financially supported by such an amazing company?  Isn’t the goal to give to causes that are important to me and that help others?   Of course.  But if you are not PROFITABLE, then you cannot do any of these things.  The lifeblood of your business is money.  And the way to get money is SALES.   It’s worth noting that I have SUCKED at this for a very long time.  It’s only been in the past 2 years that I have challenged myself to put offers out there, to talk about my coaching, to flat out tell women on the phone how life changing I know my Mastermind will be for them and that I would do them a disservice if I didn’t encourage them to join now!   The more I practice, the better I become.  The more effective I am at communicating to you how AMAZING these resources I’ve created for you are.  Because I BELIEVE in them!  Because I see they work for your peers!  Because I want to give you everything you could possibly need to ensure you have true business bliss!  (you see?  Not so bad after hating selling 4 years ago, eh?) ;)     So, develop your skills as a SALES PERSON.  As someone who can intelligently and effectively communicate how YOUR product or service is exactly what your ideal customer wants and needs! LESSON #3: YOU BE YOU   This might be THE biggest lesson of all.  And it’s a lesson I keep learning over and over and over again.     I was a guest on another podcast recently and the host asked me, “Katie, you’ve worked with thousands of business women at this point in some way...what do you see as the biggest thing that stands in their way of success?”   Without hesitation, I answered…   “Ourselves.”   Hands down the biggest challenge we women entrepreneurs have (myself included here) is our own internal thoughts and beliefs that are keeping us from true success.   Self-Doubt.  Hesitation.  Blocks.  Limiting beliefs.  Fear.  Comparison.  “Should-do’s.”  Ooooh, girl...it’s all there.   So much of the work to be done along our journeys is the personal development it takes to deal with this junk head on so we can transform ourselves - and our businesses - into what we’re meant to be!   And the way to do this is to go deep inside and know YOU.  So that when a new business idea comes up or money gets tight or an employee quits or something drastic in our industry changes, we know what to do.     It’s business done from the inside out.  It’s being INTENTIONAL with every move we make.   But it’s also so much more than that.  When you embody the concept of You Be You, of letting YOU be your guide, then creating and executing business growth strategies becomes ridiculously easy.     You’re able to easily answer the most basic questions in business…   Who am I? What are my gifts? Who is my ideal customer? What are my offerings and how are they unique?   What are the features and benefits of my offerings? How am I currently attracting customers that works? Where are my customers and what are creative ways I can get their attention? What experience do I want my customers to have with me?   You see where I’m going with this?   This is personal branding, business branding and marketing at its core.  And unfortunately, this is the exact opposite of how most of us create our business growth strategies.     Typically, we do it by looking outside of ourselves.  By looking at what others are doing that’s working.  By mimicking “successful” people in our industry.  By hungrily buying every single course and book and webinar out there to learn about strategies that sound so good!     Acquiring more education and looking for great models of success is not a bad thing.  But consuming all that information without a strong sense of who YOU are, what YOUR vision is, what YOUR strategic advantage is, what YOUR customers and soon to be customers desire...that’s when it becomes a mind-spinning, anxiety-producing, fear-based experience that feels SO DRAINING.   That’s when we start to work around the clock to “keep up.”  That’s when we freeze for days, weeks or even months at a time to put something out there into the world because we are paralyzed by fear.  That’s when we start comparing ourselves to everyone else in our industry.  That’s when we start listening to that voice in our head that there’s no way we can make a lot of money and do what we love...that it just can’t be that easy...that we have to work hard for it and it has to be a journey filled with suffering.   I know this because I’m ON that journey.  And if you’ve listened to my podcast long enough or been a part of the Biz Women Rock Facebook Group, then you’ve already seen YOU BE YOU in action!  You already know that I am often spiraling down into low moments as I try to “figure it out,” and that the ONLY way I get out of these low moments is to go deep inside ME for the answers.  And moreover, the more I get connected to ME, the less I experience the low moments!   When you totally own the concept of You Be You, you get that all the answers to the success you crave are already inside of you. LESSON #4: GET HELP & SUPPORT!   It took me a loooooooong time to get help from others.  Because I was honestly terrified that if others saw the mess inside my business (and inside my head), then they would lose all respect for me.  It would confirm my biggest fear that I’m not good enough.     This prevented me from hiring team members, investing in coaches, joining courses and even participating in Masterminds or accountability groups.     Which meant that my growth was 100% up to me.     Which meant that my growth was slooooooooooow.   Now this may sound contrary to the lesson of You Be You, but it’s not.  Because when know yourself, then you know where you have a skill deficit, or strategy deficit or accountability deficit and you can seek out others who can support you or train you.  You approach outside help as a way to enhance your journey.     Okay, back to my slow growth.   My season for slow growth was before Biz Women Rock.  So, when I started this company, I swore to myself that I would actively seek out support and help so I could grow FAST and PURPOSEFULLY.   So I joined a Mastermind.     And then hired a coach.   And hired a team.   And invested - and continue to invest - in courses.   And read great books.   And have had a few accountability partners.   And go to conferences.   And guess what?   My growth has been fast!  (And a hell of a lot more enjoyable!)   So take on lesson #3 of You Be You and then seek out the help and support you need! BONUS LESSON: BE GRATEFUL   You are a high performing, ambitious woman entrepreneur and you’re always moving, achieving, reaching.  And I love you for that.     But take time to be GRATEFUL for who you are and what you have NOW.  Because it is the key for living in business bliss - for truly enjoying and appreciating every step of this crazy journey.   I am grateful for YOU.  Because 4 years ago, all I knew was that I wanted to talk to YOU.  I wanted to support YOU.  I wanted to help you shine in any way I could.  And no matter if you’ve been listening to this show that entire time or this is your first episode, I am SO GRATEFUL you’ve let me into your life and connect with you.     Happy 4 year anniversary to Biz Women Rock...a podcast, a community, a business, a movement that is here for YOU.

WOMEN SIPPING ON LIFE (with doctor shannon) | Stop Drowning | Start Sipping | Daily Inspiration | Hope | Certainty | Abundanc

Have you ever felt like your life was sucking or that YOU were sucking? Or that life was sucking the energy or life out of you? OR perhaps YOU were sucking the life out of your life? Maybe right now you feel like you’re stuck, you suck, or you need help. Wherever you are, you’re in the right place! SHOW NOTES... I’ve been there. Not knowing what to do, or where to turn or go. You’ve heard my story (Check out Episodes 002 and 003). All of us have a story. We can compare “Suck Stories” OR you can make the decision that no matter where you’ve been or where you are, it’s possible to turn your "SUCK" into Success, your SUCK-cess into Success, and your mess into a message. One that will set you free, and allow you to do what you’re called to do...and desire to become. Everyone wants success. I've met many who have it, yet they don’t feel successful. Is this YOU? Does your life look successful on the outside, but feel like you’re sucking on the inside? This is SUCK-cess. What you feel inside matters. If you’re not feeling successful then you’re NOT. Because success is about how you feel on the inside, as well as how you appear on the outside. Success is very personal. How you define success matters. Would you be open to the possibility that what you define as “success” is something that you already have in your life? However, you don't feel it because you’re NOT receiving it. Perhaps you’re not allowing yourself to be free and fully engaged with the success that's YOU. Success is an inside, out game. Not outside, in. Yes, you can look highly successful on the outside…but not feel it. Again, this is the game of SUCK-cess. Having “things” isn’t a bad thing. As long as your things don’t have you. As long as your “stuff” serves you, and not the other way around. Look at why you’re doing what you’re doing. If you’re doing certain things only to look, be, or feel successful, OR to prove that you’re successful on the outside, I’d encourage you to go deeper and discover your true value from within. What would you feel about YOU if you stripped it all away? Several years ago I chose to strip it all away. I gave away or sold most of my possessions in order to discover my true value. Naked and unashamed. Naked and unafraid. I let it all go, including all the SUCK. How? I allowed myself to receive the SUCK for a moment. Then I did the following, and you can too... 1. Allow yourself to feel the “SUCK Zone” for a moment. 2. Don't stay there. . 3. Define what true inside, out success means for you. You’ll then see that you ARE success. 4. Receive the success that is YOU. 5. Allow it (YOU) to be expressed in all areas of your life. Receive the value of who you are, and allow yourself to express it in everything you think, do, say, and feel. This will turn your SUCK-cess into success When you receive YOU, there’s no longer a need to prove yourself. What if you didn’t need to prove yourself anymore? 6. Let go of the “SUCK.” You’re enough. More than enough. 7. Breathe in the inspiration of life by putting your hands to the plow with ACTION. Why? because you’re alive. You love life. You’re grateful.   Become aware of your infinite success on the inside. YOU BE YOU. Naked. Unafraid. Unashamed. Unapologetic. Unconditionally loved. Trio Holiday Mountain, a self-described "dance psych pop workout," has been defying genres since forming in Berklee in 2011. Composed of alumni Laura Patiño '12 (vocals, synthesizers), former Five-Week Summer Performance Program student Zander Kagle (drums, electronic percussion), and Bradley Will '09 (synthesizers, electric bass, vocals), the Austin transplants were recently featured in Spin magazine, which streamed their new E.P., You Be You, Part One, calling it an "all-encompassing pop record that sounds like a mutant fusion of Deee-Lite, of Montreal, and Brazilian Girls." Currently on tour in support of its new release, Holiday Mountain is playing Cafe 939 on May 16, 2015, and can be seen at clubs and festivals throughout North America this year, including Keep Austin Weird and Utopia Fest VII in Texas.
