Welcome, dear listeners, to the finale of Season 6. Our literary journey has taken us through the works of novelists and poets, exploring the depths of Literary Fiction. And for our closing episode, we have a special guest - Chuck Rosenthal, acclaimed author of Awake For Ever in a Sweet Unrest. As we delve into the premise of his latest book, we are transported into a world of love, longing, and artistic passion. Through this enthralling conversation with Chuck, we not only unravel the complexities of his main character Beatriz but also gain insight into the lives of 19th century romantic literary giants. Get ready for an educational and fascinating finale that will leave you yearning for more. Tune in to our upcoming season, where I will recite my poetry from all of my published works. Season 7 is aptly named "Inspire Me," promising to ignite the soul and capture the imagination. Each episode will be a journey through words, painting pictures of raw emotion and thought-provoking ideas. So, sit back, relax, and let yourself be inspired by the power of language and the artistry of poetry. Awake For Ever in a Sweet Unrest. Deep within the hidden library of Los Angeles' iconic poetry venue, Beyond Baroque, all modern electronics mysteriously fail. There, 19-year-old Beatriz encounters Mary Wollstonecraft Godwin Shelley, who promises a magical adventure back to 19th-century Europe. There, Beatriz meets literary legends John Keats, Percy Bysshe Shelley, Mary Shelley, and Lord Byron, experiencing the romantic landscapes and dangerous exploits of their world. As she navigates this liminal space, Beatriz discovers the power of poetry and art, and the courage to find her own identity. Rosenthal, an acclaimed author, brings historical figures to life, offering a deeply intimate tale of passion, creativity, and self-discovery. Awake For Ever in a Sweet Unrest is perfect for anyone who has ever lost themselves in the magic of a hidden library.   Chuck Rosenthal was born in Erie, Pennsylvania. 19 years after writer Jean Van Hamme and artist William Vance created a Belgian comic that revolved around a very strong and athletic amnesiac, Ubisoft decided to create a video game adaptation of it. We're going back to 2003 to look at a stealthy first-person shooter. We're talking XIII.On this episode of Stealth Boom Boom, we look at how the comic book's story and art compare to that of what Ubisoft Paris created (and how people thought the source material was "ugly" apparently). We also make note of how the leading man and woman – David Duchovny and EVE – were feeling about XIII before it came out.In our review, you'll hear some chat on Josh's fourteen copies of the game, an advert for our podcast on the XIII remake (coming 2029), TAP TAP TAP (and how style meets function with onomatopoeic SFX), surveillance camera pop-up panels, The Bourne Identity by Robert Ludlum, whacking brooms over the heads of others, the ludicrously overpowered crossbow, varied ammo drops, BAAOOM BAAOOM, the reward for a headshot, the return of Gun Pervert Wise, enemies popping up far away and up on high, secondary fire mode, a unique grappling hook, the rush of killing a guard in between them saying "ALERT" and them setting off the alarm, "YOU CAN FLY", a bank with some dynamite in it, the undercooked individual targets of The XX, a baggy middle, that late '60s / early '70s tone, the cliffhanger for XIII 2 (or XIV), mixed-up memories, and the curious performance of David Duchovny (and his album Hell or Highwater, available in all good record shops). After all that, the lads take you through what some of the critics were saying about the game around the time it came out, and then they give their final verdicts on whether XIII is a Pass, a Play, or an Espionage Explosion. For those who would like to play along at home, we'll be discussing, reviewing and dissecting Thief: The Dark Project on the next episode of Stealth Boom Boom.IMPORTANT LINKS TO THINGS

She hears all about the amazing things the nature fairies get to do to bring spring to the mainland and is excited to go see it. Using her talent she creates devices she intends to take to the mainland to help her fellow fairies. Upon learning the upsetting news that tinker fairies do not go to the mainland, she asks her friends to teach her their nature talents, hoping she can go. None of her attempts are successful and she seeks Vidia (a fast-flying/wind fairy) for help and she purposefully sabotages Tinker Bell. The situation quickly turns into chaos, ruining the preparations the other fairies have made, preventing spring from coming on time. When Tinker Bell confesses her fault in the destruction to Queen Clarion, Vidia accidentally lets it slip that she put Tinkerbell in the situation to begin with. Tinker Bell takes initiative and invents things to help speed up production so spring can start on time. These things are successful and the fairies disembark for the Mainland. Fairy Mary, the leader of the Tinker fairies, discovers the music box Tinker Bell repaired and suggests that she go to the mainland to return it to the little girl who lost it. Tinker Bell gets her wish to go to the Mainland and returns the music box to a little girl who turns out to be Wendy Darling. ○ Mae Whitman – Tinker Bell, Kristin Chenoweth – Rosetta, Raven-Symone-Iridessa, Lucy Liu-Silvermist, America Ferrera-Fawn, Jesse McCartney – Terence. ○ 6 films in the series ■ Tinker Bell, Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure, Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue, Secret of the Wings, The Pirate Fairy, Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast ○ Film Trivia – IMDB ■ The first Disney film to feature Tinker Bell in a speaking role ■ Sold 668,000 copies in its first day of DVD release, about 22% more than expected. ■ As a marketing tie-in with Southwest Airlines, a Boeing 737 was decorated and named "Tinker Bell One". Flight attendants wore fairy wings and awarded prizes to passengers in a Tinker Bell trivia competition. ■ The movie was considered to be around 80% finished when Pixar merged with Disney. Pixar's John Lasseter demanded significant changes to the plot of the movie. The original version was set in a London where Never Land had disappeared and all children had lost their imagination. The movie would have ended with the fairies going to see a band called "The Pixies Chicks". ■ The song that plays on the ballerina music box that Tinkerbell delivers to young Wendy, is actually the song "You Can Fly" which is featured in Disney's Peter Pan. ○ What kind of fairy would you be in Pixie Hollow? ● Segment: News/Announcements “The Newsies Banner” ○ Mulan Trailer ○ Disney’s Golden Globe Nominations ■ Best Motion Picture Animated - Toy Story 4, Frozen II, The Lion King ■ Best Original Song – “Into the Unknown” Frozen II, “Spirit” The Lion King ● Segment: Miscellaneous “whosits and whatsits galore” ○ Disney Trivia ● Segment: Top 4 Ranking “Let’s get down to business” ○ Disney Film Series ○ 1. Flying Your Drone at Night - Should I Apply for a Part 107 Daylight Waiver when FAA is reviewing its latest NPRM? Today's question is about flying your drone at night. Can we expect new drone regulations that allow night ops without a Part 107 daylight waiver anytime soon? A Little Backstory... In January 2019, Brendan Schulman from DJI released an NPRM (Notice for Proposed Rulemaking) draft which might make nights ops possible without filing for a Part 107 waiver. The commenting deadline for this NPRM ended on April 15th. As the FAA is working on formulating new drone regulations, our caller for today, Bob, is wondering if he should wait for these new changes to kick in. Or, is it better for Bob to go ahead and apply for a Part 107 daylight waiver? Typically, is there a definite timeline attached to the NPRM process? Can we expect the FAA to allow night operations without a Part 107 waiver anytime soon? We reveal the best option for Bob in this short but informative show. Towards the end, we share some nuanced information about the new Parrot Anafi Thermal drone. Thanks to Bob for the great question. Fly safe!
