El turismo corporativo creció un 38% en el primer trimestre del año con respecto al mismo periodo de 2022, cuando solo el año pasado el sector ya estaba un 6% por encima de los niveles prepandemia, según datos de UniversalPay. Italia y Lufthansa han acordado extender el plazo para la venta de ITA Airways a la aerolínea alemana hasta el próximo 12 de mayo, tras salvar la diferencia, de unos pocos millones de euros, sobre el precio, según informan medios locales como ‘Corriere della Sera' o ‘La Repubblica'. Turespaña y el Ayuntamiento de San Sebastián organizarán, del 23 al 25 de octubre, la III Convención Turespaña, en el Centro Kursaal de San Sebastián. La cita de este año estará dedicada a la búsqueda de una gestión sostenible del turismo, abordada desde una triple perspectiva económica, social y medioambiental. Caos trasporto aereo: la causa legale sugli aeri bloccati in Russia AerCap, il più grande locatore di aerei del mondo, con sede a Dublino, ha citato in giudizio AIG e Lloyd's Insurance nel tentativo di recuperare fino a 3,5 miliardi di dollari che avrebbe perso a causa del mancato pagamento delle rate da parte della Russia, a seguito dello scoppio della guerra. AerCap riferisce di avere oltre 100 dei suoi aerei bloccati in Russia. In totale gli aerei commerciali noleggiati prima della guerra che sono fermi in Russia sono circa 400 e potrebbero essere ormai irrecuperabili. Una situazione che non fa altro che aggravare ancora di più il caos che sta interessando il trasporto aereo di queste settimane. Ci racconta cosa sta succedendo Alessandro Plateroti, direttore di Notizie.it. Dalla fusione di Autogrill e Durfy nasce il colosso della ristorazione I Benetton cedono Autogrill al colosso elvetico Dufry e in cambio ne diventano i primi soci con una quota tra il 20% e il 25%. Le discussioni erano state avviate lo scorso 28 giugno, ma l'ipotesi circolava sulla stampa e nelle sale operative già lo scorso 19 aprile. Attualmente oltre il 50% di Autogrill è nelle mani di Edizione tramite la controllata Schematrentaquattro e l'annuncio dell'avvio del confronto "senza vincoli di esclusiva" era stato fatto dalla stessa Autogrill sulla base delle informazioni ricevute dall'azionista di controllo. Il nuovo gruppo diventerà un player globale in un mercato del valore di 105 miliardi di euro (con un giro d'affari di 12 miliardi di euro e un Mol di circa 1,3 miliardi di euro). Positiva la reazione del mercato per Durfy che in borsa avanza del 6,2%, Autogrill invece perde oltre il 7%. Alessandro Benetton sarà presidente onorario. Gazprom riduce di un terzo le forniture all'Italia Gazprom ha comunicato che per la giornata di oggi fornirà a Eni volumi di gas pari a circa 21 milioni di metri cubi/giorno, rispetto a una media degli ultimi giorni pari a circa 32 milioni di metri cubi/giorno. A tal proposito la Commissione europea ha fatto sapere che: "Putin continua a usare l'energia come un'arma. Dodici Paesi dell'Ue sono già direttamente interessati dai tagli. Riempire le nostre capacità di stoccaggio del gas prima di questo inverno può aiutarci a prepararci a eventuali ulteriori interruzioni e tagli delle forniture di gas". Alrosa Airlines (Russia) took delivery of one B737-700, serial 37088, leased from BOC Aviation · Aeromexico Connect took delivery of one E190, serial 19000251, leased from GECAS (US). · General Electric A380 engine venture with Pratt & Whitney may be poised to muscle back in on the double-decker jet following Airbus deal to sell 36 A380s to Emirates (UAE). · Aeronautical Engineers (US) delivered the 100th B737-400SF freighter conversion to ASL Aviation (Ireland). ASL currently has an additional four AEI B737-400SF freighters either currently undergoing conversion or scheduled for modification in 2018. · Air Lease Corporation (US) Executive Chairman warned of possible delays to deliveries of B737 MAX if LEAP-1B engines issues worsen. · Thai Airways International urged by the government to procure smaller aircraft to decrease operation and maintenance costs, in a bid to lower its debt and keep up with emerging LCCs. · Etihad (UAE) pulled its entire A330F fleet from service and placed the aircraft in storage, reportedly as part of its company-wide restructuring plan. · AerCap reports 4Q 2017 transactions, as follows: signed lease agreements for 46 aircraft; purchased 25 aircraft; executed sale transactions for 29 aircraft; signed financing transactions for US$1.7 billion; and exercised options with Airbus to purchase 50 A320neo Family aircraft, with deliveries starting from 2022. · ATR booked firm orders for 113 aircraft in 2017, along with 40 options. ATR delivered 80 aircraft, reached a book-to-bill ratio of 1.45, and secured a solid backlog representing three years of production. ATR also stabilized its annual turnover at US$ 1.8 billon. · Embraer announced the E190-E2 proved in flight tests to be 1.3% better than originally expected, which represents a 17.3% improvement when compared to the current generation E190, and nearly 10% better than its direct competitor. · Triumph Group (US) signed an agreement with Boeing to provide major structural assemblies for the B767 program, including the production of horizontal stabilizers, doors, aft fuselage and center wing sections. · Hawaiian Airlines (US) and Japan Airlines jointly applied for blanket statements of authorization from the US regulators to engage in codeshare operations for an indefinite period, effective 25 March 2018. · NIKI (Austria) founder Niki Lauda won the bidding for the airline he founded, convincing the insolvent carrier’s administrators in marathon talks and undoing an agreed deal with IAG (UK). · TrueAero (US) appointed Ian Nicholson as VP – Technical Operations, effective January 2nd, 2018. · Royal Air Maroc (Morocco) is making final adjustments to its new strategy, which includes doubling of the fleet and more long-haul services out of Casablanca. Carrier has four B787s arriving between December 2018 and March 2019, with four B737 MAX arriving between 2018 and June 2019. · Avolon (Ireland) is sheltered from problems facing parent HNA Group (China), but its credit profile would benefit from a guarantee that it would not be forced to bail out the group, ratings analysts said.
