Change is a dynamic process that helps to create opportunity. If a person wants to experience personal growth, they must be willing to change the way they live, their behaviors, perceptions, and, often, their associations. No man who is aware of his situation and continues to refuse to challenge himself will reach his ultimate goal of personal transformation. Change must be deliberate, intentional, uncomfortable, and strategic. Book a discovery call: https://bit.ly/BOOKACALL1 Visit our website: www.xyspark.org

He warns about misleading hydrogen products, particularly hydrogen tablets, which may contain harmful compounds and alter water's pH in undesirable ways.Despite promising results and increasing research, molecular hydrogen therapy remains relatively unknown in mainstream healthcare. Greg noted that Japan has integrated hydrogen therapy into medical practice, while in the U.S., financial interests and misinformation may be slowing its adoption. Hydrogen is significantly smaller than other antioxidants, allowing it to reach deep into the mitochondria and every part of the body where other antioxidants cannot. This makes it particularly effective in combating oxidative stress linked to inflammation and various diseases.QUOTES:(11:08) “It's important to use hydrogen properly because it needs to be safe, but you want it to be effective. So we want it to work.” Greg the Hydrogen Man(21:41) “We don't realize the value of our health until it's jeopardized. Right? And then we realize how little these other things matter.” Jenn Trepeck(36:27) “They put hydrogen there because they had already seen that it was having a positive effect on all these medical conditions.” Greg the Hydrogen Man(37:26) “Inflammation is essentially the source of all sickness, illness, disease. It is oxidative stress, like the rusting of our insides.” Jenn Trepeck(40:04) “Hydrogen is the most abundant element.” Jenn Trepeck(48:51) “When we can increase the nutrient density and the way nutrients reach the different body parts, there's so much possibility.” Jenn TrepeckRESOURCES:Become A Member of Salad with a Side of FriesJenn's Free Menu PlanA Salad With a Side of FriesA Salad With A Side Of Fries MerchA Salad With a Side of Fries InstagramBiostack Over BiohackBecome a Member to Receive 10% Discount off H2 TabsNutrition Nugget: AntioxidantsWhat's Your Biological AgeGUEST RESOURCES:Uprising144K Hydrogen Man - PodcastGreg Hman - InstagramHoly Hydrogen Machine - WebsiteMy Pure Water - Carbon Distiller - WebsiteGUEST BIOGRAPHY: Greg the Hydrogen Man is a molecular hydrogen therapy specialist, researcher, and host of the popular YouTube channel Uprising144K. There is a stigma about mental health that is winning the battle over most of us who are in existence. Women are more open to admitting that it's happening and doing the work to break the cycle because they are more comfortable talking about their feelings. In this fascinating episode, Dr. Fred interviews his longtime friend Dr. Hal Blatman, a pioneering physician who shares his revolutionary "five rules" that debunk much of what is traditionally taught about the origins of pain. Blatman claims chronic pain actually stems from restrictions in the body's connective fascia that are triggered by inflammatory foods like: • Gluten • Dairy • Sugar He provides actionable tips for listeners, like accessing his "do not eat" list to try reducing inflammation at home. Blatman details how progressively eliminating these inflammatory foods over decades led to significant improvements in his own struggles with chronic pain conditions like: • Back pain • Migraines • And others He boldly argues that mainstream medicine's approach has it wrong - suggesting surgery, drugs, and other invasive treatments are often unnecessary. Instead, Blatman advocates for a fundamentally new way of understanding and treating chronic pain: • Directly treating the fascia restrictions through hands-on therapy • Changing one's diet to reduce inflammation His eye-opening perspective presents potential dietary and lifestyle changes as the keys to addressing the underlying causes, rather than just masking symptoms. It's a must-listen for anyone suffering from stubborn chronic pain conditions. In this thought-provoking short episode, Dr. Fred reflects on his recent conversation with Dr. Hal Blatman and how they both realized a shared truth - that much of what they were eagerly taught in medical school does not align with the actual reality of pain and mental illness. He outlines how Dr. Blatman's perspective challenges conventional wisdom about the sources of physical pain, distilled into several eye-opening "rules" like: • Pain does not necessarily originate from where it hurts • The specific sensation (stabbing, throbbing, etc.) is not important • The only thing you can truly believe is what you physically feel and where you are tender Similarly, Dr. Fred explains how psychiatric symptoms do not necessarily reflect the root emotional causes, which are often disconnection and trauma. The key parallels he draws are: • Looking in the wrong places to treat the pain • Being mindful of unhelpful inputs that exacerbate the issues • Getting to the authentic truth as the path to healing The core message is about transforming outdated narratives around the sources of physical and emotional pain. For Dr. Blatman, it means looking to bodily restrictions and dietary triggers rather than simplistic mechanical models. For Dr. Fred, it means moving past surface-level psychiatric labels to understand and resolve emotional disconnects. Ultimately, their shared vision is an approach that compassionately and thoroughly addresses the true root causes, without judgement - then protects against re-injury through mindful self-care. It's a call to re-examine conventional assumptions in favor of new truthful paths toward profound healing.

Brendan Berry grew up feeling uncomfortable in his body. Anxiety and suicidal thoughts came early and he found himself in many situations where he felt like an outsider. He excelled in sports, but even that seemed to take him away from his peers as his skills meant he was asked to play at higher levels with older kids. When hazing in sports began, he left the group and began hanging out with the kids who drank and used. He began waking up in the night to drink vodka after his parents went to sleep. His grades tanked at one point dropping as low as a .56 gpa. He became disheveled and wore the same clothes everyday. His relationship with his parents unraveled to the point where they told him they were sending him away to Cedar's Academy. There he witnessed or experienced mental, physical and sexual abuse. When he finally escaped the situation he hit the bottle as hard as he possibly could. As his drinking and using escalated, a dream remained of finding a career in music. He found a way into music school but only lasted a semester and half before he ODed and ended up in the ICU in a coma with a ventilator. The use didn't stop there. What followed was rehab, relapses, and finally lasting recovery. With recovery came a life he'd always dreamed of.
