Mit der letzten Version wurde die EU-Richtlinie 2023/826 vom 17.4.2023 umgesetzt. What goes into projecting first free ascent winter lines in New Hampshire?That's the subject of today's chat with Jon Nicolodi, a humble MBA student and hard mixed climbing hard man. (Those are my words, he certainly would not describe himself that way.)Surprisingly, Jon's only been mixed climbing a few years but has established some big winter FFAs in that time — the routes range from M8 to M11 and all are on some of the most prominent walls in the state. 你好，我是叶梓，今天是摄影早自习陪伴大家的第2206天。同学们有没有发现，我们在拍照的时候，不管是拍人还是拍风景的时候，总是希望画面中能出现某种巧合。为什么我们对巧合会如此执着呢？其实这里有一个很底层的原理，是因为巧合拍出来的照片是独一无二的。咱们都知道啊，拍照这件事情它是可以复制的，你能拍这个风景，他也能拍这个风景，那我的照片的价值体现在哪里呢？可能就体现在巧合上。© 叶梓你比如说我在拍广州东山口街头的小男孩的时候，正好左边驶来一部汽车，我就把这个车头拍了进来。一来它的颜色跟墙面呼应，第二来它又丰富了画面，有了前景中景后景之分。最重要的一点是别人就没有这样的照片啊，对不对？其实这个小男孩他对面还有一群摄影师在拍呢，但即便如此，也没有任何一个人有我这张照片了，因为它不是被安排好的一辆汽车，它是一个偶尔误入镜头汽车。© 叶梓同样的道理，我们有时候拍风光的时候就指望着飞来两只鸟点缀在空中，一来让空洞的蓝天有一抹亮色，二来也正是一种印记，它能够证明这张照片是我自己独一无二的。在风光里面，我们不仅期待鸟进来点缀画面做巧合，而且我们也希望溜溜达达走进来一只小猫、一只小狗。一头老牛或者一位老汉拉着这头老牛走过桥面。唉，同学们，听到这儿你有没有觉得这个画面有点眼熟，有点耳熟？对了，所以后来就专门有了这个所谓的农民模特，天天穿着蓑衣，牵着老牛走过桥面，它实际上是迎合了摄影爱好者的一个心理，就是我希望这个风光中出现一个动态的独一无二的东西。当然，它这个做法本身是值得商榷的，因为这样一来巧合就不是巧合了，因为他每天都在那走，对吧？只要你付了钱他就在那走。包括老汉后边的烟雾，它其实也就是人工的，大家在烧烟饼所造成的。那大家一旦知道这个背后的秘密以后，你是不是觉得这样就没意思啦，对吧？你看，你觉得它没有意思了，是因为它不是巧合了。所以反过来说，这件事，你的这个想法、你的这个心情它也证明了巧合在摄影中的重要性。© 叶梓我在缅甸拍照的时候，这张用手机拍的乌本桥的照片，它其实也是一种巧合，对吧？刚好左右两边的人是三五成群，只有中间一个人有个完整的轮廓站在太阳的附近。中间的那个人是主角，太阳是配角，其他的东西就是环境交代了。为了拍这张照片，我可真的是花了点心思的，在那等了好几个小时，然后连拍了大量的照片，才找到这么一张相对完美的。© 叶梓还有很多同学喜欢拍花，拍花的时候你期不期待有只蝴蝶落上边啊，期不期待有着蜜蜂落上边啊，这些都是巧合。© 叶梓我原来还在北京的三里屯用徕卡的M11最新款的机器拍了一组有关三里屯的光影的照片，画面里面有很多巧合的.有很多人物正好走在了某一个很明亮的地方，那个人物本身呈现黑色的阴影，他们的动作/他们的姿态和环境和其他人物之间也有着某种默契和巧合。© 叶梓既然巧合这么重要，那我们要怎么才能抓拍到这个巧合呢？首先当然还是多看看别人的照片，看看这些巧合是哪些东西，是猫、是狗、是鸟、是人物，还是什么别的东西形成的巧合。第二就是你当然要对自己的手机和相机操作比较熟练，当巧合发生的时候，你一定能够很快的去把它捕捉下来，而不是每次都错过了巧合。第三呢，就是你一定要做预判。什么叫预判？就是事情还没发生，你就已经做好准备了。我们回到故事的最初，那一个黄墙前的小男孩，其实当车辆远远的出现在路的尽头的时候，我就知道会有这一幕，我就提前拿起了手机等这个车开过来，开到跟前的时候咔嚓一张，解决问题。它的位置都是我构想好的，车在左侧1/3，人在右侧1/3。你如果真的车开过来再来着急忙慌的抓拍，可能就会错过这个画面了。所以提前预判，是一个优秀的摄影爱好者所必备的技能。现在我们知道了，巧合真的很重要，但是知道是一件事，会拍又是另一件事，怎么办呢？跟着老师来练习吧。现在有两个机会可以跟老师练习，一个在北京，一个在广州。在这一周的周六，也就是28号那一天，美国国家地理的国际手机摄影大奖作品的获奖者晏飞老师将带领大家在北京拍天坛。然后在11月11日，也就是双十一那一天，我会带领同学们去拍广州。一个是古建风光，一个是街头摄影，两场训练营欢迎你来参加。具体详情你可以点击今天的微信公众号“摄影早自习”底部的第二条和第三条链接，来仔细看看我们的行程安排，课程的内容。晏飞老师的北京天坛游学营是下午授课，而双十一那天我在广州的训练营是全天授课，上午下午各有不同的主题。我们都是小班授课，而且所剩名额已经不多了，所以各位同学想参加的话，赶紧去戳二条、三条链接，看看详情。参加过训练营的同学都知道，咱们线下跟着老师一起来练，那跟你自学摄影完全是两码事。期待跟大家见面。今天是摄影早自习陪伴大家的第2206天，我是叶梓，每天早上6:30，微信公众号“摄影早自习”，不见不散。

Hi folks - welcome back and thanks for listening. I'm very excited to share today's episode with you – my conversation with world class ice and mixed climber, Sarah Hueniken. Sarah is a graduate of the Outdoor Rec program at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, and has gone on to do amazing things in the climbing community. You'll hear in the episode that she is very humble, but don't let that fool you – Sarah has won medals at the Ouray Mixed Comp and Ice Climbing World Cup North American Championships, has completed multiple link ups of hard ice and mixed routes, and is the first North American woman to climb M11, M12, M13 and M14 – just for reference, the hardest mixed route in Northern Ontario is M10, and M14 is akin to somewhere in the 5.14 range. On top of that, Sarah is an advocate for safety and inclusion in the mountains, and is the executive director of Mountain Muskox, a community organization dedicated to supporting survivors of trauma in the mountains. 你好，我是叶梓，今天是摄影早自习陪伴大家的2021天。过段时间又要给徕卡讲课，所以我就拿着徕卡最新的相机M11，还有它的50mm的定焦镜头上街拍了一组照片，街拍，以后这个讲座里面肯定是要用到这些照片的，但是在早自习里面咱们就可以先睹为快了。因为我见到有同学在群里边自嘲来着，说自己拿着相机，正正经经一上街准备拍照就发现没东西可拍了。唉？这个好像是个普遍现象，很多人都跟我说过这事，为什么呢？我们就来一个系列节目，好不好？这三天我都陪大家聊聊在街头到底拍些什么的问题，在生活中如何去发现美、记录美的问题？© 叶梓今天我们就先来看最简单也最重要、最基础的一个事，就是构图。我们以前都学过不少构图技巧，什么三角形，什么放射线，什么对角线，学了一大堆，但是到头来拍照还是不知道该怎么拍才好，为什么呢？因为在理论知识和实战中，它有一个难以逾越的鸿沟，就是你在生活中见到的东西，它不会以你想象的方式呈现。© 叶梓比如说咱们在总结别人照片的时候都很容易，一看就说：啊，这是个斜线构图的画面。但是当你站在一个街区、一个建筑前的时候，你会发现这里没有斜线啊，不都是横平竖直的吗？为什么？因为那房子修的都是方方正正的。那如果你的眼前摆着是没有斜线的，你又如何去斜线构图呢？那就比较难了，对不对？所以这里面差的是一个什么呢？差的是一个站位的问题，是个机位的问题。当你改变你站立的位置，你就会发现你面前的景观会像变形金刚似的开始变形了，那些横平竖直的线条慢慢的就变成斜线了，它就可以做斜线构图。© 叶梓另外一个方面就是，你可能会有自己的一个观察世界的习惯，这个习惯是实用主义至上的。什么意思呢？就是这东西对我有用我就观察得到，这东西对我没用就观察不到。比如说有个东西就是很没用的，是影子。比如说啊，建筑的外轮廓（就是它形状）那是看得见摸得着的东西，那个你会比较关注它，但是很多时候影子所形成的斜线，你就很难观察到它。克服这个问题主要是要打破常规，要放下自己以前观察世界的习惯，后去观察无用之物，把它转化成自己有用的。© 叶梓第三点，就是一定要灵活处理。这个跟知识储备的量有关系，如果你只会十种构图技巧，那么走上街头，你去找这十种，很难。而且找到了以后你拍出来这组照片会比较单调，看上去都是一样的。但是如果你的知识储备量够大，比如你有一百种、两百种不同的构图技巧，那么走上街头的时候，你的知识和现实它凑巧能吻合的这种几率就会大大增加，于是你就能找到很多漂亮的东西啦。你可以做线的构图，你可以做形状的构图，你也可以框架的构图，可以做对称的构图，可以做减法的构图，也可以做加法的构图，甚至可以巧妙的利用镜面来进行反光，来扭曲原本真实的整齐划一的世界，这样一来我们能拍的东西就会越来越多。© 叶梓到时候你会有一种什么感觉呢？一走上街就发现都可以拍，都好看，这个时候你可能会比较兴奋，拍出的照片比较多，回来选片的时候发现：唉？其实有的也没那么精彩，最终你就会步入第三阶段，就是眼中看着这也能拍那也能拍，但是心中其实是比较冷静的，你会在其中选择最值得你拍摄的最有趣的那些再来拍摄。所以今天我们就主要学了这么三个关于街拍构图的小技巧：第一，不能忘了机位——你站立的位置——决定了整个世界的形状。第二要放弃实用主义的观察方式，无用的东西要多去观察。第三要不断的去学习，增大自己的知识储备，这样的话找真实拍照的场景，到街头这种又混乱又丰富的场景中，你的知识才能够用。最后我把那一天我拍摄的街拍照片都做成一条短视频，一分多钟，就放在我们的语音的下方，大家有空可以戳进去看看所有的照片。也预告一下，在明天和后天的早自习里面，我将继续讲解街拍中的其他两个要点，关于色彩的和关于人物的。今天是摄影早自习陪伴大家的第2021天，我是叶梓，每天早上6:30，微信公众号“摄影早自习”以及喜马拉雅的“摄影早自习”栏目，不见不散。

Nick Rotondo, MTA bus driver turned hero, became a 9/11 first responder when driving the M11 up Amsterdam Avenue around 9 am when a police officer pulled over his bus and commandeered his services. Without hesitation, Nick served New York City at the World Trade Center. Selflessly, he was transporting medical supplies and emergency healthcare workers to and from Ground Zero. Covered in dust and filled with emotion, day after day, despite the eventual physiological and mental toll that it took on him, Nick continued to put others first. Although his life changed on that very day, he is still a positive person whose goal is to share joy for all those who are privy to his balloonatic creations with his own business which is one of his many talents.
