On the surface, you can say that Brian Tibbs was able to retire from his job as a missionary, where he and his wife Jill averaged making $9.20/hour over the course of 16 years. However, it was due to his investing in real estate before that time that helped him build the momentum over those 16 years overseas to make it possible. In a 3 year period, he got married, quit his job, sold 60% of his real estate and moved to Guatemala with his wife. During their time away, they built a team of 380 leaders that planted 96 churches in 11 countries, and raised over $20 Million for their cause. With their limited income, Brian developed the HACKER method, which allowed him to build his multi-million net worth with an extremely limited income, and is focused on helping others do the same.Follow Brian

Gladys Bentley was a Harlem Renaissance trailblazer, unapologetic performer, and one of the first public figures to challenge gender norms in 20th-century America. With her signature tuxedo, top hat, and booming voice, Bentley captivated crowds at speakeasies and underground clubs, belting blues lyrics that were as bold as her presence. But behind the spotlight was a woman navigating the complex intersections of race, sexuality, fame, and personal identity in a deeply conservative era. From her rise to fame at the legendary Clam House to the pressures that led her to publicly renounce her queerness during the McCarthy era, Bentley's story is one of resilience, reinvention, and radical self-expression. Everybody wants the million-dollar properties — but they don't see the million-dollar pressure that comes with the journey. In this episode, I break down the highs and lows of building wealth through real estate. The deals that fell apart last minute. The months with no closings. The fake smiles at open houses when I was broke inside. And the mindset it takes to keep going when the bank account and the blueprint don't match yet. This isn't just about properties — it's about perseverance. It's about betting on yourself through every L and still showing up like you've already made it. If you're in the game, or thinking about stepping in — this episode is your reality check and your fuel.
We're switching things up this episode. Instead of our usual stories about women in history, we're pausing to bring awareness to Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (aka chronic hives). Nicole is opening up about her deeply personal ongoing health journey that's basically become her personality over the last 10 months. Hives can be triggered by a wide range of issues, which makes them an incredibly frustrating and mysterious condition. They're often a symptom of something deeper happening in the body. In Nicole's case, the hives took over her entire body—not the tiny, bug-bite-style ones, but massive, intensely itchy welts from head to toe. She's tried nearly everything: parasite treatments, supplements, antibiotics, Xolair, prednisone, and even a grueling cleanse. While she's experienced moments of relief, the hives keep coming back and they like to switch it up every time. If you've ever felt isolated in your health struggles, been dismissed by doctors, or left without answers, this episode is for you. Nicole's not a doctor and isn't offering medical advice, just an honest account of her experience, in hopes of finding answers or supporting someone else on a similar path.
