The indictment accuses Combs of running a criminal enterprise from 2004 through 2024, with the purpose of recruiting, grooming, and coercing young women and men into commercial sex acts. It outlines a pattern of alleged abuse involving physical assaults, threats, forced drug use, surveillance, and exploitation. The indictment also states that Combs and his associates used his businesses, including Bad Boy Entertainment, as a front to facilitate and conceal the trafficking operation.Notably, the superseding indictment includes vivid allegations involving three victims—identified as Victim-1, Victim-2, and Victim-3—who were allegedly drugged, coerced, and trafficked across state lines for the purpose of commercial sex. It describes specific incidents of violence, including forced sexual acts at parties called “freak-offs,” assaults with deadly weapons, and threats with firearms. Prosecutors allege Combs used private jets, bodyguards, and high-end properties to further the scheme, and that he repeatedly obstructed justice through intimidation, destruction of evidence, and payoffs. The indictment signals the government's intention to portray Combs as the orchestrator of a decades-long pattern of exploitation and criminal conduct, marking a significant escalation in the legal battle he now faces.50 Cent is currently producing a Netflix documentary titled Diddy Do It, focusing on the numerous sexual assault, sex trafficking, and racketeering allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs. This multi-part docuseries aims to uncover the disturbing events surrounding Diddy's infamous "freak-off" parties and the decades of allegations tied to them.The project, which Netflix secured after a competitive bidding war, is being produced by 50 Cent's G-Unit Film & Television and directed by Alexandria Stapleton.
