Becky Cerminaro is a graduate student and personal trainer at FAU. She is studying exercise physiology as a Master's student, and has been working in the Muscle Physiology Lab at FAU for a couple of years. Within the lab, Becky works with a diverse amount of populations - ranging from trained and untrained general population, to cancer patients. Her thesis project is looking at two autoregulation tools used in conjunction with each other in order to prescribe training volume for everyday lifters.
