This week we have former Ironman World Champion Pete Jacobs on the show. We also have News, Discussion of the Week, and Q&As.
Pete Jacobs won the 2012 Ironman World Championships in one of the more dominant performances we've seen. We talk in detail about what got him there and the role finishing runner up the year before played in that. We go deep on the inner workings of a race like the world championships in a way you don't really hear much about. Pete was the favourite to win in 2012 so hearing about what he did and where his head was at in the weeks leading up to being favourite to win the word champs, what he did the night before, the morning of, seconds before the gun went off was fascinating. We then talk about what's happened since then and where he's at currently.
In this episode we talk goal setting and execution with 2012 world champion ironman triathlon Pete Jacobs. You can connect with Pete on his website: http://petejacobs.com

How does stress create fatigue, and illness, low energy, chronic disease, depression, poor performance, bad skin, IBS and many more symptoms? Pete explains there are many different types of stress, but they all have a similar effect, albeit in a couple of different ways, which results in the same problem of 'inhibited energy production', meaning you feel tired, and your cells are not functioning optimally. Mitochondrial dysfunction is a hallmark of poor health and many symptoms you may not yet associate with poor health. This episode helps you see your health, and your energy production ability (in the mitochondria), as one and the same thing. Why are you tired one day, and then ok the next? Or ok one day, and then tired the next? Daily fluctuations in the several major inputs of stress need to be accounted for in the big picture of health. Health, performance and energy are all the same, and you can learn how to increase your energy, reduce fatigue, improve your health, on todays podcast. This episode is with me, Pete Jacobs Ironman World Champion, and I am giving insight into my routine of mindset practice, and how to control ego, so you can achieve your best, just like it worked for me. Hawaii Ironman Triathlon is a tough race for anyone, but training for it is even tougher, especially when you know you have fatigue issues and can easily over-train. My experience with fatigue was actually what helped me learn about ego, and therefore helped my win in Kona, Hawaii. My three key points for how to control ego are; 1.Be present. A quiet present mind cancels out your ego. You can’t have fears, doubts, worry, anger, etc. if your mind is in the present moment. Use a trigger word, a thought of gratitude, or just a blank quiet mind to control ego. Ego exclusively exists in thoughts of past or future. 2. Turn Your Weakness into Your Strength I embraced the fact that I could not train as much as my competitors, and by accepting my weakness I could follow my instincts, and become the best I could be. 3. Do three things each day that are working towards your goal. Monday was always my rest day, but I made sure I focused on three things that day that would help my mind and body be in better shape on race day. Our patented formulation is well balanced with aloe vera, papain enzyme and honey which SUPERCHARGES the delivery & effect of Pycnogenol® in the body for performance, endurance & recovery. We choose Pycnogenol pine bark extract because it is a safe and evidence-based premium ingredient, a unique blend of natural antioxidants. Over 40 years of research have been dedicated by Horphag Research to establish the safety, efficacy and quality of Pycnogenol®. Nitric Oxide (NO) is the body’s main Vasodilator. Vasodilation is the physiological process in which the diameter of blood vessels is widened to increase blood flow. Nitric Oxide improves the flow of blood and the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles. This is of particular importance for energy production and hastening post exercise recovery 3 KEY PROPERTIES OF PYCNOGENOL® Powerful anti-oxidant & anti inflammatory Main active constituent is Procyanidins. This is a phenolic compound (part of a group of flavanoids) They are known and researched to be some of the most powerful natural antioxidants and anti inflammatories. Helps generate Hyaluronic Acid Naturally produced by your body. Mainly found in our joints, Its main function is to retain water to keep your tissues well lubricated and ensure they are are working smoothly. Aids Production of Endothelial Nitric Oxide Pycnogenol® stimulates the enzyme “endothelial nitric oxide synthase” (eNOS) for enhanced generation of NO from the precursor molecule L-arginine. As you exercise, your muscle cells consume more and more energy, leading to a decrease in nutrients and an increase in molecules such as carbon dioxide. This can lead to vasodilation, as the muscles you’re exercising require more nutrients and oxygen. When your body can no longer produce enough Nitric Oxide to keep this process going, this is where Pycnogenol is beneficial. https://www.instagram.com/modexnatural/ Live Your Own Fit Start enjoying 1:1 Health and Performance Coaching, or Group Coaching with Jaimielle and Pete Jacobs today. Exercise Effects On Metabolism. Host; Pete Jacobs. In this Episode How exercise helps or hinders weight loss. Why “increasing metabolism” is not what you think it is. Why “Move More, Eat Less” is not a sound approach to weight loss How to burn more stored fat calories for energy all day. The two sides of metabolism crucial for health & growth. Looking at exercise and calories burned and consumed will not get you far in health and weightloss goals. Example; Why Eat Less, Move More, does not work. 70kg female approx 30mins easy approx - 100 cal 30min Moderate approx 200 cal 30min Vigorous approx 300 -350 cal 1 apple 100 calories 2 eggs 150 calories 100g chicken breast 170 calories 1 cup of milk 150 calories. So if we make this about calories in and calories out, and the only reason to exercise is to lose weight, a 30min walk followed by a latte would mean you have gained weight. However, STOP thinking about calories. Everything I just said is the wrong way to think about exercise, food, metabolism, and weightloss. It’s NOT all about calories. It may be a little about calories, but I’m now going to explain metabolism and exercise, and how they effect one another with many interjections of “it depends”. Bottomline - exercise does not burn many calories, and restricting food intake lowers health benefits of fats, proteins, vitamins & minerals; The point of exercise is to boost the benefits of your metabolism and metabolic health during the entire day, such as; Aerobic adaption - burn fat, more oxygen, more caplilaires, blood flow etc. Outdoors - sunlight - eyes, skin - nervous system - hormones - melatonin - sleep. Breathing- nasal breathing, vagus nerve, parasympathetic nervous system, CO2 tolerance and oxygen exchange. Blood flow delivery of nutrients - vitamins and minerals and elements - oxygen. Catabolic metabolism - continue with fasting post exercise Lowers hunger because tapping into burning fat increases catabolic reactions for available fuel and ‘energy’ I dive into What type of exercise matters. Dependant on what fuel is being used. Why high intensity interval training will not help most people lose weight or be healthy. The bottomline - train aerobically to MAF or your personal modifications of MAF, to gain the adaptations you want. Today I want to share with you what I see working everyday for my LYF Stars. This is the biggest self coaching tool to getting the weight loss, energy levels, a controlled mind, and the health of your dreams. This self coaching tool has also worked for me and continues to do so everyday. It is learning how to master Self Kindness over Self Criticism. What do I mean by this? Well when clients come to me for coaching they're coming because they’ve struggled for years, often decades with fatigue, with their body weight, with their health and find as they get older all of their pain points that I listed above are getting less tolerable and more pronounced. Insulin resistance is the root cause of why we get sick. Dr Ben Bikman explains in his book "WHY WE GET SICK" how chronic diseases can all be improved by increasing insulin sensitivity, and lowering carbohydrates in the diet. Keeping blood sugar stable/lower will improve health overall and therefore helps any other chronic health issue or symptom of poor health. Dr Ben Bikman is a leader in the world of diabetes research and fat metabolism. He understands the energy pathways for health and performance better than most and his book is an absolute gold mine of information on how to lower inflammation and improve your health. Everything including fertility, skin issues, cancer, and heart disease is covered in his book. This podcast with Pete Jacobs is a great source of information on metabolism, energy, sickness and health. We hope you enjoy and grab a copy online of Ben's book. It really will open your eyes to so many health issues and how to improve them, and health overall. "A scientist reveals the groundbreaking evidence linking many major diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and Alzheimer’s disease, to a common root cause—insulin resistance—and shares an easy, effective plan to reverse and prevent it. We are sick. Around the world, we struggle with diseases that were once considered rare. Cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and diabetes affect millions each year; many people are also struggling with hypertension, weight gain, fatty liver, dementia, low testosterone, menstrual irregularities and infertility, and more. We treat the symptoms, not realizing that all of these diseases and disorders have something in common. Each of them is caused or made worse by a condition known as insulin resistance. And you might have it. Odds are you do—over half of all adults in the United States are insulin resistant, with most other countries either worse or not far behind. In Why We Get Sick, internationally renowned scientist and pathophysiology professor Benjamin Bikman explores why insulin resistance has become so prevalent and why it matters. Unless we recognize it and take steps to reverse the trend, major chronic diseases will be even more widespread. But reversing insulin resistance is possible, and Bikman offers an evidence-based plan to stop and prevent it, with helpful food lists, meal suggestions, easy exercise principles, and more. Full of surprising research and practical advice, Why We Get Sick will help you to take control of your health." Pete Jacobs is an Ironman World Champion Triathlete who has encountered his fair share of setbacks. After finishing 2nd in 2011, Pete returned in 2012 with greater skills of mindset and fitness that allowed him to win one of the most coveted one-day events on the planet, the HAWAII IRONMAN.Since he was 15yrs old, Pete struggled with fatigue and brain fog, but was able to manage the ups & downs over the next 15 years to achieve his dream. After that milestone, his symptoms grew worse, and Pete had to endure many dark months over several hard years while trying to find answers.Pete Jacobs is now one of the leading low carb athletes on the planet and understands more about the human body than he ever thought he could. The dark days are behind him, as he has learnt the answers to what HEALTH & PERFORMANCE requires at all levels. Combining his mindset skills as a World Champion Endurance athlete, along with knowledge of health & energy that he has implemented himself as he trains towards an epic comeback from the crippling symptoms, Pete's passion is sharing that knowledge. I first met Pete at the 2019 Low Carb Down Under conference on the Gold Coast in September. Pete's story is incredible. A world champion athlete afflicted with chronic fatigue and auto immune conditions. No one could help. He tried for years to find some answers. Finally he did get help, and it came in the form of a carnivore diet. An athlete fuelling on no carbs? How can that be possible? Listen to find out. Pete Jacobs is a world champion ironman triathlete, coach and business owner. He's been racing Iron-distance triathlons since he was 18, and won the gruelling title in Hawaii in 2012. Pete continues to race. I met Pete in 2009 and he became a great friend over the years. There is a lot of value in this episode as we dive deep into Pete's mindset to unlock how he thinks about setting goals, perception, sacrifice and more. This episode transcends sport, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
2012 Ironman World Champion Pete Jacobs (http://petejacobs.com/) is a fascinating person to both interview and listen to. Pete was originally a landscape gardener before he became a professional athlete at the age of 21. He won in Kona when he was 30, by which point he had done an incredible 30 Ironman races, including finishing 2nd in 2011 and recording the 3rd fastest marathon in the race’s history with a 2h41m05 in 2010. After 2012, he was very public about his on-going battle with fatigue, something he has dealt with since he was a teenager. He’s had loads of tests done and he has tried various different diets to reduce inflammation from foods and he is currently a strict carnivore – his diet is JUST meat. You'll hear: *Why training LESS helped him to become World Champion *If a meat only diet leaves him constipated *His advice for staying mentally strong and focussed on good run technique during the run leg of a triathlon. *His hopes to get back to the pointy end of racing. You can make your own mind up about whether you agree with what he says or not, but the message to take from it is we are all different and the training and diet that works for one person, might not be right for you and comparing yourself to others is pretty pointless. I need to train as much as I can train and embrace doing it less.” 09.50 – Did it require mental strength to do that? 10.00 – I would know before the race if I was going to feel lousy. The first few warm up strokes of the swim. People say you probably wrote yourself off mentally, just from how you felt in the warm up. But mostly I would be optimistic, I would be on the start line thinking this feels good. And the mindset was always... Support this podcast

Some of you may remember the name "Pete Jacobs” either from episode #468 of the InnerFight podcast back in October last year or from when he won the world Ironman championships in Kona in 2012. When we spoke to Pete in 2018 he talked about coming back to triathlon but only when he was fully healthy. In this show Pete takes us on his journey of what essentially has been a number of years of his body not working optimally, him not feeling great all the time and some quite major struggles. Pete talks us through various eating methods that he has tried and tested to try and aid his auto immune disease and we spend a good chunk of this shoe on where he is at today with the Carnivore Diet. Listen as Pete talks us through eating up to 2kg of meat a day and nothing else. He is clearly super well read on the subject and gets nice and geeky for us in places. Possibly the best part of this show is where Pete shares his desire to get back to Kona and from the way he is and has been feeling with his recent adoption of this diet it seems the dream of Kona is very much alive.
Pete Jacobs is the 2012 Ironman World Champion, and he's also a strict carnivore, eating only fish, eggs, meat, water and salt on a daily basis. On this week's edition of the Triathlon Taren podcast, we find out what Pete's been up to since 2012, whether we'll see him race in Kona again, and how he fuels Ironman training and racing on a meat-only diet.

HVMN Podcast: Evidence-based Nutrition, Fitness, & Biohacking
In the world of sports nutrition, a constantly evolving field, more and more athletes are adopting low-carbohydrate diets. Especially in the case of long distance endurance racing, an aerobic-heavy activity, wouldn't it make sense that athletes could benefit from being fueled by fat vs. carbohydrates? This is a popular debate with conflicting evidence and anecdotes presented from both sides. In this podcast, we capture the personal story from a former Ironman Champion: Pete Jacobs. He's not a carbohydrate athlete, nor a traditionally ketogenic one...Pete is purely fueled by meat. Pete has faced a life-long battle with his personal health. Ever since he found it nearly impossible to get his heart rate up during high school sports, along with rough bouts of fatigue and gut issues, he knew he was facing an uphill battle. Although he marched on to successfully pursue a sporting career, Pete has struggled in the health department as he pushed his bodily limits in the performance department. With intuition that the core root cause was linked to his metabolic health, Pete gave the ketogenic diet a spin. He saw notable progress, but eventually found his nutritional calling to be one (or two) steps further... The carnivore diet. In this episode, you'll discover: Why the carnivore diet worked for Pete and what health issues were corrected What Pete eats: Organ meats, seasons with salt but no pepper, what animals he's tried, and more Tips for endurance performance: Using ketone esters & caffeine, the power of positive mental reinforcement, and applying endurance ideals to normal life || Relevant Links || Pete Jacobs: http://petejacobs.com/ Full episode transcription: https://hvmn.com/podcast/episode-119-pete-jacobs ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Check out our products for optimal metabolic, physical, & cognitive health: https://www.hvmn.com/pod Take a short survey that will help us improve the podcast and be entered in a HVMN Ketone giveaway: https://go.hvmn.com/podcastsurvey

This episode is just me, Pete, talking about my mindset that helped me win the Ironman Triathlon World Championships in 2012. Full results from that race here We start where it ended, with my finish line interview with the voice of Ironman, and good friend, Mike Reilly. I had a unique mindset, using the word LOVE, as a bit of a mantra to keep me free of doubts and fear, and therefore making me stronger and calmer. I go into detail of how this had a positive effect on my Nervous System, the positive recruitment of muscles, hormones, and overall performance for me under the pressures of a world championship race. I had been mentored by Allan Pitman for the years leading up to this event, and he’d introduced me and sat in on my session with kinesiologist Ian Maitland. We worked through my fears and doubts and was given the word LOVE as a positive mindset change. It was to help deal with trolls, pressure, competitors, pain, heat etc. I visualised all the time in training. I was training my mind as much as my body in every session. I created a playlist around the theme of LOVE. Here it is.... I didn't listen to all these songs equally, and got sick of a few of them and had favourites I would replay a lot! Spotify has a cool search option using the barcode on the playlist picture. A piece of audio from a friend cheering for me on course captures the sentiment I had on race day perfectly. I’d let my supporters know to remind me I was out there because I LOVED it. Recap of the race, how I was able to remain calm and make the correct decisions thanks to having visualised the race in training so often, and my relatively calm nervous system aiding in my mental clarity. Phil Maffetone pointing out primary vs secondary symptoms. Physical reactions, abilities and emotions come from the nervous system, controlled partly by the Central Governor (basically the brain, mostly..sort of) and how it reacts to what you are letting it know and perceive. Tim Noakes is an authority on the Central Governor Theory, a short description of this theory from wikipedia. The central governor is a proposed process in the brain that regulates exercise in regard to a neurally calculated safe exertion by the body. In particular, physical activity is controlled so that its intensity cannot threaten the body’s homeostasis by causing anoxic damage to the heart muscle. The central governor limits exercise by reducing the neural recruitment of muscle fibers. This reduced recruitment causes the sensation of fatigue. The existence of a central governor was suggested to explain fatigue after prolonged strenuous exercise in long-distance running and other endurance sports, but its ideas could also apply to other causes of exertion-induced fatigue. and more information below from from https://runnersconnect.net/central-governor-theory/ The central governor theory posits that racing is a balance between: (1) physical preparation and biological systems; (2) emotional components, such as motivation and pain tolerance; (3) and self-preservation. The exact combination of these factors is what leads to how hard you’re able to push during a race. A rough description of how the energy systems work, and how they are controlled internally and externally. Sympathetic Nervous System response to running from the lion. This example from this amazing TED talk below. An excellent TED talk that explains a lot about how to be healthy, and perform better. It is a must watch to gain a greater idea of what HEALTH me...
We talk about the five LYOF pillars of health. #1 Health. How do we stay alive and move? CELLS! therefore cellular health matters. Any health issue must be looked at as a big picture - What are the biggest influencing factors? Cells? Hormones? What's influencing them? #2 Intentions How intentions change your actions. Intention helped Pete improve from runner up to 1st place at the the World Championship in Hawaii. How changes in mindset creates changes in actions. The difference between believing, and WANTING. How commitment and sacrifice makes for a greater and more valuable journey, and builds character and mindset habits are reinforced to return more readily in any circumstance. #3 Nutrition - a couple of suggestions from Pete and Jaimie of their favourites, LYOF will send out recipes and videos. Client example of undergoing the two week test of restricting potentially inflammatory foods and the incredible results. Reinforcing eating real, unprocessed foods, which ultimately leads to eating less foods that have a large and detrimental impact on your hormones (primarily insulin), and therefore more protein and healthy fats are consumed which are the building blocks of our cells/mitochondria/body. #4 MAF means Maximum Aerobic Function and is 180- your age) . Going above MAF to often leads to a poorly functioning body - muscles will burn more fat, body will have spent too long producing inflammatory hormones and reactions due to being in Sympathetic Nervous System high response mode during stressful exercise. Why training to Heart rate is important to develop fat burning muscle fibres which means your ENTIRE body is using fat and is healthier than a body which burns and craves sugar non stop. #5 Recovery and Self Care is self explanatory. Time switching on PARA SYMPATHETIC NERVOUS System is as important as time spent exercising. There's many options and a different routine will suit different people. A massage, meditation, a nap, mobility, tai chi, qigong, rolling, a walk, breathing exercises, yoga, etc.

A quick favourite meal from Pete and Jaim, and their current goals, routines. Pete's story of fatigue and Hawaii very briefly, as well as race day feelings in 2012. How can Pete get back to winning Kona? His decision to take a year off, and key aspects of his training back then and more recently. Jaimie's sports played and mindset when she was younger versus now. How does Jaim prioritise her own and her clients' health so they value themselves enough to make the changes needed. Jaim dealing with moving to Noosa and leaving her full on job in Sydney. How did Pete's health effect Jaimie? How did Love help in 2012. By Rob Hochschild | April 30, 2012 Berklee's Music Production and Engineering Department annually releases a CD of the finest work recorded by students in the year gone by. Two about-to-graduate students played key roles in "Tonight I'm Gonna Change the World," a song written and sung by Apoena Frota, a second-year student from Rio de Janiero, Brazil. The two seniors are Pete Jacobs, an MP&E major who produced the track, and guitarist Andre Vasconcelos. While this podcast features Frota as a solo artist, he, Jacobs, and Vasconcelos are three of the members of Dirty Blind, a band that's been grabbing a lot of attention as it prepares to open for Jefferson Starship on an East Coast tour this summer. Macca and MG with a live studio audience present a podcast reviewing the latest racing from the Southern Hemisphere including IMNZ, Husky Long course, Challenge Philippines and Devonport Tri. First up Ironman New Zealand taken out by Marko Albert with a cracking second place to legend Cam Brown and a solid third from MaccaX friend Terenzo Bozzone. The guys discuss the DNF from ‘supermodel' Bevan Docherty. The girls' race was won in record time by Meredith Kessler. MG asks if this has motivated Macca…. Next up Husky Long Course in NSW, Australia taken out by a very in form Pete Jacobs. Solid performances from other Aussies, Tim Reed and Sam Appleton with the girls' race taken out by Liz Blatchford. Macca told us of his Challenge Philippines experience where even getting behind a tuk tuk didn't help. Is this the hardest race in the Southern Hemisphere? Macca mixed with royalty when the royal princes of Bahrain raced at the Challenge event. Devenport used to be one of the must do races in Australia – Macca infamously got banned from this race…….back in the day! The experts then cast their eyes over the upcoming events, notably IM Melbourne and Abu Dhabi. Will Crowie win Melbourne, can Supermodel finish the race? Abu Dhabi short course will feature the Brownlee brothers. Macca spoke about his upcoming plans – he's off to Carnivale in Rio with Michael Phelps but before that he'll be doing a charity ride in the UAE . The heir to the Bahrain throne is swimming from Saudi Arabia to Bahrain – a cool 34km and Chris is joining on this crazy endeavor. Other news: Camps are now on the website www.maccax.com/camps Places will fill fast…. Macca shoots a commercial for Under Armour's launch in Australia with Rebel Sport. The guys finish up with questions from the facebook group and Big Ring gets on the line…. Please take the time to leave a review on itunes. Subscribe via iTunes Ironman Hawaii Analysis From Jim Vance Jim brings some 2013 Ironman Hawaii run data to the show. We talk about pacing the Ironman marathon and our belief that just about all Ironman athletes, even the pros, start the Ironman run too fast. Jim has mile splits from the last two Ironman Hawaii’s to back it up. Jim also discusses men’s second place finisher Luke McKenzie and his drastic change from 2012 to 2013. Luke went from a low cadence cyclist to a high cadence cyclist in just one year. Quadrant Analysis Quadrant analysis was discussed during the show. You must use a power meter to get this data. Here are the definitions from TrainingPeaks.com. A link to that article is listed below. Quadrants in cycling: QI: High Force and High Cadence- An example of this would be sprinting. QII: High Force and Low Cadence- An example would be steep hill repeats, big gear intervals and a lot of Mt. Biking resides in QII as well. QIII: Low Force and Low Cadence- An example would be a recovery ride or just an easy ride around town. QIV: Low Force and High Cadence- An example would be a Criterium or fast pedaling drills. Show Notes: THE PROS Macca as we know is not racing due to glandular fever. MG and Macca sit down and talk all things Kona – who are their picks? How will the race pan out at the big dance? Both agree Pete Jacobs is looking in great form having decimated the field in Sunshine Coast 70.3 including swimming with and over Clayton Fettell. A lot will depend on the bike. The benefit of riding in the front pack on the bike has been calculated by Aaron Hersh as 4.30mins Can the 2.40 marathon be beaten – maybe Pete Jacobs or Crowie both capable. The guys talked about how Pete Jacobs will cope in a less than perfect race and will Crowie miss his old nemesis, Macca? THE GIRLS Excited – two years since Chrissie Wellington retired. Leanda Cave won last year and is everything CW was. Now it's time to stand up to win. Rachel Joyce – hard to beat – hasn't raced a lot this year Caroline Steffen – amazing form – fell apart last year scared to win Yvonne Van Vlerken – also up there for third Mirinda Carfrae – for third The talk on the island is always about the weather and of course it will be hot and windy! Prepare for the worst ride 808's. MG and Macca discuss how so many people are out training in the heat – it's in the bank, don't bother. Macca will be attending the TGINR party hosted by Bob Babbitt. MG – talked about the race management at Kona – no support provided for the pro's – or not enough. What difference would it make? The sport hasn't evolved enough. Rules need to progress. HOW SHOULD THE AGE GROUPER APPROACH THE RACE? Heart rate can be deceiving due to the heat. You need a plan particularly a marathon plan. Run lower tyre pressure. Get it into your head – it's going to be uncomfortable. EMBRACE THE SUCK Drink water not the Gatorade on the course – salt tabs for electrolytes. Gatorade makes you thirsty. 1L per hour. Be flexible in your nutrition during the race. Roll with the punches during the run. Great book – Waterlogged by Tim Noakes MG and Macca talked about Thanyapura in Thailand and what a great training facility especially for Kona prep. QUESTION TIME • When will Challenge run a World Championship? • St George Bank Series - how to run it – build a festival and they will come • How to keep weight on during training? • One piece of advice for your A race? Interesting fact – 1 in 5 do not qualify for Kona – such as celebrities… Twitter tags: @petejjacobs, @timdeboom, @CrowieAlexander, @claytonfettell, @Andy_Potts, @raelertbrothers, @BinkMarino, @TriathleteTech, @MarkAllenOnline, @DaveScott6x, @zcoaching, @reid6peter, @normans, @SebastianKienle, @lukemckenzie, @rappstar, @JimmyRiccitello, @bevanjdocherty, @enekollanos, @Terenzo1, @Faris_Al_Sultan, @TOinTri, @Bob_Babbitt, @chrissiesmiles, @leandacave, @RJoyce09, @Mirindacarfrae, @Caroline_Xena, @yvonnevlerken, @steve_mona, @dirkbockel, @ronnieschildknecht, @bartaernouts, @rebekahkeat, @jodieswallow, @VesterbyTri, @marybethellis, @IronmanTri, @LucVanLierde, @ProfTimNoakes, @David_Dellow, @GordonRamsay, @onedirection
