Coach's SVP of Global Visual Experience Giovanni Zaccariello reveals how the brand transformed from heritage accessory house to Gen Z cultural force by treating retail as community infrastructure. From hospitality-infused Coach Play stores to strategically sustainable holiday displays, the conversation explores how physical experience became Coach's competitive advantage in an increasingly digital marketplace. Why Shop When You Can Play?Key takeaways:Gen Z seeks human connection and community, not just product transactionsCoach studied consumers in their homes to understand life, not just buying behaviorsExperience per square foot matters as much as sales per square footUsing the same holiday tree for five years reduced waste while building brand consistencyPhysical and digital spaces should converge, not replicate each other"Putting bags on shelves was no longer an option because everybody during the pandemic, including my mom who is 89, can buy online. They're coming to the stores and they want more." - Giovanni Zaccariello [00:06:37]"The next few years are going to be years of what I call experience maximalism where literally new things are going to be mundane because consumers are so much more connected now on social, and they see what's going on." - Giovanni Zaccariello [00:44:50]"It's about the consumer talking to us instead of Coach talking to the consumer. It's a much deeper dialogue." - Giovanni Zaccariello [00:45:46]"When things don't work, we don't just move on. We've created this honest feedback loop where we learn from things.

Justin Bieber BioSnap a weekly updated Biography.Justin Bieber has kept the world's attention fixed squarely on him these past few days with a remarkable blend of fashion pivots, business intrigue, health challenges, and family milestones. The most viral moment came as the 31-year-old superstar arrived beard-free alongside Hailey Bieber at Game 3 of the 2025 World Series at Dodger Stadium. According to IMDb and Just Jared, this fresh-faced public appearance—cheering for his beloved Toronto Blue Jays—was widely interpreted as a reset for Bieber's image and quickly made him a trending topic across social media and entertainment sites. He wore a custom Blue Jays jersey, launched some playful shade at Shohei Ohtani, and reminded fans that he remains as comfortable in the front row of major sporting events as he is onstage.Simultaneously, Bieber's business world is buzzing. After announcing via Instagram Stories that he is no longer involved with his former streetwear label Drew House—stating it no longer reflects him, Hailey, or their life, a move confirmed by reporting from PEOPLE and detailed podcasts—he's focused on his new apparel and accessories line, SKYLRK. AOL and PEOPLE report that Bieber has teased the brand heavily on Instagram, showcasing pieces such as bold platform sandals, sweatshirts, and a notably similar phone case to that of Hailey's Rhode beauty line—fuel for both family synergy and some social media side-eye. So far, there's no official launch date for SKYLRK, but interested fans can already sign up for updates. On the personal front, Bieber and Hailey's family life has also been in the spotlight. The couple celebrated the birth of their first son, Jack Blues, in August 2024, and Hailey's own ambitions continue to ascend—E.L.F. Beauty acquired Rhode for a headline-making one billion dollars in May, as reported by PEOPLE and confirmed by business press. Hailey steps into new roles as chief creative officer and head of innovation for the merged brand. But not everything has been smooth sailing. Justin took a spill from his Onewheel electric skateboard and suffered a rib injury, which he described on Twitch as “gnarly” and still affecting his performance in both daily life and music rehearsals. With these hurdles, Bieber's inner circle, according to some unconfirmed tabloid reports, have voiced concern about personal and professional pressures mounting, but spokespersons have publicly refuted any serious financial or health crises. With Coachella 2026 on the horizon—where he will headline alongside Sabrina Carpenter and Karol G—Justin is preparing for an emphatic return to music, streaming his creative process and new material on social media and stoking rumors about a comeback album and world tour. Collaborators like producer Mk.gee confirm studio work is well underway. For Justin Bieber, a new era is beginning—marked by a clean face, a fashionable pivot, and, if industry insiders are right, a much-anticipated musical renaissance.Get the best deals https://amzn.to/3ODvOtaThis content was created in partnership and with the help of Artificial Intelligence AI

What happens when your body, your life, or your routine changes, and suddenly nothing in your closet feels like you anymore? In this week's episode, Liv sits down with stylist and author Allison Bornstein to talk about finding your style again through life's shifts: pregnancy, postpartum, new jobs, breakups, or just new eras. They chat about making peace with your closet, letting go of the clothes that “ask too much” of you, and learning how to dress for the person you are right now vs the person your clothes could hold you to be. Allison shares her signature Three-Word Method, tips for rebuilding confidence when your body changes, and why the goal isn't a perfect wardrobe, but a kinder relationship with the one you already have.Follow Allison on IG https://www.instagram.com/allisonbornstein6/and on TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@allisonbornstein6?lang=enGet 20% an annual membership of my new substack Let's Get Dressed here https://letsgetdressed.substack.com/lgdLove the show? Are you willing to step into the unknown to bring your dreams to life? In this episode of the Transform with Travel podcast, I had an enlightening conversation with Marisa Folz McConnell, a visionary entrepreneur behind The Wander Shop. The Wander Shop was born out of Marisa's love for travel and fashion. Initially envisioned as a mobile store, Marisa's ingenuity and grit saw it evolve into a lifestyle boutique that supports local brands and artisans. With every change in her business model, from pop-up events and roaming Airstreams to stable retail locations, Marisa demonstrates the importance of flexibility and intuition in entrepreneurial success.Travel has been a major influence on Marisa's fashion sense and business ethos. She draws inspiration from California's laid-back style and Italy's classic elegance, incorporating versatile, timeless fashion pieces in her store. Trend forecasting for 2025 sees the return of baggy jeans and bold colors, and Marisa advises building a capsule wardrobe that balances the trendy with the timeless.Marisa's story is a reminder to trust your instincts and seize opportunities when they arise. Her willingness to embrace risks and adapt to new circumstances offers a valuable lesson for anyone looking to transform their vision into reality. We talk about:00:00 Intro04:50 The Origin of The Wander Shop08:14 Challenges and Evolutions09:43 Embracing Change and Growth11:17 Balancing Routine and Spontaneity23:10 Travel Influences and Style25:56 Packing Tips for Overpackers28:16 Photo Tips and Background Remover28:33 Packing Strategies and Outfit Planning29:33 Content Creation and Brand Building30:20 Revisiting Favorite Travel Destinations38:38 Planning the Perfect Girls Trip43:40 Fashion Trends for 202546:08 Running a Small BusinessResources & Links:Ready for your next adventure? Welcome back to the LuxeGen Group Chat! This week, Sapna is joined by India and Lola to mark the official start to the season. The girls kick off by styling some of their favourite pieces from George at Asda, embracing all the key autumn trends and sharing their outfit formulas for the in-between period. Then, they debate when autumn actually begins (is it October or the second your chocolate brown nails appear?) and discuss what they're watching to get into the seasonal spirit – Gilmore Girls, Hocus Pocus, Desperate Housewives, Wuthering Heights, Teen Wolf and even Educating Yorkshire get a mention. Halloween plans are in full motion, horror films are dividing the group and there's definitely a shared love of pumpkin patches. In the beauty chat, they cover everything from the return of burgundy mascara to cherry-toned blush and Sapna also explains why she showers up to three times a day. Finally, the three share their perfect autumn weekends – think pub lunches, river walks, hot chocolates, roast dinners and partying into the night (if you're India, obviously)... Like probably most of you, my 20s was a wild roller coaster of unhinged fashion choices. I kicked off my 20s Gossip Girl style - wearing peplum skirts and heels to my classes at NYU (in 40 degree weather, mind you). I entered my mid-20s as a sneakerhead with a collection that should have probably landed me somewhere on Complex, and then also survived pandemic fashion. Now at 30, my focus is laser sharp on investing in pieces that will last a lifetime and I feel more like myself than ever. In today's episode, I talk through the most impactful style learnings from my last decade that are helping me thrive in this new one. Love the show? Follow us and leave a review!
