Alex and Facci discuss Alex Len not signing with Indiana, and the Pacers bringing in Jahlil Okafor on a 10-day contract. Then, they answer Pt. 1 of the Mailbag Podcast. 1). Northeast Nightmare over on Blue Sky has 3 questions for us! A). First, rank which opponent you'd like to see Indiana face in the first round out of Milwaukee, Detroit, Miami and Orlando. 1st by matchup, 2nd by storyline. B). Do you think Myles Turner will credit the Pacers $10M towards his next contract since Indiana did him a service and paid him nearly $30M a year on the last renegotiation and extension? C). Will the Pacers use Isaiah Jackson's disabled player exception to sign Alex Len? Is there any benefit towards that? (Mentioned James Johnson needing to be released, but this is why they traded Wiseman). 2). Aaron M — THE GOVERNOR of the Setting The Pace Fan Club Do you think the best chance for the Pacers to win an NBA title is actually continuity, or is that just a word they throw around? This is considering the odds the Pacers win the #1 pick are zero like they appear to be. 3). Chuck and Jamie — THE OG FANS OF THE WEEK! At the halfway point: What has been your biggest surprise this season? Who has made the most improvements? Who/what has been the most disappointing? One thing you hope to see in the second half of the season? 4). Roosters — the President of the Setting The Pace Fan Club In your estimations what are the chances Herb goes into the tax this offseason to sign Myles to a long term deal? Also, what would you be willing to sign him to if it were up to you? Personally I'd try to get him for 5/100 and offer him a NTC. Knowing may have to go higher AAV. Learn more about your ad choices. In this week's installment of the Out of Site Podcast: Special Engagement Series, your hosts Adio Royster and David Early take you to a universe that spawned in 2015 when the Philadelphia 76ers drafted Duke University big man Jahlil Okafor with the 3rd overall pick. It's unfortunate the Los Angeles Lakers leapfrogged both the Sixers and the New York Knicks because it MAY HAVE given the Sixers the opportunity to draft a player who may have been a better fit -- Ohio State guard D'Angelo Russell. Adio and David tackle that possibility, as well as other possibilities that could have risen, had the universe split into a different realm. Trade down for Devin Booker? Taking a swing at Kristaps Porzingis? What could have been? Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

*deep breath* FOOTBALL IS BACK BABY!!! Before we get to that, we have to bring you all the happenings in the wide world of sports. The boys talk about a few minor trades and signings in the NBA including Jahlil Okafor somehow ending back up on the Nets and the Lakers somehow getting another veteran free agent for pennies on the dollar. For baseball, Alex pleads with the Phillies to not blow this incredible chance to make the playoffs and then debates with Robby which team will have the least amount of wins to end the season (Orioles or Diamondbacks). Finally, we are way too excited that football is back so we decided to bring out two segments. First, the boys recap the last bit of preseason news and give their predictions for the Week 1 slate of games. Finally, they do the first ever "Time Capsule Picks". These picks will NOT be talked ever again, UNTIL the end of the season. The boys give their picks for MVP, Bad boy of the Year, and Overrated and Underrated team of the year. All this and more on this episode of Gym Class All-Stars!!
What's Up Y'all. Cam and Kyle are BACK to discuss the Nets and Lakers' moves to create ridiculous depth, Jahlil Okafor is only 25 years old, Clemson v Georgia, UFC Madness and Paddy Pimblett. We also discuss Cristiano Ronaldo, Famous Athlete encounters, and WHO HE PLAY FOR!!! Check out Cam's Work https://linktr.ee/Dailysportsdosage and Kyle's Work https://linktr.ee/ComicalSports
The Nets were finally able to trade away DeAndre Jordan, clearing that contract off of their books and saving $47 million in luxury tax as well. They sent him, cash considerations, and a bunch of second-round picks to the Detroit Pistons for Jahlil Okafor and Sekou Dombouya. It was an interesting trade all things considered and can't be seen as anything else but another massive win for Sean Marks and company. Clearing out Jordan and the money paved the way for LaMarcus Aldridge to sign with the Nets and they brought in Paul Millsap as well. The guys will get to those two signings on tomorrow's podcast.
