The Chinese government is controlling his citizen and that wants our governments to do also..The Chinese have face detection cameras installed at public places and are so checking what their people are doing..For instance, they want that you visit your parents regularly…And if you don't do so you can't use the public transportation anymore or go on vacation…Today our government wants that we pay with our mobile phone and not with cash anymore…They argue you can't pay for tax less service anymore..But what is if you can't pay with cash anymore… They can control where you can spend your money…Even worse they want to introduce to stable coins,… that are Cryptos with an equal value of their currencies….We have already stable coins for US dollar, Euro…1… The government can so create money endless with stable coins…And they can program our stable coins how to spend it… If they don't want you buying petrol for your car… they program your stable coins to exclude petrol…Or, in Europe, it is legal to limit your spending through the government, if you have posted good things about Putin… Is this Democracy? In the USA, every new car has a stop switch build inside the engine, so that the government can stop your engine, so that you can't use your car anymore…. They say, if you drive too dangerous we can prevent that with that switch… Now, they have created a new identification system with an eye(or iris)- foot-print or another identification system so that they can track you and control you..In Thailand, they use already an identification system on the border, so you don't have to show your passport anymore when you are registered….For sure, I am not registered, but I can get wire taped, because I worked in High-Tech-industry.If you give one time your permission you get wire-taped your entire life…. We get already controlled from Google and Facebook to sell us their garbage… But what is if they give all of their information to the government? For instance you sleep with your neighbor's wife… Next day you can't use your car and your account is locked… So,they do in China already. But what is, if you post something negative about our corrupt, lying, kid rapist, president (you know who I mean?), Israel … or the people in the Epstein regime, they do the same thing. My Video: Your Money Is Being Reprogrammed https://youtu.be/Ba4CKcrXUKkMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Your-Money-Is-Being-Reprogrammed.mp3
The scariest monsters are the ones that lurk within our souls.Believe only half of what you see and nothing that you hear. There is no beauty without some strangeness.I became insane, with long intervals of horrible sanity. All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream. The believer is happy. The doubter is wise. Those who gossip with you will gossip about you.Years of love have been forgot, In the hatred of a minute.I remained too much inside my head and ended up losing my mind.Never to suffer would have been never to have been blessed. If a man deceives me once, shame on him; if he deceives me twice, shame on me.If a poem hasn't ripped apart your soul; you haven't experienced poetry. All suffering originates from craving, from attachment, from desire.A lie travels round the world while truth is putting her boots on.A wise man hears one word and understands two.To die laughing must be the most glorious of all glorious deaths! The past is a pebble in my shoe.My Video: Edgar Allan Poe Quotes https://youtu.be/lWV-EQS3BggMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Edgar-Allan-Poe-Quotes.mp3
I had already tried putting castor oil on my navel – and it was good. But then I discovered something far more powerful:Applying castor oil to the entire abdomen – the area between your chest and pelvis, where there are no ribs or bones. That changes everything. Why the Abdomen?During the night, your body enters its natural redemption cycle – a time of deep cleaning, repair, and rejuvenation.Castor oil applied to the abdomen amplifies this process in ways that surprised even me.What It Does for Your GutCastor oil mobilizes your colon and gut through peristaltic waves – the natural contractions that move waste through your system. It breaks down the fermented biofilm coating on your intestinal walls. That sticky, stinky film?It gets dissolved and eliminated. And in the morning? You see the difference. My Personal Experience – 14 DaysI've been doing this for 14 days – and the results are astonishing. The First Few DaysWhen I went to the toilet in the morning, it looked much worse at first.Lots of gas.Soft poop, shattered in small pieces. But I let it work. After 3 DaysMy stomach started flattening.Digestion improved visibly. After 14 DaysMy poop became perfect – a clear sign of a healthy gut.Additional Benefits – Beyond the GutThis simple nightly practice delivers a cascade of benefits:Benefit How It WorksFlatter stomach Reduced bloating and gut inflammationLymphatic flush 60% more lymphocytes – immune boostDeeper sleep Calms the nervous systemReduced inflammation Systemic anti-inflammatory effectNatural Botox Improved skin elasticity and toneClearer mind A clean colon = a clean mindWhy This WorksYour gut is called your "second brain" for a reason. When your colon is clean:Toxins are eliminatedInflammation dropsSleep improvesSkin glowsMental clarity sharpensCastor oil applied externally to the abdomen supports this internal cleansing process – gently, naturally, and effectively. How to Do It – Simple ProtocolTake a small amount of high-quality, cold-pressed castor oil.Apply generously to your entire abdomen (from below the chest to above the pelvis).Massage gently in clockwise circles for 2–3 minutes.Cover with an old cloth or wear an old T-shirt (oil can stain).Sleep through the night – and let your body do its work.Morning AfterWhen you wake up:Notice your toilet routine – it will improve over timeObserve your stomach – flatter and less bloatedFeel your energy – clearer and lighterFinal Thought"A clean colon is a clean mind."This ancient remedy is one of the simplest, most effective things you can do for your gut, your sleep, your skin – and your overall well-being.Try it for at least 14 days. So longer so better… The results will speak for themselves. My Video: Apply Castor Oil on Your Abdomen Before Sleep – And Miracles Will Happen https://youtu.be/gUUYvbceYFAMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Apply-Castor-Oil-on-Your-Abdomen-Before-Sleep-And-Miracles-Will-Happen.mp3

I never said, 'I want to be alone.' I only said, 'I want to be let alone!' There is all the difference.Life would be so wonderful if we only knew what to do with it.I like the sea: we understand one another. It is always yearning, sighing for something it cannot have; and so am I.Is there anything better than to be longing for something, when you know it is within reach?Every one of us lives this life just once, if we are honest, to live once is enough.Anyone who has a continuous smile on his face conceals a toughness that is almost frightening. You don't have to be married to have a good friend as your partner for life.I've always wanted two lives - one for the movies, one for myself.I don't like to talk to people, because I can't express myself satisfactorily. I don't say the things I mean. Why should you care for a woman like me? I'm always nervous or sick, or sad or too gay.I was always sad as a child, for as long as I can think back. I hated crowds of people, and used to sit in a corner by myself, just thinking.I cannot see myself as a wife. Ugly word.I always wanted to do my best. I got nothing free—I had to work hard.My Video: Greta Garbo Quotes https://youtu.be/gCtxL90DkPYMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Greta-Garbo-Quotes.mp3
When the Map is Not the Territory: A Letter from the Other Side of Doubt.I was raised on the clean, bright maps of atheism. The territory was clear: matter, energy, cause and effect. God was a fairy tale, a psychological crutch, an explanatory ghost fading before the dawn of science. I believed in the map. It was logical, defensible, and safe. Then, through the quiet archaeology of meditation and the alchemy of conscious Tantra, I began to feel the ground beneath the map. It wasn't an idea. It was a presence. A current. A kind of intelligence in the fabric of things that responded—not to prayers, but to the quality of my attention, the openness of my heart, the surrender of my identity. God wasn't a theory to be believed in; it was a reality to be encountered, intimately and relentlessly. Then the storm came. My constructed world—relationships, security, identity—was washed away. In that total ruin, where every concept drowned, something else rose. Kundalini. Not a metaphor, but a physiological, spiritual, and psychological earthquake that rewired my very being. It was the demolition of the observer and the fusion with the observed. In that crucible, "faith" became a laughably small word. You don't have faith in the sun. You open your eyes and it is there. You don't have faith in gravity. You let go and you fall. Connection replaced belief. God ceased to be a separate noun and became the verb of existence itself—the conscious, loving, fierce, and incomprehensible intelligence singing the atoms, dreaming the galaxies, and beating in the cage of my own ribs.So when I read the debates—the "fine-tuning" arguments, the philosophical quibbles, the "proofs" for and against—it feels like watching brilliant scholars argue over the chemical composition of ink while missing the poem it writes. To the doubter, with respect:I am not here to convince you. Your doubt is sacred. It protects you from cheap answers. Cling to it. But understand its jurisdiction.Science is the magnificent study of the waveform. It measures frequency, amplitude, and interaction. But God is the ocean. You cannot catch the ocean in a net built for waves.Your logic is a flashlight in a room of objects. It is impeccable for that task. But what happens when you turn the flashlight on itself? On the one who holds it? On the space between objects? The light falls short. This isn't a failure of logic. It's a definition of its domain. "Wisdom is born when logic dies" doesn't mean we become foolish. It means we switch instruments—from the microscope to the musical ear, from the calculator to the heart. The mysteries you rightly point to—synchronicity, NDEs, the inexplicable knowing of love, the butterfly effect—are not gaps in knowledge. They are hints. They are the ocean leaking through the seams of the waveform. They are the territory whispering that it is alive, aware, and meaningfully patterned in ways that transcend linear causality.Fine-tuning isn't a proof; it's a vibe. The universe doesn't just allow life; it gushes with life, consciousness, and breathtaking beauty at every scale. The atheist sees a stunning accident. I have felt the Stunner. You ask if life is predetermined. From here, the question melts. It's like a river asking if its path is predetermined. The riverbank (the laws, the planets, your genetics) sets certain parameters. But the water (consciousness, God) is always free, always flowing, always finding its way. Astrology and fate are attempts to read the riverbank. God is the experience of being the water and the flow.So I write this not to win a debate, but to issue an invitation from beyond the battlefield:Perhaps God is not a being to be proven, but a dimension of being to be experienced. It is not the conclusion of an argument, but the ground from which all arguments arise. My experience is my evidence. But it is not transferable. I can only say: the maps I once held are now ashes. The territory is holy. The doubt that once protected me from dogma now seems like a diligent guard outside a door I've walked through. The door is not marked "Religion." It is marked "Total Vulnerability, Shattering, and Direct Perception."You may never walk through it. You may not need to. But know this: on the other side of your impeccable, honorable doubt, there is not superstition. There is not belief. There is recognition. And it feels like coming home to a home you never knew you'd left.My Video: Exist God or not? https://youtu.be/8NwknOliaRIMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Exist-God-or-not.mp3
This type of exercise is brilliant because it doesn't force the muscles to relax, but rather creates the conditions for the nervous system to let go of chronic tension on its own. This is a fundamental principle of many bodywork modalities like the Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, and Somatics. In the beginning you need maybe 10 to 15 minutes to do this exercise, later you can do it in 5 minutes. The Exercise: A Step-by-Step GuideWhat you'll need: A comfortable space on the floor with a mat or carpet, and a small pillow or towel (optional, for under your head).Step 1: The Setup (The "Constructive Rest" Position)Lie on your back on the floor.Place a small pillow or folded towel under your head if needed, so your neck is comfortable and your chin is slightly tucked, not jutting up.Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor.Position your feet so they are hip-width apart or shoulder-width, parallel to each other.Adjust your feet so they are far enough away from your buttocks that your knees are pointing directly up towards the ceiling. Your thighs and calves should form roughly a 90-degree angle.Let your arms rest comfortably at your sides, palms down or up, whatever feels natural.Step 2: The Active Release (Letting the Knees "Talk")Close your eyes and bring your attention to your pelvis and lower back. Take a few deep, calming breaths. Now, begin to very slowly and gently allow your knees to fall or drop towards each other. Don't use your strong outer thigh muscles to force them. Instead, imagine you are just allowing them to go inward, releasing the muscles that would normally hold them apart.Let them fall only as far as they want to. You might feel a slight shaking or tremor—this is a great sign! It means muscles are starting to unlock. Then, just as slowly and patiently, allow your knees to drift back apart to their starting position. Again, don't force them. Imagine they are floating open on their own. This is the key: The movement should be initiated by a feeling of release, not muscular effort. You are basically asking the question: "What happens if I stop holding my legs apart?" and then "What happens if I stop holding them together?"Repeat this gentle, rocking motion. As you continue, you might notice that the movement starts to feel more rhythmic and autonomous. The knees may start to knock together and fall apart by themselves, as you described.Step 3: The "Somatic" Response (Letting the Body Take Over)After several minutes of this patient, gentle rocking, you may begin to feel a new sensation. The movement may become less about your knees and more about your lower back and pelvis. You might feel your lower back gently pressing into the floor and then releasing. You might feel your pelvic floor muscles subtly contracting and relaxing. Your stomach muscles may start to quiver or engage involuntarily. This is the "somatic" response. Your brain is reconnecting with chronically tight muscles and teaching them how to let go. The body is now moving by itself, unwinding the deep-seated tension patterns.Simply observe this process. Don't try to control it or make it bigger. Just be a curious witness to the gentle, spontaneous movements of your own body. Why This Exercise Is So Effective (The Science of Release)It Targets the Psoas Muscle: The psoas (so-as) is a deep core muscle that connects your spine to your legs. It is the body's primary postural muscle and is intimately connected to our fight-or-flight response. When we are stressed, anxious, or have experienced trauma, the psoas chronically tightens, shortening and pulling on the lower back. This exercise puts the psoas in a position where it can finally be "asked" to lengthen and release. It Engages the Parasympathetic Nervous System: The constructive rest position itself is calming. By adding this gentle, non-demanding movement, you are signaling to your nervous system that it is safe to let go of the protective bracing patterns held in the pelvis and lower back. It's a Form of Pandiculation: This is a fancy word for the natural way that cats and dogs stretch. A pandiculation involves three steps: 1) consciously contracting a muscle, 2) slowly and consciously releasing it, and 3) relaxing completely. This exercise does this by allowing the muscles to contract (as the knees fall together and the back engages) and then slowly release (as the knees drift apart). This neurological process is the most effective way to reset a muscle's resting length and erase chronic tension. It's a powerful tool for self-care. Your patience and gentle approach are the true secrets to its success. My Video: How to release your tension in the lower back and pelvic area? https://youtu.be/HtnG68-MFA8My Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/How-to-release-your-tension-in-the-lower-back-and-pelvic-area.mp3
(And Why You Might Want To)For over a year, I was faithful to my morning ritual: turmeric with black pepper, every single day. The internet promised me reduced inflammation, better recovery, and all-around wellness magic.Honestly? It did nothing for me.I kept waiting for the benefits everyone raved about—the energy, the anti-inflammatory wonders, the glow. Instead, I got… well, nothing noticeable.Turns out, the science explains why.The Turmeric ProblemRecent studies reveal that even when combined with black pepper (which helps absorption) and taken with fat, turmeric's active compounds are only absorbed at **20-30%** . And here's the kicker: within **2-3 hours**, it's virtually gone from your bloodstream. So unless you're timing your turmeric intake with military precision around every meal, you're probably not getting much from it.Enter Black Ginger: Thailand's Ancient SecretFor centuries, Thai traditional medicine has relied on a powerful root called Black Ginger (*Kaempferia parviflora*). And now? Modern science is finally catching up to what herbalists have known all along. The verdict: Black Ginger is approximately **20 times more potent** than turmeric, absorbs effectively without needing fat, and offers a wider range of scientifically-validated benefits. What Makes Black Ginger So Powerful? The magic lies in compounds called **polymethoxyflavones**—potent antioxidants that your body can absorb efficiently and put to work immediately. Here's what the research shows:Physical Performance & EnergyBlack Ginger has been traditionally used by Thai boxers—and for good reason. A 2024 study found that mice given black ginger extract for 8 weeks showed **significantly enhanced endurance**. Human research suggests it may improve energy metabolism, helping your body burn fat for fuel more effectively.Male Reproductive HealthTraditionally valued as an aphrodisiac, studies indicate black ginger may support healthy testosterone levels, increase sperm density, and improve blood flow.Antioxidant & Anti-inflammatory PowerThe polymethoxyflavones in black ginger combat oxidative stress and reduce inflammation throughout the body. Bonus: research suggests it may even help heal and prevent stomach ulcers.Weight ManagementBy influencing how your body stores and uses fat, black ginger may support healthy weight management—especially when combined with an active lifestyle.Cardiovascular & Cellular HealthEarly research points to protective effects for heart health, while other studies suggest it may support skin health by promoting collagen and elastin production. The Relaxation ParadoxHere's what fascinates me most: Thai monks have traditionally used black ginger for relaxation. At first glance, that seems contradictory—a herb that boosts energy *and* promotes calm?Modern brain wave studies explain why. Research shows that black ginger increases **alpha brain waves** (associated with relaxation and calm focus) while decreasing **beta waves** (linked to stress and anxiety). It also appears to support healthy dopamine levels. So rather than stimulating or sedating, black ginger seems to *balance*—creating a state of calm energy that ancient traditions have understood for centuries. How to Use Black GingerTraditional and clinical doses typically range from **1.2g to 1.35g daily**. Unlike turmeric, you don't need to carefully combine it with fat or pepper for absorption—your body can utilize it effectively on its own.**A quick word of caution:** As with any supplement, consult your healthcare provider before starting, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medications. Long-term safety studies are still emerging.## The Bottom LineTurmeric has had its moment in the wellness spotlight—and for many people, it genuinely works. But if you've been taking it faithfully without feeling the benefits, you're not imagining things.Black ginger offers a science-backed alternative that's been trusted for centuries in traditional medicine. It's more potent, better absorbed, and may deliver the results you've been looking for.Sometimes the newest wellness trend is actually the oldest one.My Video: Why I Ditched Turmeric for Black Ginger https://youtu.be/uS3AHQOHXrUMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Why-I-Ditched-Turmeric-for-Black-Ginger.mp3
If you have two versions of yourself, you feel embarrassed when you don't live up to your own standards. You want to improve, so you create a "better" version of yourself. One version is how you want to be seen in public—on social media, at work, among friends. This is the version that tells everyone, "I'm doing great."The other version is who you are in private. No show. No performance. This is the version with all the bad habits, the anxieties, the fears. And buried beneath it all, there is often a small voice that just wants to be authentic. But then the fear creeps in:What if other people discover my private self? That fear—that exposure—is shame. And when those two versions inevitably don't match, you feel a low-grade tension that never fully goes away. A constant, quiet unease.Guilt vs. ShamePeople often use "guilt" and "shame" interchangeably, but they are not the same thing.Guilt is: "I did something bad."Shame is: "I am bad."Shame is the belief that if people really knew you, they would reject you.And so you hide. You construct another version of yourself—a persona—because somewhere along the way, you decided that the real you wasn't acceptable. The Problem with the PersonaThe problem with operating from a place of persona is that you can never actually receive love.Even when people give you love, attention, or approval, there is always a voice in the back of your mind whispering:"Yeah, but they don't know the real me. They like the version I'm presenting—not who I actually am."The love goes to the persona. And you are standing right behind it, wondering if any of it was ever really meant for you.The Self-Help TrapIf you're not careful, self-improvement becomes another mask. You build an idealized version of yourself in your head. The version that runs 50 habits at once, never takes an off day, and somehow wakes up motivated every morning. Everywhere you turn, the message is the same: "If you're not growing, you're dying."And then you do something completely human: you sleep in, you skip the workout, you procrastinate, you have a low-energy week. And instead of adjusting like it's no big deal, you use it as evidence to beat yourself up.This is the trap: We can use self-improvement to fuel self-hate.The very thing that is supposed to make you better ends up making you fragile—because your worth becomes tied to your performance. And underneath all of it? Shame. The belief that who you are right now isn't okay. That you have to constantly be becoming someone else just to deserve love, success, or happiness. The Real SolutionThe solution to all of this isn't more self-improvement.It's more self-acceptance.Where to Start1. Trace the RootsGrab a journal and go somewhere quiet. Write down the messages you received as a kid that made you feel like it wasn't okay to be who you were—just as you were.Don't overthink it. Just let it flow. Try to trace back where some of this shame actually came from. It didn't appear out of nowhere. It has roots. You might discover:Your fear of being "too much" came from being told to quiet down as a child.Your need to always have a joke ready came from learning that humor kept the peace.Your perfectionism came from feeling that love was conditional on achievement. One important thing: Name it, don't blame it.The goal isn't to trap yourself in victim mode or figure out whose fault everything was. You're simply trying to identify the messages so you can start questioning them.2. Experience Real ConnectionWhen you participate in authentic self-discovery groups—like Encounter, Bioenergetics, or Primal therapy—you realize something profound:Nobody is perfect. In fact, many people are dealing with things far heavier than you ever imagined. And the solution, you discover, is simple: Be as authentic as you can, in as many settings as you can.The beautiful thing is that when you stop performing, you give others permission to stop performing too. Your spouse, your friends, your family—they can also be authentic. And then, for the first time, two real entities can meet—without pretense, without masks. That is the foundation of true love.My Video: What Is Shame? https://youtu.be/twumEjZR0eMMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/What-Is-Shame.mp3

I got tendonitis in my elbow from wood chopping.I tried to heal it with ice, frequencies (Rife generator), stretching, and massage. But I could not heal it, and it became chronic within a year. Whenever I strained my arm, it started again. Now, I have healed it.MassageMassage the entire arm with this castor oil blend:- 60–70% castor oil- 20–30% DMSO- 10% black seed oil or clove oilDo this 3 to 5 times per day. Focus on the area of pain or the problem while you massage, but be gentle.StretchingAlways stretch your arm when you have pain. Stretch the arm with the help of your other arm. Bend your hand 90 degrees upward and stretch your straight arm, then bend your hand 90 degrees downward and stretch your straight arm again.Pain is gone. Now comes the magic!!!Take 1 teaspoon of moringa powder with your food, 3 to 5 times per day. Moringa powder heals bone and joint inflammation and is used for that in Ayurveda.Take 2 black seed oil capsules per day—best is 1000mg from Now. Never ever trust unbranded or unknown herb capsules. I only take herbs from Now or Double Swords.- The first capsule you take on an empty stomach in the morning, and you don't eat anything for 30 minutes.- The second capsule you take at night, 2 hours after your dinner, and you don't eat anything afterward. You can drink moringa with water, black ginger, lemon, and honey.Black ginger is also very good. It heals inflammation and is also an aphrodisiac, but it is hard to get. It tastes and smells like bitter medicine, yet it feels so good in the stomach. Just 1–2 grams of black ginger with lemon and honey. It heals inflammation and has been used for centuries in Thai and Chinese medicine.Have patience—it takes time to heal. But you will feel the difference in days.Always consult a doctor and check your tendinitis. My Video: How I Healed My Tendonitis? https://youtu.be/Slc93-IxNrAMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/How-I-Healed-My-Tendonitis.mp3
What kind of relationship problems do we face?If every argument makes you want to break up, your trauma is talking. When your partner upsets you, your brain immediately jumps to ending the relationship. That reaction comes from unhealed emotional wounds, not the actual severity of the problem. You depend too heavily on their responses, expecting them to perfectly meet your emotional needs every single time. You want instant replies when you are excited, immediate comfort when you are sad. When they fall short, the disappointment feels crushing, and running away seems like the only option. You avoid conflict because you never learned how to navigate it.People with secure attachment face relationship problems differently. They stay and say, “Let's work through this.”But when you have been hurt before, every small issue feels like touching an open wound. So your instinct is to flee, to end it, believing that is the only way to protect yourself. The “cut your losses” mindset online makes this worse. He doesn't text back fast enough, so you assume he doesn't care. A minor disagreement becomes a dealbreaker. But often, you are just giving up too quickly. All of these problems fit me, and through awareness, therapy, and meditation, I was able to solve them. If I could do that, you can do it too.My childhood was very traumatic. From the beginning, I stayed the first three months in quarantine… With my childhood, I was the worst case in every therapy group.---1. AwarenessFirst, you need awareness when something is going wrong. Without awareness, you can't solve any problem. We all have blind spots. Invite a friend (or friends) or let them listen through your cell phone when you have an argument. Then ask your friend what went wrong. You want an honest answer that can help you stop repeating the same issue. All relationship problems are connected to your childhood — there is no exception.Get a therapist to release the traumas that are driving your relationship problems.---2. No rigid “rights”From the beginning, it was — and still is — absolutely ridiculous to me to demand your rights. “If I do the housework, you do the garden work…” This will never ever work out.For people like me, I don't care if I have to work more. For lazy people, it's a big issue to empty the garbage. In our Ashram, we learned — and everybody should learn — to do every work without complaints. Finish. You got it.---3. No ego tripWhat is your ego trip? Or your life standards that don't fit your partner? Song Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien She touched my soul with this and that happened to all… Non, rien de rien — No, nothing at allNon, je ne regrette rien — No, I regret nothingNi le bien qu'on m'a fait, ni le mal — Neither the good done to me, nor the badTout ça m'est bien égal — It's all the same to meC'est payé, balayé, oublié — It's paid for, swept away, forgottenJe me fous du passé — I don't care about the past (informal/strong) Use your faults, use your defects; then you're going to be a star. When you reach the top, you should remember to send the elevator back down for the others.Singing is a way of escaping. It's another world. I'm no longer on earth.I want to make people cry even when they don't understand my words. All I've done all my life is disobey.Every damn fool thing you do in this life you pay for.My conservatory is in the streets. My intelligence is instinct.Don't care what people say. Don't give a damn about their laws.As far as I'm concerned, love means fighting, big fat lies, and a couple of slaps across the face.I always thought my days spent in darkness [as a child she had cataracts and was unable to see for nearly four years] gave me a very special sensitivity. Much later, when I really wanted to hear, really 'see' a song, I'd close my eyes, and when I wanted to bring it out of the very depths of myself, out of my guts, out of my belly, when the song had to come from far away, I'd close my eyes.I think you have to pay for love with bitter tears.I can die now. I've lived twice.Performers and their public should never meet. Once the curtain comes down, the performer should fly away like a magician's dove.I don't lie; I improve on my life.If God has allowed me to earn so much money, it is because He knows I give it all away.Drugs are a carnival in hell.My Video: Edith Piaf Quotes https://youtu.be/LModeLh87B8My Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Edith-Piaf-Quotes.mp3

Book: The study of the art of motorcycle maintenance The only Zen you can find on the tops of mountains is the Zen you bring up there.Quality is a direct experience independent of and prior to intellectual abstractions. To live only for some future goal is shallow. It's the sides of the mountain that sustain life, not the top.If you run from technology, it will chase you.The place to improve the world is first in one's own heart and head and hands.Boredom always precedes a period of great creativity. We do need a return to individual integrity, self-reliance, and old-fashioned gumption. We really do.The truth knocks on the door and you say, go away, I'm looking for the truth, and it goes away. Puzzling.Metaphysics is a restaurant where they give you a thirty thousand page menu, and no food. The Buddha resides as comfortably in the circuits of a digital computer or the gears of a cycle transmission as he does at the top of a mountain. If you stare at a wall from four in the morning till nine at night, and you do that for a week, you are getting pretty close to nothingness. When somebody goes outside the cultural norms, the culture has to protect itself.I really don't mind dying because I figure I haven't wasted this life. There's no such thing as morality. My Video: Robert M. In Bhutan, you see many houses and temples decorated with phallus symbols. Naturally, you ask: Why?This question leads to profound insights—and just might change your life.Who Was Drukpa Kunley?Drukpa Kunley was born in 1455 in Lhasa, Tibet. He became a monk and later a Lama, following the Tantric teachings. He was a deeply sincere seeker with great insights, and during his time in monasteries, he was admired for his wisdom. But he often asked uncomfortable questions—questions that mostly went unanswered. What if our discipline is driven by fear of punishment or a need for validation? What if we achieve a higher rank and feel proud of it? Isn't that motivation rooted in ego?Why do we need validation that we are "good"?Isn't our very search for enlightenment an ego trip? Why do we aspire to become a Lama or a Rinpoche?Might it not be better to just be an ordinary person? The Monk Who Left the MonasteryOne day, he left the monastery for good. He traveled through Tibet, teaching as he went—but he was just as likely to be found in taverns, drinking alcohol with ordinary people. When he visited temples, he would invite the monks to drink with him. If they refused, he would ask:"Are you afraid of the alcohol? Or are you afraid of breaking the rules? Or perhaps you're afraid of losing your status as an honorable monk?"The Saint of 5000 WomenDrukpa Kunley became known for his unconventional methods of enlightening others—especially women, which earned him the title "The Saint of 5000 Women." Women would sometimes seek his blessing through sexual intercourse. His intention was radical for his time: to show that enlightenment and a healthy sex life are not mutually exclusive. He sought to demonstrate that celibacy is not a requirement for spiritual realization. How the Mad Saint Saved BhutanAt that time, Bhutan was suffering from unfavorable signs that led to bad harvests. The people needed a solution to change their negative karma. They asked Drukpa Kunley for his blessing. He explained that Bhutan was under a curse from a goddess. To counter it, he introduced sexual Tantra to the kingdom. From that moment on, the curse was lifted, and the land prospered again.Teachings That ChallengeMany religious people came to him for advice. They would list all the practices and sacrifices they had already made on their spiritual path. His response cut through their seeking:"If you have done it the right way, why do you need my validation?"He taught that if you have built a genuine connection—a true faith—in God, you don't need anyone else to validate it.The Ego Trap of EnlightenmentDrukpa Kunley questioned the very goals of the spiritual path:In Buddhism, the goal is Nirvana, enlightenment, or freedom from rebirth. But he saw these as ego-driven aspirations. You cannot reach them, he suggested, because they were never truly separate from you to begin with. The Sufis say: Don't make a business out of your death. Surrender to God without conditions—not even for paradise. The true Christians, he observed, put God first in every decision, without conditions or bargaining. Why Do We Need Spiritual Titles?Drukpa Kunley also questioned the need for spiritual titles—Lama, Rinpoche, and so on. These, he pointed out, are creations of the ego.Purpose vs. FaithWestern philosophy has created a life built around purpose or mission—think of Tolstoy. This often happens, Drukpa Kunley might observe, when people have lost their faith in God.The danger of a purpose-driven life is that your purpose can be taken away. You can age, fall ill, or face war—and suddenly your mission is gone. But no one can take away your connection to God.Faith in God is infinitely superior to any earthly purpose. My Video: Drukpa Kunley: The Mad SaintMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Drukpa-Kunley-The-Mad-Saint.mp3
Two simple practices can make a profound difference:Massage THIS spot for 1 minute daily to restore potency.Add raw, unprocessed cacao mass to your morning drink—it will improve your performance in every area of your life. The 60-Second Massage That Changes EverythingWhen you gently massage this point for 60 seconds each day, you:Detox the blood vessels in the pelvic areaRelease chronic tension in the pelvic musclesDecompress the nerves responsible for erection, restoring sensitivityMassage the prostate glandWhat Is This Point? This is one of the most important points in Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is called:The PerineumHui Yin (in Chinese medicine)The "One Million Dollar Point"The "Gate of Death"This point is located in the area of the root chakra, and it connects the root chakra directly to the crown chakra.Where to find it:It lies between your legs, between the scrotum and the tip of your tailbone (coccyx). There is a small "cave" or indentation—massage inside this area. The point may feel tender at first. With regular massage, the tenderness will fade. How to Massage This PointBe gentle. Use light pressure—never force it.Use oil. Castor oil is ideal, but any natural cold-pressed oil (like coconut oil) works well.Be consistent. Massage every day. You may begin to notice results after about one month. Continue the practice for life.Get comfortable. Lie down on your bed relaxed, or sit on the edge of a chair with your knees open. If your pelvis is tense, you won't get the full benefit.Timing matters. Do not do this massage right before sexual activity. Do it when you are relaxed, without pressure or expectation.Technique:Massage the area gently, then press for 5 seconds, release for 5 seconds. Repeat this 4 times.Raw Cacao: Nature's Performance BoosterRaw cacao mass supports your entire body—including your sexual vitality. It has one of the highest antioxidant levels of any food, specifically flavonoids, which are superb for cardiovascular health. And good circulation is exactly what your sexual organs need.1. Better Cardiovascular and Heart HealthBlood Pressure & Circulation: The high level of flavanols in raw cacao helps produce nitric oxide, which relaxes arteries, lowers blood pressure, and improves overall blood flow.Reduced "Bad" Cholesterol: Raw cacao helps reduce the oxidation of LDL cholesterol, preventing plaque formation. This benefit is often lost in heavily processed chocolate.2. Superior Antioxidant ContentRaw cacao contains significantly higher levels of antioxidants—specifically flavonoids—because it is not subjected to high heat (roasting) or chemical processing. It has one of the highest ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) scores of any food. Some estimates suggest it has 40 times the antioxidants of blueberries.3. Improved Cognitive Function and MoodMental Clarity: Raw cacao boosts focus, memory, and attention span by improving cerebral blood flow.Natural Mood Enhancer: It contains compounds like Anandamide (the "bliss molecule") and Phenylethylamine (PEA), which promote feelings of euphoria and relaxation. These compounds are far more preserved in raw, unprocessed cacao.4. Higher Mineral DensityMagnesium: Essential for muscle function, nerve health, and heart health.Iron: Raw cacao provides a highly absorbable source of plant-based iron—especially valuable for vegetarians and vegans.Other Minerals: It is also rich in potassium, copper, manganese, and phosphorus. My Video: How to Increase Your Potency? https://youtu.be/pXt7lpbOeNQMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/How-to-Increase-Your-Potency.mp3
For many years, Carl Jung studied dying people and published his observations shortly before his own death. Here is what he discovered.1. You do not have a soul. You are the soul.2. As people drew closer to death, their dreams changed completely.3. In their dreams, the ego began to fade—along with concerns about reputation, wealth, success, and identity.4. Symbols of homelessness, mandalas, circles, and images of completion began to appear.5. These symbols appeared in a specific sequence, as if the psyche knew that death was near.6. The psyche was preparing for a transformation—or a return. (Jung explored this deeply in his book Memories, Dreams, Reflections.)7. In their final week, patients stopped fearing death. It wasn't because they had found religion. It was because their unconscious had shown them something—a vision, a knowing—that their "small self" was only a temporary construction. Beneath it, something was waiting. Something that had already been there. Something that did not die.Jung called this the Self—the part of you that existed before you were born and continues after you pass away.8. Most people never meet their true Self. They live their entire lives identified with their ego—the small self that is terrified of disappearing.9. But those who do their inner work—a process Jung called individuation, the integration of the unconscious—they meet their true Self while still alive. And when they do, they no longer fear death. Why? Because they realize that the part of them afraid of dying was never real. The small self, the ego, is just a mask—a temporary structure built to navigate the world. It was never who we truly are.10. This realization is not about preparing for a next life. It is about waking up—now—and knowing what you really are, before death arrives.11. If you wake up before death, you understand that you wasted your life on a false assumption: that you are only the small self, the ego. The ego is not in control. And if you never looked deeper, you missed the one thing that truly matters: the true Self—the eternal part of you that was there before you took birth and will remain long after your death.12. Jung also discovered a pattern in the dreams of dying people—four stages that emerged months before death. He saw these as the psyche preparing for the final curtain.Stage One: The JourneyThe person dreams of journeys—long roads, distant lands, crossing rivers, climbing mountains.Stage Two: The GuidesDreams fill with animals, old figures, and guides. Jung called these archetypes—universal symbols that appear in every culture, like the Wise Old Man or the Great Mother. When these figures appeared night after night, Jung knew the dreamer was being guided—not by the conscious mind, but by something deeper. The true Self was preparing them for what comes next.Stage Three: The LightThe dreams become luminous. They are filled with light, golden views, glowing cities, radiant figures. Patients would wake and describe these dreams with tears in their eyes—not from sadness, but because the dreams felt so real. The unconscious was showing them their true Self, the place they were about to return to.Stage Four: The DissolutionIn the final stage, the person stops dreaming about themselves. The individual self fades away. Instead, they dream in symbols—unity, circles, mandalas, spirals. The true Self has fully emerged. No longer separated. No longer alone. Connected to something infinite. In these final dreams, the ego dissolves. What remains is pure consciousness—no longer personal, but universal.13. Jung documented these four stages across different cultures and belief systems. The pattern was always the same. And he noted that those who practice contemplation—who do the inner work—can experience the true Self without being in the process of dying. My Video: Carl Jung's Final Message Before He Died https://youtu.be/sZa6rGbPFzYMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Carl-Jung's-Final-Message-Before-He-Died.mp3
Many people assume emotional security means never feeling jealous, arguing or questioning where they stand. But couples in emotionally secure relationships can navigate discomfort without losing trust in each other.1. In relationships, small problems are blown up to immense problems… For what is that good?We want to solve our problems and don't want to enlarge them in the future… Just solve them in the here and now. Strategy go in baby steps… If you want to go from A to B in the night you can see only 50m, and you have to go 400km… Should you panic, or you ask what is If I am going wrongOr I have an accidentIf I am not on timeIf I have not enough petrol, even you have… This leads to nothing. It is always enough to solve the problems that you have right now. We go forward, stubbornly forward regardless how the situation looks projected in the future. We don't know the future and to assume the worst case scenery makes life awful. Here are five things good relationships do regularly.1. They always resolve conflicts.Secure couples argue, sometimes passionately. In fact, research shows that they're quite skilled at it. The difference is that they don't sweep problems under the rug or storm off indefinitely.Instead, they face discomfort head-on, acknowledging hurt feelings, admitting faults and tolerating the awkwardness of disagreement. Most importantly, they always adjust their behavior afterward. For a conflict to truly end, it must leave both partners feeling heard and respected.2. They give each other freedomEmotionally secure couples enjoy nights out separately, maintain friendships outside the relationship, and pursue personal goals without guilt. They know trust grows when closeness and autonomy coexist.Constant proximity is not a measure of intimacy. Secure partners understand that individuality fuels attraction and energy, making time together richer and more rewarding.3. They don't narrate each other's feelingsIn insecure relationships, partners often assume they know what the other is thinking: “You're distant because you don't care,” or, “You're mad because I didn't take your advice.” This can escalate misunderstandings.Secure couples strive to resist this impulse: When one of them seems off, the other asks and then listens. They ask, they listen and they trust the answers. When you trust your partner will tell you what you need to know, you don't feel compelled to read between the lines.4. They make space for boredomNot every phase of a healthy relationship has to feel electric. Workweeks, errands, and responsibilities can make life feel repetitive. In insecure couples, this monotony can trigger panic or doubt about the “spark.”Emotionally secure couples, on the other hand, know not to panic when things sometimes feel monotonous. They see steadiness as a sign of safety, not stagnation, and recognize that love isn't meant to feel like a constant high.5. They don't outsource reassuranceEven secure people have moments of doubt, but they don't bombard each other with constant “Do you love me?” check-ins, nor do they withdraw in protest when reassurance isn't immediate. They rely on evidence from their actions. My Video: Real Relationships have real problems https://youtu.be/utfbigq_9YwMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Real-Relationships-have-real-problems.mp3
If you want to meet someone who can fix any situation you don't like, who can bring you happiness in spite of what other people say or believe, look in a mirror, then say this magic word: 'Hello.'What the caterpillar calls the end of the world the master calls a butterfly.Every problem in your life carries a gift inside it.You wait a lifetime to meet someone who understands you, accepts you as you are. At the end, you find that someone, all along, has been you.Every person, all the events of your life are there because you have drawn them there. What you choose to do with them is up to you.Mistakes - call them unexpected learning experiences. To bring anything into your life, imagine that it's already there.Argue for your limitations, and sure enough they're yours. The bond that links your true family is not one of blood, but of respect and joy in each other's life. You're never given a dream without the power to make it true.Life does not listen to your logic; it goes on its own way, undisturbed. You have to listen to life.Cherish yesterday, Dream tomorrow, Live today. If your happiness depends on what somebody else does, I guess you do have a problem.I do not exist to impress the world. I exist to live my life in a way that will make me happy. You are always free to change your mind and choose a different future, or a different past.A tiny change today brings a dramatically different tomorrow. There are no mistakes. The events we bring upon ourselves, no matter how unpleasant, are necessary in order to learn what we need to learn; whatever steps we take, they're necessary to reach the places we've chosen to go.My Video: Richard Bach Quotes https://youtu.be/dMGpsQXhKxsMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Richard-Bach-Quotes.mp3
If you feel you don't have enough today, you will feel you don't have enough tomorrow. This cycle continues until you die.You will never be at peace with yourself or truly happy as long as you operate from a place of wanting more.Society constantly tells you to want more. Successful people teach that you deserve more and, in the best cases, give you a plan to get it. But even when you succeed and gain a lot, the desire remains: you want more.Gandhi said, “The world has enough for everyone's need, but not enough for everyone's greed.” It is the same for the greedy soul; there will never be enough. We apply this logic to our relationships, too. We think we deserve a better spouse, and our spouse often thinks the same of us.We are told we must improve every day, do better every day. This mantra implies we are perpetually incomplete and never good enough.Stop and ask yourself:Good enough for what? When will you be good enough? What happens as you age and your abilities naturally decline?Chances are, you will die before you ever feel you are “good enough.”What if, instead, you chose to enjoy your time in the here and now? Or will you choose to punish yourself with a litany of lack? You are not good enough. You do not have enough.Your spouse is not good enough.Your car is not good enough.Your children are not good enough.Your work is not good enough.Your salary is not enough.Your boss or customers are not good enough. The weather is not good enough.Your body is not good enough—too fat, ill, unattractive, not sexy enough. You are not young anymore…The truth is, we can always find something to complain about. But we can also always find something to be grateful for.If you feel you don't have enough, start by being grateful for everything you do have—for all you encounter, even for your spouse.Let the entrepreneurs chase their new goals. Let society tell you that you need a newer car. You can choose to let yourself be happy and at peace.Until you accept your situation, you cannot genuinely change it.There is a world of difference between creating from joy and creating from need or greed. An artist creates not from lack, but from a fullness of spirit. That is why their work is profoundly creative and their life feels fulfilled. We can live that way, too.I have nothing against self-improvement. But it must come without pressure. And from that place of acceptance and peace, improvement doesn't just happen—it flows. My Video: The Myth of "Not Enough" https://youtu.be/yTaKKBpF5aYMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/The-Myth-of-Not-Enough.mp3
We've all heard it — and maybe even felt it in our bones:Kindness is seen as a liability. Softness is mistaken for surrender. In politics, relationships, and business, showing too much generosity or empathy is often interpreted as an opening — a weakness to be exploited. It can feel like we're still living in a jungle where only the strong survive, and morality is a luxury few can afford. But is that the whole truth?Does living effectively mean we must be ruthless or rigid all the time? Not at all. What it calls for is not the abandonment of kindness, but the pairing of compassion with clarity, boundaries, and the willingness to act when needed. The Classroom PrincipleImagine you're a teacher with a room full of students aged 8 to 15.If you walk in with only softness and no structure, chaos follows. The moment they sense indecision, inconsistency, or emotional fragility, the dynamic shifts. Authority crumbles. But if you embody calm strength, clear rules, and fair discipline, something else happens:The classroom becomes a space of safety. Students know what to expect. They feel held. They might test the boundaries — that's natural — but they also understand there are consequences. And within that structure, real learning — and yes, real caring — can flourish.Love Without Awareness Is SufferingThere's a proverb from the Bhagavad Gita that captures this perfectly:“Love without awareness is suffering.”Love is not weakness.Love doesn't mean you avoid punishing misbehavior.Love means doing what is truly best for the other person in that moment. But what is “best”?It's that which benefits their growth, stability, or well-being — even when it's uncomfortable in the short term.If you let your children grow without morality, discipline, or direction, is that loving? Most of us would say no. True love sometimes looks like saying no. It looks like holding the line. It looks like allowing a consequence to unfold so a deeper lesson is learned. The Formula for Conscious StrengthThis applies far beyond parenting. In any relationship — romantic, professional, or social — when situations escalate or boundaries are crossed, intervention is necessary. That intervention may take the form of:A firm conversation.A clear consequence. In extreme cases, what some might call a “punishment” or corrective action. But here's the crucial part — and where conscious strength differs from mere dominance:After the correction comes forgiveness. After the boundary is re-established, you return to kindness. You don't hold a grudge. You don't weaponize past mistakes. You restore the relationship from a place of strength, not resentment. It's a cycle:Boundary → Consequence → Forgiveness → Love. So, Must We Be Ruthless? No. We must be conscious.Benevolence without boundaries is an invitation to be taken advantage of.Strength without compassion is just tyranny. The balance lies in knowing when to extend an open hand and when to show a firm one. It's understanding that real love protects — and sometimes protection requires saying “this far, and no further.”We may live in a world that still operates on jungle rules in many ways, but we don't have to become beasts to navigate it.We can be both kind and strong. Both loving and disciplined. Both generous and discerning. That's not weakness — that's wisdom. And perhaps, in the end, that's the truest form of strength there is.What do you think? Have you experienced moments where softness was mistaken for weakness — or where firmness was the most loving choice? Share your thoughts below. My Video: Benevolence Is Not Weakness: https://youtu.be/1iDeYDB07lAMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Benevolence-Is-Not-Weakness.mp3
First and always: Ask your eye doctor before trying anything—even when Ophthalmology research has proven these benefits.I want to save you time. Below are the four best, research-backed formulas for healing and supporting your eyes using seeds. The Golden Rule: Grind and SoakIn every case, you must grind and soak the seeds in liquid. Otherwise, your gut cannot absorb the nutrients—and in some cases, it can even be dangerous.I personally blend tomatoes, cucumber, and pepper, then add freshly ground seeds and let them soak for 5–10 minutes. Alternatively, I add the ground seeds to my smoothie and blend them.Important warning: Some seeds, like chia and flax, absorb 4–5 times their volume in liquid. They expand into a large mass. How to kill a horse? If you give a horse oats first and then water, the grain swells so rapidly in the gut that it can rupture. The safe way is to let the horse drink water first, then eat the grain. The same principle applies to humans.Never eat dry grains (like chia or flax seeds) and then drink water. Always soak them first.1. Hemp Seeds for the EyesDosage: 30 grams (about 3 tablespoons)Preparation: Grind fresh, soak for at least 5 minutes, then eat.Best time: Every morning for maximum benefit.Research Results:32% reduction in ocular inflammation after 6 weeksHelped with dry eyes and sharper morning vision within 10 daysCalms irritation2. Chia Seeds with Coconut OilDosage: 30 grams chia seeds + 120 ml liquid + 1 teaspoon coconut or olive oilPreparation: Grind chia seeds fresh, soak in liquid, add oil, then eat.Best time: Every morning.Research Results:38% improvement in tear film stability in just 3 weeksLess dry eyes, less burning, less of that "scratchy" feelingEye lubrication improves within 1–2 daysCataract prevention and repair: approximately 90 days3. Ground Flaxseed with Avocado or a Fat SourceDosage: 30 grams flaxseed + 120 ml liquid + ¼ avocado (or 1 teaspoon coconut oil)Preparation: Grind flaxseed fresh, soak in liquid, blend with avocado or oil.Best time: Every morning.Research Results:44% improvement in tear production41% reduction in oxidative stress markers in the lensWithin 1 week: noticeably less drynessWithin 3 weeks: visible improvement in nighttime clarity and reduced glare sensitivity4. Sunflower Seeds with Avocado and Lemon JuiceDosage: 36 grams raw, unsalted sunflower seeds + ¼ ripe avocado + juice of ½ lemonPreparation: Grind sunflower seeds fresh, add liquid, add avocado and lemon juice, then eat.Best time: Every morning.Research Results (for people over 55, studied over 18 months):25% reduced risk of cataract progression34% improvement in lens clarity measurements41% reduction in oxidative damage markersMeasurable slowdown in age-related macular degenerationReduced eye fatigue within hoursMorning blurriness starts clearing within daysAfter 90 days of consistent use: structural eye repairSuggested Rotation PlanTo get a wide range of nutrients, rotate these four formulas:Morning 1: Hemp seedsMorning 2: Chia seeds with coconut oilMorning 3: Ground flaxseed with avocadoMorning 4: Sunflower seeds with avocado and lemon juiceThen repeat.Final ReminderAlways consult your eye doctor before starting any new health regimen—even natural ones. Maybe It Shouldn't.I've watched those viral videos where elderly people share their life insights—the ones with millions of views. It struck me that what truly resonates isn't advice on success, but reflections on what we mean to other people. On connection.I should know. I've died three times—or had three Near-Death Experiences. Once, my entire body was paralyzed. Believe me, there are things worse than death. These encounters strip everything back to what is essential. Here is what I learned matters most:That you enjoy your life. That you connect with God (or the Divine, or the Universe—whatever you call it). That you share your love openly. That you live a healthy lifestyle with a plant-based diet and consistent movement.Looking back, I am deeply grateful for the path I chose.I followed my heart. I shared love and sexuality with the women I desired. I even experienced the Divine through a profound, tantric connection with my partner—a revelation for a former atheist. Yes, separation hurts. But to share that level of intimacy with someone you love is priceless. When you are old, that window closes. I am grateful for the therapy and inner work that freed me to love, overcoming the traumas that once locked my heart away. Today, I am not married, but I live with a woman I chose. We met 20 years ago and have shared love and intimacy freely, without the confines of a traditional marriage.I am also happy for the over ten years I spent in meditation retreats, living in celibacy. That surrender to God is a treasure beyond measure.I am happy for my health and fitness, the direct result of my lifestyle choices.Sure, I'm proud of my work as an engineer designing high-tech systems. But it was only a part of my life—and one that often disconnected me from myself. I couldn't stop solving technical problems, even in the middle of the night.Do not get trapped by success or money. Without a connection to something greater, everything you gain feels meaningless in the end.My mother, whose family lost everything in WWII, would tell us: "Close your eyes. Only what you see now, you truly own." You can lose possessions, status, even people. But you cannot lose God once you have surrendered. If you enjoy your life and do the things that call to you, you will never regret those happy moments. You will, however, regret the strenuous work that proved futile. Ask yourself: How much are you sacrificing for a little more success, recognition, or money?Today, a new trap is destroying lives: smartphone and social media addiction. Suicide rates and unhappiness are at their highest because of it. Everywhere, you see parents who care more for their screens than for their children. So here is my final insight: Give your space to living people. Open your heart. Love. And remember: prevention is the best doctor. Choose a healthy lifestyle not just for your body, but for your soul. That is a life that makes sense. My Video: Does Your Life Make Sense? https://youtu.be/qKpeIGVRAcsMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Does-Your-Life-Make-Sense.mp3
Book: All Quiet on the Western FrontLife did not intend to make us perfect. Whoever is perfect belongs in a museum. We have our dreams because without them we could not bear the truth.Never do anything complicated when something simple will serve as well. It's one of the most important secrets of living.Strange how complicated we can make things just to avoid showing what we feel!Anything you can settle with money is cheap. It's only terrible to have nothing to wait for.we have so much to say, and we shall never say it.Modesty and conscientiousness receive their reward only in novels. In life they are exploited and then shoved aside. To forget is the secret of eternal youth. One grows old only through memory. There's much too little forgetting.Keep things at arm's length... Because the producer of Ginger put Sulfur Dioxide inside of the Ginger. Ginger is a common medicine for health care. However, polysaccharides, vitamins, and water inside ginger are suitable for microbial reproduction and are prone to mold. To prevent ginger from becoming moldy and maintain its bright color, it is common to fumigate ginger with sulfur. This process can easily lead to excessive sulfur dioxide, which is seriously harmful to the human body. The residual sulfur dioxide in herbal medicine can not only cause bad taste, but can also cause respiratory symptoms such as coughing, chest tightness, and throat irritation. At the same time, residual sulfur dioxide within ginger may react chemically with other ingredients, changing the composition or content of the effective ingredients, thereby affecting the quality of ginger. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct quality testing on ginger to determine whether it is sulfur-fumigated. Buy Organic: Certified organic ginger is prohibited from being treated with synthetic sulfur dioxide. Buy Local or "Living Ginger": Look for ginger at farmers' markets or in stores that sell "living ginger" (with green shoots still attached). It's less likely to have been treated for long-distance shipping.I tried to buy organic Ginger in Krabi/Thailand and even the organic Ginger was sulfur-fumigated…After I checked all the markets, there was only one old woman who sold organic Ginger. On the internet I could not buy organic Ginger and normally I can buy online nearly every vegetable. How to identify organic Ginger…The sulfur-fumigated Ginger has a strong and shinny peel, you can only remove the peel with a knife and this Ginger is white inside. The organic Ginger has a very thin peel similar to New Potatoes that goes off by itself, or just rub the peel off. And this Ginger is inside yellowish…Grow Your Own Ginger is surprisingly easy to grow in a pot from an organic rhizome. Peeling and Soaking: If you must use conventional ginger, peel it thoroughly and soak it in warm water for 15-30 minutes. This can help reduce surface-level residues. With which vegetables can you substitute Ginger? These vegetable provide a pungent, warming quality similar to ginger. Galangal: The closest relative. It's a bit sharper, more citrusy and piney. Essential in Thai and Southeast Asian cuisine. Use it as a 1:1 substitute. Turmeric (Fresh): Provides earthiness and a warm, peppery flavor. It won't be as sharp, but it gives a beautiful yellow color and is a powerful anti-inflammatory. Use about 1.5 times the amount of ginger. Horseradish (Freshly Grated): Delivers a powerful, sharp, sinus-clearing heat. It's best in sauces, dressings, or with roasted meats. Start with half the amount of ginger. Daikon Radish: When cooked, it becomes mild and slightly sweet, but when raw, it has a sharp, peppery bite that can mimic ginger in salads or pickles. For Medicinal & Tea Purposes (Anti-inflammatory, Digestive Aid):These are your best bets for replicating ginger's health benefits. Turmeric (+ Black Pepper): The #1 alternative. Curcumin in turmeric is a potent anti-inflammatory. Crucially, always combine with a pinch of black pepper, which increases curcumin absorption by 2000%. Galangal: Also used extensively in traditional medicine for digestion and inflammation. It's a very close functional substitute. Meadowsweet Herb: Excellent for soothing digestive issues and stomach aches, much like ginger. Brew as a tea. Angelica Root: Used in traditional medicine for bloating, cramping, and loss of appetite. Has a warm, slightly bitter flavor. Quick Guide: Which Alternative to use alternatives to ginger when you cook?If the Recipe/Use Is... Best Substitute WhyThai Curry or Soup Galangal Authentic, similar texture and flavor profile.Stir-fry, Golden Milk, Smoothies Fresh Turmeric Adds color, earthiness, and powerful anti-inflammatory properties.Digestive Tea Turmeric & Black Pepper or Meadowsweet Targets inflammation and soothes the gut effectively.Condiment or Sauce Fresh Horseradish Provides a sharp, clean heat that stands up well.My Video: The normal Ginger is toxic! https://youtu.be/nQv9632L7w8My Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/The-normal-Ginger-is-toxic.mp3
The 14.5% That Changes EverythingIf you work 40 hours a week—8 hours a day—that's your baseline. Add in a lunch break (1 hour), a commute (1 hour), and suddenly you're at 50 hours dedicated to work each week. Then there's life's maintenance: eating, preparing food, cleaning, shopping—call it 2.5 hours a day. Exercise for 30 minutes. Quality time with family, a spouse, or a hobby: 2 hours. That's another 5 hours daily.Sleep? That's 8 hours.Add it all up on a workday: 23 hours accounted for. That leaves just 1 hour truly free. What about the weekends?Sleep: 8 hours.Maintenance (food, chores, shopping): 3 hours.Exercise: 30 minutes.Quality time: 2.5 hours.Total: 14 hours. That leaves 10 hours free each weekend day.So, across a week, you have roughly 1 free hour each workday and 10 each weekend day. That's 25 hours a week you could direct toward something special.Over 51 weeks (excluding vacation), that sums to 1,275 hours. A year has 8,760 hours. This means 14.5% of your year is discretionary time.Let that sink in. 85.5% of your time is committed. But 14.5% is yours to design. And yet, for most people, that 14.5% vanishes—often into the void of social media, endless scrolling, or tasks that feel urgent but aren't important. So, the real question is: Where is your 14.5% actually going? This is where people get stuck. They feel busy, assume they're productive, and live off stories like: “I don't have time,” “This week was crazy,” or “I've just been slammed.”But have you ever truly looked at where your time is lost?Think about it this way: If you wanted to get in the best shape of your life, a good trainer wouldn't start by screaming at you to run harder. They'd say, “Track everything you eat for a month.” Because you can't improve what you refuse to measure.Time works the same way. That 14.5% is supposedly “yours,” but most of us are flying blind. We have opinions and excuses, but no real data. You can't fix what you won't look at.The Challenge: Your Time AuditFor the next seven days, I want you to track everything you do in 30-minute increments.Yes, everything. Work, commute, meals, dishes, deep work, scrolling, Netflix, gym, walking the dog, family time. All of it.(You'll get even deeper insights if you do this for 30 days, but start with just seven.)I know how this sounds. It's intense. You're basically choosing to become a time-obsessive for a week. But I promise, if you do it, this will be one of the most eye-opening exercises of your year.I do this regularly to see how I lose my precious time. I want to learn piano and improve my Thai. If I want to do that, I need to find the time for it—without burning out.Three Rules for a Successful AuditBefore you start, follow these three rules so you don't accidentally ruin the whole point.Rule 1: Do NOT Alter Your Week. This is the biggest mistake. People treat the audit like a performance review and try to “win” by looking good on paper. Don't. If you normally game for four hours, log four hours. If you scroll for two hours before bed, log it. The goal is not a perfect week; it's your real week. You can't plug leaks you refuse to write down.Rule 2: Look for Patterns.Don't obsess over one weird day. Zoom out. Patterns are where the leaks live. Track for a week (or a month) and calmly analyze where the hours go.Rule 3: Stay Curious, Not Critical. You're going to see things you don't love. That's normal. But if you use this audit as ammunition to beat yourself up, it stops working.Treat everything like data—like a scientist running an experiment, emotionally detached from the outcome. Guilt is terrible fuel. It burns hot for a day, then you crash, back at zero with extra shame on top.Remember: This is about catching patterns you didn't consciously choose, so you can choose differently.Your Permission SlipHere's the truth about your 14.5%.Some of it should go to deep work—the stuff that moves your life forward and makes you proud when your head hits the pillow. And some of it should go to being a human. Resting. Screwing around. Doing absolutely nothing “productive” on purpose. This audit is not about turning your free time into a second job. It's not about squeezing every drop from your life like you're optimizing a robot. It's about making sure you're spending your time on purpose instead of by accident.Because often, the leak isn't “fun.” The leak is the weird stuff that sneaks in: the scrolling that doesn't even feel good, the half-working/half-distracting limbo, the activities that look like rest but leave you more drained. The audit shows you the difference.I have very productive days where I don't lose time. And I have to “pay” for those with rest. Don't become a robot that just functions. The opposite trap is procrastination—wasting time on meaningless things instead of truly enjoying it. We often think we can't enjoy our time because we've wasted it. Our bad conscience drives more procrastination.Instead, first ensure you enjoy your time to become productive. Your inner child will sabotage your efforts if it doesn't get playtime.First, enjoy time. Then, productivity will follow. My Video: Where Does Your Time Actually Go https://youtu.be/2YOMAvt8Bh8My Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Where-Does-Your-Time-Actually-Go.mp3
In Chinese astrology, is one of the most powerful and unpredictable combinations in the 60-year cycle. The last one was in 1966, and the next one begins on February 17, 2026.Here is a forecast for the year, applying the principles of Chinese astrology to analyze the energy, opportunities, and challenges we might expect. The Core Elements: Understanding the Fire HorseTo understand the forecast, you have to look at the specific elements at play:The Animal (Horse): The Horse is Yang, active, energetic, independent, and loves freedom. It hates restrictions and moves fast. The Element (Fire): This is a Yang Fire year. Yang Fire is the fire of the sun—blazing, bright, illuminating, but also capable of scorching everything in its path if it gets out of control. The Celestial Stem (Bing): "Bing" represents pure Yang Fire. When you put Yang Fire on top of a Yang Fire Horse, you get a double-dose of intense, explosive energy.General Forecast: The Year of Blazing PassionBecause this is a double-fire year, the energy is extreme. It is a year of high highs and low lows. There is very little middle ground.1. Speed and RevolutionThe Horse moves fast, and Fire makes it move faster. This year will feel like life is on fast-forward. Industries related to speed, communication, and energy (technology, transportation, AI, energy sectors) will likely see rapid, disruptive changes. Innovation will happen at a breakneck pace.2. Passion and ConflictFire represents passion, but it also represents war and anger. On a personal level, relationships formed this year can be incredibly passionate but may burn out just as quickly. On a global scale, this can indicate an increase in conflicts, heated arguments, and social unrest. People will be less willing to compromise and more willing to fight for what they believe is right.3. VolatilityThe Fire Horse is notoriously difficult to control. This applies to the stock market, political landscapes, and personal plans. Expect the unexpected. Plans made in January may be completely irrelevant by June. Flexibility will be the key to survival.Forecast by Zodiac SignsBest Signs for 2026:Tiger and Dog: These are the Horse's closest allies (the triad of affinity). The Fire Horse energy will boost your courage and energy. It's a year to take risks and expand your horizons.Goat (Sheep) and Tiger: The Goat (Yin Earth) can actually benefit from the Fire Horse, as Fire creates Earth. If you are a Goat, the intense energy of the year can feel productive and grounding rather than chaotic.Challenging Signs (Clashing with the Horse):Rat: The Rat and Horse are direct opposites (opposite signs on the zodiac wheel). This is a year of direct conflict. Rats may feel like they are swimming against the current. Expect major changes, potential moves, or relationship shake-ups. It's a year to be cautious and avoid legal disputes.Rooster: The Rooster is in a secret conflict with the Horse. This can manifest as internal frustration—feeling like you're working hard but getting no recognition, or feeling restricted by rules you don't agree with. The Rabbit:2026 is specifically difficult for the Rabbit because of a concept known as the "Pillar of Fatalism." Rabbits should be extremely cautious with their health, avoid travel to remote places, and double-check all legal documents.Elemental InteractionsFire Melts Metal: Those born in Years of the Monkey and Rooster (Metal signs) may feel "melted" or drained by the overwhelming Fire. They need to conserve energy and not overexert themselves.Fire Burns Earth: Earth signs (Dragon, Goat, Dog) might feel the heat. The Earth can be cracked and dried out by too much Fire. They need to ensure stability and not let the fast pace of the year burn them out.Water Controls Fire: Water signs (Rat, Pig) are the only ones who can naturally control this energy. However, if the Fire is too strong, the Water evaporates. Pigs and Rats can succeed this year, but only if they are strategic and don't try to fight every fire head-on.The "Fire Horse Curse" – Should You Be Worried? In traditional Chinese culture, there is a superstition that girls born in the year of the Fire Horse are "cursed" because they will be too strong-willed to control, leading to a difficult life. In modern times, this is generally seen as an outdated myth, but it reflects the astrological truth: People born in 2026 (starting Feb 17) will have very strong, independent, and fiery personalities. They will be natural leaders, but they will need to learn patience and emotional regulation to avoid burning bridges.Summary Forecast2026 is a year to harness the fire, not be consumed by it.Career: Move fast, but don't get burned by impatience. It is a great year for entrepreneurs and starting new projects, but a risky year for long-term, slow-burn investments.Love: Passion is high, but so is the potential for jealousy and arguments. Keep the spark alive without letting it become a wildfire.Health: Watch out for inflammation, heart issues, and stress. The Fire energy can lead to burnout if you don't take time to cool down.In short: Buckle up. 2026 will be wild, bright, and fast. It's a year for bold moves, but you must respect the heat.My Video: The Year of the Fire Horse https://youtu.be/Ebqe1hikWr0My Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/The-Year-of-the-Fire-Horse.mp3
Love does not consist in gazing at each other, but in looking outward together in the same direction.A designer knows he has achieved perfection not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.War is not an adventure. It is a disease. It is like typhus. And now here is my secret, a very simple secret: it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.The meaning of things lies not in the things themselves, but in our attitude towards them. What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere it hides a well.I know but one freedom, and that is the freedom of the mind. When you give yourself, you receive more than you give.True happiness comes from the joy of deeds well done, the zest of creating things new.The time for action is now. It's never too late to do something. It is in the compelling zest of high adventure and of victory, and in creative action, that man finds his supreme joys.To be a man is, precisely, to be responsible. He who has gone, so we but cherish his memory, abides with us, more potent, nay, more present than the living man.We say nothing essential about the cathedral when we speak of its stones. We say nothing essential about Man when we seek to define him by the qualities of men.Only he can understand what a farm is, what a country is, who shall have sacrificed part of himself to his farm or country, fought to save it, struggled to make it beautiful. Only then will the love of farm or country fill his heart.Whoever loves above all the approach of love will never know the joy of attaining it.My Video: Antoine de Saint-Exupery quotes https://youtu.be/0uXUrU-nsokMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Antoine-de-Saint-Exupery-quotes.mp3
For over 20 years, Dr. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross consulted with the dying. She discovered that most of them shared a profound regret: they had not lived their life's purpose. Many never even discovered the reason they were born.In their final moments, they realized that success, money, and wealth were not what mattered. Before we are born, our souls are given a mission—a life we are intended to live. This means fulfilling what God or the Divine has planned for us. Yet without the contemplation found in meditation or prayer, and without a conscious decision to align with a higher will, we cannot follow this purpose. In centuries past, people would seek guidance. They would pray, then consult the Tarot, the I Ching, a pendulum, or randomly open a sacred text to find a message meant for them. Today, we just pick up our phones. Is it any wonder the Western world seems to lurch from one catastrophe to the next?We must learn to train our intuition and trust it more than outdated rules, dogmas, or obsolete assumptions. For centuries, India's rigid caste system denied intuition in favor of ancient rules, leading to catastrophic societal results. With our birth, we forget our mission. Even worse, our parents often do not guide us toward our true calling. Society, media, and social media then manipulate us to function within their rules. We become defined by others' expectations. We ignore our inner voice and our connection to the Divine until we can no longer hear them at all. After my second Near-Death Experience, I knew I had been wrong. I had suffered tremendously for things that don't truly matter—success, money, fitting in. I was bullied for being different, yet I still tried to conform, even though I was—and am—a misfit. That experience changed my life completely. I found true love and learned to enjoy a life that had previously felt impossible. Most people waste their first 60 years doing what others expect of them instead of what they genuinely desire. Often, we must walk the wrong path to find the true one.According to Dr. Kübler-Ross, every soul has specific work to do.In our lives, we encounter patterns and hints of what we are meant to live. Yet these callings often feel inconvenient, so we choose the path of suffering instead. There are moments when we feel a quiet nudge to do something, whether others approve or not. We frequently ignore it because it doesn't seem to make logical sense. We have trained our minds to mute our inner calling, opting instead for distractions or actions that offer immediate profit or gain. We tell ourselves to be serious, practical, and to fit in—and in doing so, we silence our soul.So ask yourself, every night before you sleep: What am I here for?Keep asking until you know the answer. My Video: Our Soul Contract https://youtu.be/IPHfJPZ1Hv8My Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Our-Soul-Contract.mp3
Sounds exaggerated? When you have faith that you can heal your disease — it becomes true. When you have faith that you can't heal it — that also becomes true.Today, holistic and alternative medicine is so advanced that almost every illness can be treated naturally.Take cancer, for example — there are many holistic and alternative methods available. You just need to find the one that resonates with you.I don't want to brag, but I was fortunate when my former girlfriend came to me with stage 3 intestinal cancer.Even during the COVID crisis, when I had no access to my favorite doctors in India or the healer William Nonog in the Philippines, I told her simply:“We will heal this.”First, she had to adopt a plant-based diet, eliminate sugar, and take a very bitter-tasting Thai herbal juice prescribed by our local herbal doctor. And we also had a Plan B.No problem — we monitored the cancer every second week, then every fourth week.At the same time, my friend was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. No problem — healed as well.Healing the HeartNo drug can truly heal the heart.Only a plant-based diet combined with daily exercise can do that.My Own Healing JourneyI will soon share how I healed my severe scoliosis, twisted spine, and herniated disc — and how my spine became stronger than ever.Doctors told me there was no chance. I told them,“I'll bet I'll heal within three years.”And I did — I can prove it.I also healed my osteoarthritis within three months using only holistic methods — something conventional medicine could not do.And I healed my tinnitus in just three weeks using neck exercises and my own hypnotherapy MP3.As an engineer, I was trained to solve every technical problem efficiently. When it comes to health, the same principle applies — the only difference is faith.Healing starts with faith — and ends with faith. How to Heal Fear (the Root of Disease)Step 1: Face your fear directly. When you can't do it alone, or if you are emotionally unstable (Psychoses) get the help of a Therapist.Feel your fear — don't become your fear.Breathe deeply into it.Imagine the worst possible outcome until the fear dissolves.Do this for two hours.Don't stop before the two hours are over. The next time, do it for one hour. Then reduce it to 30 minutes.Step 2: A daily exercise to reduce fear by 50%Place your palms together and press them tightly, leaving as little air between them as possible.Hold them in front of your chest and focus on your fear.Do this for 10 minutes every day.Healing is not a miracle — it's a decision.Once you align your faith, actions, and emotions, your body knows exactly how to restore itself. My Video: All Diseases Are Curable https://youtu.be/dLOMjv27DFkMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/All-Diseases-Are-Curable.mp3
For instance, Relationship! After Anthonie Robbins we should make a list for our dream partner and one for our hell partner. You think, you have finally found your dream partner and as the days goes by … The relationship becomes worse… What went wrong? 1. Both persons are attracting unconsciousness the partner that fits best to their child hood or traumas and are similar to their parents! That is 100% proved over 100 years from psychology.2. When we demand something from our partner that he/she doesn't want then we push our partner. That creates tension and that makes our relationship not better, mostly worse.3. We think we have deserved a better partner and our partner thinks the same about us. 4. Even if we demand unconsciously something that our partner doesn't want he/she feels the tension. 5. So more we demand or entitle something so worse the situation becomes and that is true for nearly every situation. The Solution how to make out everything something good.2. We forgive everything that had hurt us in that situation or relationship.3. We accept the reality. Before we want to change the situation WE HAVE TO ACCEPT the situation. When we accept the situation we free us from our tension and are open for a solution that we could not see before. 4. We are grateful for our challenges because they will teach us a valuable lesson. Even more we should be grateful for everything, the good things and the things in our life. That is the best remedy for depression proved by the University of London. The next study from the University of London is that so more we are grateful so happier we are and the most happiest people are the most grateful people. For instance, Warren Buffet and Oprah Winfrey are doing EVERY MORNING a gratitude list for 20 minutes directly when they get out of the bed. 1. We do our best and don't calculate that our partner should recognize that and do the same! Other wise it will not work because it is again entitlement. When we are getting in love with a person, we get identified with our partner… And that creates tension, fear of loosing our partner… So higher our love so higher the tension, fear…That is normal. After some time our love subsides and that is normal for worldly love. Then comes our demanding or entitlement for something that our partner doesn't want to give us. What is if we would apply the strategy that I have introduced you before? That can create a good relationship or something that we wanted. At least we have done our best and can't blemish ourselves for not doing so. We have learned a lot and can do it next time better. That is our choice! My Video: Entitlement is the biggest trap of all time. https://youtu.be/7Xc1lddgdPkMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Entitlement-is-the-biggest-trap-of-all-time.mp3
Have you noticed your vision becoming blurred? While age is a factor, eye health issues are rising faster than ever—and they aren't just for those over 60. Conditions like dry eyes, cataracts, and macular degeneration are becoming more common across all ages. The American Optometric Association confirms that after age 60, eyes become more fragile. But many people are experiencing symptoms earlier. The standard solutions offered often only manage the symptoms without addressing the root cause of healing. What if there was a natural way to support your eyes from the inside out?Healing Through Nutrition: The Nighttime RitualThe key may lie in what you consume just before sleep. Eating specific fruits 30 to 60 minutes before bed can provide your body with critical nutrients that work to repair your eyes overnight. During deep sleep, your body enters a state of regeneration. The antioxidants, vitamins, and phytochemicals in these fruits can:Regenerate damaged photoreceptor cells.Improve blood flow to the retina.Help slow the progression of age-related macular degeneration.Don't expect overnight miracles, but many report noticeably improved clarity and comfort after just a few nights.Important First Step: Always consult an eye doctor for a proper diagnosis. This nutritional approach is meant to be a powerful complement to professional care, not a replacement. The Ultimate Pre-Sleep Eye-Health SmoothieThe most effective method is to blend the following fruits into a smoothie. Consume it within the crucial 30-60 minute window before you go to sleep.Base Ingredient: Goji BerriesStart with 2 tablespoons of dried organic goji berries. Soak them in hot water for at least 10 minutes to soften, then add them to your blender. Goji berries are renowned in traditional medicine for supporting vision and are rich in zeaxanthin and antioxidants. The Fresh Fruit BlendCombine the soaked goji berries with the following fresh fruits (all measurements are approximate for one serving):1 cup of red dragon fruit2 golden kiwis1 cup of watermelon (blend the fruit including the green rind, where many of the key nutrients are concentrated)1 cup of blackcurrants1 cup of blueberries1 cup of papayaPro Tip: For an extra boost, add a teaspoon of dark cocoa powder to the blend. It can enhance the antioxidant profile and flavor. Why This Combination WorksEach fruit brings a powerhouse of eye-specific nutrients:Goji Berries, Kiwi, & Papaya: Extremely high in Vitamin C and zeaxanthin, which protect the retina.Blueberries & Blackcurrants: Packed with anthocyanins that improve night vision and reduce eye fatigue.Watermelon (with rind) & Dragon Fruit: Rich in lycopene and other carotenoids that filter harmful blue light and fight oxidative damage.Cocoa Powder: Contains flavonoids that improve blood flow, including to the delicate vessels in the eyes.By giving your body these tools at night, you align with its natural repair cycle, offering your eyes the best chance to heal and strengthen themselves.Remember: Consistency is key. Make this nighttime smoothie a ritual, get regular check-ups, and you may be amazed at how much you can support your vision naturally. My Video: The #1 Fruit You Should Eat Before Sleep for Healthy Eyes https://youtu.be/L0Tt6g_2Hb4My Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/The-1-Fruit-You-Should-Eat-Before-Sleep-or-Healthy-Eyes.mp3
Then you have to learn to accept every thought and every emotion—from yourself and from everyone else. There is no shortcut.Positive thinking often just pushes negativity into the subconscious, which can cause severe diseases or suicide in the future. Just compare countries like Australia and the USA; they have the highest suicide rates and also the highest emphasis on positive thinking. How can you accept every negative feeling?Do Encounter and Bioenergetic groups! After you do Encounter and Bioenergetic groups, you can gain peace in your mind by starting Meditation.Meditation is about watching and allowing every thought and emotion to happen… and then learning to connect with God. This is what meditation and worshiping the Lord truly are.The best worship comes from the Africans when a healer is present. You sing the glory of the Lord and dance like crazy… and magic will happen. The second best is to join Sufi groups for Dikir or Sikir nights and whirling.Trance dancing is also helpful. I started with trance dancing myself, and for this, the Kundalini Meditation from Osho is great. We will always have to face challenges, and we should never avoid them… because avoidance only increases our anxiety. Our anxiety creates 80% of all our thoughts. If we allow ourselves to feel our anxiety and worries, they disappear.Do this exercise with a qualified therapist if you are afraid to do it alone or if you have a history of psychosis or emotional instability: Learn to breathe deeply into your fears and imagine the worst possible outcome until the fears are gone. The best approach is to give yourself a time limit and do this with the intention: "I will feel all of my fears for half an hour." Then the fears are done. For anger, we can exhaust our bodies by doing sports until the anger subsides. Boxing against a bag or doing bioenergetic exercises is best, but jogging also works. Do whatever fits you best to release your anger. If you can't do it alone, go to a therapist where you can express anger, or join encounter groups, or do the Dynamic Meditation from Osho in a place where you can release your anger safely. My Video: Do you want to have peace in your mind? https://youtu.be/dx3NOBFZKmoMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Do-you-want-to-have-peace-in-your-mind.mp3
Love or Compromise? Is it love that holds a relationship together? Or is it compromise?Love is what draws us together in the first place. But compromise is what keeps us together.Love alone is not enough. Psychologists define love as an emotion. And like all emotions, love fluctuates with stress, sleep, health, and the thousands of other factors that shape our daily lives. You can love your partner deeply and still get annoyed, frustrated, or angry with them. Love won't shield you from conflict, nor will it magically resolve your disagreements. That's why even the happiest couples argue and go through rough patches, regardless of how much love they share. The difference is that strong couples understand love can't fix everything—but compromise can.The Psychology of CompromiseCompromise happens when you balance what you want, what your partner wants, and what's best for the relationship itself.Every couple brings together unique habits, values, and experiences. Expecting perfect alignment is unrealistic. Instead, healthy couples learn to negotiate their shared reality. They turn “my way” and “your way” into “our way.”But compromise only works when it's rooted in a strong sense of we.Research shows that couples who describe their conflicts using “we” language—“we decided,” “we talked,” “we figured it out”—feel more connected and satisfied after disagreements. When both partners see compromise as a shared effort rather than a personal loss, it actively strengthens the bond between them. What Compromise Looks Like in Real LifeCompromise doesn't always look romantic. Sometimes it means agreeing to watch a movie you'd never choose yourself. Other times, it means listening to your partner vent while resisting the urge to immediately offer solutions.Rigid, black-and-white thinking—where one person must be right and the other wrong—will never work in a relationship. Even if you are technically right, if your partner cannot follow or agree, you are both left stuck. Insisting on fairness in small things—“You have to clean up, it's your turn, I did it last time”—often leads to unnecessary conflict. Maybe your partner did something else for you in the meantime. Is getting furious over such things really worth it?Instead, you'll constantly be presented with a choice: Are you willing to meet your partner halfway?Today, it might be about chores. Tomorrow, how you spend your evening. Next month, how you navigate family holidays. It might involve finding middle ground, taking turns, or agreeing to a third option neither of you had initially considered. What matters is that both of you feel heard and respected, and that no one feels the need to “win” or “be right.” When you consistently make enough space for one another's needs, you build something that love alone rarely provides: reliability. My Video: What Keeps Relationships Together? https://youtu.be/zeQIEntAAOYMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/What-Keeps-Relationships-Together.mp3
I want to provoke you…Bhagwan (Osho)'s motto was:“Live here and now.”Enjoy this moment. The past is over, and you can't live in the future.Alan Watts would agree — and so would Zen philosophy. But what happens when we set goals and believe that once we achieve them, we'll finally be happy and fulfilled?I used to think that when I earned my engineering degree, everything would change.Yet on my way to that goal, I had a Near-Death Experience — I left my body, saw it from above, and couldn't even recognize that it was me.When I came back, I realized that I had been suffering my whole life. My childhood was hell — daily abuse. But life, I realized, should be the sum of happy moments. When I finally got my degree, I was seriously ill. My degree — my lifelong dream — suddenly meant nothing.Even though becoming an engineer had been my childhood goal, it no longer held any meaning. Can you relate to that?I'm not against setting goals.I'm against suffering for goals that don't serve us.I saw students who performed even better than me — and yet they enjoyed their time.Short-term suffering is fine if it's for something meaningful. But most of our suffering comes from suppressed childhood traumas that we never processed — and so we end up repeating them.Much of what we suffer for are things that others could easily enjoy. The problem is our ego — our identification with something that makes us suffer. The Alcoholics Anonymous program suggests a helpful question when facing problems:“What does this have to do with me?”There's always someone who could handle the same problem with joy. Now, I always ask myself:Does this make sense, or is it just an ego trip? Why should I suffer for an ego trip?Ask yourself the same — and find a solution without your ego in the way.Imagine how much your spouse (and the rest of the world) would appreciate it if you dropped unnecessary principles and ego trips — and just were yourself. We learn so many rules and assumptions in childhood that are completely nonsensical.Every day, question whether those rules still serve you or whether they're even true.We must keep adapting to an ever-changing world. For example: a girl gets bitten by a dog, and for the rest of her life, she's terrified of dogs — avoiding every place they might appear. Instead of healing her fear, she lets it rule her life.Life is too short for ego trips, unprocessed traumas, and emotional loops we keep repeating. The solution is simple:See a life coach to work through your problems, or a therapist to heal your traumas. There is only this moment, and we can't truly enjoy it if we're trapped by our ego or haunted by our past.My Video: The Benefit of Living With No Purpose https://youtu.be/VIFuLpxXPAEMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/The-Benefit-of-Living-With-No-Purpose.mp3
Disclaimer: I am not a physician. This is a personal account of my successful journey. Please consult your doctor before starting any new health protocol. My Starting Point:I was facing the painful, progressive degeneration of knee cartilage (osteoarthritis). Standard orthopedic treatments offered only temporary relief. I refused to accept that and developed a multi-faceted holistic approach. Within three months, I achieved total healing.STAND NEVER AGAIN WITH STRAIGHT KNEES! The knee joint should be always loose because you block the energy, and you put your back muscles under unnecessary tensions. Stand so, that your knee joints are above your feet. The 4-Pillar Protocol That Worked for Me:Pillar 1: High-Repetition, Low-Impact Movement (The Foundation) Cycling: Based on the research of Prof. Bellemans (Orthopedic Surgeon for the Belgian Olympic Team), I committed to: What: 10-15 minutes on a stationary bike. How: Low resistance, high repetition. When: Twice daily, with at least a 10-hour break between sessions to allow for cartilage recovery and rebuilding. Supported Squats: Form: Half-squats only, never exceeding a 90-degree angle to protect the knee. Technique: Vary toe position (pointing in and out) to strengthen all the supporting muscles around the knee joint. Rule: Perform slowly and never through pain.Pillar 2: Targeted Supplementation (The Building Blocks)Based on research, I took supplements to provide the raw materials for repair: Collagen: The fundamental building block for connective tissue repair. Glucosamine: Supports joint lubrication and cartilage health. MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane): Provides sulfur, crucial for ligament elasticity. Hyaluronic Acid: Supports the synovial fluid that cushions the joint.Pillar 3: Frequency Healing (The Biohack)I used a Spooky2 Rife plasma generator to stimulate healing at a cellular level. My Frequencies & Routine: 7.5 Hz: (3 min) for pain modulation and nerve calming. 63 Hz: (3 min) for cartilage repair and cellular communication. 120 Hz: (3 min) for anti-inflammatory support. 770 Hz / 962 Hz: (3 min) for synovial fluid and tissue regeneration. 1550 Hz: (3 min) for deep tissue penetration. Application: Used the plasma tube 15cm from my knee, 3 times daily. Result: I noticed improvements within just two days. Consistency was key.Pillar 4: Topical Therapy & Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition Healing Castor Oil Pack: 65% Cold-Pressed Castor Oil 30% Pharmaceutical-Grade DMSO (enhances penetration) 5% Clove Essential Oil (powerful anti-inflammatory) Always patch-test first for skin sensitivity. Always shake that Castor Oil pack before every application and massage the entire knee joint. Dietary Shift: Eliminated: Acid-forming, inflammatory foods like meat and all processed foods. Embraced: A whole-food, plant-based, primarily raw diet to reduce systemic inflammation. Conclusion:Healing required a full-system approach. Movement rebuilt the joint, supplements provided the materials, frequencies stimulated the repair processes, and diet reduced the inflammatory load. It demanded discipline, but the result—a pain-free, fully functional knee—was worth every effort. My Video: How I have healed my osteoarthritis? https://youtu.be/veJuADBFW9QMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/How-I-have-healed-my-osteoarthritis.mp3
Two Lies We Often Hear“You will never amount to anything.”“You can be anything you want.”Both are false. The truth is: your purpose is discovered, not invented. It grows out of your experiences, struggles, and unique path.Purpose Has No Age LimitYou don't have to find your purpose in your twenties—or even in your thirties. Many people only discover it later in life.🎾 Andre Agassi was one of the greatest tennis players ever, yet he hated playing tennis. His real mission? Education reform.🍏 Steve Jobs started as a hippie, but the lessons he picked up along the way eventually shaped Apple.Your path doesn't have to be straight. Even success in one field doesn't mean you've found your true calling. For me, engineering was my genius—but not my purpose. Only after two near-death experiences did I understand that my mission was spiritual. Yet the discipline I learned in engineering—focus, persistence, determination—prepared me for it.Four Paths to PurposeThere is no single way to find your calling. But most people discover theirs through one of four paths:Pain → PurposeMany people transform suffering into service. Their experiences with illness, trauma, or loss fuel a mission to help others avoid the same pain.PotentialIf you don't yet know your potential, experiment. Try 50 different tasks in a year. Fail fast, learn fast. Eventually, you'll discover your natural talents.Problem-SolvingSee a problem? Find a solution. Many great purposes are born from simply fixing what's broken.Platform (Experience)Everything you've lived through—successes, failures, skills, struggles—can serve others. Your experience makes you an expert in someone else's eyes.A Simple Exercise: Make 4 ListsA skill but no passion → Example: a job you're good at but don't love. Write down three advantages of that job. How could you learn to appreciate it?A skill and passion → This is the sweet spot. Your potential purpose lies here.No skill and no passion → Outsource it. Don't waste energy here.No skill but passion → Learn it. Build the skills to match your excitement.Passion vs. PurposeYour passion is for you.Your purpose is for others.Ask yourself: Who does my work positively impact? When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at begin to change. Meaning often comes not from the work itself, but from the lives it touches.⚡ Purpose is not a destination—it's a process. Start with what you know, learn from what you don't, and let your experiences shape the mission only you can fulfill. My Video: Find Your Life's Purpose by Doing This ONE Thing https://youtu.be/sTgKIDeC7LQMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Find-Your-Life's-Purpose-by-Doing-This-ONE-Thing.mp3
I cured by myself successful my broken disk, L4-L5, herniated disk,... strong Scoliosis and twisted spine mainly through exercises, Qigong and Accupuncture. Now my spine is better than ever before. My Diagnosis: Herniated Disc (L4-L5)Sequestered Disc Fragment (broken off) Severe Scoliosis A Twisted SpineNerve CompressionMy Recovery Tools: Qigong (for energy flow and alignment) Targeted Exercises (for strength and stability) Acupuncture (for pain relief and neural balance)My Result:Today, my spine is stronger, more aligned, and more functional than ever before. What I Learned: The body wants to heal. It needs the right signals, patience, and consistency. Energy matters. Qigong wasn't just movement—it was rewiring my nervous system and restoring bioenergetic flow. Structure follows function. By moving correctly and consistently, my spine gradually reorganized itself. Pain is a message, not a life sentence. I listened, responded, and persisted. My Message to You:If you've been told your condition is “permanent,” please know: You are not broken beyond repair. You have more power than you've been led to believe. Your journey may require courage and patience, but healing is possible.Would you like help turning this into: I was told by multiple orthopedic doctors that my condition was permanent. That my herniated disc, severe scoliosis, and twisted spine were a life sentence. They offered me pain management, not solutions. They saw scans, not potential.I refused to believe them.I decided to listen to my body instead of my medical files. I turned to Qigong, acupuncture, and targeted exercises—not as alternatives, but as primary tools for transformation. And today? My spine is straighter, stronger, and more functional than ever. The Truth No One Told Me: Doctors are experts in disease, not always in healing. Scans show where you've been, not where you can go. The body's ability to regenerate is vastly underestimated. If you've been told you “have no chance,” remember:You are the only one who gets to decide your limits.Would You Like to Share Your Full Story?STAND NEVER AGAIN WITH STRAIGHT KNEES! The knee joint should be always loose because you block the energy, and you put your back muscles under unnecessary tensions. Stand so, that your knee joints are above your feet.My Holistic Protocol: 7 Steps That Rebuilt My Spine1. Daily Dedicated Exercise (2 Hours/Day) – Qigong & YogaPrinciple: A strong muscular “corset” is essential for spinal stability and alignment.2. Intensive AcupunctureProtocol: Daily sessions for at least 14 days.Insight: Weekly sessions are far too weak for severe trauma. Intensity and consistency break pain cycles and stimulate healing.3. Osteopathic CareFocus: Treating the body as one interconnected system—releasing hidden tensions and restoring balance.4. Structural Alignment TherapiesTried: Chiropractic, Dorn Method, osteopathic manipulation.Goal: Physically realign the vertebrae and pelvis to create the foundation for long-term healing.5. Spiritual Spine HealingIn Europe, I discovered healers trained in energetic scoliosis correction. Through non-physical methods, they worked on my spine's alignment.💡 Note: This therapy was so effective that it's even covered by some German health insurance plans. At only €40 per session, it became a crucial step in finally straightening my spine.6. Radical Rehabilitation Exercises and taking collagen (Hydrolysate) as supplementDr. John Bergmann's Twists: 100 fast, vertical twists per side to stimulate cartilage growth and mobility. The “Woodcutter” (My Method):Stand with legs shoulder-width apart.Bend backwards with arms raised.Swing forward forcefully, arms sweeping between the legs.Start with 5 reps, build to 100 over six months. This builds tremendous core strength and spinal resilience.7. Anti-Inflammatory, Plant-Based DietEliminated: Meat, processed, and acid-forming foods.Embraced: Whole-food, plant-based eating for reduced inflammation and steady healing energy. The ResultToday, my spine is not only pain-free—it's stronger and more flexible than ever. I move with freedom I never thought possible. My Message to YouHealing is not passive. It demands an open mind, relentless effort, and the courage to go beyond conventional limits.Your body has an astonishing ability to regenerate—if you give it the right tools, consistency, and belief. My Video: How I cured successful my broken disk from my spine? https://youtu.be/YUEg7zuDJyAMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/How-I-cured-successful-my-broken-disk-from-my-spine.mp3
Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year. What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you.The only way to have a friend is to be one.To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.Never lose an opportunity of seeing anything beautiful, for beauty is God's handwriting.A hero is no braver than an ordinary man, but he is brave five minutes longer. The first wealth is health. It is not length of life, but depth of life.To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience. All I have seen teaches me to trust the creator for all I have not seen. Our greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising up every time we fail.Character is higher than intellect. A great soul will be strong to live as well as think. The age of a woman doesn't mean a thing. The best tunes are played on the oldest fiddles.Speak the truth, and all things alive or brute are vouchers, and the very roots of the grass underground there, do seem to stir and move to bear you witness. What is a weed? A plant whose virtues have never been discovered.Every man I meet is in some way my superior. The creation of a thousand forests is in one acorn.A great part of courage is the courage of having done the thing before. For everything you have missed, you have gained something else, and for everything you gain, you lose something else.A great man is always willing to be little. An ounce of action is worth a ton of theory.People only see what they are prepared to see.Money often costs too much.My Video: Ralph Waldo Emerson Quotes https://youtu.be/cCgYNx14EPEMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Ralph-Waldo-Emerson-Quotes.mp3
Early January has this weird pressure, right?Like you're supposed to redesign your whole life in one sitting. That was me for years. I'd download a 30-question PDF, sit there trying to “reflect,” and three hours later have pages of thoughts with no clue what to actually do differently.By February, I'd forgotten most of it anyway. So, the last few years I've been testing what actually changes behavior vs what just sounds deep.Turns out all it takes is the right 10 questions and about 20 minutes of honesty. That's what this newsletter is.I hope a couple of these 10 questions will make you stop and go, “Oh… THAT'S why last year felt off! ”Do it right, and your next 11 months will feel different.3 RulesWrite fast — Don't edit. Set a timer for 20 minutes and keep it moving.First honest answer wins — No overthinking. Whatever comes to mind first is usually what's trueUse paper — Don't let this get buried in your notes app or a Notion graveyard.Part 1: The MirrorLooking back on your 20251. What happened last year? List 5 key moments, milestones, or memories.Years blur together when you don't stop to name what actually happened. This question slows things down. When you list what stood out, patterns emerge. What mattered. What changed you?Pro tip: If you're blanking, scroll back through your camera roll and find highlights. You capture what matters without realizing it. You'll also find 47 screenshots of things you meant to buy and never did.2. What's one thing you can do now that you couldn't do a year ago?Growth is sneaky. It happens so gradually, you forget it's even happening. This question forces you to acknowledge progress you've already normalized. You have something like this, too. So what's one thing you can do now that past-you struggled with?3. If a stranger looked at your calendar and bank statement from last year, what would they say you value most? This one stings. It's easy to say you value health, freedom, relationships, etc. But your calendar and credit card don't lie. They show what actually got your time and attention (turns out Uber Eats double steak burritos from Chipotle is one of my core values 🤷🏻♂️)Once you see the gap, you know exactly what needs to change this year.4. Who had the biggest impact on you last year? What changed because of them?People shape us whether we like it or not. Some expand you, others drain you. And sometimes it's not even someone you know personally. A podcast that hit at the right time. A creator who said something that rewired how you think. A friend who told you what you needed to hear instead of what you wanted to.Your answer shows you who to keep close in 2026.5. What's something you said yes to that should've been a hell no?We've all got one. Mine started with ‘this will only take a weekend' and ended four months later… The point is that every yes is a trade-off. When you say yes to the wrong thing, you're quietly saying no to something better. Name the regret.Your answer to this question is how boundaries start forming naturally.6. What's one thing you changed your mind on last year?We live in a world where people are terrified of changing their minds. You see people who do publicly get called “grifter” or “wishy-washy.” Like evolving is some kind of character flaw. But really, it's evidence that you learned something. So what shifted last year? If nothing comes to mind, you were probably running on autopilot. And if something big changed, it's worth knowing why.Part 2: The MapWhat will your 2026 look like?7. What do you need to let go of to move forward? Before you add anything new, subtract. Think if you have any old goals that don't fit anymore, grudges you're still carrying, or identities you've outgrown. You can't grab what's next for you this year if your hands are full trying to play catch-up from last year.8. What story are you telling yourself that's keeping you stuck? If you're a regular of this newsletter, you know where I'm going with this. Who you think you are is nothing but a story you keep telling yourself. “I'm bad with money. I missed my shot. If they really knew me, they'd leave too.” They're just stories you repeated so long they started running your decisions. So If 2025 looked suspiciously like 2024, a story probably stayed in charge. Answer this question and spend some time picturing how good your life would be if you stopped believing the limiting story.9. What would make this year feel like you wasted it?I know, I know… this sounds negative. But it's actually one of the most liberating questions you can ask. Everyone obsesses over what they want. Almost nobody defines what failure looks like for them. When you name it, you create a floor you refuse to fall through.10. If you could only accomplish THREE things this year, what would they be?If everything's important, nothing is. Know which three goals get your best energy. Hit those, and everything else becomes a bonus instead of a reason to feel behind at the end of the year.10 questions. 20 minutes.Do this once, and you'll have more clarity than most people get from month-long planning sessions. My Video: How to improve this year? https://youtu.be/aVignbApojQMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/How-to-improve-this-year.mp3
Most of our struggles in relationships come from wrong expectations about love. The three biggest challenges in marriage are communication, sex, and money. If even one of these is broken, the relationship will suffer.Take sex as an example:We all have desires. If we can't live them inside our marriage, they will show up outside of it. The more rules and demands you place on your partner, the less happy you become. As Tony Robbins says:👉 The fewer rules you impose, the happier you are.Instead of chasing perfection in love, learn to accept, reduce demands, and open your heart. A big heart that tries to solve problems with love will find relationships much easier.💡 The Lies We Learned About LoveLove is the most wanted thing in life—yet also the most misunderstood. We confuse it with the illusions sold to us through:NovelsMoviesSongsAdvertisementsThese are not real love. They feed us false ideas that lead to disappointment: the myth of everlasting passion, the soul partner who solves everything, or chemistry that lasts forever.⚡ Chemistry vs. CompatibilityOne of the biggest mistakes:👉 Confusing chemistry with compatibility. You can feel strong chemistry with someone and still end up in a toxic relationship. You cannot love a narcissist or a cheater just because the sex is good.Real love is about deeper connection—not excitement alone.Science shows we often mistake stress and anxiety for attraction. That spark, that “butterfly” feeling, is often just adrenaline. But adrenaline is not love.Ask yourself next time:❓ Do I feel safe with this person, or just stimulated? In truth, healthy love is:Safe and stimulatingPeaceful and passionateRespectful without showing offGrowth-oriented without pressure🛑 Why Boundaries MatterLove without boundaries is not love—it's self-abandonment.Don't give up your hobbies, friends, or personal growth for your partner. No relationship should stop you from therapy, meditation, sports, or your spiritual path.God (or your inner truth) must remain more important than your partner.Boundaries protect love. They keep the right people in and push the wrong ones out.🔥 Drama vs. PeaceWe're addicted to drama because it feels exciting. But real love is not chaos.Peace is not boring.Passion is not toxic.A good relationship makes exciting things even better, but also makes ordinary moments feel safe and fulfilling.Ask yourself:How do you feel with your partner on a normal day, without distractions, without your phone, without doing anything special?⚔️ Conflict Is Not the EnemyConflicts don't ruin relationships—how you fight does.Healthy couples don't avoid arguments. They use them to grow.Real love is not loud; it's quiet.Connection means being seen even when you're imperfect.True love stays with you through the hard times. You don't find a dream partner—you choose every day to build one another.Love is a commitment to grow and heal together, not to seek perfection.🧠 Childhood PatternsMost people repeat three emotional patterns in their relationships, all rooted in childhood. These patterns are never healthy, and they keep us stuck.Ask yourself:What must someone do so you feel loved? Are your answers (kiss, gift, attention) just surface gestures?Or do they reflect the heart's attitude behind the action?A kiss without love is nothing. A kiss with presence, tenderness, and truth—that's love.❤️ The Essence of LoveReal love is not about excitement or perfection. It is about:Safety without boredomPassion without chaosGrowth without pressureBoundaries without distanceConnection without conditionsLove is not something you find—it is something you choose, protect, and grow every single day.My Video: How to Let Go of Wrong Ideas About Love? https://youtu.be/TUS4_p8dQ8EMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/How-to-Let-Go-of-Wrong-Ideas-About-Love.mp3
If you follow news about the New Age movement, its forecasts are about a major conscious shift for everybody and a shift to a reality of abundance…They fail to understand that through mobile phones, people are becoming so distracted they have no space for God or real consciousness…The New Age ignores politics, and now we are spiraling down into dictatorship, censorship, and huge debts that will end catastrophically…Europe is preparing for a war against Russia, and the majority of citizens even support the political parties that want that war and are enacting censorship…Trump, the President of the USA, is the most criminal, cheating, corrupt politician in power we have ever seen. He supports the genocide of the Palestinians and, with his insane trade wars, drives the poor of Africa and Asia to starvation and terrorist acts…The New Age doesn't care, living in a fantasy with soft music. They ask, "For what? That is not their problem." They just want to ascend to a higher realm…Through sanctions from the West on other countries, an average of 560,000 people have died per year from 1971 until today. Trump enacted 2,300 sanctions during his previous term as president! Now he wants to kill more?!How could the Americans vote for such a criminal, lying person as president?Every day we are closer to a nuclear apocalypse, and we have never been so close to it than we are right now.Instead of fighting for peace, social justice, and a connection to God, the New Age just accepts everything until they have their boots on the battlefield.Unhappiness is growing every day to dizzying heights in the West. The suicide rate is the highest it has ever been in the West. The ostrich policy of burying its head in the sand when things get dangerous fits the New Age movement perfectly.Tell me more. And the New Age movement from the West will tell us about a consciousness shift to a higher realm! The opposite is true. The third revelation of Fatima tells us of a slow drift into comfortable emptiness.Faith dying not through persecution, but through noise, distraction, and false comfort.Churches filled with art but empty of prayer.A world connected by invisible wires, yet people more isolated than ever. What more nonsense is coming from the New Age movement? We will wait until they are recruited and sent to war.My Video: The New Age movement has lost its grip on reality! https://youtu.be/b-OCwiwdTjEMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/The-New-Age-movement-has-lost-its-grip-on-reality.mp3
Everything is more beautiful because we're doomed. You will never be lovelier than you are now. We will never be here again. The journey is its own reward.Be both a speaker of words and a doer of deeds. The stars never lie, but the astrologers lie about the stars. There is nothing nobler or more admirable than when two people who see eye to eye keep house as man and wife, confounding their enemies and delighting their friends. The difficulty is not so great to die for a friend, as to find a friend worth dying for.Everything flows and nothing stays.Yet, taught by time, my heart has learned to glow for other's good, and melt at other's woe.Better to live or die, once and for all, than die by inches.Because they're stupid, that's why. That's why everybody does everything.Words empty as the wind are best left unsaid.Light is the task where many share the toil. Each man delights in the work that suits him best. And what he greatly thought, he nobly dared.I guess some people never change... Or, they quickly change and then quickly change back.Of all creatures that breathe and move upon the earth, nothing is bred that is weaker than man. After the event, even a fool is wise.Hateful to me as are the gates of hell, Is he who, hiding one thing in his heart, Utters another.Always to be best, and distinguished above the rest.In youth and beauty, wisdom is but rare!Wise to resolve, and patient to perform.I'm in a place where I don't know where I am!Sleep and Death, who are twin brothers.Trying is the first step toward failure. If you serve too many masters, you'll soon suffer.Whoever obeys the gods, to him they particularly listen. To speak his thoughts is every freeman's right, in peace and war, in council and in fight. There is the heat of Love, the pulsing rush of Longing, the lover's whisper, irresistible—magic to make the sanest man go mad.My Video: Quotes Homer https://youtu.be/4TOEV_wvHlYMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Quotes-Homer.mp3
In a society where selfishness and blind obedience are the norm, love and happiness vanish. For most people, the top priority is worrying about what others think of them. The generation raised on mobile phones is the unhappiest in modern history — unhappier than the previous three generations.Even worse, almost everyone wants to fit in, which gives politicians the freedom to do whatever they want. Our generation fought for peace, social justice, and freedom — and we achieved it.The mobile-phone generation, however, mostly cares about how they pose themselves on social media, and ignores politics. The results?Censorship.Overspending on the military-industrial complex.Massive corruption, with money funneled into wars that never serve the citizens.Coincidence? My childhood was hell — and because of that, I decided to change my life completely.I chose happiness, love, spiritual well-being, and health — regardless of what others thought of me.And I achieved that, living outside the rules of society.Yes, I was bullied. People abandoned me.My family cut ties, and I laughed it off.Girlfriends tried to censor or “tame” me — and dared to call that love. I walked away.Even now, I see women trying to censor men in almost every relationship — and the men are too cowardly to resist. For example:I became a devotee of Bhagwan and wore red.Bhagwan encouraged free sharing of love and sexuality — even group experiences.I invested all my money in therapy, sold my car, and moved into a 4-person community.I lived in India in an Ashram for 10 years, and in other Ashrams across Europe.I changed my gurus many times.I repeatedly healed my body using alternative methods when doctors failed me.I've eaten only raw food — no rice, no noodles, only vegetables and fruit — for 40 years.I have been drug-free for 40 years.I meditate and practice Qigong every day.If you read the success stories of entrepreneurs like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, and Elon Musk, you'll see that they became successful by refusing to live by society's standards. And what about religion and spirituality?Look at the lives of Buddha, Muhammad, Jesus, Moses…Did they conform to society — or did they leave it?If you want to be truly happy, successful, or spiritual, you must leave the herd mentality. You must become your own master and stop caring what others think.Otherwise, you are letting fear dictate your life. And fear is a terrible guide.Remember: Nazism comes before the downfall — the Bible warned us.My Video: Never Get Enslaved https://youtu.be/O-Xn6jrvPMAMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Never-Get-Enslaved.mp3

The Power of "One More Step"1. The Secret of Relentless Progress The Shipwreck Survivor: A 14-year-old girl survived by repeating "one more stroke" until she reached shore. Buddha's Wisdom: When disciples asked, "How far to the monastery?" he always answered: "Just one more kilometer." The Lesson: Success isn't about the finish line—it's about refusing to stop.Try This: When exhausted, say: "Just one more call. One more rep. One more try."2. Your Past Doesn't Define You—It Fuels You Bitcoin Billionaire: Went to jail, called it "the best lecture in positivity." My Story: Childhood hell → Near-death experience → Chose happiness. Couldn't speak German properly → Learned English + wrote books. Pain = Your Greatest Teacher: "The worst times forge the strongest minds."→ Action Step: Write down one past struggle that made you stronger. Thank it.3. The Obstacle Is the Asset Stuttering Child → Multilingual Author: If I'd listened to "You're stupid," I'd never have written a word. Science Backs This: Post-traumatic growth shows 70% of people gain strength, clarity, or purpose after trauma . Your Turn: "What if my biggest weakness is my secret weapon?"4. Fail Forward—Never Backward Repeating Mistakes = Stagnation: "If you keep doing what hurt you, you'll keep hurting." Repeating Success Wrong = Disaster: Past strategies won't work in a new world (e.g., Blockbuster vs. Netflix). Solution: Act from imagination, not memory.→ Hack: Ask daily: "Am I moving forward—or just replaying the past?"5. Cut the "Backward-Looking" People Toxic Nostalgia: Friends stuck reminiscing "remember when…" drain your future. Upgrade Your Circle: Surround yourself with people who ask: "What's your next move?" "Where are you traveling this year?" Key Insight: Misery loves company—don't RSVP.Final Challenge: The "Unstoppable" Test Physical: Do one more push-up than usual. Mental: Learn one new word in a foreign language today. Emotional: Forgive one past hurt holding you back.Remember: The girl in the lake didn't swim the whole way at once—she swam one stroke at a time. You don't need to see the whole staircase. Just take the next step. Why This Works: Neuroscience: Small wins trigger dopamine, fueling motivation . History: From Edison to Einstein, breakthroughs came from persistence, not perfection. You: Every obstacle you've survived proves you're built for this.Question: What's your "one more step" today? (Reply with your commitment.)
