    Ivy Insights

The Over 50 Health & Wellness Podcast is an amazing podcast that provides a wealth of information and wisdom for those in their golden years. I stumbled upon this gem a few months ago and since then, it has become one of my favorite podcasts. I even recommended it to my dad and aunt, who are now avid listeners as well. Kevin English, the host, delivers exciting and motivational interviews that have encouraged me to push myself harder. He has a talent for making his guests feel comfortable, which allows for open and honest conversations. Overall, this podcast is an inspirational and informative resource that offers valuable insights for anyone looking to improve their health and wellness.

One of the best aspects of The Over 50 Health & Wellness Podcast is Kevin English's skill as an interviewer. He consistently brings out the best from his guests, leading to informative and entertaining discussions. Each episode is filled with interesting and useful information that can be applied to everyday life. One particular standout episode is Episode 31 with Steve Ortgiesen, which provided a wealth of knowledge on a variety of topics related to health and wellness. Additionally, the podcast appeals to a wide range of ages - not just those over 50 - as listeners of all ages can benefit from the insight and perspective shared by Kevin and his guests.

It's difficult to find any major flaws in The Over 50 Health & Wellness Podcast. However, if there was one aspect that could be improved upon, it would be the frequency of new episodes. As an avid listener, I find myself eagerly awaiting each new release and sometimes wish there were more frequent updates. That being said, the quality of each episode makes up for any potential lack in quantity.

In conclusion, The Over 50 Health & Wellness Podcast is a must-listen for individuals looking for inspiration and knowledge on how to age strong. Whether you're in your 30s or in your 70s like me, this podcast offers valuable insights that can benefit anyone on their fitness journey. Kevin English and his guests provide an abundance of information and motivation to keep pushing forward. I highly recommend giving this podcast a listen - you won't be disappointed!

Send us a textIn this special bonus episode, I dive into a topic that's been lighting up social media - our new U.S. Health Secretary, RFK Jr., and what his leadership could mean for the future of American health. After posting a now-viral image comparing outgoing Health Secretary Rachel Levine and incoming RFK Jr., I was shocked by the heated response it generated. Some people cheered, others raged, and many had strong opinions on both sides.   But here's the real question: Can RFK Jr. actually make a difference in America's declining health? Or is this just another political shake-up that won't change the fact that we are sicker, fatter, and more dependent on big pharma than ever before?  In this episode, I break down:  ·      The viral social media post and why it sparked such a reaction  ·      The shocking reality of America's declining metabolic health (only 6.8% of Americans are metabolically healthy!)  ·      The role of government in health policy - should we rely on politicians to fix our broken system?  ·      Why radical change is necessary to fight back against big food, big pharma, and government corruption  ·      What YOU can do to take control of your health and thrive, regardless of policy changes  If you're frustrated with the current state of health in America and want to take charge of your own well-being, this episode is for you.     Support the Show:
